ABSTRACTThe writing of this work ini motivated by the demographic bonus that has been seen and is projected to appear in 2030 to 2045. Education is a very basic effort to take advantage of every opportunity that exists because the quality of education affects the quality of human resources. The literature study method is the method used in writing this work. Furthermore, the results obtained from the research provide information that the Indonesian government will provide answers to these challenges by trying as much as possible in the field of education such as (1) providing scholarships to be able to equalize education, (2) then population education to provide awareness, especially for the younger generation and to provide a number of jobs, (3) development soft skills and (4) Strengthening the character of Pancasilakeywords: Indonesian, Education, Demography, BonusAbstrakPenulisan karya ini dilatarbelakangi oleh bonus demografi yang telah terlihat serta diproyeksi akan muncul di tahun 2030 hingga 2045. Pendidikan ialah suatu usaha yang sangat mendasar untuk memanfaatkan setiap peluang yang ada sebab kualitas pendidikan mempengaruhi kualitas dari sumber daya manusia. Metode studi literatur merupakan metode yang dimanfaatkan dalam penulisan karya ini. Selanjutnya hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian memberikan informasi jika pemerintah Indonesia akan memberikan jawaban terhadap berbagai tantangan tersebut dengan berusaha semaksimal mungkin dalam bidang pendidikan seperti 1) pemerataan pendidikan melalui beasiswa, 2) pendidikan kependudukan guna memberi kesadaran khususnya untuk para generasi muda serta untuk menyediakan sejumlah lapangan pekerjaan, 3) Pengembangan soft skilldan 4) Penguatan karakter Pancasila.Kata kunci : Indonesia, pendidikan, kependudukan, bonus

Islamic schools are implementing full day school is almost spread to various regions in Indonesia. In addition to the output promising and school programs are laid out well, full day school is also an answer to concerns by parents about their children socially increasingly tense in the present era. Many false association that acted observation and child without parental control, on the other hand because parents are busy in a career that requires parents returned home late that afternoon after school child care is neglected. Full day school is a separate option for private schools in Indonesia, especially in Yogyakarta. Although the school has a full day school more hours spent in school, the output produced in accordance with the expected. However it is still said to be far from other countries. By using kaedah literature study, this article addresses the full day school as an effort to improve the quality of schools. Maximization of service, commitment, involvement of all parties, implementation of school programs that are clear, apply learning fun, extracurricular accordance with the interests of learners, scouting activities are directed, as well as the development of soft skills needed learners and strengthening technology in every activity into the basic aspects which must be done by a full day school.

The research objective is to examine curriculum management in an effort to improve the quality of education. The method used is literature study. With the aim of seeing curriculum management in improving the quality of education through improving the quality of human resources. Efforts to improve the quality of education must be supported by all parties, including managers of educational institutions at the central, regional and school levels including in the classroom. In the implementation of decentralized education in the era of regional autonomy, each region should have its own quality improvement curriculum design which is an elaboration or implementation of the education curriculum set by the center. This is in accordance with the demands of the curriculum, where both local governments and even lower levels (schools) are given the freedom to describe quality improvement programs so that in the future each region competes with each other for the advancement of education in their respective regions. Stakeholder ideas and ideas in their reactualization never stop contributing discourse to change in the field of education. The leaders of educational institutions have full responsibility in carrying out improving the quality of education. This study aims to introduce leadership typologies in improving the quality of Islamic education in madrasas, ranging from the type of leadership, the leadership process of madrasa heads to the implementation of leadership in madrassas in improving quality. This research uses a literature study method. As for the results of this study indicate the role of leadership in carrying out its duties to members include: (a) Making decisions. (b) Developing the imagination; (c) Developing the loyalty of followers; (d) Control of the plan; (e) Utilizing human resources and other resources. (f) Carry out controls and corrections for errors; (g) Give a token of appreciation; (h) Delegating authority to subordinates; (i) Implement decisions by giving encouragement to followers.

The problem in this research is the head of the school can manage all the components or resources that exist in the school environment with good so thatstudent achievement continues to rise in academic and non academic. The purpose of this study is: (1) Describe and analyze so that the head of school in implementing managerial competencies in SMP Islam Al Azhar 15 Cilacap. (2) Describe and analyze the response of the teachers and education personnel  of the competence of the managerial head of school in SMP Islam Al Azhar 15 Cilacap. (3) Describe and analyze the contraints of the head of school in implementing mangerial competencies in SMP Islam Al Azhar 15 Cilacap. The results of this study are: (1) The head of the SMP Islam Al Azhar 15 Cilacap has been making efforts to utilize existing resources in the school environment both from human resources, school facilities and infrastructure, financial resources of the school, and the advancement of technology in the field of information and communication, which includes 16 type of competence; (2) support of personal is realized by setting up the school adminstration well in order to improve the quality of education, as for the support of educators is realized with:  create lesson plans, implement learning process and assesment and evaluation; The head of SMP Islam Al Azhar 15 Cilacap get the constrains in implementing  managerial competencies, namely limitations in manging the school’s finances.

In the context of education innovation in recent years improve profressional capacity, major of general teacher and preschool teachers in particular are increasingly interested. In the article, author mentions situation of music education activities program at kindergartens and suggests some solutions to improve quality of music education to foster profressional capacity building bring to preschool education high quality human resources, meeting the requirements of education reform in the current period.

Abstract This study intends to explain the portrait of educational institutions fostered by Muslimat Education Foundation (YPM) NU in Kediri Regency, and try to describe the effectiveness of Muslimat NU in Kediri Regency in improving quality. This study seeks to describe in depth the problems in accordance with the data obtained in the field and on the interpretation of researchers. Muslimat NU is one of the organizations of many organizations in the community. Muslimat NU is a community organization and is an autonomous body of Nahdlatul Ulama whose task is helping to implement policies on women members. Among YPM's work programs in order to improve the quality of education in the district of Kediri are improving the quality of Al-Qur'an Kindergarten and play group, including on managerial aspects, facilities and infrastructure, administration, curriculum and Human Resources (teachers, managers and employees). Muslimat NU merupakan salah satu organisasi dari sekian banyak organisasi yang ada di masyarakat. Muslimat NU adalah organisasi masyarakat dan merupakan badan otonom Nahdlatul Ulama yang bertugas membantu melaksankan kebijakan pada anggota perempuan. Diantara program kerja YPM dalam rangka meningkatkan mutu pendidikan yang ada di kabupaten Kediri adalah; Peningkatan kualitas Taman Kanak-Kanak dan Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur'an, di antaranya pada aspek manajerial, sarana dan prasarana, administrasi, kurikulum dan Sumber Daya Manusia (guru, pengelola dan karyawan). This study is inspired by the limited educational resources in sports education, especially those that discuss the role of leadership in improving the quality of education and training of athletes in achieving the quality of human resources in the form of improving performance in sport. Through this research, it is hoped that a pedagogical resource can be used as a model, that improving the achievements of the young generation in the field of sport is not enough with the education and training of athletes, but strong leadership is needed by the Regional Head of Kediri, East Java, Indonesia, and the Indonesian National Sports Committee of Kediri City is the parent of the research. This method of research is qualitative. Data was collected using in-depth interviewing and participatory observation techniques. The results showed that the role of leadership in the education and training of athletes plays a very important role in improving the performance of sport in the area. Its form may be in the form of a leader's decision on the allocation of funds, monitoring, motivation and maximum moral support.

The industrial revolution 4.0 is a digital-based era that demands the quality of human resources (HR) who have high skills. The Education and Training Center (ETC) is one of the institutions that plays role in increasing the quality level of human resources. This study aims to see the effect simultaneously and partially between the competence of instructors and infrastructure on the quality of ETC graduates in the face of the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. in Indragiri Hulu Regency. The population in this study consists of all ETCs in Indragiri Hulu, there are 15 ETCs and all ETCs were sampled. Multiple regression and correlation analysis using SPSS 22.0 was used to determine whether or not there is an influence and relationship between variables. The results of the study concluded (1) the competence of instructors and infrastructure simultaneously had a significant effect on the quality of graduates. (2) Instructor competence partially has a significant effect on the quality of graduates. (3) Facilities partially has a significant effect on the quality of graduates. The variable that has the greatest contribution to the quality of ETC graduates in Indragiri Hulu Regency is the competence of the instructor followed by infrastructure. In this case, of education it will be very difficult for ETC graduates to compete in the world of work. Because this is a factor caused from within the ETC itself.

Kampung Tajur is a unique village located in the village of Pasanggrahan, Purwakarta. Kampung Tajur has a variety of ecotourism potentials, but Kampung Tajur needs to improve the quality of service, especially in terms of guiding services. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine the interpretation of the material for guidance in Kampung Tajur. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews and literature study. This research has several key informants in Kampung Tajur, such as tour guides and informants from the tourism industry, pokdarwis and community leaders in Kampung Tajur. Based on the research results, it was found that at this time the guides in Kampung Tajur did not have any reference material for interpretation. Interpretation is only done as it is. Meanwhile, the development of interpretation material faces several obstacles, one of which is the lack of human resources as a tour guide, especially as a guide for foreign tourists, so it is necessary to make a bilingual guidebook containing interpretation material for guides. Therefore, it is necessary to produce a bilingual guidebook containing translated material for tour guides. This is necessary to anticipate differences in interpretation between guides and clarity of interpretation for tourists.
