The current phenomenon shows that the noble character values ​​among children are experiencing a quite concerning crisis. One of the factors causing the deterioration of children's character is a crisis or deterioration of national cultural values ​​or local wisdom values. Therefore, exploring cultural values ​​or local wisdom values ​​is a strategic step in an effort to build the nation's character. The purpose of this study was to describe (1) character education through traditional games in MIN 3 Jember, (2) character education through traditional songs in MIN 3 Jember, and (3) character education through folklore in MIN 3 Jember. To achieve this goal, this study uses a phenomenological type of qualitative approach. The data collection technique uses observation, interview, and documentary study techniques. The data collected are primary data and secondary data which include: character education strategy data through traditional games, character education through traditional songs, and character education through folk stories. After the data is collected, it is analyzed using themodel spiral analysis  proposed by Cresswel (2007). The results showed that (1) The teachers at MIN 3 Jember have used traditional games as a medium to instill character values ​​in students. The traditional games played by students are quite varied. The steps taken by the teacher in using traditional games as a medium in instilling the character of students are: choosing traditional games that are in accordance with the learning theme, playing games together with students, followed by explaining the character values ​​contained in the games that have been played the. (2) Teachers at MIN 3 Jember have used traditional songs as a medium to instill character values ​​in students. The steps taken by the teacher in using traditional songs as a medium to instill the character of students, namely: choosing traditional songs that are in accordance with the learning theme, singing songs together with students, followed by explaining the character values ​​contained in traditional songs that have been sung. (3) teachers at MIN 3 Jember have used folklore as a medium to instill character values ​​in students. The steps taken by the teacher in using folklore to instill character values ​​are: (a) the children read the folklore in groups or independently, (b) to find out whether the children understand the story, the teacher make inquiries via 5W + H. (c) the teacher retells the folklore to the children, and (d) the teacher conveys the messages (character values) that exist in the story.

This research is motivated by the construction of the Barambang Tamairang road, Muara Sikabaluan Village, which was built in 2015 and approximately 6 km. Road measurements to be made for the construction of roads on agricultural land owned by the community with an agreement will be compensated for the community’s land with an agreement during a meeting at the village hall. The problem in the construction of the Barambang Tamairang road is that not all compensation has been resolved by the government. The purpose og this study is how the pattern of land compensation of the Barambang Tamairang road, Muara Sikabaluan Village, Mentawai Island Regency. The theory used in this research is the Exchange theory put forward by Peter Michael Blau. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with a descriptive type to describe the problem under study. Retrieval of informant by purposive sampling with a total of 12 informant. There are two types of data in this study, namely primary data and secondary data. The research data was collected using observation, interview, and document study techniques. Data analysis was performed by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions with this research unit’s analysis group. Based on the results of research conducted, found in the process og land compensation in the construction of the Barambang Tamairang road, Muara Sikabaluan Village, Mentawai Island Regency: (1) Deliberation of Consensus, (2) Pattern of money compensation.

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini merupakan untuk mengetahui sejauhmana peran pasar dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan dalam konteks ekonomi Islam apabila direlevansikan dalam perspektif maqashid syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data primer diperoleh dengan wawancara para pedagang Pasar Syariah Az-Zaiun I Surabaya. Observasi juga dilakukan terhadap para pedagang. kemudian, dilakukan triangulasi dan dianalisis untuk mendapatkan hasil kesimpulan. Data sekunder diperoleh melalui buku teks, jurnal ilmiah yang relevan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kesejahteraan para pedagang Pasar Syariah Az-Zaitun mengalami peningkatan, namun bila dikaji melalui perspektif maqashid syariah belum mencapai kemaslahatan karena terdapat beberapa indikator yang belum terpenuhi oleh pedagang Pasar Syariah Az-Zaitun I Surabaya.Kata kunci: pasar, kesejahteraan, pedagang, maqashid syariah ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to determine the role of the market in improving welfare in the context of Islamic economics from the perspective of maqashid sharia. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The primary data collection technique was obtained by interviewing the traders of the Islamic Az-Zaiun I Market in Surabaya. Observations were also made on traders. Then, triangulation is conducted and analyzed to get a conclusion. Secondary data is obtained through textbooks and relevant scientific journals. The results of this study indicate that the welfare of the traders of the Az-Zaitun Syariah Market has increased, but when examined through the perspective of maqashid sharia, it has not achieved benefit because several indicators have not been fulfilled by the traders of the Az-Zaitun I Islamic Market in Surabaya.Keywords: market, welfare, traders, maqashid sharia

The purpose of this study is to analyze the reasons for the Singocandi Village community in implementing the Apitan tradition and to analyze the values of character education in the Apitan tradition of the Singocandi Village community.The research was conducted using a qualitative approach with descriptive types and field study methods. The research was conducted in Singocandi Village, Kota District, Kudus Regency. The data collection techniques are through observation, interviews, and document study. Primary data sources were obtained from the results of observations and interviews with the pundhen caretaker Mbah Buyut Punjol, village officials, and the traditional committee of Apitan Alms Earth, Singocandi Village. As for the secondary data sources, researchers were obtained from supporting documents. Testing the validity of the data used the technique and source triangulation techniques. In this study, technical triangulation was carried out by combining data received from observations, interviews, and documents. Meanwhile, source triangulation was carried out by combining interview data from various sources.The results showed that the reason Singocandi Village people still carry out the Apitan tradition is as a form of preserving the nation's cultural heritage and to respect the struggles of the ancestors of the Indonesian nation. In the Apitan tradition there are also character education values such as religious, honest, tolerance, discipline, creative, love for the country, social care, and caring for the environment that need to be instilled in the nation's future generations. Therefore, this tradition must be preserved and introduced to the future generations of the nation..

<p><em>Suspects have the right to obtain legal assistance, especially for suspects who are classified as economically disadvantaged in accordance with Article 56 of the Criminal Procedure Code (KUHAP). The facts show that there are many irregularities in the implementation of legal aid, therefore it is necessary to know about the implementation of free legal aid for suspects who are incapacitated at the level of investigation and the factors that become obstacles in the implementation of legal aid. This legal research is an empirical legal research and this research is descriptive in nature. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The techniques used to collect data were document study techniques and interview techniques. Inhibiting factors affecting the implementation of free legal aid for suspects who are unable at the level of investigation can be classified and differentiated into 3 factors, namely, legal substance, legal structure, and legal culture).</em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords: </em></strong><em>Legal Aid, Criminal Cases</em></p>

The author who is directly involved in the consignment trading process sees so many phenomena that occur, whether it is related to the consignment trader, the shop owner, the emotional relationship between the two, business relationships, character, cultural values, and so on. The research approach used in this study is qualitative research approach. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by in-depth interviews and observations. The types of data in this study are: primary data and secondary data. Data analysis techniques in this study use data analysis techniques miles and hubermen, including data reduction (data reduction), data presentation (data display) and drawing conclusions and verification (conclusion drawing / verification). The results of this study indicate that there are 7 patterns of interaction between consignment traders and shop owners, namely: making mutually beneficial business agreements, cooperation on the basis of mutual trust, mutual understanding of each other's character, respecting different cultures, disputes for breaking the agreement, lack of openness, and conflict of interest.

The purpose of this study is for learning. This study entitled Social Change Towards Development of Rasau Jaya Village 3 After the Development of the Rajati Flower Garden. With the problem of how social change in the village of Rasau Jaya 3, economic improvement after the construction of a flower garden, development planning or the addition of facilities. This research method is a descriptive qualitative approach. Data sources of this research are primary data and secondary data. The results showed that: after the construction of the flower garden in Rasau Jaya 3 village the development of social change there was increasing, the people there accepted the development of the flower garden, because with the development of the community's economy there could be increased, because the people there could sell at around the flower garden so that it can increase their economy again there, and there will be plans to add facilities in the flower garden so that it can attract visitors to keep coming to the flower garden of the flower garden rajati.

This research aims to identify and analyze the existence of the application of criminal penalties in the handling of criminal cases Child Protection in Indonesia and analyze the effectiveness of criminal fines when viewed from the perspective of children as victims of crime.Method used is socio-juridical using primary and secondary data. Primary data collection technique is done with the interview, and secondary data by reading, reviewing and analyzing primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, tertiary legal materials with qualitative analysis techniques, interpreted logically and systematically and drawn conclusions.Based on the survey results revealed that the existence of the application of criminal penalties in the handling of criminal cases Child Protection in Indonesia criminal fines in criminal prospects are just as an alternative or substitute for imprisonment or confinement. And effectiveness this penalty has not run optimally because the defendant would prefer to replace the criminal penalties to imprisonment.The conclusion of this thesis is that the implementation or execution of criminal penalties in Indonesia have not been effective or not maximized because law enforcement or judges tend to prefer the imprisonment of the criminal finesKeywords: Criminal Fines; Criminal Prison; Children.

Developing powerful communications technology has created unlimited free communication. The negative impact of this phenomenon is when a culture that is not good from the outside is swallowed out by children who are still young. As a result, it will easily experience cultural dislocation. One of the legacies of local wisdom that are not interested in the midst of the community is the Javanese dolanan song. Therefore all efforts must be sought from the very beginning. These efforts can be done through various ways, including habituation of children to play and sing songs (songs) dolanan Javanese, which actually contains a lot of character values. This study included a descriptive study, a case study at PAS Munqidzatun Nasyi'ah Wilangan Islamic Kindergarten. This study aims to describe; 1. Describe the form of character education in PAS Munqidzatun Nasyi'ah Wilangan Islamic Kindergarten. 2. Describe the strategy for implementing character education in PAS Munqidzatun Nasyi'ah Wilangan Islamic Kindergarten. 3. Describe the results of character education in PAS Munqidzatun Nasyi'ah Wilangan Islamic Kindergarten. This research includes field research using a qualitative approach. In collecting data, the author uses the method of interviews, observation, and documentation as a data collection technique. The technique chosen in data analysis is data reduction, data display and conclusions or verification. From this study it can be seen that: 1. the form of character education in PAS Islamic Kindergarten Munqidzatun Nasyi'ah Wilangan is a local widom-based character education (local wisdom) in the form of Javanese dolanan songs. There are three dolanan songs used for character planting, namely Sluku-sluku Bathok, gundul-gundul Pachol and Menthok-menthok. 2. The strategy for the implementation of character education in PAS Islamic Kindergarten Munqidzatun Nasyi'ah Wilangan is to use reflective methods. This can be proven by giving an explanation of moral values ​​to students, after the song is finished the song is sung both in class before the core lesson begins or while playing outside the classroom. 3. The results of character education at PAS Islam Munqidzatun Nasyi'ah Wilangan Kindergarten have fulfilled the values ​​of the basic characters, namely: a. Respectful and polite character through greeting each other and shaking hands. b. This character of independence and responsibility can be seen from throwing garbage in its place.

This study discusses the influence of social media on interest in buying copilogy products. The relationship used in this study is a causal relationship with 60 Garut domiciled consumer respondents who have already tried their products. The data analysis technique used is simple regression with the application of SPSS 20. The measurement scale used by researchers is the interval scale. This study uses primary data and secondary data obtained from books, journals, literature, scientific works from the internet with relevant sources. The primary data collection technique in this study is an online questionnaire that contains a number of structured statements given to respondents through Google forms and respondents provide answers based on a Likert scale of 1-5, starting from 1 (strongly disagree) to 5 (strongly agree). The conclusion of this research is the significant effect between the influence of Social Media on Kopilogi Buy Interest.

ABSTRACTFree Number of larvae (ABJ) in RW 15, Wonokusumo Village is 85%. However, the incidence of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is still high, ie 17 cases. The high incidence rate of DHF is due to the interaction between host, agent and environment. Host in terms of behavior, dengue virus as an agent and environment derived from the surrounding conditions that can cause and trigger the spread of DHF. The purpose of this research is to analyze the relationship of host and environment behavior to the occurrence of DHF in RW 15. This research using cross sectional design. Random sampling using the guy method. How to calculate the method guy is 10% of the population so that obtained a sample of 78 respondents. Primary data collection technique is done through indepth interview and filling questionnaire. Secondary data collection was obtained from Wonokusumo Puskemas report and report from Surabaya City Health Office. The research was conducted in RW 15. The result of bivariate statistic test showed significant relation between knowledge, attitude, action and environment against DHF incidence with p> α, 0,00> 0,05. The conclusion of this research is that there is host and environment interaction to DHF incidence. Suggestion of this research is procurement of work program every month, independent larvae monitoring movement by society and 3M movement plus every week on Thursday and procurement of training of cadre jumantik about how and regulation of dosage of abate powder according to dose.Keywords: host behavior, environment, disease Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever
