A wide variety of educational reform on vocational education in accordance with the policy of link and match requires the schools to do the partnership to encourage the improvement of graduate competency and the demands of the relevance of education to the job needs. The purpose of this research is to illustrate and analyze the partnership strategy of vocational schools with the business world in its efforts to improve the graduate competency. This research has been held at SMK 3 Banda Aceh using qualitative descriptive approach. The instrument in this research is a researcher itself. This is because in qualitative approach, the researchers are essential instruments. As key instruments, researchers have to create their own set of the guidelines, observation, interview and documentary of appraisal guidelines that is used as a general guide in the process of recording. The results of the study show that the strategies adopted by SMK in forge cooperation with the world of business and industry are through the establishment of the cooperation program, working mechanism and analysis of factors that affect the holding of cooperation between the two parties.

Writing skills are one of four language skills, three of which are reading, listening andspeaking. Writing is a means of expressing ideas or ideas to communicate indirectly to others so thatthe person understands them. There are four types of essays, which are essays of description,argumentation, persuasion and narrative. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach thatemphasizes the depth of appreciation of the interaction between concepts that are being studiedempirically using words or images. Research with this qualitative approach uses content analysismethod. The research method used to analyze the narrative essays is by using a qualitative methodthat focuses solely on morphological errors by examining the fields of affixation, reduplication,composition, and morphophonemic errors related to narrative essays of fifth grade students ofelementary school (SD). The purpose of this research is to analyze and obtain a clear picture ofmorphological errors in narrative essay writing skills of fifth grade elementary school students.Key Words: morphological errors, writing skills, narrative essays.

Companies looking for employees, the most important thing is not hard skills, but soft skills, this is because 80 percent of people are successful because of soft skills. In this case, students from the State Vocational School (SMK) in Banda Aceh need to develop good soft skills since grade X. Special attention and synergy between school principals as leaders, teachers and school officers as teachers and mentors need to be done properly. Implementation in a consistent and integrated manner in a sustainable manner will produce graduates and human resources who are superior and skilled, and graduates who are able to meet the needs of the business world and industry.

Abstrak: Ajaran Islam membimbing umat manusia agar sukses dunia dan selamat di akhirat, seimbang antara keduanya. Karenanya, dibutuhkan pembekalan integratif agar peserta didik menguasai ilmu keduanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola dan kendala integrasi kompetensi spiritual dalam pembelajaran IPA yang dihadapi guru IPA di lingkungan Madrasah Aliyah. Penelitian difokuskan pada upaya  integrasi ayat-ayat Kauniyah ke dalam mata pelajaran IPA (Biologi, Fisika dan Kimia) di Madrasah Aliyah di lingkungan Pondok Pesantren-Jombang-Jawa Timur. Penelitian dilakukan untuk menjawab permasalahan: Problematika apa yang dihadapi Madrasah Aliyah di lingkungan Pondok Pesantren dalam melaksanakan integrasi kompetensi spiritual dalam pembelajaran IPA? Serta bagaimana pola integrasi kompetensi spiritual dilakukan oleh guru dalam pembelajaran IPA di Madrasah Aliyah?. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, angket, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunujukan bahwa dalam pemahaman ayat-ayat kauniyah dan IPA saling membutuhkan, sehingga perlu dilakukan sintesis simbiotik. Di sisi lain terdapat kendala yang dihadapi guru dan Madrasah Aliyah, berupa kompetensi guru, sistem regulasi, metodologi pembelajaran, dan bahan ajar yang tersedia.  Kata Kunci: Integrasi, Kompetensi Spiritual, Pembelajaran IPA   Abstract: Islamic teachings guide mankind to the success of the world and salvation in the afterlife, in a balance. Therefore, it requires the students to have an integrative debriefing to master both. This study aims to determine the patterns and constraints of the integration of spiritual competence to the teaching and learning of science subjects in the Madrasah Aliyah. The research focused on the integration of Kauniyah passages into science subjects (Biology, Physics and Chemistry) at Madrasah Aliyah in Pondok Pesantren -Jombang-East Java. This research questions are; first, what are the problems of Madrasah Aliyah in Pondok Pesantren in integrating spiritual competence and since subjects? Second, how is the integration format of spiritual competence and science subject at Madrasah Madrasah Aliyah?. The research was conducted with a qualitative descriptive approach, in which the data were collected through in-depth interview, questionnaires, observation, and documentations method. The research shows thatthe two, the Kauniyah passages and Natural Science are understood as a mutual need, or a symbiotic synthesis. There are constraints faced by teachers and educational institutions, in integrating both. This study focused on Character and Fun lecturing at STAI-PTIQ Banda Aceh. The method used is qualitative descriptive approach. The subjects were 12 lecturers and three elements of leadership that are chosen by purposive sampling. The data collection techniques used is a triangulation technique. While the data were analyzed inductively so that the research results further emphasize the significance of the generalization. The results of the study revealed that; (1) Teaching skills of lecturers at STAI-PTIQ Banda Aceh supported character and fun lecture; (2) Most professors used cooperative lecturing model for the implementation of characters and fun lecture; (3) Some lecturers used a variety of media; and (4) conducive lecture situation was obtained by conducting a positive atmosphere lectures, both physical and nonphysical and democratic approach.

The aim of this study is to describe the mathematical reasoning ability of students at TSM major (Motorcycle Engineering) Darul Karomah Singosari on square root material. This study applies descriptive qualitative approach, data was collected using test instrument that has been tested on three research subjects, and analyzed using qualitative descriptive technique. The results show that low- ability (Kemampuan Rendah) subject is the student with less mathematical reasoning ability because the subject has not been able to solve the five existing indicators of mathematical reasoning, middle- ability (Kemampuan Sedang) subject include student with moderate mathematical reasoning ability (although the subject has not fulfilled the five indicators of mathematical reasoning requirements), this can be seen from his effort to make a mathematical assumption even though the conjecture made was not correct, and high- ability (Kemampuan Tinggi) subject refers to the student with high mathematical reasoning ability because he can fulfill two of the five indicators of mathematical reasoning.

The purpose of this research is to assess the implementation of accounting aspects such as recognition, measurement, presentation and revelation of zakat transactions within LAZISMU in regards to PSAK 109 concerning zakat accounting. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach with case study methodology. The technique of analysis used within this research is the domain analysis technique. The research determines two domains in relation to zakat accounting, which are acquisition, management and distribution of zakat, infaq and shadaqah. Results suggest that in the aspect of recognition and measurement, LAZISMU demonstrated compliance to the PSAK 109 during the acquisition of zakat, infaq and shadaqah, however LAZISMU failed to show compliance in regard to the aspects of revelation and presentation during the acquisition process. In conclusion, LAZISMU are not compliant to the general guide of zakat accounting, mostly due to lack of able personnel in LAZISMU.

Gender is an issue that is always interesting to cover. In its development, gender has always been related to female emancipation words, not only at the level of society at the macro level or at the inter-state level. A poor understanding of gender and sex makes this a refractive gender. The purpose of this study was to convey, explore and analyze gender stereotype in a rape culture that flourished in Indonesian society and made recommendations to the Government. In this case, through literature review, researchers used a qualitative approach to being able to express existing issues and get a deep picture of gender stereotypes issues in the growing rape culture in Community. Researchers voted to use a qualitative descriptive approach in this study. Then, the emphasis of the qualitative approach used is in terms of the phenomenological approach. Researchers have determined the informant needed in this study. In addition, researchers are trying to choose the informant who understands the problem even experiences sexual harassment and feels the impact of the stereotype of gender and rape culture that happened to him. The current phenomenon is difficult to change, but awareness of the importance of the battle of injustice must be fought. The government needs to examine legislation to suppress harassment and sexual violence that continue to increase annually. Then, the community and foundations of this existing victim mentoring need to be supported even need to expand the mentoring to the various areas in Indonesia, especially in the district/city.

The  journalist task has shifted from the news transmitter to the news formator and instructor. It shows that in writing news, journalist adds various comment, opinion and review that are difficult to distinguish from the news itself. A journalist should have a variety of rights and obligations, namely to deliver news in accordance with fact without mixing opinion.This study aims to reveal and expose the hidden aspects behind an apparent reality.This research methodology uses a qualitative descriptive approach. A qualitative approach is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of the phenomenon description contained in the data. The data collected is in the form of newspaper document.The result of study shows that there is finding regarding representation, namely association and metaphor. The association was appeared in the news of compass newspaper by journalist to bring assumption in the mind of public in interpreting a certain reality regarding the debate between Jokowi and Prabowo. Journalist brings up how Prabowo take an action against Jokowi which is marked by transitive sentence namely subject + verb + object. Bring up a general symptom or phenomenon that occurs in the society regarding the legislative candidate photo displayed along the road. The form of participant as victim or object can be known from the construction of passive sentence, or victim caused by other.

Abstract Background Manual therapy is a cornerstone of chiropractic education, whereby students work towards a level of skill and expertise that is regarded as competent to work within the field of chiropractic. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, chiropractic programs in every region around the world had to make rapid changes to the delivery of manual therapy technique education, however what those changes looked like was unknown. Aims The aims of this study were to describe the immediate actions made by chiropractic programs to deliver education for manual therapy techniques and to summarise the experience of academics who teach manual therapy techniques during the initial outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic. Methods A qualitative descriptive approach was used to describe the immediate actions made by chiropractic programs to deliver manual therapy technique education during the COVID-19 pandemic. Chiropractic programs were identified from the webpages of the Councils on Chiropractic Education International and the Council on Chiropractic Education – USA. Between May and June 2020, a convenience sample of academics who lead or teach in manual therapy technique in those programs were invited via email to participate in an online survey with open-ended questions. Responses were entered into the NVivo software program and analysed using a reflexive thematic analysis by a qualitative researcher independent to the data collection. Results Data from 16 academics in 13 separate chiropractic programs revealed five, interconnected themes: Immediate response; Move to online delivery; Impact on learning and teaching; Additional challenges faced by educators; and Ongoing challenges post lockdown. Conclusion This study used a qualitative descriptive approach to describe how some chiropractic programs immediately responded to the initial outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic in their teaching of manual therapy techniques. Chiropractic programs around the world provided their students with rapid, innovative learning strategies, in an attempt to maintain high standards of chiropractic education; however, challenges included maintaining student engagement in an online teaching environment, psychomotor skills acquisition and staff workload.

Along with Instagram's growing popularity as the primary medium for sharing photos and videos, the world of photography is also expanding at a rapid pace. The Instagram caption is always dropped every time people upload on social media. Photo captions often act as a result of critical thinking and a way to communicate ideas. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach to collect and describe information about using English caption on Instagram photos from the perspectives of Camera Indonesia photography community members: frequency, the purpose for dropping captions in English, its effect on their photo works, and how they view English captions on others people’ photo captions. Using 10 members as the respondents, the study found that writing caption in English acts mostly as self-expression and has not yet been done on a daily basis as the respondents do not habituate reading English materials.
