In the curriculum 2013 there are student activities with parents (formerly with homework/PR) is expected to develop and add activities according to the conditions and abilities of parents and students. Interaction between parents and students is very important to build a learning experience that can be at school an inseparable part of life at home. This study aims to find out how student activities with parents influence the learning creativity of first grade students at SDN Tenggilis Mejoyo I Surabaya. This type of research is quantitative, in collecting data using observation techniques and subjective tests with data analysis techniques using the percentage formula and Product Moment. The results found a positive relationship between activities with parents at home on student learning creativity with a pretty good correlation.

The problems studied in this study are the maximum learning outcomes in class X filing subjects at Bandung National Vocational School. This research was conducted to find out how the influence of learning independence on student learning outcomes in class X filing subjects. This study used a survey method. Data was collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale. The units analyzed were 67 students of class X majoring in Office Administration at SMK Nasional Bandung. Data analysis techniques use simple regression. The results of the study show that learning independence has an influence on learning outcomes. Therefore, student learning outcomes can be improved through increased learning independence from within students.ABSTRAKPermasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah belum maksimalnya hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran kearsipan kelas X di SMK Nasional Bandung. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kemandirian belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran kearsipan kelas X. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket dengan menggunakan skala likert. Unit yang dianalisis 67 siswa kelas X jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Nasional Bandung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemandirian belajar memiliki pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar. Oleh karena itu, hasil belajar siswa dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan kemandirian belajar dari dalam diri siswa.

The purpose of this study is to know the application of wayang media characters to grow religious values on learning listening to grade 1 students of SDN Plangkrongan 3. Type of this research is descriptive qualitative research. The data in this research are verbal data and nonverbal data. Verbal data that is the recording of the application of wayang characters media to cultivate religious values on learning listening to grade 1 students of SDN Plangkrongan 3. Nonverbal data is the evaluation of listening ability. In this research, the subjects are the first grade teachers of SDN Plangkrongan 3 and the 1st grade students of SDN Plangkrongan 3. Data collection techniques in this research are (a) observation, (b) interview, and (c) test, (d) documentation. In this research data analysis techniques using interactive data analysis, there are three steps: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Implementation of wayang characters media to cultivate religious values on learning listening to grade 1 students of SDN Plangkrongan 3 is already running in accordance with the plan and learning objectives have been achieved. From the results of the evaluation listening given, the results of listening to students is good enough. The average grade of grade V SDN Plangkrongan 3 is 85.6% of the total students 9. All students have been able to answer questions from the fairy tales that have been heard.

This type of research is the development of research. Development using a modification model Borg and Gall (2003), the data collection techniques through technical documentation and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques were the data results of the review and testing of the products as the basis for improvement of media. Than, questionnaire respondents assessment of the effectiveness of media related learning on student results.  From the overall stages of the study showed that there are significant differences in student learning outcomes by using powerpoint compared with the results of classical learning of students by using interactive media flash

This study aims to explore the relationship between meaningful work, transformational leadership and organizational commitment of teachers both simultaneously and also partially. The subjects in this study were SDIT Ghilmani teachers who had 1 year minimum service period. Data analysis techniques using multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS Versiaon 20. The results of the study stated that there is a relationship between meaningful work, transformational leadership and organizational commitment in SDIT Ghilmani Surabaya teachers, so that both of these variables can predict organizational commitment. The results of the study stated that there is a relationship between meaningful work, transformational leadership and organizational commitment in SDIT Ghilmani Surabaya teachers, so that both of these variables can predict organizational commitment. There is a partial positive relationship between meaningful work with organizational commitment and there is no positive relationship partially bertween transformational leadership and organizational commitment.

The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship of parents' attention with the science learning Grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 15 Padang. The population in this research amounted to 178 students with a total sample of 60 students, taken by random sampling technique. Data collection was obtained using questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques were used using descriptive and correlation analysis techniques. The calculation result of r count> r table is 0.257> 0.250 which means that there is a positive relationship between the attention of parents and the results of natural science learning Students of Grade VIII of SMP Negeri 15 Padang.

This research was conducted in class X of IPH 2 High School Surabaya. Researcher looked at several problems in the classroom, namely: the ability of students to understand less quadratic equations, lack of learning tools that are good for use in classrooms, activities in class that seem unattractive to improve learning motivation and the condition of students who are always individual in achieving success. To support this, this research is assisted by kahoot media. This research is a type of experiment that begins with the development of a 4D model device. Based on the problems above, the researcher helps the teacher by developing learning tools that are well validated. After that, the researcher will check the effectiveness of the device and then be implemented in the experimental class in order to obtain good learning outcomes. Descriptive data analysis results, obtained valid learning tools, good teacher ability, positive student response, and student activities that are in a good range. The results of inferential data analysis obtained an average increase in learning outcomes in the experimental class is greater than the average increase in learning outcomes in the control class. Learning tools in the form of RPP, LKS, and THB developed with the 4-D development model are valid tools to support learning effectively so that student learning outcomes are better than student learning outcomes that are taught using conventional learning. This study aims to describe the independence of student learning and inhibiting factors in online learning in grade III SDN Dayeuhluhur CBM. This study use the descriptive qualitative research methods. The subject used in this study were the teacher and representatives of class III students. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques use the stages of data reduction, data presentation and conclusions or verification. The result of this study is the independence of student learning in online learning in grade III SDN Dayeuhluhur CBM is quite well developed although there are still some students who lack confidence, active, disciplined and responsible for learning. The inhibiting factors that cause students to not be independent in the online learning is the emergence of boredom because they do not interact directly with the teacher, limited handphones used in online learning and still using parents handphone, fast quota runs out, unstable network, parents who are busy working and students lack understanding of the material. Due to several inhibiting factors in online learning, teachers have difficulty determining assessment and only rely on attendance in task collection.

The problem in this research is soccer coaching. The purpose of this study is to look at the motivation of athletes, coaches, and infrastructure in coaching football. This research is a descriptive quantitative study. The population in this study are all people who are members of MENARA FC. The sampling technique in this study used a total sampling technique, the sample in this study was 28 people. This research was conducted in 3 days, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. The instruments of this study were observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study using the Likers scale. Results of the study: 1) Motivation is needed in coaching athletes. Between the two forms of motivation is more dominant internal motivation even though it is not separated from external motivation in the field or at home. 2) The trainer is very influential in coaching so the trainer must have a good foundation. The trainer already has a license and has participated in FILANESIA training, but cannot carry out the training program that he has made well because of incomplete infrastructure. 3) Infrastructure facilities at MENARA FC are sufficient but still unable to cope with all forms of training provided by the coach, there are still many that must be completed

The school is one of the conters for learning activities that can be used to develop their potential. There are many types of activities that students can do in school, such as : read, write, take notes, ask questions, practice and express opinions. However, there are schools that implement the morning access system by entering betel. This study aims to describe the differences in the learning activities of Class IV students who enter pekanbaru 147 public elementary schools. The method used is qualitative. Data acquisition techniques by observation with data analysis techniques by collecting data, then reducing data, presenting data, and finally searching for conclusions. The results of this study show that students do more positive activities in the morning, while students do more negative activities in the afternoon. This research is useful to broaden the knowledge and and insights of researchers in the field of education, particularly in student learning activities, and as a material consideration for future researchers

<em>The purpose of this research is to improve student learning outcomes in thematic material about night activities. This research is a classroom action research (PTK) which is carried out in two cycles, each cycle consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The subjects of this study were the first grade students of SDN Tambakreja 07 in the 2020/2021 academic year, totaling 28 students. Data collection techniques using observation and tests. Data analysis includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Research shows that the use of Zoom media can improve student learning outcomes on thematic material about nighttime activities in class I SDN Tambakreja 07 academic year 2020/2021 as evidenced by the percentage of completeness of learning outcomes in cycle I of 53.57% to 75% in cycle II</em>
