The Village

Waste is a problem that must be faced by residential communities both in urban and rural settlements, so it needs to be systematically structured and sustainable. Conventional waste handling that has been implemented by the community cannot produce an appropriate solution, this is evident that there is still a large volume of waste that has not been managed properly. The purpose of implementing community service activities in the village of Sedapurklagen in Benjeng Gresik is to utilize household waste through compoter and biopori as well as the application of Biopori to treat household waste that can also reduce waterlogging during rain. The implementation method is used so that the purpose of this service activity is to empower the community about managing household waste to be composted through composter, as well as training on composting from composter and biopori. The target of this activity is the mothers of family welfare coaching (PKK) in the village of Sedapurklagen, Benjeng Gresik. The result of this service is that the community has begun to process organic waste to make compost and million biopori pipes around the Posapur, Sedapurklagen Gresik to reduce the presence of standing water during the rainy season.

The Village

A clean and healthy tourist village is the main attraction for visitors because the beautiful and clean environment makes visitors feel comfortable. Based on the results of the FGD conducted by the University of Bengkulu LPPM in the village of Rindu Hati, several problems were found, such as the cleanliness of the village, the absence of a garbage disposal site. This of course can cause various problems for visitors and the community, one of which can affect public health and the environment. Efforts that can be made are the Guidance of Clean and Healthy Life Behavior (PHBS). The purpose of this community service activity is to provide education to the Rindu Hati village community so that they can maintain environmental cleanliness and health through the proper and correct application of PHBS, increase community knowledge and skills in managing household waste and environmental waste, and improve community skills in disease management. environmental impacts and independently in preventing and overcoming the health problems it faces. The methods used are: health education about waste management, training to utilize waste. The participants who took part in this activity were 50 people consisting of environmental groups, PKK cadres, health cadres, village officials, and housewives. The results of this community service activity show an increase in community participation in maintaining environmental cleanliness and health, this can be seen from the community's ability to implement PHBS and utilize waste that has economic value.

ABSTRAK               Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk menambah pengetahuan ibu-ibu di Desa Ulee Pulo, Kabupaten Aceh Utara, Indonesia tentang teknik pengolahan hasil budidaya tambak yaitu ikan bandeng yang diolah menjadi kerupuk bawang. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini menggunakan metode survei dan sosialisasi langsung. Tahapan kegiatan terdiri dari penentuan lokasi dan kelompok, persiapan bahan dan alat, pengolahan dan uji organoleptik (skoring). Komponen uji organoleptik terdiri dari rasa, aroma, tekstur, warna dan gurih. Panelis yang memberikan penilaian uji organoleptik meliputi perangkat desa, dosen, dan masyarakat sebanyak 25 panelis. Kuisioner digunakan untuk melihat tingkat keberhasilan kegiatan. Berdasarkan hasil observasi secara langsung pelatihan ini telah meningkatkan pengetahuan perempuan kelompok Pemberdayaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (PKK) dalam mengolah bandeng menjadi kerupuk bawang. Selain itu, nilai tambah bandeng bisa meningkat terutama saat panen melimpah. Hasil uji organoleptik skoring menunjukkan bahwa nilai skoring warna 5 (coklat kekuningan), aroma 4,3 (aroma khas bandeng), tekstur 5 (renyah), rasa asin 5 (asin ideal), rasa gurih 4,6 (gurih).   Kata kunci; Bandeng, kerupuk bawang, pemberdayaan perempuan ABSTRACT The purpose of this community service is to increase the knowledge of women in the village of Ulee Pulo, North Aceh Regency, Indonesia about processing techniques of pond cultivation products, namely milkfish onion crackers. This community service activity used a survey method and direct outreach. The survey consisted of determining the location and the group, while the outreach consisted of preparing materials and tools, processing, and organoleptic testing (scoring test). The components of the organoleptic test consisted of taste, odor, shape, color, and savory. Panelists who gave organoleptic test assessments included village apparatus, lecturers, and the community with a total of 25 panelists. Questionnaires were used to see the level of success of the activity. The observation results of the activity, it is known that this activity can improve the knowledge of women in family welfare empowerment group (Pemberdayaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga/PKK) in processing milkfish into onion crackers. Also, the added value of milkfish can increase especially when the harvest is abundant. Organoleptic test results showed that color score 5(Yellow-brown), odor 4,3 (the scent of milkfish), tekstur 5 (crunchy), salty taste 5 (salty ideal), savory taste 4,6 (tasty). Keyword : milkfish, onion crackers, women empowerment

Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan di Desa Bokor Kecamatan Tumpang Kabupaten Malang. Kondisi obyek dampingan dapat diidentifikasi beberapa permasalahan yang muncul, adanya perilaku yang kurang tepat dari masyarakat bokor yang membuang sampah sembarangan. Mereka membuang sampah di sungai, dan pekarangan sehingga bisa mengakibatkan pencemaran lingkungan sekitar. Metode yang dipakai dalam pengabdian ini adalah PAR (participation action research). Langkah-langkah yang dilakukan dalam pengabdian ini diawali FGD dengan Pemerintahan Desa, Stake holder dan masyarakat itu sendiri, dilanjutkan dengan sosialisasi dan pendampingan perilaku masyarakat desa Bokor dengan memilah sampah organik dan unorganik, serta memberikan fasilitas tong sampah yang didistribusikan ke warga desa Bokor warga agar terjadi perubahan membuang sampah tidak disungai tapi dibuang pada tong sampah yang yang sudah disediakan. Sehingga mereka tidak lagi membuang sampah rumah tangganya di sembarang tempat dan sungai. Mitra kerja dalam pengabdian ini adalah karang taruna serta ibu PKK yang didukung sepenuhnya oleh Kepala desa dan perangkatnya.Abstract: This community service activity was carried out in Bokor Village, Tumpang District, Malang Regency. The condition of the assisted object can be identified several problems that arise, the existence of inappropriate behavior from the bokor community who littering. They throw garbage in rivers and yards so that it can cause pollution to the surrounding environment. The method used in this service is PAR (participation action research). The steps taken in this service began with an FGD with the Village Government, Stakeholders, and the community itself, followed by socialization and mentoring the behavior of the Bokor village community by sorting organic and unorganic waste, as well as providing trash can facilities that were distributed to residents of the village of Bokor. There has been a change in disposing of garbage, not in the river but discarded in the trash can that has been provided. So that they no longer throw their household waste in any place and river. The partners in this service are youth organizations and PKK mothers who are fully supported by the village head and his apparatus.

The Village

Petalongan Village is one of the villages in Pasir Penyu District, Indragiri Hulu Regency, which is still left behind. This village has rivers, lakes, and cultural traditions for economic or tourism development. People still do not realize the importance of managing this ecosystem. Therefore, the purpose of this service activity is to change people's behavior in managing and utilizing nature, traditions and culture to improve the community's economy. The targets of this activity are the managers of Village-Owned Enterprises and Women Empowerment of Family Welfare. The service methods carried out started from the socio-economic mapping, counseling, FGD, and mentoring. This community service activity has mapped the economic potential of the village on a lake-based basis. Counseling and FGDs regarding problems in Petalongan Village have contributed to increasing public awareness. Extension activities focused on using the lake for the cultivation of catfish and tilapia. Besides that, training on tourism awareness and UMKM needs to be carried out immediately in order to increase understanding, attitudes and the ability of the community in utilizing the wealth of natural resources in this village. This counseling has a positive impact so that people want to immediately cultivate fish and use the lake for tourism to increase the community’s economic income.

Commercial feed produced by the factory has a guaranteed quality and quantity. However, the problem is the price of commercial feed produced by factories that are getting more and more expensive and troubling to fish breeders, thus making fish breeders have to look for other alternatives to reduce the cost of feed. Cultivation of maggots or larvae of black soldier fly flies (Hermetia illicens) the right solution to overcome the problem in lieu of high-protein fish feed. Maggot cultivation training activities as an alternative to fish feed are carried out in Carawali Village. The implementation method is done by means of lectures, discussions and practices. The result of this community service activity is the amount of enthusiasm of participants to the training activities by evidenced that the active participants follow the activity from start to finish. In addition, many participants are active in discussion and question and answer sessions. So it can be concluded that the maggot cultivation training in Carawali Village went successfully and smoothly. The continuation of this PKM activity is to train the understanding and attitude of the trainees on the importance of organic waste management for maggot cultivation as an alternative to fish feed.

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memenuhi kewajiban dosen untuk melakukan tridharma perguruan tinggi. Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat merupakan salah satu cara supaya mahasiswa Universitas Trilogi memiliki keterampilan bermasyarakat. Khalayak  sasaran  dari  pengabdian  ini  adalah  masyarakat RW 09 di  desa Ciasihan. Kegiatan pengabdian  telah  dilaksanakan  pada  tanggal  11 Agustus-11 September yang  bertempat  di desa Ciasihan Kecamatan Pamijahan Kabupaten Bogor, dengan diikuti oleh seluruh masyarakat RW 09. Dari  hasil  evaluasi  diperoleh  hasil  dan  manfaat  dari  kegiatan  pengabdian  ini diantaranya adalah meningkatkan motivasi masyarakat akan pentingnya koperasi, dan pentingnya akan pemanfaatan sampah organik  menjadi pupuk. Kegiatan pengabdian  ini  berjalan  dengan  lancar,  karena  berbagai  pendukung  terutama  partisipasi peserta yang cukup antusias dan berpartisipasi aktif dalam kegiatan pembentukan koperasi.. Tujuan  kegiatan  pengabdian  kepada  masyarakat  ini,  yang  dilaksanakan melalui kegiatan pembentukan koperasi adalah memotivasi masyarakat akan pentingnya koperasi, dan pentingnya akan pemanfaatan sampah organik  menjadi pupuk. Selain itu, Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat ini merupakan wahana bagi mahasiswa Universitas Trilogi untuk mengabdikan keilmuannya.Kata Kunci: Pembentukan Koperasi, Masyarakat RW 09Community service activities are one way for Trilogy University students to have social skills. In general, the residents of RT 004 RW 03 have a level of education at the junior and senior high school levels. This is due to the economic factors and the absence of encouragement from parents for their children to continue their education to a higher level. Moreover, women who do not continue their education at school are unemployed or decide to become housewives, because they do not have the skills to live independently. Most of the mothers are only housewives who only take care of their children and husbands. This condition cannot improve the economic condition of the family that is not fixed and coupled with the high economic burden that requires each family to be able to think creatively in order to survive amid the economic pressure. The objectives of this community service activity included: Assisting women’s group of Family Welfare and Empowerment in the formation of business groups, assisting women’s group of Family Welfare and Empowerment on how to utilize and cultivate the broiler rabbits as a small entrepreneur. The implementation of this training activity was expected to help in fostering an entrepreneurial spirit in rabbit cultivation for underprivileged people through the formation of a small business group of women of Family Welfare and Empowerment and in the form of published scientific articles. Abstrak Warga masyarakat yang berada di RT 004 RW 03 pada umumnya adalah lulusan SMP dan SMU. Hal tersebut disebabkan oleh faktor ekonomi dan tidak adanya dorongan dari orang tua agar anak-anak mereka melanjutkan pendidikan ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi. Terlebih anak perempuan yang tidak melanjutkan sekolah akhirnya menganggur atau hidup berumah tangga, karena mereka tidak mempunyai bekal keterampilan untuk bisa hidup mandiri. Sebagian besar ibu-ibu hanya sebagai ibu rumah tangga yang hanya mengurusi anak dan suaminya. Kondisi ini tidak dapat memperbaiki kondisi ekonomi keluarga, penghasilan yang tidak tetap dan ditambah beban ekonomi yang tinggi menuntut setiap keluarga untuk dapat berfikir kreatif agar dapat bertahan hidup ditengah himpitan ekonomi. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini antara lain: Membantu Ibu PKK dalam pembentukan kelompok usaha yang harus dibentuk, membantu Ibu PKK dalam cara pemanfaatan dan pengolahan kelinci pedaging sebagai wirusaha kecil. Diharapkan setelah kegiatan pelatihan ini dilaksanakan menumbuhkan semangat berwirausaha budidaya kelinci bagi masyarakat prasejahtera melalui pembentukan kelompok usaha kecil ibu PKK dan berupa luaran artikel ilmiah yang dipublikasikan.

Desa Terong memiliki cukup banyak kasus stunting. Perhatian terhadap pemenuhan pangan yang bergizi perlu dilakukan. Upaya peningkatan gizi masyarakat lewat pemanfaatan lahan pekarangan dengan penanaman tanaman buah seperti papaya California dan alpukat yang bergizi bisa menjadi solusi yang tepat. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan gizi dan ekonomi masyarakat sasaran dengan memanfaatkan lahan pekarangan. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan dan pendampingan. Masyarakat sasaran sangat antusias dengan kegiatan pengabdian ini, terlihat dari jumlah peserta saat penyuluhan dan penyerahan bibit pepaya california dan alpukat. Meskipun hasil dari tanaman buah tersebut membutuhkan waktu, masyarakat sasaran merasa bahwa upaya ini cukup membantu dalam usaha perbaikan gizi masyarakat. Bahkan masyarakat berpikiran bahwa penanaman tanaman buah di lahan pekarangan ini bisa menjadi potensi pengembangan desa menjadi desa wisata berbasis buah. Jangka panjang dari dampak kegiatan pengabdian ini sangat berarti mulai dari level keluarga sampai wilayah desa. Pemenuhan gizi keluarga secara mandiri lewat lahan pekarangan perlu dikembangkan, masyarakat perlu lebih disadarkan. Selain memberikan asupan gizi yang baik, juga bernilai ekonomis. This community service activity aims to increase people nutrition and economic through homegarden utilization. Method which was used is extension and assistance. The targeted community was very enthusiastic about this community service program, it can be seen from the number of participants during extension and handing over California papaya and avocado seeds. Although the results of the fruit crops need time, the targeted community feels that this effort is quite helpful to improve people nutrition. The targeted community thinks that planting fruit trees on homegarden can be a potential for village development to become a fruit-based tourism village. The long-term impact of these community service activities is significant from the family level to the village area. Fulfillment of family nutrition independently through the homegarden utilization, the community needs to be more aware. In addition to providing good nutrition, it is also economically valuable.

Pademi global Covid-19 telah menyebar ke banyak Negara dan benua, termasuk Indonesia. Salah satu Provinsi yang menerapkan PSBB dalam mengurangi dampak penyebaran Covid-19 adalah Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Dalam penangaanannya tidak hanya bisa dilakukan oleh Pemerintah sendirian dan mesti melibatkan berbagai element masyarakat untuk berpartisipasi di lingkungan masing-masing. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan memberdayakan masyarakat melalui partisipasi komunitas peduli warga terdampak Covid-19 di Nagari Pulakek Koto baru Kecamatan Sungai Pagu Kabupaten Solok Selatan.  Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi sosialisasi, edukasi dan pengumpulan serta penyerahan donasi kepada warga terdampak. Hasil kegiatan yaitu terlaksananya persiapan pelaksanaan kegiatan yaitu pertemuan dengan wali nagari, relawan desa dan perwakilan komunitas peduli. Pengumpulan donasi yang berasal dari warga peduli sebanyak  Rp. 6.000.000.- dan penyerahan paket sembako kepada warga terdampak  sebanyak 60 paket sembako kepada 60 kepala keluarga terdampak yaitu 56 KK dari warga sekitar komplek perumahan bukit pematang permai Jorong Mantirai Indah dan 4 KK berasal dari luar Jorong Mantirai Indah namun sehari-sehari bekerja di keluarga yang tinggal di Perumahan Bukit Pematang Permai. Bantuan diserahkan seminggu sebelum Hari Raya Idul Fitri 1441 H sehingga terasa sangat bermanfaat bagi warga terdampak.  Disamping penerahan donasi juga dilakukan edukasi dan sosialisasi kepada warga terdampak tentang pentingnya mematuhi protocol kesehatan.       Kata kunci: Partsipasi, Peduli Warga Terdampak, Covid-19  ABSTRACT The Covid-19 global academy has spread to many countries and continents, including Indonesia. One of the provinces that have implemented the PSBB in reducing the impact of the spread of Covid-19 is West Sumatra Province. The handling is not only done by the Government alone and must involve various elements of society to participate in their respective environments. This community service activity aims to empower the community through community participation in caring for residents affected by Covid-19 in Nagari Pulakek Koto baru, Sungai Pagu District, South Solok Regency. Methods of implementing activities include socialization, education and collection and delivery of donations to affected residents. The result of the activity is the implementation of preparations for the implementation of activities, namely meetings with the village guardian, village volunteers and representatives of the caring community. The collection of donations from caring residents is Rp. 6,000,000.- and the handover of 60 basic food packages to the affected residents to 60 affected families, namely 56 families from residents around the Jorong Mantirai Indah Pematang hill housing complex and 4 families from outside Jorong Mantirai Indah but working daily in family who live in Bukit Pematang Permai Housing. The aid was handed over a week before Idul Fitri 1441 H, so it was very beneficial for the affected residents. Apart from distributing donations, education and outreach was also carried out to affected residents about the importance of complying with health protocols.
