The study aims to: (1) know the epistemology and concept of al-fala>h in Islamic perspective; (2) know the implementation of al-fala>h concept in micro and macroeconomic. The study uses a qualitative-descriptive approach with library research technique. The results showed that in Islamic epirstemology, al- al-fala>h defined as all forms of happiness, luck, success and prosperity that is perceived by a person, both born and inner, which it can be feeled in the world and in the hereafter, from all sides and dimensions (comprehensive) in all aspects of life. The concept of al-fala>h demands a muslim to be oriented to the community in every activity, where the hereafter becomes the ultimate goal of the process in the world continuously, while the material facilities in the world can be maximised to maximize the implementation of worship to God more perfectly. Al-fala>h is a multidimensional concept that has implications on the aspects of individual behaviour (micro) and collective behavior (macro), namely survival, freedom of desire, strength and self-esteem and spirituality.

This study aimed at determining the law and urgency of cash waqf in fiqh point of view in accordance with some views of fiqh scholars related to cash waqf. This research used a qualitative-descriptive approach with content analysis techniques and library research. The results showed that the scholars hold different views in deciding the law of cash waqf. Some scholars hold that the cash waqf is permissible. Some others hold that it is makruh (undesirable). There are even some scholars who forbid it. The author inclines toward the view that asserts its permissibility. The urgency and target of cash waqf is improvement of the economy and benefit in the world and the hereafter.

This study aims to determine the legal use of the FaceApp application in terms of the Qur'an, sunnah, and opinions of the scholars, as well as its relation to the problem of changing God's creation. This study uses descriptive-qualitative with content analysis and library research technique. The results showed that: first, FaceApp is an application that can change face photos using technology in the form of neural networks that automatically produce very realistic facial transformations in photographs. The opinions of the scholars in the matter of changing God's creation are: 1) neutering humans and animals ; 2) changing physical form; 3) make a tattoo on the body; 4) change the religion of God. Second, the legal use of the FaceApp application in an Islamic perspective by the scholars was divided into two: some scholars banned the use of the FaceApp application and others allowed it. Nevertheless, the majority of the scholars chose to forbid it, based on the evidence in the Qur'an and related hadith and the number of violations and harms posed by this application.

Abstrak: Ajaran Islam membimbing umat manusia agar sukses dunia dan selamat di akhirat, seimbang antara keduanya. Karenanya, dibutuhkan pembekalan integratif agar peserta didik menguasai ilmu keduanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola dan kendala integrasi kompetensi spiritual dalam pembelajaran IPA yang dihadapi guru IPA di lingkungan Madrasah Aliyah. Penelitian difokuskan pada upaya  integrasi ayat-ayat Kauniyah ke dalam mata pelajaran IPA (Biologi, Fisika dan Kimia) di Madrasah Aliyah di lingkungan Pondok Pesantren-Jombang-Jawa Timur. Penelitian dilakukan untuk menjawab permasalahan: Problematika apa yang dihadapi Madrasah Aliyah di lingkungan Pondok Pesantren dalam melaksanakan integrasi kompetensi spiritual dalam pembelajaran IPA? Serta bagaimana pola integrasi kompetensi spiritual dilakukan oleh guru dalam pembelajaran IPA di Madrasah Aliyah?. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, angket, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunujukan bahwa dalam pemahaman ayat-ayat kauniyah dan IPA saling membutuhkan, sehingga perlu dilakukan sintesis simbiotik. Di sisi lain terdapat kendala yang dihadapi guru dan Madrasah Aliyah, berupa kompetensi guru, sistem regulasi, metodologi pembelajaran, dan bahan ajar yang tersedia.  Kata Kunci: Integrasi, Kompetensi Spiritual, Pembelajaran IPA   Abstract: Islamic teachings guide mankind to the success of the world and salvation in the afterlife, in a balance. Therefore, it requires the students to have an integrative debriefing to master both. This study aims to determine the patterns and constraints of the integration of spiritual competence to the teaching and learning of science subjects in the Madrasah Aliyah. The research focused on the integration of Kauniyah passages into science subjects (Biology, Physics and Chemistry) at Madrasah Aliyah in Pondok Pesantren -Jombang-East Java. This research questions are; first, what are the problems of Madrasah Aliyah in Pondok Pesantren in integrating spiritual competence and since subjects? Second, how is the integration format of spiritual competence and science subject at Madrasah Madrasah Aliyah?. The research was conducted with a qualitative descriptive approach, in which the data were collected through in-depth interview, questionnaires, observation, and documentations method. The research shows thatthe two, the Kauniyah passages and Natural Science are understood as a mutual need, or a symbiotic synthesis. There are constraints faced by teachers and educational institutions, in integrating both. Since man was born he has been given various natural potentialsor in Islam called fitrah. The task of man is to develop that natureso that it runs according to its nature. Therefore, the concept of tafakur is needed.The type of research used in this article is library research and thenature of this research is qualitative descriptive. The concept oftafakur is present to direct individuals to Islamic concepts to seethat all the realities of their lives are optimistically good that theprocess of adjusting themselves to the environment will be evenbetter, because tafakur is an activity carried out by humans topresent the world as a model and effectively treat it according toits purpose and how to deal with a problem by taking lessonsbehind the problem at hand, so that it does not cause conflict orconflict in itself which is understood as intrapersonalcommunication by understanding and providing solutions to itselfthat there are still many shortcomings in the individual, so theconcept of tafakur will very useful for improving introvertedpersonal self-efficacy.

Corruption has become a pandemic and a moral burden that bedeviled the world. Corruption is a practice that permeates all societal segments, sectors, activities and it takes various shapes, forms, dimensions, classifications and manifestations. Nearly all countries of the world are affected by the endemic of corruption albeit, in different magnitude with some having lower incidence while others a high rate of occurrence. Corruption has constituted itself as a political and socioeconomic problem worldwide because it leads to misgovernance, deprivation, inequality and squander of scarce public resources which have the concomitant repercussions of poverty, insecurity, joblessness, hunger and malnutrition, poor healthcare services delivery and low quality education. The problem of corruption took a new dimension when it continuously defies various strategies and alternatives proffered by nation-states, international organisations and agencies. One of the outstanding measures that permanently proves workable is the Islamic model which forbids the practice of corruption and ties it with moral burden and spiritual integrity. Hence, this study presented an alternative model with reference to Nigeria as the area of study. The study utilised a conceptual descriptive approach where documented sources were consulted and analysed. The study discovered that despite the existence of various anti-graft agencies, corruption continues in Nigeria unabated which portrays the need for adopting a different approach and that has been provided as the Islamic perspective. The study recommends among several others that the Islamic ethics and morals of detesting corrupt practices and the accompanied sanctions should be integrated in the crusade against corruption.

Thematic interpretation (maudhu’i) is a pattern of interpretation by collecting verses of the Koran that have the same goal, meaning they both discuss one topic and arrange them based on the period of the verse down and pay attention to the background of the causes of the descent, then given explanation, description, comments, and points of content of the sentence. The purpose of this literature research is to find out thematic interpretations (maudhu'i) of the subject of the concept of student management in Islamic Education Institutions. In this study, the authors used a qualitative descriptive approach, and the type of research used was library research. The results of the literature review are: Based on the verses that have been described and analyzed, in the field of student management, the thematic interpretations are raised on QS. Al-Kahfi verses 23-24 and 69, QS Al-Hasyr verse 18, QS Az-Zumar verse 29, QS An-Nahl verse 125, and QS Al-Furqan verse 74, provide an explanation and explanation of the meaning of how student management is in perspective Al-Qur'an. Each of which is in the content as described above, namely that every activity to be carried out must be made with good planning, organization, and implementation and control, which in this case is especially in Surah Al-Kahfi verse 69 and Al-Furqan verse. 74 regarding guidance to students, so that students can develop their talents and interests as well as their competencies so that they become dzurriyah which are qurrota a'yun for parents and their second parents, namely the board of teachers in the Islamic educational institution.

A wide variety of educational reform on vocational education in accordance with the policy of link and match requires the schools to do the partnership to encourage the improvement of graduate competency and the demands of the relevance of education to the job needs. The purpose of this research is to illustrate and analyze the partnership strategy of vocational schools with the business world in its efforts to improve the graduate competency. This research has been held at SMK 3 Banda Aceh using qualitative descriptive approach. The instrument in this research is a researcher itself. This is because in qualitative approach, the researchers are essential instruments. As key instruments, researchers have to create their own set of the guidelines, observation, interview and documentary of appraisal guidelines that is used as a general guide in the process of recording. The results of the study show that the strategies adopted by SMK in forge cooperation with the world of business and industry are through the establishment of the cooperation program, working mechanism and analysis of factors that affect the holding of cooperation between the two parties.

The research objective was to analyze the structure of drama manuscript of Musi Rawas folklore. The approach used was qualitative descriptive approach with library research method. The data were collected through reading technique, inventory technique and noting technique. The data were obtained from reading and coding were classified based on the object, described, organized into the report. The results presented: the conflict was when Gentayu recognized her mother was still alive and she kept meeting her, so that  Remas Samar, whose father, was angry. It becomes the main problem in drama manuscript in Musi Rawas folklore "Gentayu Ulak Dalam". The plot in the drama was straightforward. The settings were in the village, forest, Baru Hill and river. In conclusion, according to the analysis, the drama included as tragedy because the climax of the story described the sadness and death.  Keywords: Analysis, drama manuscript, structural approach

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan ikonitas perempuan dalam novel grafis Embroideries karya Marjane Satrapi dengan menggunakan teori semiotika Charles Sanders Peirce. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik studi pustaka. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara: (1) mengidentifikasi tanda ikon; (2) mengklasifikasi satu per satu tanda ikon yang telah diidentifikasi berdasarkan teori semiotika Peirce; dan (3) menganalisis data yang mengandung ikon imagi, diagramatis, dan metaforis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa cerita dalam novel grafis Embroideries secara imagi, diagramatis, dan metaforis menggambarkan ikonitas kehidupan perempuan yang mengalami inferioritas, baik posisinya sebagai gadis, istri, maupun sebagai janda.Kata kunci: ikonitas perempuan, novel grafis, semiotik WOMEN’S ICONITY IN MARJANE SATRAPI’S GRAPHIC NOVEL EMBROIDERIESAbstractThis study aims to describe the icons of women in Marjane Satrapi’s graphic novel Embroideries by using Charles Sanders Peirce’s semiotic theory. This was a qualitative descriptive study. The data were collected by the library research technique. The data were analyzed by: (1) identifying icon signs; (2) classifying icon signs that had been identified one by one based on Peirce’s semiotic theory; and (3) analyzing data containing image, diagram, and metaphor icons. The results show that the story in the graphic novel Embroideries in terms of image, diagram, and metaphor icons describes the iconity of the life of women experiencing inferiority, either as a girl, a wife, or a widow.Keywords: women’s iconity, graphic novel, semiotic

AbstractThis research explains the role that parents should play in the educational process of their children during the Covid-19 pandemic. By using a qualitative descriptive approach to this type of research library, the researchers concluded that the role of parents in the current pandemic is becoming more urgent to develop children's character in a better direction. Three main points need to be internalized to children, namely religious education, social education, and moral education. Religious education is related to the issue of belief in God and all aspects related to Him. Social education is related to the cultivation of the values ​​of social interaction, both those originating from culture and religion and so on which have positive values. Meanwhile, moral education is related to the refraction of moral values, both individually and socially. Individual moral values ​​are related to how to treat oneself, while social moral values ​​are related to how to treat others well. Abstrak Penelitian ini menjelaskan peran yang sewajarnya dan patut untuk dilakanakan oleh orang tua dalam proses pendidikan anak-anak mereka di masa pandemic covid-19. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif jenis library research, peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa peran orang tua di masa pandemi saat ini menjadi lebih urgen dalam rangka menumbuhkembangkan karakter anak ke arah yang lebih baik. Terdapat tiga poin utama yang perlu diinternalisasikan kepada anak, yaitu pendidikan agama, pendidikan sosial dan pendidikan akhlak. Pendidikan agama terkait dengan masalah keyakinan kepada Tuhan dan segala aspek yang berhubungan dengan-Nya. Pendidikan sosial berkaitan dengan penanaman nilai-nilai interaksi sosial, baik yang bersumber dari budaya dan agama dan sebagainya yang bernilai positif. Sementara pendidikan akhlak berkaitan dengan pembiasan nilai-nilai moral, baik individual maupun sosial. Nilai moral individual berkaitan dengan bagaimana memperlakukan diri, sementara nilai moral sosial berkaitan dengan bagaimana memperlakukan orang lain dengan baik. Kata Kunci: Peran Orang Tua, Pendidikan Karakter Berbasis Keluarga, Pandemi Covid-19
