This community service aims to improve the tourism village through the creation of information boards and the development of supporting systems and marketing in Tanjung Luar Village, East Lombok Regency. This community service activity was held for forty-five days. This devotion adopts qualitative research methods, with data collection techniques conducted by observation, documentation and interviews. The results showed that community service in the creation of information boards and the development of supporting systems and marketing were able to build the spirit of the community to continue to participate in the development activities of tourist villages. By utilizing institutional networks, the strength of the younger generation, the support of the village government, and social media, the community managed to bring about new tourist attractions, improve accommodation facilities, and better tourism management

The Empowerment of Skilled-Media Village Officials in Building Public Awareness and Concern for the Environment in Cikeruh Village, Jatinangor District, Sumedang Regency The village government staff is the spearhead of the village government duty whose job is to deliver and process various information relating to government programs, both central and regional government. In this digital era, almost all information flow is carried out through social media. For this reason, a skilled and capable village government staff is needed, especially in using and utilizing social media devices. Through social media, the village government able to socialize the government's relay program and other information to residents. The village service of Cikeruh village through media social has not run optimally. Therefore, training in managing social media, especially in the socialization of environmental hygiene issues, must be held. Universitas Padjadjaran is one of the higher education institutions holding the mandate of community service through education and research activities. This community service integrated with student work college was held in Cikeruh village, Jatinangor District, Sumedang Regency. The training method was lecture and discussion methods, as well as hands-on practice. Participants gained various knowledge related to message management and the use of social media, especially Facebook and Instagram. The results of the activity were the increasing of the knowing, attitudes, and behavior of participants in using Instagram and Facebook to increase effort in improving and restructuring the environment in Cikeruh Village.

The varied natural potential makes Bogor Regency has a lot of natural tourism potential. Its location in the highlands adds to the attraction of tourists to visit. One of the natural tourist destinations in Bogor Regency is Cipamingkis waterfall, the location of this waterfall is in Wargajaya Village, Sukamakmur District, Bogor Regency. Sukamakmur district actually has several tourist attractions, such as the Kahyangan villa and the Ciherang waterfall. However, the existence of this tourist attraction has not had a significant impact on the villagers, most of the villagers still rely on agricultural fields as their livelihood. In addition, the village youth have not played a role in the management of tourism objects. They prefer to work outside the village rather than develop their village. Therefore, this community service activity aims to provide training in managing and developing tourism objects in Sukamakmur district, the concept of community-based tourism management or better known as Community Based Tourism (CBT). The training was carried out in three stages, including program socialization, group discussions, and the last stage was tourism management planning. The results of these activities, in the socialization stage, the youth of Sukamakmur district actually have the motivation to manage and develop tourism objects in Sukamakmur district. However, it is constrained by limited knowledge about the management of tourism objects. The second stage of activity tries to dig up information on the existence of the tourist attraction, so that several alternative tourism development plans are obtained. In the last stage, it is activated to try alternative tourism objects that can be developed in Sukamakmur district with the hope that Sukamakmur district becomes a Tourism Village and residents get a positive impact.

The development of the website at this time has grown so fast due to the development of the internet infrastructure which is quite rapid. This has resulted in many industry players, educational institutions, health institutions and others using websites and other online-based applications as business and information delivery. The village government does not want to be left behind in providing excellent service to its citizens by providing information on the media website. The community service carried out introduced Balongsari Village as a tourist village with the target of promoting economic, social and cultural activities. The method used is in the form of counseling and website creation training. The continuity of this community service activity is in the form of a website created that is followed up by being managed by the local government to be used as a promotional media.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mencari tahu pengelolaan alokasi dana desa dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat Rumoong Atas 2, Kecamatan Tareran, Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif evaluasi. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan dengan wawancara kepada beberapa unsur pemerintah desa yang terlibat dalam pengelolaan Alokasi Dana Desa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pengelolaan Alokasi Dana Desa sudah baik dan sudah mampu mempertanggungjawabkan pengelolaan Alokasi Dana Desa dalam meningkatkan pemberdayaan masyarakat secara baik tapi ada juga masalah yang timbul dalam pengelolaan Alokasi Dana Desa yaitu partisipasi dari masyarakat Desa Rumoong Atas Dua dalam pengelolaan Alokasi Dana Desa masih kurang atau belum efektif serta perlu melakukan musyawarah dengan masyarakat mengenai pengelolaan Alokasi Dana Desa agar masyarakat dapat mengerti tentang tujuan pengelolaan Alokasi Dana Desa di Desa Rumoong Atas Dua. Kata Kunci: Pemberdayaan Masyarakat, Pengelolaan, Alokasi Dana Desa   Abstract This research was conducted to find out the management of Village Fund Allocation in society empowerment Rumoong Atas 2, Tareran Subdistrict, South Minahasa Regency. This researched is qualitative research with descriptive evaluation analysis. The data collection was conducted by interviewing several elements of the village government involved in the management of village fund allocation. The resulted of this study show that the management of Village Fund Allocation has been good and has been able to account for the management of village fund allocation in improving community empowerment well, but there are also problems that arise in the management of Village Fund Allocation, namely the participation of the community of Rumoong Atas 2 Village in the management of Village Fund Allocation is still less or not effective and it is necessary to conduct deliberations with the community on the management of village fund allocation so that the community can understand about the purpose of managing village fund allocation in Rumoong Atas 2 Village. The high prevalence of stunting has prompted the government to take preventive measures. One of them is the priority program for convergence to prevent stunting in villages through the Ministry of Village Regulation, Development of Disadvantaged Areas and Transmigration Number 11 of 2019 concerning Priority for the Use of Village Funds 2020. This regulation was followed up by the formation of a Human Development Cadre (KPM) to carry out convergence activities for preventing stunting with 1 cadre of 1 village. The problem that occurs is the lack of provision for convergence activities for KPM. This community service activity aims to provide assistance to KPM in making proposals for convergence activities. This activity was carried out in Poso Pesisir District, Poso Regency in February 2020. The target audience was 13 KPM people and 13 village midwives. In this KPM mentoring activity, village cadres and midwives succeeded in making proposals for convergence activities to prevent stunting in the village. It is hoped that the village government will follow up the proposals for convergence activities to prevent stunting into village meetings and it is agreed to be budgeted for 2021.

The Covid 19 pandemic is a serious problem that must be dealt with immediately. The use of masks is an effort to minimize transmission of viruses between humans. The high demand for masks, especially medical masks, is causing scarcity in the market. Therefore, cloth masks are needed as an alternative for the community to be used daily in the midst of activities facing health crises that occur. The purpose of this community service activity is to transfer sewing skills to the Anyar Village LPM partners who are members of the "Independent Beginner Group" while supporting the efforts of the village change program in producing 1000 pcs masks for the community. The implementation of the activities carried out for 2 weeks includes a site survey, problem analysis, discussion of determining the schedule of activities with the village and partners, socialization of activities to the target target, core activities include opening, training, mentoring and product delivery. The success of this activity was measured from the creation of the participant's skills so that the target of making 1000 masks was achieved. The response of partners to this activity was very well marked by the enthusiasm of the participants ie 100% attendance of participants arrived on time until the activity ended. The community service activity ended with handing over 1000 pcs of masks to the Head of Anyar Village to be distributed to the community.

Cyber media and social media applications become the key of many tourist attractions in Indonesia. In Malang city, East Java, the local government strengthens the tourism sector by building its tourism village. Utilizing the new media network, Malang is now known as the pioneer of Tourism Village. Unfortunately, as the number of tourism villages becomes famous, there is one famous tourism village that was previously famous, even falling in popularity, namely ‘Kampung Wisata Keramik Dinoyo’. This study aimed to determine the causes of decreasing popularity of the village using public relations theory and descriptive qualitative research methods. In-depth interview were administered to the Chairman of Paguyuban Kampung Wisata Keramik Dinoyo, government, and shop owners in Dinoyo Village. The results showed that Kampung Keramik Dinoyo removed many sectors in the field of public relations, especially the use of new media. It was suggested to tourism village to fully use the new media access in order to improve its image so its popularity also increased.

Village government is the administration of government affairs and the interests of local communities in the NKRI government system (Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages Article 1 Paragraph (2)). The village head as the organizer of the village government is directly elected by the community through the election of the village head (Law Number 6 of 2014 Article 34 paragraph 1). The village head in village administration is assisted by village officials, namely the village secretary and other village officials. "BPD is located as an element of village administration, functions to determine village regulations with the village head, to accommodate and channel the aspirations of the community". In this case the problems that occur are about Village Wealth Management Procedures, which are more focused on village financial management. The problems that often occur in Sungai Pinang Village, Pujud District, Rokan Hilir Regency are; 1) The many original assets of Sungai Pinang Village can be used as a source of original village income to improve development and the standard of living of the community, especially in Sungai Pinang Village. 2) The many residents of Sungai Pinang Village community who do not yet know about the procedures for managing village wealth. Referring to the above problem, the formulation of the problem in this service is how to increase the capacity of the village government in financial management of Sungai Pinang Village, Pujud River District, Rokan Hilir Regency. The purpose of this service is so that the Device and Community of Sungai Pinang Village, Pujud District, Rokan Hilir Regency can find out and improve the capacity of the village government in managing village finances. The benefits of this service are for lecturers for lecturers, the increase of students' knowledge and knowledge about the Government's Capacity Building in Village Financial Management Sungai Pinang Village, Pujud Rokan Hilir District, For Higher Education, the achievement of darma chess from universities in Riau Islamic University. one of them is community service. For the Community, so that the community can know clearly about Capacity Building of Village Governments in Village Financial Management. The target of community service is to increase awareness of the village government and the community the importance of understanding the Capacity Building of Village Governments in Village Financial Management to realize the Target Development. The location of this community service activity is Sungai Pinang Village, Pujud District, Rokan Hilir Regency. This village is approximately 7 hours drive from the city of Pekanbaru. The timing of this activity is carried out on Saturdays. December 28, 2018 at 09.00 WIB until Completed. The method of implementation is carried out with assistance and question and answer with the community and village officials. Furthermore, the Dedication Team will conduct a direct review of the documents that are in the Village archive to see the shortcomings. The material presented in this service is Law no. 6 of 2014 and supporting material.

Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan di Desa Bokor Kecamatan Tumpang Kabupaten Malang. Kondisi obyek dampingan dapat diidentifikasi beberapa permasalahan yang muncul, adanya perilaku yang kurang tepat dari masyarakat bokor yang membuang sampah sembarangan. Mereka membuang sampah di sungai, dan pekarangan sehingga bisa mengakibatkan pencemaran lingkungan sekitar. Metode yang dipakai dalam pengabdian ini adalah PAR (participation action research). Langkah-langkah yang dilakukan dalam pengabdian ini diawali FGD dengan Pemerintahan Desa, Stake holder dan masyarakat itu sendiri, dilanjutkan dengan sosialisasi dan pendampingan perilaku masyarakat desa Bokor dengan memilah sampah organik dan unorganik, serta memberikan fasilitas tong sampah yang didistribusikan ke warga desa Bokor warga agar terjadi perubahan membuang sampah tidak disungai tapi dibuang pada tong sampah yang yang sudah disediakan. Sehingga mereka tidak lagi membuang sampah rumah tangganya di sembarang tempat dan sungai. Mitra kerja dalam pengabdian ini adalah karang taruna serta ibu PKK yang didukung sepenuhnya oleh Kepala desa dan perangkatnya.Abstract: This community service activity was carried out in Bokor Village, Tumpang District, Malang Regency. The condition of the assisted object can be identified several problems that arise, the existence of inappropriate behavior from the bokor community who littering. They throw garbage in rivers and yards so that it can cause pollution to the surrounding environment. The method used in this service is PAR (participation action research). The steps taken in this service began with an FGD with the Village Government, Stakeholders, and the community itself, followed by socialization and mentoring the behavior of the Bokor village community by sorting organic and unorganic waste, as well as providing trash can facilities that were distributed to residents of the village of Bokor. There has been a change in disposing of garbage, not in the river but discarded in the trash can that has been provided. So that they no longer throw their household waste in any place and river. The partners in this service are youth organizations and PKK mothers who are fully supported by the village head and his apparatus.

ABSTRAKPengabdian ini merupakan bentuk hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui dampak pandemi Covid-19 terhadap perekonomian masyarakat di desa Suruhan khususnya pada pelaku UMKM, serta untuk mengetahui strategi yang tepat bagi pelaku UMKM dalam meningkatkan perekonomian. Jenis pengabdian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dengan menggunakan data primer. Responden dalam pengabdian ini adalah 11 pemilik UMKM di desa Suruhan, kabupaten Sukoharjo. Hasil dari pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa pandemi Covid-19 berdampak negatif terhadap perekonomian masyarakat di desa Suruhan seperti kesusahan dalam mencari pekerjaan, maraknya PHK terhadap karyawan, kesusahan dalam berjualan, dan kesulitan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan hidup. Adapun strategi peningkatan perekonomian yang sangat efektif dalam meningkatkan penjualan produk UMKM di masa pandemi Covid-19 yaitu dengan melakukan jual beli secara Online. Kata kunci: ekonomi; dampak covid-19; umkm; bisnis online. ABSTRACTThis service is a form of community service activity which has the aim of knowing the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the economy of the community in Suruhan village, especially for MSME actors, and to find out the right strategy for MSME actors in improving the economy.  This type of service is qualitative research.  Data collection techniques through interviews using primary data.  Respondents in this service are 11 MSME owners in Suruhan village, Sukoharjo district.  The results of this service show that the Covid-19 pandemic has a negative impact on the economy of the community in Suruhan village such as difficulty in finding work, rampant layoffs for employees, difficulties in selling, and difficulties in meeting the necessities of life.  The strategy for increasing the economy is very effective in increasing sales of MSME products during the Covid-19 pandemic, namely by buying and selling online. Keywords: economy; the impact of covid-19; smes; online business.
