Guidance Training in Donokerto Tourism Village. Donokerto village is one of the pioneering tourist villages that has good potential in terms of the diversity of tourist attractions. As a Pioneer tourism village, the village of Donokerto requires qualified human resources for tourism services, especially as a tour guide. Therefore, the AMPTA Yogyakarta Tourism School in collaboration with PUM Netherlands Senior Experts held a community service with the theme "Guiding Training in Donokerto Village". This community service activity is carried out using role-play and simulation methods, namely by trying to directly deal with tourists and service instructors providing evaluations. The recommendation from this service activity is to increase the ability of foreign languages and public speaking for the community as potential tour guides.

Managing Homestay Training in the Tourism Village of Donokerto. Donokerto Village is one of the pioneering tourist villages that has quite a good potential in terms of the diversity of tourist attractions. In addition to tourist attractions, as the main factor triggering a visit, Homestay is one of the main sources of income which is very strategic to be taken into account in every management of a tourist village. Remembering Homestay is a basic need for every tourist who wants to visit to enjoy the attraction of the village in a long time As a tourism village that is being pioneered, Donokerto Village does not yet have human resources or a community that understands the ins and outs of Homestay management. Therefore, AMPTA Yogyakarta College of Tourism in collaboration with PUM Netherlands Senior Experts held community service with the theme "Training of Managing Homestays in Donokerto Village". The community service activities were carried out using the presentation method and then followed by a panel discussion. The recommendation from this community service activity is that proper homestay management is a crucial factor in creating a safe, comfortable and tourist-friendly tourist village. For this reason, it is expected that the community in managing homestays must meet the criteria for aspects of products, services, and management

This community service aims to improve the tourism village through the creation of information boards and the development of supporting systems and marketing in Tanjung Luar Village, East Lombok Regency. This community service activity was held for forty-five days. This devotion adopts qualitative research methods, with data collection techniques conducted by observation, documentation and interviews. The results showed that community service in the creation of information boards and the development of supporting systems and marketing were able to build the spirit of the community to continue to participate in the development activities of tourist villages. By utilizing institutional networks, the strength of the younger generation, the support of the village government, and social media, the community managed to bring about new tourist attractions, improve accommodation facilities, and better tourism management

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memenuhi kewajiban dosen untuk melakukan tridharma perguruan tinggi. Untuk itu sudah menjadi kewajiban bagi dosen berbagi pengetahuan dan wawasan melalui penyuluhan pengembangan manajemen sumber daya manusia agar senantiasa berupaya mencapai tujuan organisasi dengan efektif dan efisien. Dan juga bertujuan Karang Taruna Kampung serua poncol dapat menjalankan fungsi dan perannya secara optimal sehingga mendatangkan manfaat bagi Kampung serua poncol. Pengembangan juga dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sehingga lebih positif dalam berkontribusi tenaga dan pikiran untuk memajukan Kampung serua poncol.Kata Kunci : Manajemen Sumber Daya ManusiaABSTRACTThe purpose of this community service activity is to fulfill the obligations of lecturers to do tridharma of higher education. Desa Terong memiliki cukup banyak kasus stunting. Perhatian terhadap pemenuhan pangan yang bergizi perlu dilakukan. Upaya peningkatan gizi masyarakat lewat pemanfaatan lahan pekarangan dengan penanaman tanaman buah seperti papaya California dan alpukat yang bergizi bisa menjadi solusi yang tepat. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan gizi dan ekonomi masyarakat sasaran dengan memanfaatkan lahan pekarangan. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan dan pendampingan. Masyarakat sasaran sangat antusias dengan kegiatan pengabdian ini, terlihat dari jumlah peserta saat penyuluhan dan penyerahan bibit pepaya california dan alpukat. Meskipun hasil dari tanaman buah tersebut membutuhkan waktu, masyarakat sasaran merasa bahwa upaya ini cukup membantu dalam usaha perbaikan gizi masyarakat. Bahkan masyarakat berpikiran bahwa penanaman tanaman buah di lahan pekarangan ini bisa menjadi potensi pengembangan desa menjadi desa wisata berbasis buah. Jangka panjang dari dampak kegiatan pengabdian ini sangat berarti mulai dari level keluarga sampai wilayah desa. Pemenuhan gizi keluarga secara mandiri lewat lahan pekarangan perlu dikembangkan, masyarakat perlu lebih disadarkan. Selain memberikan asupan gizi yang baik, juga bernilai ekonomis. Attention on the nutrient food fulfillment need to be more serious. Efforts to increase people nutrition through homegarden utilization with planting california papaya and avocado can be solution here. This community service activity aims to increase people nutrition and economic through homegarden utilization. Method which was used is extension and assistance. The targeted community was very enthusiastic about this community service program, it can be seen from the number of participants during extension and handing over California papaya and avocado seeds. Although the results of the fruit crops need time, the targeted community feels that this effort is quite helpful to improve people nutrition. The targeted community thinks that planting fruit trees on homegarden can be a potential for village development to become a fruit-based tourism village. The long-term impact of these community service activities is significant from the family level to the village area. Fulfillment of family nutrition independently through the homegarden utilization, the community needs to be more aware. In addition to providing good nutrition, it is also economically valuable.

Pademi global Covid-19 telah menyebar ke banyak Negara dan benua, termasuk Indonesia. Salah satu Provinsi yang menerapkan PSBB dalam mengurangi dampak penyebaran Covid-19 adalah Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Dalam penangaanannya tidak hanya bisa dilakukan oleh Pemerintah sendirian dan mesti melibatkan berbagai element masyarakat untuk berpartisipasi di lingkungan masing-masing. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan memberdayakan masyarakat melalui partisipasi komunitas peduli warga terdampak Covid-19 di Nagari Pulakek Koto baru Kecamatan Sungai Pagu Kabupaten Solok Selatan.  Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi sosialisasi, edukasi dan pengumpulan serta penyerahan donasi kepada warga terdampak. Hasil kegiatan yaitu terlaksananya persiapan pelaksanaan kegiatan yaitu pertemuan dengan wali nagari, relawan desa dan perwakilan komunitas peduli. Pengumpulan donasi yang berasal dari warga peduli sebanyak  Rp. 6.000.000.- dan penyerahan paket sembako kepada warga terdampak  sebanyak 60 paket sembako kepada 60 kepala keluarga terdampak yaitu 56 KK dari warga sekitar komplek perumahan bukit pematang permai Jorong Mantirai Indah dan 4 KK berasal dari luar Jorong Mantirai Indah namun sehari-sehari bekerja di keluarga yang tinggal di Perumahan Bukit Pematang Permai. Bantuan diserahkan seminggu sebelum Hari Raya Idul Fitri 1441 H sehingga terasa sangat bermanfaat bagi warga terdampak.  Disamping penerahan donasi juga dilakukan edukasi dan sosialisasi kepada warga terdampak tentang pentingnya mematuhi protocol kesehatan.       Kata kunci: Partsipasi, Peduli Warga Terdampak, Covid-19  ABSTRACT The Covid-19 global academy has spread to many countries and continents, including Indonesia. One of the provinces that have implemented the PSBB in reducing the impact of the spread of Covid-19 is West Sumatra Province. The handling is not only done by the Government alone and must involve various elements of society to participate in their respective environments. This community service activity aims to empower the community through community participation in caring for residents affected by Covid-19 in Nagari Pulakek Koto baru, Sungai Pagu District, South Solok Regency. Methods of implementing activities include socialization, education and collection and delivery of donations to affected residents. The result of the activity is the implementation of preparations for the implementation of activities, namely meetings with the village guardian, village volunteers and representatives of the caring community. The collection of donations from caring residents is Rp. 6,000,000.- and the handover of 60 basic food packages to the affected residents to 60 affected families, namely 56 families from residents around the Jorong Mantirai Indah Pematang hill housing complex and 4 families from outside Jorong Mantirai Indah but working daily in family who live in Bukit Pematang Permai Housing. The aid was handed over a week before Idul Fitri 1441 H, so it was very beneficial for the affected residents. Apart from distributing donations, education and outreach was also carried out to affected residents about the importance of complying with health protocols. The activity of speaking or known as public speaking is a scary thing for students. Although they are often asked to practice presentations in front of the class, the technique of delivering public speaking is often not paid attention to. There are several techniques that should be mastered in public speaking so that the delivery can be conveyed well to the audience. This time, the implementation of PKM aims to provide knowledge about public speaking skills, improve speaking skills, mentally prepare students to speak in front of crowds, and equip students to enter lectures or work.  The method presented in this activity is lecture and practice.with 20 students from SMK Bina Nusa Slawi. Students are also provided with modules to make it easier when delivering and students can also repeat the material at home. Students are also given directions regarding the correct way of presentation in Indonesian and English in accordance with the rules of public speaking. In addition to theory and practice in the classroom. Students are also directed to observe several public speaking figures through Youtube channel. In general, community service activity at SMK Bina Nusa Slawi are going well. Students' enthusiasm is extraordinary, as evidenced by the fact that 80 percent of students believe that having public speaking skills and increasing self-confidence are important. Students feel helped by this activity because they gain knowledge about public speaking and presentation techniques that can be used to support presentations in class or as a provision for later in the world of work.

Miftahunnajah Orphanage is a community group that organizes pesantren education for orphans. For that purpose, the orphanage management needs a lot of operational expenses in the organization of education and to fulfill the needs of the students santri. So far, the funds used for operations are mostly dependent on donors from donors. The santri in this orphanage have good potential to be developed in order to be more economically independent and not only rely on donor donations or existing funders. While in the neighborhood around the orphanage many resources that can be raised to be developed in the form of creative industries. One of the existing resources is the existence of scrap wastes from small convection industry in Yogyakarta. Creativity and innovation santri-santri Miftahunnajah orphanage needs to be developed in order to capture the opportunities that exist in the vicinity. The solution to solve the problem of lack of creativity and innovation of the santri at Miftahunnajah Orphanage is to provide guidance for business counseling. Therefore in the activities of Community Service T.A. 2017/2018, the proposer conducted advisory activities to nurture and guide the Orphanage Miftahunnajah in making creative products and innovations from waste patchwork materials that exist in the surrounding environment to be a creative product and can be marketed so as to support the orphanage economy and become the Orphanage economically independent. The steps undertaken in the Community Service activities are as follows: 1) Conducting a survey to find out the condition of Orphanage Miftahunnajah in Wonocatur Banguntapan area, 2) Conducting data of creative industries appropriate for guidance / mentoring, 3) Conducting business assistance in the form of guidance of creating creative and innovative products from waste materials that can be developed at Miftahunnajah Wonocatur Banguntapan orphanage. The result of this community service activity is children at Miftahunnajah Orphanage can make creative and innovative product from waste material of patchwork.

The Village

A clean and healthy tourist village is the main attraction for visitors because the beautiful and clean environment makes visitors feel comfortable. Based on the results of the FGD conducted by the University of Bengkulu LPPM in the village of Rindu Hati, several problems were found, such as the cleanliness of the village, the absence of a garbage disposal site. This of course can cause various problems for visitors and the community, one of which can affect public health and the environment. Efforts that can be made are the Guidance of Clean and Healthy Life Behavior (PHBS). The purpose of this community service activity is to provide education to the Rindu Hati village community so that they can maintain environmental cleanliness and health through the proper and correct application of PHBS, increase community knowledge and skills in managing household waste and environmental waste, and improve community skills in disease management. environmental impacts and independently in preventing and overcoming the health problems it faces. The methods used are: health education about waste management, training to utilize waste. The participants who took part in this activity were 50 people consisting of environmental groups, PKK cadres, health cadres, village officials, and housewives. The results of this community service activity show an increase in community participation in maintaining environmental cleanliness and health, this can be seen from the community's ability to implement PHBS and utilize waste that has economic value.

The Village

Waste is a problem that must be faced by residential communities both in urban and rural settlements, so it needs to be systematically structured and sustainable. Conventional waste handling that has been implemented by the community cannot produce an appropriate solution, this is evident that there is still a large volume of waste that has not been managed properly. The purpose of implementing community service activities in the village of Sedapurklagen in Benjeng Gresik is to utilize household waste through compoter and biopori as well as the application of Biopori to treat household waste that can also reduce waterlogging during rain. The implementation method is used so that the purpose of this service activity is to empower the community about managing household waste to be composted through composter, as well as training on composting from composter and biopori. The target of this activity is the mothers of family welfare coaching (PKK) in the village of Sedapurklagen, Benjeng Gresik. The result of this service is that the community has begun to process organic waste to make compost and million biopori pipes around the Posapur, Sedapurklagen Gresik to reduce the presence of standing water during the rainy season.

New Challenges

Public speaking skills for church community is very important in facing the new challenges in the digital age. Faculty of Social and Political Science Universitas Kristen Indonesia organized community service activity in the form of public speaking workshop to HKBP Karawang community member on Friday, 23 April 2021. The public speaking was conducted by the presentation and the simulation. After the training was completed, the participant filled the project satisfaction survey. The survey was analyzed using SPSS. The result showed that the participants were satisfied with the training and were recommended to be followed by subsequent training. Keywords: public speaking training, HKBP Karawang, Fisipol UKI
