Objective of KKN-PPM is to overcome the problems encountered in the village Cakringturi that the low incomes, lack of knowledge and understanding of environmental management, especially land yard. The solution to solve the problem is to empower rural communities through land use courtyard with technology integration system of livestock, crops and fish and provide food processing technology skills.Methods: Counseling, Mentoring, Training. Result: K1 program: Land yard citizens have been utilized, Product Probiofish, Aquaponics,  Raising catfish in the pond Bis, The Carambola Fruit Cultivation along the river, Product instant and syrup TOGA, Vertikultur.  K2 program: Competition Fun Cake in early childhood,  Competition Beuty and Hijab Class, Teaching in Early Childhood Educatio. K3 Program : : Tutoring for elementary school children, Work with the community service, Yasinan, tahlilan, & diba'an, Assist Posyandu services. Distribution of poor rice, Visits to polindes,, Decorating in early childhood classrooms, Coordination with Karangtaruna, A visit to the village, Assist village. Conclusion: The entire planning of the program, both the main program, additional, or auxiliary implemented very well and smoothly by all students of KKN PPM 2015. Development of village fund management is very much needed by the community so that it can be enjoyed by all levels of society in the villages. The seriousness of the government in developing villages is evidenced by the start of allocation of the Village Fund budget for 2015. The allocation of the Village Fund is mandated by Law (Law) Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages and Government Regulation (PP) Number 6 of 2014 concerning Village Funds Sourced from STATE BUDGET. The regulation explained that the administration of the village government adheres to the principle of decentralization and the task of assistance. The principle of decentralization raises village internal funding (Desa APBD), while the principle of co-administration provides an opportunity for Villages to obtain funding sources from the government above it (APBN, Provincial APBD, Regency / City APBD). This study aims to observe what the development of village funds looks like, how they are implemented and the impact of the use of village funds in supporting development activities and community empowerment. The research method used is a qualitative research method that relies on observing places, actors and activities in Konawe Selatan Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province, which was chosen as a case study. Initial observations show that the Village Fund does not have significant results in improving the welfare of the community. These indications are evident in the welfare of the community which has not improved with the existence of the village fund. Therefore it is necessary to develop a good management of village funds to improve the welfare of rural communities, especially in Konawe Selatan District. The output to be achieved is the scientific publication with ISSN Online and the level of technological Readiness that will be achieved 1-3.

Community Empowerment in the Tourism Sector in Efforts Acceleration of Economic Recovery in Dambalo Village As an effort to grow the economy which is currently slumped as a result of the covid 19 pandemic. He people of Dambalo Village have various livelihoods from self-employed fishermen, farmers and some are civil servants and construction workers, all of which aim to help the family economy. and almost 60% are creative and micro business actors. Here fore, we are interested in providing creative ideas in the tourism sector, where in this village there is a pretty good tourist attraction to be developed, namely the Botudidingga tourism object, as for the tourism objects in this village that have existed since a few years ago which are located on the coast which has its own uniqueness, because to go to this place the tourists seem to go on a trip to the mountains, the vast expanse of sea surrounded by mangroves and has a courtyard to the middle of the sea makes Botudidingga tourism object the maldeves of North Gorontalo. To further beautify and attract tourists, the thematic village community service students create interesting photo spots with materials taken in the village of Dambalo itself

The Community Service Activity / Kegiatan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) was held in Cibinuang Village, Kuningan District, Kuningan Regency with the target of young people who are members of Karang Taruna Tunas Mekar as youth organization in Cibinuang Village. The problems faced by partner institution in this activity are: a) lack of socialization about the existence of youth organizations and their roles in the development of rural communities, b) less awareness and participation of youth in organizations, both administrator/ other members, c) training of administrators / members in making work programs have never been done. The method of implementation in this activity is active participation with stages namely 1). Seminar and discussing about the role of youth organizations, 2). Providing technical training in making organization programs, 3) Mentoring in making proposals. Seminar about the roles of youth organization for community empowerment in youth organizations in Cibinuang Village presented material in accordance with the theme. The materials presented to the participants including: the role of youth in village development, the mechanism for preparing programs and how to make proposals for effective funding requests. The training in making organization programs and activity proposals were divided into three stages, namely lectures and discussion about the role of youth organizations, providing technical training in the preparation of organization programs and making activity proposals, and mentoring in making organization programs and proposals.� Based on the process PkM activities, it can be seen that 1) there were enhancing youth's understanding and awareness of their capacity in developing villages through youth organizations, 2) members and administrators of youth organizations were motivated to play an active / participating role in building themselves and their villages, 3) administrators of youth organizations to arrange a program, 4) the management of the youth organization was able to make a proposal from each organization program that will be submitted to the Cibinuang Village Government.�Keywords: Youth Capacity, Youth Organization, Organization Program�AbstrakKegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini dilaksanakan di Desa Cibinuang Kecamatan Kuningan Kabupaten Kuningan dengan target pemuda-pemudi yang tergabung dalam Karang Taruna Tunas Mekar yang merupakan organisasi kepemudaan di tingkat Desa Cibinuang.� Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh lembaga mitra dalam kegiatan ini yaitu: a) kurang tersosialisasikanya eksistensi organisasi pemuda dan perannya dalam pembangunan masyarakat desa, b) kesadaran dan partisipasi pemuda dalam organisasi baik pengurus/anggota kurang, c) pelatihan pada pengurus/anggota dalam membuat program kerja belum pernah dilakukan.� Metode pelaksanaan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu partisipasi aktif dengan tahapan yakni 1). Ceramah dan tanya jawab tentang peran organisasi pemuda, 2). Memberikan pelatihan teknis pembuatan program kerja, 3) Pendampingan dalam membuat proposal kegiatan. Seminar tentang peran organisasi pemuda untuk pemberdayaan masyarakat pada organisasi pemuda di Desa Cibinuang Kec. / Kab. Kuningan diisi dengan pemaparan materi yang sesuai dengan tema. Materi-materi yang disampaikan kepada peserta meliputi: peran pemuda dalam pembangunan desa, mekanisme penyusunan program kerja dan cara pembuatan proposal kegiatan untuk permintaan dana yang efektif. Pelatihan pembuatan program kerja dan proposal kegiatan dibagi menjadi tiga kegiatan, yaitu ceramah dan tanya jawab tentang peran organisasi pemuda, memberikan pelatihan teknis penyusunan program kerja dan pembuatan proposal kegiatan, dan pendampingan dalam membuat program kerja dan proposal kegiatan. Berdasarkan proses kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dapat dilihat adanya 1) peningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran pemuda terhadap kapasitasnya dalam membangun desa melalui wadah organisasi pemuda, 2) anggota maupun pengurus organisasi kepemudaan termotivasi� untuk berperan aktif/berpartisipasi dalam membangun diri maupun desanya, 3) pengurus organisasi kepemudaan dapat menyusun program kerja, 4) pengurus organisasi kepemudaan mampu membuat proposal kegiatan dari setiap program kerja yang akan diajukan ke Pemerintah Desa Cibinuang.

Dental and oral health problems are still not become a priority among Indonesian societies. According to the Basic Health Research data in 2018, oral and dental health problems are still quite high up to 57.6%. Oral and Dental health problems are the issues which are prone to be found in infancy that will disrupt the process of a proper growth and development. Most of Indonesian society in general and many mothers in particular do not understand correctly how to care the toddlers' teeth and to keep it healthy with a good quality. The Mother School of ‘Bunda Sholihah’ is a local community empowerment organization whose main program is to increase the capacity of mothers in optimizing child development. This activity is designed to train the mothers to have the ability to care for children's dental health and play an active role in educating the wider community. The method utilized in this community service activities were training and educational practices. The training that has been carried out consists of education in lectures, two-way discussions and role analogies, followed by assignments in the field. The number of participants in this activity was up to 45 members from the foundation of the Bunda Sholihah society in the area of Kasihan, Bantul with a total full and active participation which reached 75.5%. This activity is carried out in groups, in once a week for 4 weeks activity, so that the total implementation was 4 meetings. This program involved the service-voluntary team as the educators, members and administrators of the foundation of Bunda Sholihah School by using modules that have been prepared by the service-voluntary team. The activity partner was the Mother School of Bunda Sholihah, Bantul, Yogyakarta. The results of this program showed a significant increase in the level of mother’s knowledge in infant and toddler dental health (p <0.05) including mother’s personal motivation and consideration regarding early dental examination in toddler.

The general theme of the 2020 Community Service Program is “Community Empowerment”. Meanwhile, the special theme is "Entrepreneurship". The implementation time starts from August 3 to September 3, 2020, in Onekore Village, Ende Tengah District, Ende Regency. On the program. With this special theme, the main activity carried out is supporting entrepreneurship in Onekore Village. The purpose of implementing this activity is that students are expected to gain learning experience through direct involvement in the community in finding, formulating, solving, and overcoming problems in the field. In this KKN activity, the problems found were the lack of utilization of existing garden products, namely bananas. So far, it is consumed by boiling or eating it without further processing. Olso besides, we also found woven products from weaving that were difficult to market. Students socialize and practice entrepreneurship as an effort to solve problems faced by weaving craftsmen. Efforts made to help the household economy include making flower pots and making wallets made from woven fabrics. Supporting activities during the Community Service Program are assisting with the administration of the Village, community service, building a gate for the Indonesian Independence Day, making sample gardens, socializing COVID-19 and, health service for the elderly.

Abstract The Village Library has full responsibility in terms of empowering knowledge for the community. This is because the village library has a strategic position in rural communities. The empowerment of this knowledge is very closely related to the achievement of prosperity both materially and nonmaterial. In the empowerment of knowledge refers to the existing conditions of the village library, potential maps, and problems that exist in the Paseban Village community. This research uses a case study with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, documentation, audio-visual material (Creswell). Analysis of the data used is Creswell data analysis. The researcher chooses to use qualitative validity and reliability to demonstrate the validity of the data as well as the accuracy of the research results. The results of this study are that the Paseban Village Government has carried out empowerment related to tourism development, BumDes, and through the provision of the internet. However, it is not under the auspices of the village library. The empowerment carried out is partial, not centered on the village library. Paseban Village Government has not fulfilled the three aspects of empowerment, namely a) enabling, b) empowering, and c) protecting. So that there is a need to develop a model of knowledge empowerment in the Paseban Village Library, including: a) enabling (village library as a center of knowledge, village library creates an atmosphere that allows the potential of the community to develop by maximizing the function of the library; b) empowering (strengthening the village library as a center of knowledge , strengthening the village library in creating an atmosphere that enables the potential of the community to develop by maximizing the function of the library with concrete steps, the concept that is in enabling is practiced with concrete steps and the availability of infrastructure that can support the creation of community empowerment; c) protecting ( the village library as a knowledge center establishes an information center that can protect and defend the community in terms of knowledge and information related to the distribution of the results of community innovation, the village library covers everything needed community in developing welfare literacy. Keywords: village library, knowledge empowerment, welfare literacy. Abstrak Perpustakaan Desa mempunyai tanggung jawab penuh dalam hal pemberdayaan pengetahuan bagi masyarakat. Hal ini dikarenakan perpustakaan desa mempunyai posisi yang strategis dalam masyarakat pedesaan. Pemberdayaan pengetahuan ini sangat erat kaitannya dengan pencapaian kesejahteraan baik secara materi maupun nonmateri. Dalam pemberdayaan pengetahuan mengacu pada kondisi eksisting perpustakaan desa, peta potensi, dan permasalahan yang ada pada masyarakat Desa Paseban. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, materi audio-visual (Creswell). Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data Creswell. Peneliti memilih menggunakan validitas dan realibilitas kualitatif untuk menunjukkan keabsahan data sekaligus keakuratan hasil penelitian. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Pemerintah Desa Paseban sudah pernah melaksanakan pemberdayaan terkait pembangunan wisata, BumDes, dan melalui penyediaan internet. Akan tetapi, tidak di bawah naungan perpustakaan desa. Pemberdayaan yang dilakukan bersifat parsial, tidak terpusat pada perpustakaan desa. Pemerintah Desa Paseban belum memenuhi tiga aspek pemberdayaan, yakni a) enabling, b) empowering, dan c) protecting. Sehinggan perlu adanya pengembangan model pemberdayaan pengetahuan pada Perpustakaan Desa Paseban, antara lain: a) enabling (perpustakaan desa sebagai pusat pengetahuan, perpustakaan desa menciptakan suasana yang memungkinkan potensi masyarakat dapat berkembang dengan memaksimalkan fungsi perpustakaan; b) empowering (memperkuat perpustakaan desa sebagai pusat pengetahuan, memperkuat perpustakaan desa dalam menciptakan suasana yang memungkinkan potensi masyarakat dapat berkembang dengan memaksimalkan fungsi perpustakaan dengan langkah-langkah nyata, konsep yang ada pada enabling dipraktikkan dengan langkah-langkah nyata dan tersedianya sarana prasarana yang dapat mendukung terciptanya pemberdayaan pada masyarakat; c) protecting (perpustakaan desa sebagai pusat pengetahuan mendirikan juga pusat informasi yang dapat melindungi dan membela masyarakat dalam hal pengetahuan dan informasi terkait pendistribusian hasil inovasi masyarakat, perpustakaan desa meng-cover segala hal yang dibutuhkan masyarakat dalam mengembangkan literasi kesejahteraan. Kata kunci: perpustakaan desa, pemberdayaan pengetahuan, literasi kesejahteraan.

Community empowerment is one of the keys to the success of a village to prosper the lives of its people, with the potential of existing villages, where the community can develop ideas, creations of superior products in the village that generate entrepreneurial spirit in accordance with the provisions given by the government for village development. Padamatang Pasawahan Kuningan village is one of the villages that has a lot of natural resource potential that can be managed and developed into a superior product from the village including Processed Tempe and Emping (Melinjo). The method for carrying out this activity through several stages, namely the stages of preparation, socialization, training, and assistance. The Village Community Empowerment With Traditional Culinary Business in the Group of Boga Ganesha Buleleng The development of fast food must be balanced with the consumption of traditional foods because fast food is allegedly to be a risk factor for the emergence of various diseases. This study aimed to analyze the behavior of IbIKK group of Boga Ganesha. The choice of location of the research was determined purposively with the consideration that the Boga Ganesha is one of the groups to empower the people with the traditional culinary efforts. The method used in collecting the data in this study was interviews with questionnaire instruments. Based on the research results, the potential of the IbIKK of Boga Ganesha is a kosher, hygienic and healthy traditional food processing. Behavior that was demonstrated by the members can be classified into an excellent category (4,6). The achievement of the implementation of the empowerment program that is included in the category of successful (4,2). Empowerment of program aimed to improve the quality of human resources. In this regard, members of the group should implement their skills so that they can open up business opportunities in order to improve the economy of the family. To support this, the facilitator should use the appropriate method so that all participants can obtain information equally.

ABSTRAK   Pokok permasalah pada masalah kemiskinan di Indonesia khususnya kabupaten Bengkalis. Kemiskinan adalah masalah klasik dan terjadi hamper di seluruh Negara di dunia. baik itu kemiskinan absolut maupun kemiskinan relatif. Masalah tentang masyarakat  miskin ternyata sangat kompleks, sehingga meskipun sudah banyak program-program dalam upaya pengentasan kemiskinan, namun juga tak kunjung selesai.  Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana manajemen pemberdayaan masyarakat di kabupaten bengkalis dan pemberdayaan masyarakat desa di kabupaten Bengkalis. Metode penelitian menggunakan pedekatan kualitatif studi kepustakaan,  jenis penelitian menggunakan studi literatur dengan mencari referensi teori yang relevan dengan kasus atau permasalahan yang ditemukan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pemberdayaan masyarakat di kabupaten bengkalis belum maksimal, hal ini terlihat dari lemahnya upaya pemerintah dalam upaya melinearisasi kebijakan hingga tingkat desa khususnya desa tradisional yang masih tertinggal, tentu butuh sentuhan-sentuhan khusus yang bisa di tuangkan ke dalam sebuah aturan/kebijakan. Dengan kata lain, factor administrasi dan organisasi sangat mempengaruhi keberhasilan dalam pencapaian tujuan. Pemberdayaan masyarakat desa di kabupaten bengkalis juga belum terlaksana dengan maksimal. Hal ini terlihat dari lemahnya upaya pemerintah dalam upaya menduplikasi strategi dari desa yang berhasil kepada desa-desa lainnya di kabupaten bengkalis. Dalam upaya pemberdayaan masyarakat desa di kabupaten bengkalis perlu menanamkan kesadaran kepada masyarakat yang menjadi sasaran pemberdayaan terhadap pentingnya pemberdayaan tersebut agar dalam pelaksanaan, masyarakat sasaran pemberdayaan dapat lebih partisipasif.   Kata Kunci: Manajemen, pemberdayaan, masyarakat.desa. Abstract: The main problem in the problem of poverty in Indonesia, especially Bengkalis Regency. Poverty is a classic problem and occurs in almost all countries in the world. both absolute poverty and relative poverty. The problem of the poor turns out to be very complex, so that even though there have been many programs in poverty alleviation efforts, it has also not been finished. The purpose of this study was to find out how the management of community empowerment in Bengkulu Regency and village community empowerment in Bengkalis Regency. The research method uses a qualitative approach to literature study, this type of research uses literature studies by looking for theoretical references relevant to the case or problem found. The results of this study indicate that the management of community empowerment in Bengkulu Regency is not yet maximal, this can be seen from the weak efforts of the government in an effort to line up policies at the village level, especially traditional villages that are still lagging, naturally requiring special touches that can be poured into a rule / Policy. In other words, administrative and organizational factors greatly influence success in achieving goals. Empowerment of rural communities in the Bengkulu district has also not been carried out to the maximum. This can be seen from the weak efforts of the government in an effort to duplicate the strategy of the successful village to other villages in the Regency of Bengkulu. In an effort to empower the village community in Bengkulu Regency it is necessary to instill awareness to the people who are the target of empowerment of the importance of empowerment so that in the implementation, the target community of empowerment can be more participatory. The Village

One form of contribution to the existence of a tertiary institution is the implementation of community service in the area where the college is located. A dynamic life makes people need regulation and needs solutions in solving problems. The solution offered in this service is using land for hydroponic plants carried out in the Ardi Mulyo Village and the use of household waste as fuel. The method used is the participation of the community and students because the concept of implementing PKM is community empowerment. The implementation results show that the activities carried out are very beneficial for the community because the concept used is to realize an independent village for living needs in the form of vegetables and the demand for substitutes for kerosene and gas through plastic bottles waste refining. The method used in implementing this PKM is participatory, namely the involvement of the community and students. This method is used because the PKM carried out by the team relates to empowerment. Hence, the role is to present and monitor for the sustainability of the programs that have been implemented. The results of the implementation of the activities show that the community is very enthusiastic about the activities carried out, this can be seen by the community's participation, and the programs implemented are also right on target and effective so that the independence of the village will be formed with straightforward program implementations.
