Abstrak: Latar belakang pembuatan kapal di Desa Santiri adalah karena letak geografis Desa Santiri yang merupakan pulau kecil yang indah dan untuk menunjang aktivitas pemenuhan kebutuhan hidup, maka mereka membuat sarana/ transportasi untuk menjangkau dari satu pulau ke pulau lainnya, yaitu dengan membuat kapal kayu yang digunakan untuk pelayaran dan perdagangan. Dan keahlian  pembuatan kapal diperoleh secara turun temurun.  Proses pembuatan kapal di Desa Santiri yaitu memiliki tahapan dari awal hingga akhir. Adapun tahapan dalam pembuatan kapal yaitu tahap perencanaan, tahap pemasangan papan dan rangka, tahap pendempulan, dan tahap penyelesaian. Dalam pembuatan kapal memiliki ukuran-ukuran tertentu, sedangkan jenis kayu yang digunakan tidak sembarangan karena dalam pembuatan kapal kayu diperlukan kayu yang tahan terhadap kedap air, dan tahan terhadap tembelu atau rutos, seperti kayu  Biti, Beropa, Tampate, Amaracoppo dan lain-lain. Faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pembuatan Kapal kayu di Desa Santiri yaitu faktor pendukung dalam pembuatan kapal kayu adalah adanya tekat dan keinginan yang kuat untuk meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat, adanya orang-orang yang ahli dalam pembuatan kapal kayu, perkembangan teknologi yang bersifat modern, letak geografis Desa Santiri, adanya pengetahuan tentang dunia pelayaran dan perdagangan dan bertambahnya orang yang ahli dalam pembuatan kapal kayu. Sedangkan faktor penghambat adalah keterbatasan modal, terbatasnya jumlah kayu, adannya kerusakan pada alat yang digunakan, kondisi alam, dan lain-lain. Sedangkan.  Nilai-nilai yang tekandung dalam pembuatan kapal di Desa Santiri adalah nilai ekonomi, nilai gotong royong, nilai budaya, nilai pendidikan dan nilai kemaritiman. Kata kunci: Sejarah, pembuatan kapal kayu, teknologi, perubahanAbstract: The background of shipbuilding in Santiri Village is due to the geographical location of Santiri Village which is a beautiful small island and to support the activities of fulfilling the needs of life, so they make facilities / transportation to reach from one island to another, namely by making wooden ships that used for shipping and trade. And ship building expertise is hereditary. The shipbuilding process in Santiri Village has stages from beginning to end. The stages in shipbuilding are the planning stage, the board and frame installation stage, the landing stage, and the completion stage. In shipbuilding has certain sizes, while the type of wood used is not arbitrary because in shipbuilding wood is needed wood that is resistant to watertight, and resistant to copper or rutos, such as Biti, Beropa, Tampate, Amaracoppo and others. Supporting and inhibiting factors in wooden shipbuilding in Santiri Village are supporting factors in wooden shipbuilding are determination and a strong desire to improve the community's economy, the presence of people who are experts in making wooden ships, technological developments that are modern, geographical location of the Village Santiri, there is knowledge about the world of shipping and commerce and the increasing number of people skilled in shipbuilding. While the inhibiting factors are limited capital, the limited amount of wood, the damage to the tools used, natural conditions, and others. While. This article aimed to identify the inhibiting factors and the internationalisation strategy of higher education in Indonesia. The study deployed a qualitative based on the case study at Muhammadiyah Higher Education Institutions. Data collected through in-depth interviews with key respondents include the leader of Higher Education, Research and Development Council of Muhammadiyah, university chancellors, and International Affairs Office head. Findings illustrate the factors hindering the internationalisation which are generally not much different from those described by previous research but here found one factor which has not been explained before, the geographical location of the university, which mostly located in small urban areas that depicted a condition in which cooperation with external parties, foreign institutions, is challenging. The finding also suggests that the internationalisation strategies formed in a very structured manner, involving internal and external university parties. Therefore, this is significant as it explores inhibiting factors and internationalisation strategy of higher education in Indonesia, where it still prioritises religious and cultural values in their educational systems. Practically, this result expected to be a useful reference for university leaders in formulating internationalisation strategies so that the quality of graduates produced can be further improved.

The writing of this article aims to find out the basic values that form the basis of tolerance and tolerance forms among Muslims, Buddhists and Christians in Pasir Jaya Village, Rambah Hilir District, Rokan Hulu Regency. The Research Participants are the Village Head, Community Leaders, and Prominent Islamic, Christian and Buddhist leaders, Youth Chairperson, PKK Chairperson and Pasir Jaya Village Community. This research site was conducted in Pasir Jaya Village, Rambah Hilir District, Rokan Hulu Regency, Riau Province. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, documentation and analyzed qualitatively through data analysis techniques using data reduction, data display and data verification. This study concludes that the basic values on which tolerance is formed between Muslims, Christians and Buddhists are normatively found in religious values and cultural values. Meanwhile, empirically include: human values related to help, nationalism values related to cooperation and mutual cooperation, historical values related to respect, and democratic values related to deliberation. While the form of tolerance is manifested in social interaction and cooperation which includes: (1) Cooperation in development, (2) Participation in weddings, (3) participating in events of death, (4) Attitudes of respect and respect for religious celebrations, and (5) ) Deliberation in village activities.

This research aims to illustrate the success of a program. The Stufflebeam CIPP Evaluation Model with the view that the most important goal of evaluation is not proving but to improve. And has been the program of Regional Empowerment of “Gotong Royong” (Mutual Cooperation), is an empowerment program; and as a complex function of community management, governance involves relationships between the various forces within the State in the region of local government, civil society, economic society and political society. Empowerment that prioritizes the importance of participation of all societies, to participate actively from the planning stage to the stage of evaluation, and development (bottom-up planning). This mechanism of community empowerment aims to accelerate the prevention of society that bears the Predicate of Social Welfare Problems. Poverty and one of the principles of governance is the network. West Sumbawa Regency as a New Autonomous Region, thereby governance when the authority is decentralized to power centers of many people / groups / institutions, where one another controls (checks and balances) to then build collaboration and network of activities that support each other in an integrated design team (IDT). Some of the indicators used in this study are targeted beneficiaries, community participation, and benefits received by the community. Based on the observations in the field and data processing obtained that first; for beneficiary target indicators, the most beneficiaries of the PoSWP are the poor in the sector; Micro, Agriculture, Livestock, and Fishery & Marine. Second; Indicator of community participation, obtained by category in medium participation. Third; for the benefit indicator received, it was found that the benefits of the skills, knowledge, health, and income received by the village community were categorized in the moderate rise category.

Providing housing for refugees due to disasters is a common problem in countries prone to natural disasters. The eruption of Mount Merapi in Yogyakarta in 2010 has displaced the people of Kepuharjo Village to a new settlement in Pagerjurang permanent shelter. However, the process of settling in a new settlement requires adjustments because the people of Kepuharjo Village have been living on the slopes of Mount Merapi for generations. This research is a qualitative research which aims to find a reflection of the space-occupancy value system that occurs in the village of Kepuharjo at the Pagerjurang permanent shelter. The results of observations and interviews with 29 units show that the description of the activities and arrangement of the residential space in the Pagerjurang permanent shelter. The results showed that the motivation for the development of residential spaces is closely related to kinship and socio-cultural values in the daily life of the occupants. The socio-cultural reflection on the residential space of the Kepuharjo community in the Pagerjurang permanent shelter is in line with the social principles of mutual-cooperation (gotong-royong). Gotong-royong is expressed in the strengthening of space, expansion of space, and agreement of space.

This research was conducted in response to the various views of local community regarding the wearing of dinglo-bengle brecelets. The purpose of this research is; (1) to find out the relationship between Islam and the use of dinglo-bengle bracelets in the village of Sisir. (2) to envistigate the values of local wisdom in regard to the wearing of dinglo-bengle bracelets in the village of Sisir. The qualitative approach is used as developed by Craswell. Data analysis is based on the primary and secondary data where the interviews was conducted by purposing sampling techniques and direct observation in the field. Secondary data was obtained through the exploration of journals, research reports and relevant library sources. To ensure the validity of data, the researcher used data triangulation which included source and technique triangulation. The study found that (1) the community believe that the tradition of dinglo-bengle bracelets is an expression of socio-religious preference. (2) The wearing of dinglo-bengle bracelet reflects the values of local wisdom, such as spiritual values, moral values, educational values, cultural values, health values, and peace values.. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh perbedaan pandangan masyarakat mengenai penggunaan gelang dinglo-bengle. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu (1) Untuk mengetahui relasi Islam dengan penggunaan gelang dinglo-bengle di dusun Sisir. (2) Mengetahui nilai-nilai kearifan lokal yang terkandung dalam penggunaan gelang dinglo-bengle di dusun Sisir. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif seperti yang dikembangkan oleh Creswell. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan data primer dan sekunder dengan wawancara yang menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan observasi langsung di lapangan. Data sekundernya diperoleh melalui eksplorasi jurnal, laporan penelitian dan sumber pustaka yang releven. Untuk menguji keabsahan datanya peneliti menggunakan triangulsi data yang meliputi triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) pandangan masyarakat memaknai tradisi penggunaan gelang dinglo-bengle merupakan ungkapan refleksi sosial-keagamaan. (2) Penggunaan gelang dinglo-bengle memliki nilai- nilai kearifan lokal yang beragam seperti; nilai spiritual, nilai moral, nilai pendidikan, nilai kebudayaan, nilai kesehatan dan nilai kedamaian.

The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze the characteristics and realities of the Ra'ian culture, the christian education strategy for the Ra'ian culture, the supporting and inhibiting factors and the efforts to implement the Rai'an cultural values ​in building the youth character. This research method is the descriptive qualitative research conducted in the North Sawang Village, Melonguane District in 2020. The data were collected through observation, interviews and documentary study. From the outcomes of the data analysis and interpretation, it is found that; (1). In reality, this Rai’an culture contains positive meaning in accordance with Christian teachings and has cultural values ​​that can be used as substance for the character building. The Rai’an culture has undergone a shift due to a lack of knowledge from the youth about the Rai’an culture. (2). Advice and sermons as the ways to build the character as they contain teachings based on the gospel, as well as the applicaton or approach of the five movements of the Groome as a way of instilling rai’an cultural values, 3). The supporting factors, namely parents at home who also collaborate with traditional elders, village leaders and religious figures, make customary activity programs. The inhibiting factors of social and Technology Advancements are uncontrollable use of collphones (online games) but also the social environment that drivers them to carry out deviant behavior. (4). The effort that can be made is to involve the youth in organizational activities in the village and in the church as well as seminars containing the cultural wealth that exists in the Talaud Island Regency, especially those in the village of North Sawang. As a conclusion of these findings, this Rai’an culture must be introduced to the youth properly in the way of utilizing the cultural values ​​as the teaching materials by Christian educators. The parents and the leaders of the village, custom and church work together to formulate programs in building the youth character.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of a program to improve birth certificate issuance services at the Population and Civil Registration Office in Madiun Regency as a mandate from Permendagri No. 9 of 2016 concerning the Acceleration of Increasing the Coverage of Birth Certificate Ownership and to know the supporting and inhibiting factors. The author uses the indicator component of PermenPAN-RB No. 38 of 2012 concerning guidelines for evaluating public service performance. The results showed that one out of three excellent programs have not yet been felt beneficial. Based on analysis of PermenPAN-RB Regulation No.38 of 2012, there are six of nine indicators in the study results that were not run optimally. Supporting factors include budget, government support, and collaboration with village officials. The inhibiting factors are geographical location, human resources, communication/coordination, community awareness, semi-online services, data management, and population event reports at the village level

This study aimed to describe the farmers' community's solidarity and both inhibiting and it's supporting factors. The next goal is to reveal the positive values contained in solidarity that is carried out by the farmers' community in the Village of Wanareja. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, and the data analysis was carried out by conducting a reduction, presentation, and verification of the data. The conclusion is drawn after the data presentation. Solidarity among farmers is based on humanity and a sense of responsibility for the interests of living together, mutual cooperation, and helping each other as an implementation of solidarity. The solidarity becomes a social unit to form of unity because of the social bond among peasants. The gotong royong and help each other is becoming a tool to measure the success of farming, it means that the more mutual cooperation and help each other run optimally among farmers, the more yields of the farmer will get. The kinship, culture, and religion are the supporting factors of the peasant solidarity, on the other side, the modernization and economic conditions are the inhibiting factors for the development of the solidarity attitude among the farmers' community.

One of Javanese literature attached to Javanese people is the story of Ajisaka, which was published among the people in verbal and writing. Ajisaka is a Javanese figure whom the Javanese people consider as the originator of Javanese script. One of the recorded of the story of Ajisaka was the Serat Ajisaka written by J. Kats using Javanese script. Serat Ajisaka is one of the stories from a collection of stories in the book entitled Serat Jawi Tanpa Sekar written by J. Kats, a Dutch writer in 1942. This research aims to describe the cultural values ​​in Serat Ajisaka by J. Kats in 1942 using philology studies. This research uses the descriptive method conducted in three stages, the first stage transcribing data, the second stage transliterating Latin script containing Javanese into Indonesian, then analyzing the cultural value in Serat Ajisaka. Serat Ajisaka has several concepts of cultural values, namely: 1) educational values, 2) religious values, 3) leadership values, 4) heroism values, 5) courage values, 6) simplicity values, 7) mutual-cooperation values, 8) moral values, and 9) the value of sacrifice for others.

Small Microcus Business (UMKM) is a small business activity but is able to provide a major effect for the economy in Indonesia. That is to expand employment, play a role in the process of equity and increase in community revenue, and encourage the realization of national stability. But to realize it is necessary to be able to compete globally, by utilizing technological developments at this time not to be left behind with the development of the age. Utilization of social media especially Facebook as a promotional tool to make it easy for marketing UMKM Gulo Puan in the village of Bangsal District of District Objective is one of the strategies that are currently used. With easy access, wide tissues, fast working methods and also costs that will be able to provide positive and profitable impacts for MSME. The results of this study show that the use and use of social media as a promotional tool can increase the competitiveness of UMKM-UMKM Gulo Puan in the village of Bangsal District District in January aspects of increased sales than compared to using social media. But when revisited still many non-MSMEs that have not used and utilize social media for marketing online caused by various things.
