The process of psychological adaptation has occurred during pregnancy, before the birth process and after childbirth. In that period, the anxiety of a woman can increase. Unique experience experienced by the mother after delivery as many as 85% of women experience mood disorders or mood after childbirth that can affect many things, especially responses or acceptance of newborns. (Saleha, 2013). This study aims to determine the relationship between postpartum maternal characteristics with postpartum blues events in Harjamukti District Work Area Cirebon City Year 2018. The type of this research is analytical with cross sectional approach. The population in this study is postpartum mothers 1-40 days found in Work Area Kecamatan Harjamukti City Cirebon period 1-20 January 2018 as many as 41 postpartum mothers. The result of the research is based on chi square statistic test obtained by the age of ρ value of 0,345, education with value ρ 0,499, job with value ρ equal to 0,448, parity with value ρ equal to 0,543 and family support with value ρ equal to 0,148 meaning that age, work, parity and family support have no significant relationship with postpartum blues events. Conclusion There was no significant relationship between maternal age, education, occupation, parity and family support with postpartum blues events. It is therefore necessary to monitor the health of the postpartum either through home visits by health workers or visits to health facilities by postpartum mothers to recognize early blues and anticipate and handle postpartum blues so as not to continue into depression.

Postpartum blues dikategorikan sebagai sindroma gangguan mental ringan yang sering dialami oleh wanita pasca persalinan  sehingga sering tidak dipedulikan, tidak terdiagnosa dan tidak tertangani, apabila postpartum blues ini tidak sembuh selama 2 minggu maka akan berubah menjadi postpartum depression dan postpartum psycosis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kejadian postpartum blues pada ibu postpartum. Desain penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan waktu cross sectional. Tempat penelitian di RS PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. Jumlah sampel 30 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel quota sampling. Analisa data menggunakan analisis univariate. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sebagian responden mengalami  postpartum blues (53,3%) dengan resiko sedang mengalami depresi postpartum (43,3%) dan resiko berat untuk mengalami depresi postpartum (10%). Pada penelitian ini didapatkan 53,3% dari seluruh ibu postpartum di RS PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta mengalami postpartum blues. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini adalah adanya skrining postpartum blues oleh tenaga kesehatan sebelum ibu nifas di perbolehkan pulang dan ada kunjungan nifas bagi ibu ibu yang terdeteksi postpartum blues saat di rumah sakit. Postpartum blues is categorized as a mild mental disorder syndrome that is often experienced by postpartum women so that it is often ignored, undiagnosed and untreated, if the postpartum blues is not healed for 2 weeks it will turn into postpartum depression and postpartum psycosis. This study aims to determine the description of the incidence of postpartum blues in postpartum mothers. The research design used is quantitative descriptive with cross sectional time approach. Research site at PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Yogyakarta. The number of samples was 30 respondents with a quota sampling technique. Data analysis uses univariate analysis. The results of this study indicate that some respondents experienced postpartum blues (53.3%) with a moderate risk of experiencing postpartum depression (43.3%) and a severe risk for experiencing postpartum depression (10%). Conclusions and Recommendations from the results of the above study it can be concluded that 53.3% of all postpartum mothers in PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta Hospital experienced postpartum blues. The recommendation of this study is that health workers related to postpartum mothers should pay more attention to psychological adaptation of postpartum mothers and to be able to overcome the problems of postpartum blues

Introduction: The low number of deliveries assisted by midwives or health workers is an indicator of the low utilization of health facilities by mothers in labor. This study analyzes the factors related to the utilization of childbirth in health facilities in the Sungai Lokan Community Health Center Work Area, Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency. Materials and Methods: This research is an analytic observational using a cross-sectional approach involving 74 participants. The research was conducted from January to July 2019 in the Sungai Lokan Health Center Work Area, Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency. Results: The results showed that the factor of the utilization of childbirth in health facilities was related to family culture (p = 0.0001) and family support (p = 0.003), while the service access factor was not related (p = 0.364). Conclusion: The role of health workers in socializing the importance of utilizing health facilities as a place of delivery is significant in reducing maternal mortality Keywords: Health Facilities; Family Culture; Family Support; Access To Services

Pregnancy is a condition in which the fetus is conceived in the mother's body, which begins with the fertilization process. Lack of iron during pregnancy will lead to iron deficiency anemia and can cause bleeding during delivery, facilitate infection and decrease the carrying capacity of acid. The need for pregnant women for Fe increases (for the formation of placenta and red blood cells) by 200-300%, about 300 mg of Fe is transferred to the fetus so that 50-75 mg for the formation of placenta, 450 mg for increasing the amount of red blood and 200 mg disappears when The type of research in this research is descriptive analytic using cross sectional design. In this study, the independent variables are motivation, the role of health workers and family support, the dependent variable is the regularity of consuming Fe tablets. Based on the statistical test, it was obtained p value 0.007 ˂ 0.05, which means that there is a significant relationship between poor motivation and irregularity in consuming Fe tablets in the working area of Puskesmas with difficult water. Based on statistical tests, p value is 0.001 0.05, which means there is a significant relationship There is a significant difference between the role of health workers and irregularity in consuming Fe tablets in the working area of Puskesmas with difficulty in water. Based on statistical tests, the p value is 0.000 ˂ 0.05, which means that there is a significant relationship between poor family support and irregularity in consuming Fe tablets in the region. The Work of Puskesmas is Hard to Water.

The present study reports the comprehensive study on the exclusive breastfeeding around support factors for successful activityof breastfeeding. In the three years lately UNICEF and WHO data on exclusive breastfeeding can reduce infant morbidity and mortality by more than 80%. The coverage of infants who are exclusively breastfed is 65.35%, the highest percentage is in West Nusa Tenggara 80.35% and the lowest percentage is in Papua 18.32%. In Indonesia, there are 35.25% of 38% of children who are sick because they cannot receive exclusive breastfeeding. Exclusive breastfeeding is given when the baby is born until the age of 6 months. This study aims to determine knowledge, work and family support related to exclusive breastfeeding behavior in the work area of ​​near with the RSIA PBH hospital in Lampung, Indonesia area in 2021. Using a cross sectional, a large sample of 120 respondents. Sampling in this study used a simple random sampling technique, and the chi-square test was carried out from January to August 2021. The results of the study were 95 respondents (79,16%) mothers who did not give exclusive breastfeeding and 25 respondents (20.84%) mothers who have exclusively breastfed their babies. There is a significant relationship between knowledge (P = 0.000 and PR = 1.588), occupation (P = 0.000 and PR = 1.995) and family support (P = 0.001 and PR = 1.514) with exclusive breastfeeding behavior in the patients inside hospital work area in 2021. The paper presents the characterization support from the company, hospital and the closest family for exclusive breastfeeding is also very important. Based on the results of the study, it is recommended that health workers make innovations and new programs to increase exclusive breastfeeding

Breast milk is the liquid produced by the secretion of the mother's breast gland, which is given to babies from birth for 6 months, without adding or replacing with other foods or drinks. The Indonesian government targets exclusive breastfeeding coverage of 80%. The results of the 2010 Riskesdas in North Sumatra only reached 20.2%. From year to year, it declined, especially in Medan.This study aims to determine the factors associated with breastfeeding in postpartum mothers at the RSUD. Dr. Pirngadi Medan in 2015.The study design used was cross sectional in the primary data consisting of 48 respondents. The study was conducted on March 28-April 28, 2015 using a questionnaire filled out by the respondents themselves. Analysis of the data used is chi square. The results showed that most of the middle age were 56.3%, secondary education was 64.6%, working IRT as much as 100%, delivery by sectio caesarea as much as 70.8%, knowledgeable as much as 79.2%, sources of information from officers health as much as 62.5%, and those who received support as much as 83.3%. Proportion of breastfeeding to postpartum mothers at Dr. Pirngadi Medan is 83.3%, has more fulfilled the national target (80%). Factors related to breastfeeding in this study were knowledge (predisposing factors), sources of information (enabling factors) and husband / family support (reinforcing factors). From the results of this study it can be concluded that good knowledge (predisposing factors), sources of information from health workers (enabling factors) and husband / family support (reinforcing factors) can influence breastfeeding in postpartum mothers.

Background: Stroke often results in the burden and thus may affect the patient's quality of life. Objective: This study aims to determine the relationship between characteristics, type of stroke, family support, towards quality of life of stroke patients at UKI Hospital Jakarta. Methods: This study used correlative descriptive research method with cross sectional approach. There were 81 stroke patients choosen using purposive sampling technique. This study conducted from June to July 2020. This study used a questionnaire as a measuring tool. Result: The results revealed that most of the respondents were 25-65 years old (76,5%), male (67,9%), graduated from high school (71,8%), unemployee (63,0%), developed ischemic stroke (76,5%), good family support (79,0%) and good quality of life (86,4%). Chi-Square statistical test showed a significant relationship between work (p value 0.039), type of stroke (p value 0.000) to quality of life for stroke patients; however, there was no significant relationship between age (p value 0.777), gender (p value 0.307), education (p value 0.177), and family support (p value 0.582) to quality of life for stroke patients. Conclusion: A significant relationship between work, type of stroke to quality of life for stroke patients. There was no significant relationship between age, gender, education, and family support to quality of life for stroke patients. It is suggested that Hospital should provide health workers with counseling to the families of stroke patients in outpatient department such as reminding families through posters or leaflets about family support for stroke patients.

At the age of less than 28 days newborns are very span to death, so at this time need to be aware of some signs and dangers in the newborn. One of the efforts undertaken to reduce the infant mortality rate is neonatal visits conducted in health services. This study aims to determine several factors related to Neonatal Visits (KN) in the work area of Puskesmas Kampung Baqa in 2018. This study uses Analytical Survey, with cross sectional approach. Respondents of this study were all mothers who had babies aged 0-28 days as many as 87 respondents with sampling techniques using puposive sampling. Data analysis performed was univariate and bivariate with Chi-Square test. The results of this study found that all the variables studied were associated with neonatal visits in the work area of Puskesmas Kampung Baqa in 2018, namely knowledge (p value 0,000), attitude (p value 0,000) and family support (p value 0,006). The conclusion in this research is that knowledge, attitude, and support of mother's family can influence visit of neonatal mother to conduct Neonatal Visit (KN). Therefore, it is necessary to be counseled about the importance of conducting neonatal visits to the public by health workers intensively so that the knowledge of the community especially the mothers who have babies 0-28 days to increase. Keywords : Visit Neonatal, Knowledge, Attitude, Family SupportBibliograpy : 25 (1991-2017).

ASI eksklusif adalah pemberian ASI saja tanpa tambahan makanan  dan minuman lainnya kepada bayi sejak lahir sampai berusia 6 bulan. Pemberian ASI secara eksklusif dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor yang meliputi faktor pendidikan, pekerjaan, pengetahuan, keterpaparan terhadap informasi, dukungan keluarga dan dukungan petugas kesehatan. Cakupan pemberian ASI eksklusif di Kelurahan Wilayah Kerja UPT Puskesmas Pegambiran sebesar 54,7% dan belum memenuhi dari target 75%. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara determinan perilaku dengan pemberian ASI eksklusif di Kelurahan Pegambiran Wilayah Kerja UPT Puskesmas Pegambiran Kota Cirebon Tahun 2018. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 154  bayi yang berumur 7-11 bulan,  dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 65 orang diambil secara propotional random sampling.  Pengambilan data penelitian dengan menggunakan kuesioner dengan teknik wawancara. Uji analisis untuk melihat hubungan variabel bebas dan variabel terikat dengan uji Chi Square. Hasil uji statistik didapatkan bahwa pendidikan ibu (p value = 0,785), pekerjaan ibu (p value = 1.000), pegetahuan ibu (p value = 0,977), tidak ada hubungan dengan pemberian ASI eksklusif di Kelurahan Pegambiran Wilayah Kerja UPT Puskesmas Pegambiran Kota Cirebon Tahun 2018.  Keterpaparan terhadap informasi (p value = 0,014), dukungan keluarga (p value = 0,018) dan dukungan petugas kesehatan (pvalue= 0,006) ada hubungan dengan pemberian ASI eksklusif di Kelurahan Pegambiran Wilayah Kerja UPT Puskesmas Pegambiran Kota Cirebon Tahun 2018.Kata Kunci   : ASI eksklusif, determinan perilaku  ABSTRACTExclusive breastfeeding is the only granting exclusive breast milk alone without additional food and other drinks to infants from birth to 6 months old. Based on the results of the study, pointed out that there is no relationship between the mother's education (p value = 0.785), the work of the mother (p value = 1,000), mothers knowledge (p value = 0.977), exposure to information (p value = 0.014), family support (p value = 0.018) and support health workers (p value = 0.006) with exclusive breastfeeding in Kelurahan Pegambiran UPT Clinic work area Pegambiran the city of Cirebon in the year 2018.Keywords : Exclusive breastfeeding, determinant of behavior

This study aims to determine the relationship of family support and other factors in participating in MR immunization in Posyandu in the work area of Momunu Health Center, Buol Regency, Central Sulawesi. This study uses a cross sectional design. The number of research respondents was 96 respondents. The results of this study indicate that (p value 0.005) for the variable family support for MR immunization, for the nurse support variable for MR immunization (p-value 0.007) and for the education variable for MR immunization (p-value 0.012). Conclusion, there is a significant relationship between family support for [giving immunization, there is a relationship between nurse support for giving immunization and there is an educational relationship with giving immunization.   Keywords: Measles and Rubella, Family Support, Giving Immunization MR

Posyandu is expected to be a place to facilitate youth in understanding adolescent health problems, find alternative solutions to problems, form youth support groups, expand the reach of PKPR Puskesmas, especially for regional youth who have limited access Data shows that Muara Bulian Health Center, one of the Puskesmas in Batang Hari has provided health services to adolescents through PKPR activities. In 2018 the teen pregnancy rate was 24 teenagers (1.4%), in 2019 there were 27 teenagers (1.6%) An increase of 0.2%. In December 2019, two pilots polyandrous were formed in the work area of the Muara Bulian Community Health Center.This research is a descriptive analytic study with cross sectional method. The population in this study were adolescents who came to Posyandu cendana and singkawang which amounted to 75 people,while the number of samples is 43 people. This research uses purposive sampling technique. Data collection is done by questionnaire. The analysis was carried out univariately and bivariately. Results of the study Some respondents had bad behavior (51.2%) visited Posyandu Most respondents had poor knowledge (55.8%), positive attitude (51.2%), and good family support (62.8%), a good source of information (58.1%), most cadres had a good role (53.5%) in providing services in the Posyandu area of Muara Bulian Puskesmas in 2020. There is a meaningful relationship between knowledge and adolescent behavior . There is a significant relationship between attitude and adolescent behavior. There is a significant relationship between distance with adolescent behavior, there is a significant relationship between information sources and adolescent behavior, there is a relationship between the role of officers with adolescent behavior, and there is a significant relationship between family support and adolescent behavior to the Posyandu in the Public Health Service Muara Bulian Work Area
