Tingginya minat berwirausaha akan melahirkan entrepreneur-entrepreneur muda yang memiliki visi yang jelas di masa depan, kreativitas serta inovasi yang tinggi dalam segala bidang. Mereka akan menjadi lebih mandiri, kreatif, dan inovatif dalam menciptakan peluang bisnis baru dan penemuan-penemuan baru. Masalah pengangguran terdidik akan dapat teratasi karena keluaran (output) dari hasil pendidikan kewirausahaan adalah calon-calon entrepreneur muda berbakat yang tidak lagi menjadi pencari kerja (job seeker) tetapi telah menjadi pencipta lapangan pekerjaan (job maker). Secara parsial, hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa variabel subjective norms tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha. Norma subjektif (subjective norms) merepresentasikan dukungan yang diberikan oleh orang-orang terdekat ketika responden akan memilih berwirausaha sebagai salah satu pilihan karir. Pengabdian masyarakat diadakan selama 3 bulan. Kegiatan diadakan di MTS Nurul ikmah Bekasi. Hasil yang dicapai siswa lebih mengenal cara  tahapan berwirasuaha,dan berhati – hati serta cermat dalam merencanakan suatu bisnis / usaha.Kata Kunci : Proposal Bisnis, Siswa MtsABSTRACTThe high interest in entrepreneurship will give birth to young entrepreneurs who have a clear vision of the future, high creativity and innovation in all fields. They will become more independent, creative and innovative in creating new business opportunities and new discoveries. The problem of educated unemployment will be overcome because the outputs of the results of entrepreneurship education are prospective talented young entrepreneurs who are no longer job seekers (job seekers) but have become job creators (job makers). Partially, the results of hypothesis testing indicate that the variable subjective norms do not have a significant effect on entrepreneurial interest. Subjective norms represent the support given by the people closest to them when the respondent will choose entrepreneurship as a career choice. Community service is held for 3 months. The activity was held at MTS Nurul ikmah Bekasi. The results achieved by students are more familiar with the stages of entrepreneurship, and careful and careful in planning a business / business.Key Word : Business proposal, Mts Student

In the millennial era 4.0, the growth of the home industry is growing more rapidly with the development of information technology, thus making needs increase and create new business opportunities. One of the new business opportunities is the krawu rice business. Krawu rice is a typical food from Gresik Regency. The krawu rice home industry is a partner of a community service activity named Nasi Krawu Buk Tiban. The problem that occurs in the community service partners is the marketing of krawu rice that is still around the Nasi Krawu Buk Tiban environment and marketing through the internet media. The method used is to provide training in the form of online media marketing and social media assistance. The result of community service activities can increase krawu rice revenue turnover, can operate and promote krawu rice marketing through online media and social media.

Tujuan dan target dari BUMDes dapat dicapai jika dikelola dengan benar dan profesional karena dalam esensi BUMDes adalah hadir sebagai solusi bagi masyarakat dalam mengembangkan usaha kreatif dan UKM di desa. Atas dasar permasalahan yang terjadi pada mitra maka program PKM ini perlu dilakukan dengan memberikan sosialisasi tentang berbagai peluang usaha yang dapat dilakukan UKM di Era New Normal.dan tata Kelola keuangan BUMDes yang baik melalui aplikasi akuntansi sederhana sesuai dengan akuntansi yang berlaku umum. Metode yang digunakan adalah diskusi dan ceramah. Kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan Tim PKM ini dengan metode ceramah dan diskusi telah mampu memberikan motivasi bagi masyarakat di Desa Manjalling untuk melakukan variasi produk pada UKMnya terlebih lagi atas dukungan dari Kepala Desa Manjalling, para pelaku UKM, tokoh masayarakat dan pengurus BUMdes yang dijadikan sebagai sasaran kegiatan pengabdian pada Masyarakat. Kegiatan Pengabdian pada masyarakat ini juga dapat membantu bagi pengurus BUMdes mengetahui dan memahami tata kelola keuangan BUMDes yang baik melalui aplikasi akuntansi sederhana sesuai dengan akuntansi yang berlaku umum.   The goals and targets of BUMDes can be achieved if managed properly and professionally because in essence BUMDes is present as a solution for the community in developing creative businesses and SMEs in the village. Based on the problems that occur with partners, this PKM program needs to be carried out by providing socialization about various business opportunities that can be carried out by SMEs in the New Normal Era. And good BUMDes financial governance through simple accounting applications in accordance with generally accepted accounting. The method used is discussion and lecture. The service activities carried out by the PKM Team with the lecture and discussion methods have been able to provide motivation for the people in Manjalling Village to make product variations for their SMEs, especially with the support from the Manjalling Village Head, SME actors, community leaders and BUMdes management who are used as the target of the activity. community service. This community service activity can also help BUMdes management know and understand good BUMDes financial governance through simple accounting applications in accordance with generally accepted accounting

Moringa oleifera is a type of plant that has many benefits. Moringa leaves are very well consumed by humans with a variety of processed products. This Community Service aims to open people's insight, knowledge, and skills about the benefits of Moringa leaves for healts, as well as provide business opportunities for farming communities who are interested in cultivating Moringa plants to increase their income. The method used in community service is in the form of counseling. The results of this activity have provided knowledge to the community, especially farmers in the Landasan Ulin Barat Village about the benefits of Moringa leaves for health. This community service is expected to be carried out in a sustainable manner, so that the counseling that has been given can be put into practice in real terms, thus providing benefits for the people of the West Landasan Ulin Village.

Abstract. The programme objective is to increase the number of young entrepreneurs in Indonesia, especially for members of Karang Taruna RW 15 Srengseng Sawah organizations through the dissemination of information about smart-plant-gardening. The method are counseling and practical training activities. This activity has succeeded in increasing the knowledge of participants. It comes from the percentage number of participants knowledge. Before activity, the percentage of knowledge participants about smart-plant-gardening is around 20 percent. After training, its increased to 93 percent. The material on business opportunities and revenue projections impacts on participants interest in entrepreneurship. Based on data from pre-activities, 40 percent of participants were initially not interested in doing this business. After the activity, 100 percent of the participants express their interest in doing business with fresh vegetables as a product of smart-plant-gardening. Participants's technical knowledge of smart-plant-gardening increase from 50 percent to 90 percent. All participants state that this activity is useful. The results above indicates that the community service has increased the knowledge and sense of business among Karang taruna RW 15 Srengseng Sawah members.Keywords: Training, Smart-plant-gardening, Youth organization.Abstrak. Tujuan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan jumlah wirausaha muda di Indonesia khususnya pemuda/pemudi anggota karang taruna di Jakarta Selatan melalui penyebarluasan informasi mengenai smart-plant-gardening. Metode kegiatan adalah penyuluhan yang dikombinasikan dengan kegiatan praktik pelatihan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan tentang smart-plant-gardening. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah persentase jumlah peserta yang memiliki pengetahuan tentang smart-plant-gardening pada saat sebelum kegiatan pengetahuan peserta berkisar 20 persen. Setelah pelatihan, pengetahuannya meningkat menjadi 93 persen. Materi mengenai peluang bisnis dan proyeksi penerimaan yang diberikan memberi dampak peningkatan terhadap minat berwirausaha. Berdasarkan data pra-kegiatan pengabdian, 40 persen peserta awalnya tidak berminat untuk berbisnis produk sayuran. Namun, setelah kegiatan 100 persen peserta menyatakan berminat untuk berbisnis sayuran segar sebagai produk dari smart-plant-gardening. Pemahaman teknis peserta mengenai smart-plant-gardening meningkat dari 50 persen menjadi 90 persen. Seluruh peserta (100 persen) menyatakan bahwa kegiatan ini bermanfaat. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa kegiatan yang dilakukan telah meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman bisnis anggota karang taruna RW. 15 Kelurahan Srengseng Sawah Kecamatan Jagakarsa.Kata Kunci: Pelatihan, Smart-plant-gardening, Karang Taruna.

The purpose of this study is to check how ICT led business opportunity devel- opment model of ITC e-Choupal affected “Capability” development of the people in rural India. The survey of three different regions of India, included 319 e-Choupal beneficiaries and 10 ITC officials and elected representatives of villages. Statistical analysis revealed that Capability Enhancement of farmers depended on the extent to which farmers trusted and participated in ICT activities that varied based on their education level but specifically e-Choupal could generate only limited business opportunities for rural masses. However, the business opportunities definitely affected the capability enhancement parameters. The ICT enabled business models can be well used by corporates and governments of devel- oping economies in Asia and Africa for capability development of rural masses as these models provide new business opportunities for them. The field survey based framework showed how ICT based business opportunity development model of e-Choupal can affect the income, time and saving of farmers in developing economy.

<p>Remaja Karang Taruna Cikoko Timur RW 02 has several routine activities, one of which is traditional Betawi dance. Based on the survey results, it is known that one of the obstacles faced is the limited funds to rent dancing equipment if you are going to appear in a show. Based on this, the Trisakti University FSRD Community Service team decided to provide training in making headdresses and masks using cheap and easily available materials. The training was carried out by giving examples (demonstrations) by the instructor and continued with practice by the participants accompanied by the PkM instructor team. The results of the training were in the form of a headdress made of chicken feathers and equipped with a mask as self-protection so that you could dance during the pandemic. Knowledge of the design and application of independently produced headdresses and face masks not only saves costs, but also hones the skills and creativity of youth of Karang Taruna. Furthermore, if it is seriously developed it will open up new business opportunities for the youth of the Youth Organization.</p><p>Remaja Karang Taruna Cikoko Timur RW 02 memiliki beberapa kegiatan rutin salah satunya adalah menari tradisional Betawi. Berdasarkan hasil survei, diketahui bahwa salah satu kendala yang dihadapi adalah keterbatasan dana untuk menyewa perlengkapan menari jika akan tampil dalam sebuah pertunjukan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, tim Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat FSRD Universitas Trisakti memutuskan untuk memberikan pelatihan pembuatan hiasan kepala dan masker dengan menggunakan material yang murah dan mudah diperoleh. Pelatihan dilakukan dengan memberikan contoh (demonstrasi) oleh instruktur dan dilanjutkan dengan praktik oleh para peserta didampingi oleh tim instruktur PkM. Hasil pelatihan berupa hiasan kepala berbahan baku utama bulu ayam dan dilengkapi dengan masker sebagai proteksi diri agar tetap dapat menari selama pandemi. Pengetahuan tentang desain dan penerapannya pada hiasan kepala dan masker wajah yang diproduksi secara mandiri tidak hanya menghemat biaya, namun juga mengasah keterampilan dan kreativitas remaja Karang Taruna. Lebih jauh lagi, jika dikembangkan secara serius akan membuka peluang usaha baru bagi remaja Karang Taruna tersebut.</p>

The amount of paper waste, especially paper waste of yarn rolls in the socks manufactured factory and the convection industry that has not been used to get high economic value is an opportunity to open a new business, especially in the electronic and art craft product. SEPIK PANIK (Speaker of Music and Unique Display of Waste Paper Rolls) is an innovation from processing paper waste to be a unique speaker. The purposes of this program are: 1) Utilizing paper waste to get high selling value. 2) Creating handmade products from paper waste into speakers as well as unique creative display. 3) To accommodate the desire of college students who have entrepreneurial spirit and artistic creations to open new business opportunities. The method of make this SEPIK PANIK product includes 1) Making paper tube of speaker and 2) Making a Unique Display. The Sales of this product have been carried out during May to August 2019, products that have been sold are 34 units, obtained a profit of Rp. 1.170,000. Sales and promotion methods are carried out both online through social media and offline, namely direct selling and consignment. Based on these results, this business is very profitable and can benefit the surrounding environment.

Doing physical activity can make the body fit and increase the body's immunity to be able to fight the virus during the Covid-19 pandemic. Based on this, sports activities are needed to invite people to maintain their physical health through healthy exercise activities which are held aimed at increasing people's interest in exercising during the Covid-19 pandemic during new normal so that their body endurance is better. This community service (PKM) is a form of real work from the Hamzanwadi University Physical Education and Health Study Program for the people of South Pringgasela Village to participate in healthy gymnastics as an effort to prevent Covid-19. Healthy gymnastics activities can increase public awareness of the importance of maintaining health in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Entrepreneurship (entrepreneurship) is a process of applying creativity and innovation in solving problems and finding opportunities to improve life (business and work). Community service activities are focused on small and medium enterprises (SMEs) built by PKK through UP2K in Kebayoran Lama Utara sub-district, in the form of food culinary, clothing, transportation and new business (start-up company). Business people as many as 30 people from various businesses. Methods used: (1) Survey; (2) Focus Group Discussion (FGD); (3) Briefing (Community Organization); (4) Community Development; (5) Learning Methods; and (6) Advocacy. The findings obtained are: (1) nine out of 10 organizations failed to realize SMEs due to no rest; (2) there are 5% of participants who understand the strategic plan; (3) 60% of organizations do not have realization budgets. The objectives of entrepreneurship based on strategic management are: (1) achievement of family economic effort improvement through group / individual business, so as to increase income and family welfare; (2) enhancing the capabilities and qualities of new entrepreneurs; (3) increasing knowledge, skills and skills for new entrepreneurs; (4) fostering groups of community or pre-cooperative economic enterprises in order to improve the family and community economy. Strategic management-based entrepreneurship is expected to promote effective and efficient SMEs for new entrepreneurs.
