This study was conducted to determine the Parental Involvement in Home Visitation: Its Relation to Students’ Personal Development Amidst the Pandemic. Specifically, it sought to answer the following questions: What is the level of parental involvement in-home visitation in terms of parental support and parenting style What is the level of student personal development amidst the Pandemic in terms of emotion, mental and social Is there a significant relationship between parental involvement in home visitation its relation to student personal development amidst the Pandemic The research design used in this study was descriptive method of research because it answers basic questions about what is happening in a defined population and it utilized quantitative approach in gathering necessary data from the respondents.

The study aims to determine the program management and performance of (SUCs) in teacher education among state universities and colleges CALABARZON. The research design used in this study was the descriptive method of research. Purposive sampling was used in this study to identify the educators in the Teacher Education of SUCs in CALABARZON as respondents. The statistical treatment of data was used to compute then analyze then interpret the data given by the respondents. This study hypothesized that there is no significant relationship between the between the program management in instruction, research, and extension on the performance of teacher education among state universities and colleges in CALABARZON are partially accepted.

Abstract: This research was conducted in order to know the level of supervising activities of the headmaster of State Vocational Schools in Malang City, the level of mastery of the competency of State Vocational School teachers in Malang, and the level of the relationship between the supervision of the headmaster and the mastery of State Vocational School teachers' competency in Malang. In this study the approach used is a quantitative approach and using a correlational research design. Based on the results of the analysis on the data obtained shows that the supervision activities of the headmaster of State Vocational Schools in Malang are included in the medium qualifications, the mastery of teacher competencies in the State Vocational Schools in Malang are included in the medium qualifications, and there is a positive and significant relationship between the supervision of the headmaster and the mastery of competencies State Vocational School teacher in Malang City. Keywords: supervision; mastery; competence Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilakukan agar dapat diketahui tingkat kegiatan supervis kepala sekolah SMK Negeri di Kota Malang, tingkat penguasaan kompetensi guru SMK Negeri di Kota Malang, dan tingkat hubungan supervisi kepala sekolah dengan penguasaan kompetensi guru SMK Negeri di Kota Malang. Pada penelitian ini pendekatan yang digunakan ialah pendekatan kuantitatif serta menggunakan desain penelitian korelasional. Berdasarkan hasil analisis pada data yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan supervisi kepala sekolah SMK Negeri di Kota Malang termasuk dalam kualifikasi sedang, penguasaan kompetensi guru di SMK Negeri di Kota Malang termasuk dalam kualifikasi sedang, serta ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara supervisi kepala sekolah dengan penguasaan kompetensi guru SMK Negeri di Kota Malang. This research was conducted by using a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The quantitative approach was chosen to be tested theories by examining and measuring variables in the form of relationships, differences, influences, contributions, and the others. The research was carried out by describing the students acquisition data on the new student admission (PPDB) using zoning system based on the academic year 2019-2020 and the student acquisition data on the academic year PPDB 2018-2019 as a comparison. Based on the results of the study, the new students of PPDB using zoning system was considered lower in terms of economic and educational background of parents. There were more parents with less education (elementary & junior high school) in the zoning system than in the rayon system, whereas parents with higher education in the zoning system were fewer than the rayon system.  Likewise, in terms of income, there were more people with the low income in the zoning system than in the rayon system, and those having high income were fewer than in the rayon system. The study showed that the intelligence and the result of National Examination Score (NUN) in the zoning system is lower than in the rayon system. The intelligent level of the students in the zoning system is mostly dominated by the scores under 90-109, while in the rayon system were dominated by the scores above 90-109.  The National Examination Scores (NUN) in the zoning system were evenly distributed from a range of scores 0 to 30, while in the rayon system the scores were dominated by a range of scores 28-30, with the lowest score 24.

This research is used quantitative approach and descriptive method. Instrument used by the research is skala Survey of Study Habits and Attitudes questionnaire to describing media social using by students and Likert Scale questionnaire to describing student’s political literacy. Data analysis using Rank Spearman Order.The result show that social media used by students 48% good, 26% fair, and 15% poor. Student’s political literacy are 36% good, 43% fair, and 21% poor. The role of social media in the development of student's political literacy is 54,79% affected by social media, and 45,21% affected by other factors.

Digitalization has increased the adoption pace of Industry 4.0 technologies, particularly in connection with Open Innovation. However, companies are still finding it challenging to know the variety of Industry 4.0 technologies available, and their fit with the scope of the organization. To address this issue, a cross-sectional research design under quantitative approach was adopted. The data were collected first-hand through a survey questionnaire from a total of 238 technology companies in Malaysia. Technology companies were selected as they have higher agility in terms of technology which suits the digital revolution nature of Industry 4.0. The findings of this descriptive study revealed a range of insights in terms of Industry 4.0 technologies and open innovation. First, this study presents the standing of technology companies in terms of 12 Industry 4.0 technologies. Second, a comparison of these technologies is analyzed in terms of company size (small, medium, and large). Third, a contrast of these technologies is ascertained based on the type of company (manufacturing and services). In brief, this research contributes in providing valuable insights that can help companies in the awareness of open innovation and adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies.

The purpose of this work was to analyze the specific relationship between parental involvement, dimensions of student self-concept and achievement. 503 students of Secondary Education (ESO) and the first year of Baccalaureate course participated in the study. Data were collected using two questionnaires (Family Involvement Questionnaire and Self-Concept Scale for Adolescents) and academic achievement scores. Data were analyzed using multivariate analysis of variance and paths analysis. The results obtained suggest a significant relationship between the dimensions of perceived family involvement and the dimensions of self-concept (except for parents' praise behaviors). What's more, the relationship between perceived family involvement and achievement is partially mediated by the academic self-concept.

This article contains a description of tolerance in students of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Cimahi. The method used is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Data collection using tolerance instruments. The research sample consisted of 120 students of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Cimahi and 64 students identified who were affiliated with Nahdlatul Ulama and Muhammadiyah religious organizations. The results of this study are first that the tolerance of students at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Cimahi is in the high category. Second, profiles of the aspect of tolerance consist of aspects of equality, respect for differences, and peace. Third, the results of the t-test indicate that there is no significant difference in the tolerance of students who are affiliated with the religious organizations of Nahdlatul Ulama and Muhammadiyah. The results of this study can be used as consideration for developing peace counseling and developing multicultural guidance and counseling program in Madrasah.

Abstract: The collection of physical data is regulated in JUKNIS PMNA/KBPN Number 3 of 1997. In the technical guidelines, determinate where the results of measuring and mapping land parcels have to accordance with determined tolerances, namely tolerance of distance, area, form and registration map. But in reality, the results of the measurement and mapping of land parcels by KJSKB still do not fulfill the tolerance requirements. This study aims to determine the level of accuracy of the results of measurements and mapping of land parcels conducted by KJSKB. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The comparison of distances in Butuh Village were 42 distances (36.52%) suitable and 73 distances (63.48%) did not, in Jeli Village, there were 74 distances (55.64%) suitable and 59 distances (44.36%) did not. The results of the comparison of area in Butuh Village are 23 land parcels (76.67%) suitable and 7 land parcels (23.33%) did not, in Jeli Village as many as 20 land parcels (66.67%) suitable and 10 land parcels (33.33%) did not. In addition to the form variables and registration maps, some land parcels do not match between the Measuring Image and the field conditions.Keywords: accuracy, measurement, mapping, KJSKB. Intisari: Pelaksanaan pengumpulan data fisik diatur dalam JUKNIS PMNA/KBPN Nomor 3 tahun 1997. Di dalam Juknis tersebut, terdapat ketentuan dimana hasil pengukuran dan pemetaan bidang tanah harus sesuai dengan toleransi yang telah ditetapkan yaitu toleransi jarak, luas, bentuk, dan peta pendaftaran. Namun kenyataannya, hasil pengukuran dan pemetaan bidang tanah oleh KJSKB masih belum memenuhi syarat toleransi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat akurasi hasil pengukuran dan pemetaan bidang-bidang tanah yang dilakukan oleh KJSKB. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil perbandingan jarak di Desa Butuh sebanyak 42 jarak (36.52%) Sesuai dan 73 jarak (63.48%) Tidak Sesuai, di Desa Jeli sebanyak 74 jarak (55.64%) Sesuai dan 59 jarak (44.36%) Tidak Sesuai. <p>This study from four administrative districts in Ghana suggest that early parental involvement<br />in their children’s literacy practices is likely to predict better effects on these children in basic<br />reading skills. The benefits of parental involvement and support as predictor of literacy and<br />educational achievement are enormous. They go beyond early academic achievement in<br />pre-school. Early exposure to reading with parents from the homes predisposes children for<br />formal basic literacy instruction. Indeed, early involvement of parents in their child’s reading is<br />found to be the number one critical factor contributing positively to language and emergent<br />literacy. Home reading activities in which parents are involved significantly influence<br />achievements in reading as well as in language comprehension and expressive language skills.<br />This report also points to possible link between educational background of parents and<br />children’s reading achievement at the pre-school: the higher the parental education background,<br />the higher the level of home involvement predicting children’s early achievement in literacy<br />skills.</p>

There are many parents who still didn’t know about the development of school model for children with elementary school levels. This condition clarified by the lack of socialization from government relate with the role of model in elementary. Research design that is use in this research is correlative cross sectional analytical study. Analytical design is research design that testing the correlation between variables which aims to find a relationship of  parental support and students achievement. The result of both variables tested by SPSS Rank Spearman. The population in this research is student’s family of MI Mambaul Ulum from 4-6 grade as many as 34 people. The result showed that sig 2 tailed is 0,001 < 0,05 so the hypothesis is accepted. It means that there is a correlation between parental support with students achievement at Mambaul Ulum boarding school Tlonto Raja Pasean sub-district, Pamekasan regency. The improving  of children’s achievement can increase prosperity in future, children are the next generation who will carry out the interests of nation especially for their area where their live.
