This study dealt with the topic (methodologies of continuous improvement between theory and practice) - quality, excellence model, Kaizen - model, descriptive study on a sample of institutions in the state of Khartoum - Sudan. Which aims to know whether government institutions apply methodologies of continuous improvement or not, and support and motivate them to apply these methodologies and work to spread awareness to become a general culture among employees. The researcher followed the descriptive approach, as he used a number of data collection tools in scientific research, observation, interview and the questionnaire newspaper, and a stratified random sample was selected for (50) individuals from five institutions, each institution has ten individuals representing the entire research community, and the questionnaire was distributed Through the researcher personally. The purpose of this study is to describe the work system and the concept of waste management in Nglurah Village, Tawangmangu, Karanganyar, Indonesia. The study also sought to find out the reasons underlying the formation of the Wagu Budoyo waste management group established by the community. This study is a qualitative study with a descriptive approach. Data collection is done by conducting interviews and observations. The results of this study provide a description of the establishment, work system and direction of development of the Wagu Budoyo waste management group, Nglurah Village, Tawangmang, Karanganyar Regency. The descriptive study of Blauran Traditional Market Traders in Palangka Raya City was motivated by problems arising from the rapid emergence of modern markets which were feared to shift the existence of traditional markets in Palangka Raya City. Where the problems that occur in traditional markets greatly affect the existence of the traditional markets themselves, from the problems of services provided by traders to the most frequent problems that arise, namely regarding the cleanliness in traditional markets. This study aims to describe and analyze the social dynamics of traders in the Blauran traditional market, Palangka Raya City. While the research method is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation study. The results showed that the Blauran traditional market traders instilled values ​​and norms that had existed from generation to generation from generation to generation before them. So that traders can easily overcome problems that arise as a result of the emergence of modern markets, and with the development of the era traders provide other innovations from pre-existing values ​​and practice them directly to buyers in order to provide comfort obtained from the work ethic produced directly by traders.

Records [I1] in the structure of government institutions support the work of the secretariat and administrative agencies. One such government agency is the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia (Kemendikbud RI). The records  created is a proof of activity. If the  records  is not  disposaled , it will cause accumulate in a room. Therefore, inactive records transfer is one of the efforts to  disposal the  records in the Ministry of Education and Culture. This study aims to identify the process of transfer of inactive records within the Ministry of Education and Culture. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The data collection method was conducted by interviewing four archivists who contributed in the transfer of active records at the Ministry of Education and Culture through whatsapp and document analysis. The informants consists of two archivists from Unit Kearsipan Direktorat Jenderal and two archivists from Unit Kearsipan Kementerian. This research describes the transfer of inactive records consisting of preparation, acceptance, storage, and making a list of records. The results of this research are carried out in stages from Unit Pengolah to Unit Kearsipan Direktorat Jenderal, then Unit Kearsipan Direktorat Jenderal to Unit Kearsipan Kementerian. The transfer of inactive records at the Ministry of Education and Culture in general is in accordance with the applicable operational procedures, namely the Ministry of Education and Culture's Standard Operating Procedures in 2018 about transfer inactive records from the Unit Pengolah to the ministry's  records center.

The study aimed to identify the impact (influence) of SAMA's control on the financial performance of Saudi banks from the perspective (viewpoint) of the employees responsible for the bank's general control. The study adopted the analytical descriptive approach. The questionnaire was used as a data collection tool applied to a random sample composed of (120) employees. The study concluded several findings, the most important of which is the impact of control through the regulations and instructions in the Saudi banks on financial performance. There is also an effect of control through the inspections in the Saudi banks on financial performance, in addition to the effect of control through data and periodic statements in Saudi banks on financial performance. The study recommended several recommendations, the most important of which is the need to continue banking reforms to keep up with the current global developments witnessed by all banks in the Kingdom, in addition to the need to provide adequate systems and means to assess and measure the various risks encountered by banks and increase attention to prepare and organize courses and training programs in the field of control.

The Impact

The purpose of this study was to analyze on how the effectiveness of the Featured Product of Rural Areas Program (Prukades) in improving the economy of rural communities and to determine on how the level of success of Featured Product of Rural Areas Program (Prukades) in improving the economy of the community. This study used descriptive study with analytical descriptive approach. The technique of collecting data was conducted by using interviews, observation and questionnaire. Respondents in this study were 23 respondents who are actively involved in Prukades with data analysis techniques that were used to measure the effectiveness of Prukades by using simple statistical methods and the submission of questions presented in the form of a questionnaire, then of the response is given a score. These results indicated that the program of Prukades in Teluk Village of Pandeglang Regency, included into the category of quite effective. Referring to the four indicators of the effectiveness used, that are the appropriate targeting, socialization, objectives and monitoring, the indicator of monitoring conducted by the part of DPMPD remains a constraint for the community, because even though it is regularly checked, people still do not feel the impact. And the success level of Prukades program is indicated by the absorption of 20 members who joined from three types of Prukades in Teluk Village.

Cohesion and coherence in discourse play a role in forming a wholeness in the discourse itself, both discourse and writing. One of the written discourses is the news in the Jawa Pos newspaper, which is the distribution of basic food packages breaking the fast of Ramadhan for the poor in the Tuban area held by PT. PJB UBJOM PLTU Tanjung Awar-awar, in this news is thought to contain elements of cohesion and coherence. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach and discourse analysis techniques. The data obtained contains cohesion and coherence. In this data collection, namely by listening to the news and recording it. The results of this study include grammatical cohesion, lexical cohesion and its coherence. Grammatical cohesion includes reference cohesion, recovery cohesion, release cohesion and liaison cohesion. In addition to cohesion there is also coherence that is like the coherence of the means of purpose, the coherence of reasons for action, the coherence of the meaning of reason and so forth. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui proses bimbingan keagamaan, fungsi bimbingan keagamaan serta hasil bimbingan keagamaan dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual remaja di Boarding School SMK PPN Tanjungsari. Dengan pertanyaan penelitian 1) Bagaimana proses bimbingan keagamaan di Boarding School SMK PPN Tanjungsari?, 2) Bagaiamana fungsi bimbingan keagamaan di Boarding School SMK PPN Tanjungsari?, 3) Bagaimana hasil bimbingan keagamaan dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual remaja di Boarding School SMK PPN Tanjungsari?. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan datanya dilakukan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, dikarenakan masalah yang diteliti perlu dilukiskan secara sistematis dan faktual dengan menggambarkan keadaan atau status fenomena. Hasil bimbingan keagamaan di Boarding School SMK PPN adalah munculnya aspek-aspek kecerdasan spiritual pada remaja seperti kesadaran untuk menghayati proses ibadah bukan sebagai pengguguran kewajiban, terbiasa berperilaku baik, memiliki prinsip keadilan, memiliki prinsip kebenaran, mampu mengambil hikmah dari musibah yang dihadapinya, bersikap fleksibel, bersikap kritis dan merenungkan penyebab serta alasan segala sesuatu terjadi. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa bimbingan keagamaan di Boarding Schoool SMK PPN memiliki peranan yang sangat menunjang dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual remaja. The purpose of this study is to find out how the proccess of islamic guidance, function of islamic guidance, and result of islamic guidance to increase SpritualQuetiont in adolescence. With research questions 1) How the proccess of islamic guidance to increase spiritual quetiont on adolescence ?, 2) What is the function of islamic guidance to increase Spiritual Quetiont on adolescence?, 3) How are the results of islamic guidance to increase Spiritual Quetiont on adolescence?. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive approach with subject and object of research is guidancer. While the data collection tool in this study through observation, direct interview and written interviews. From the results of research conducted at Boarding School SMK PPN Tanjungsari, it appears of Spiritual Quetiont in adolescents. Such as the behavior of living the worship process, get used to behave well, be fair, be wise, able to take lessons from the difficulties they experienced, be flexible, be critical. So, we can conclude that islamic Guidance has a very supportive role in increasing adolescent Spiritual Quetiont.
