Health promotion is basically a process of communication and behavior change process through health education. Health promotion activities can achieve maximum results, if the methods and media health promotion is of great concern and must be adapted to the target.         The type of research was a quasi experimental (quasi experimental) with a pretest-posttest design, The population in this study, all pregnant women are entering the third trimester gestational age 37-39 weeks, in the region of 40 health centers Padangsidempuan Batunadua pregnant women. Samples numbered 40 pregnant women are 20 pregnant women group lecture and 20 pregnant women media group lecture with video media. The data were analyzed by using univariat and bivariat analysis with paired sample t-test pairs. The results showed that there are significant health promotion with a lecture and lecture with video media to change knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women on safe childbirth and health promotion methods most influential in improving knowledge, attitudes and actions of pregnant women in conducting safe childbirth in the work area Padangsidempuan Batunadua health centers is a lecture with video media. Need to improve knowledge and attitudes about safe childbirth so as to provide encouragement and support to pregnant women who give birth safely, health workers Batunadua Health Center suggested to use a lecture with video media in delivering health promotion to pregnant mothers because of a lecture with video media can portray a moving object together with natural sounds or sound accordingly.

Anemia in pregnancy is a condition where hemoglobin (Hb) levels in pregnant women in trimester I and III <11 grams%, while in trimester II Hb levels <10.5%. Normal hemoglobin levels in pregnant women> 11 grams%. UPTD Siak Hulu Health Centers I and III were the health centers that had the highest anemia cases in kampar regency in two consecutive years, namely 14.60% and 67.68% in 2016, while in 2017 were 63.63% and 85.83%. This study aims to determine the factors associated with the incidence of anemia in pregnant women in the work area of ​​the UPTD Puskesmas Siak Hulu I and III in 2018. The research method uses design cross sectional. The population is pregnant women in the third trimester of 2018. The number of samples is 211. Sampling is done by simple random sampling. Data analysis was carried out by univariate, bivariate and multivariate with multiple logistic regression. The results showed that the variables related to cause and effect on the incidence of anemia in pregnant women in the work area of ​​the Siak Hulu I and III UPTD Puskesmas were adherence to Fe tablet consumption OR = 2,74 (95% CI=1.043-7.210). Recommended to health workers to conduct KIE activities and promotions for prospective pregnant women, pregnant women and communities in the region.

The failure to implement Exclusive Breast Milk (ASI) is often obtained in the early period after delivery because the milk has not yet been released is a reason for mothers to provide formula milk. This activity aims to provide lactation massage education for third-trimester pregnant women to increase breastfeeding. The activity was carried out in four meetings. The implementation of the activity went well, and the majority of participant characteristics were ideal (80%), multi-parity (70%), mothers with low education levels (70%), and mothers working as IRT (90%). It is hoped that outreach activities on lactation massage for pregnant women can be used as a routine program for health centers and health workers so that they can assist and prepare pregnant women with knowledge about exclusive breastfeeding before delivery.

Sleep disorder is one of the most common complaints experienced by pregnant women in the third trimester, sleep disorders have an impact on the condition of pregnant women and fetuses which cause a decrease in immunity that improves the risks of some diseases that will endanger the condition of the fetus and the risk of premature delivery and Caesar surgery. Pregnancy exercise is one of the basic needs in sport that is recommended during pregnancy. Pregnancy exercise is expected to reduce complications that occur during pregnancy, because it has the benefit in training breathing and strengthening the pelvic muscles. This study aims at determining the effect of pregnancy exercise on improving the sleep quality of pregnant women in the third trimester. This type of research is a pre-experimental one group pretest and posttest with a research design using a quantitative approach. Based on the results of statistical tests through the Wilcoxon signed ranks test that the exact sig value. (2-tailed) and asymp. sig. (2-tailed) or p = 0.03 <0.05 so it can be concluded that pregnancy exercise affects the sleep quality of pregnant women in the third trimester. It is recommended to health workers, especially midwives, to conduct more intensive counseling, especially counseling about the benefits of doing pregnancy exercises, especially in the third trimester of pregnancy to provide a sense of comfort to pregnant women and to prevent complications in pregnancy to reduce the cases of maternal and infant mortality rates during pregnancy at Bone District. Background: During pregnancy, mothers experience physical and psychological changes that occur due to hormonal changes.The process of adjusting to new conditions experienced by pregnant women can then cause anxiety. To overcome anxiety during pregnancy, non-pharmacological options. Interventions that are often used and proven effective to reduce anxiety are breathing relaxation techniques.Purpose: This study aims to determine the analysis Breathing Relaxation on Anxiety in Pregnant Women in Trimester III in the Work in Puskesmas Langsa Baro.Methods: The designs used in this study were quasi-experimental designs with a one-group pre-test and post-test design approach. The number of research samples was 15 third trimester pregnant women, the sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out univariate and bivariate using the Paired T-Test.Results: The results showed that the level of anxiety was known to have a p value (sig) (0.000) < 0.05, which means that there is an effect of breathing relaxation on anxiety in  trimester III pregnant women.Conclusion: There is an effect of breathing relaxation on anxiety in trimester III pregnant women. It is hoped that health workers will increase counseling about pregnancy, especially about problems that can occur during pregnancy so that mothers can be more relaxed in dealing with pregnancy and childbirth.  Keywords: Breathing Relaxation, Anxiety, Pregnant ABSTRAKLatar Belakang: Selama kehamilan ibu mengalami perubahan fisik dan psikis yang terjadi akibat perubahan hormon. Intervensi yang sering di gunakan dan terbukti efektif untuk mengurangi kecemasan adalah teknik relaksasi pernafasan dan dzikir.Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Relaksasi Pernafasan Terhadap Kecemasan Pada Ibu Hamil Trimester III di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Langsa Baro Tahun 2021.Metode: Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperiment designs (eksperimen semu) dengan pendekatan one group pre test and post test design. Jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 15 ibu hamil trimester III. Teknik sampling yang digunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji Paired T-Test.Hasil:Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa tingkat kecemasan diketahui nilai p (sig) (0,000) < 0,05 yang artinya terdapat pengaruh relaksasi pernafasan terhadap kecemasan pada ibu hamil trimester III.  Kesimpulan: Ada pengaruh kombinasi relaksasi pernafasan dan dzikir terhadap kecemasan pada ibu hamil trimester III. Diharapkan agar tenaga kesehatan lebih meningkatkan penyuluhan tentang kehamilan  terutama tentang masalah-masalah yang dapat terjadi pada masa kehamilan sehingga ibu dapat lebih santai dalam menghadapi masa kehamilan dan persalinan. Kata Kunci: Relaksasi Pernafasan, Kecemasan, Kehamilan

Exclusive breastfeeding within the Palangka Raya municipality is far below target, on which 14,99% (2016) and 16,76% (2017), respectively. There were several primary health has the feeding bout, only cover 2,58%. Due to a lack of mothers’ knowledge, regarding beneficial and proper breastfeeding practices.  Todays technology presumably has the advantages as promotional media. The study was aimed to quantify the android-based application, so-called ASI-Mobile, towards mothers’ attitude and behavior, on exclusive breastfeeding within Jekan Raya district, Palangka Raya Municipality, Central Kalimantan.  The Research was conducted in March – October 2019, using a quasi-experimental design, and the sample was 60 pregnant women, in the third trimester period, over the Jekan Raya District areas. ASI-Mobile was subjected to 30 pregnant women, while others 30 mothers by counseling, the conventional promotion type. Purposive sampling was used, their socio-economic was collected, descriptive analysis was conducted. Bivariate analysis, Wilcoxon ranked test was used to analyzed the effect of the treatments. We’ve have found a significant link on ASI-Mobile application toward mothers’ attitudes (p-value 0.046) and behavior (p-value 0.018). We concluded that the ASI-Mobile, an android-base application, is more effective towards shifting mothers’ attitudes and behavior on exclusive breastfeeding within our study area.

Introduction: The stress of a pregnant woman that comes from within is related to feeling anxious about her ability to adapt to her pregnancy conditions. Feelings of anxiety and worry in the third trimester, are increasingly getting into the gestational age of seven months and over and before delivery. Objectives: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of diaphragm relaxation, progressive muscle relaxation, and breath relaxation on reducing anxiety in third trimester pregnant women at BPM Mira Laura, Bogor City. Method: This study used a quasi-experimental research method (Quasi Experiment) and used a non-randomized control group pre-test-post-test design approach, with a sampling technique namely quota sampling with a sample size of 45 respondents. The research instrument was the Speilberg State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI) questionnaire. The data were processed using SPSS. Result: The result of the Paired T-Test is an effect of diaphragm relaxation (P=0,000; OR=2.883), progressive muscle relaxation (P=0,000; OR=4.579), and breath relaxation (P=0,000; OR=4.655) on reducing anxiety in third trimester pregnant women at BPM Mira Laura, Bogor City. Conclusion: With this research, it is hoped that health workers, especially midwives, can provide midwifery care to pregnant women to reduce anxiety by doing or teaching pregnant women relaxation so that pregnant women can carry out these therapies sustainably and independently at home because it is very easy to apply.

ABSTRAKCakupan ASI Eksklusif di Kabupaten Poso tahun 2017 masih rendah yaitu 51,7%, oleh karena itu dibutuhkan faktor pendukung untuk terlaksananya pemberian ASI Eksklusif. Konseling laktasi merupakan faktor yang dapat mendukung pelaksanaan ASI Eksklusif karena dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap ibu hamil. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh konseling laktasi terhadap pengetahuan, sikap dan praktik pemberian ASI selama 6 bulan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu hamil trimester III dengan usia kehamilan ≥32 minggu yang memeriksakan kehamilan di Puskesmas Mapane. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 orang. Pengumpulan data dikumpulkan dengan melakukan wawancara dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis regresi logistik. Penelitian ini diharapkan bisa meningkatkan capaian pemberian ASI eksklusif di wilayah Puskesmas penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh konseling laktasi memberikan ASI eksklusif kepada anaknya selama 6 bulan (p=0,034), adanya pengaruh pengetahuan ibu hamil terhadap pemberian ASI eksklusif (p=0,010), adanya pengaruh sikap ibu hamil terhadap pemberian ASI eksklusif (p=0,003). Dari hasil nilai statistik wald didapatkan bahwa pengetahuan (wald=4,540; p=0,033) merupakan faktor yang paling berperan terhadap pemberian ASI eksklusif. Konseling laktasi yang intensif meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap ibu tentang pemberian ASI eksklusif.Kata-kata kunci: Konseling laktasi, ASI eksklusifABSTRACTExclusive breastfeeding coverage in Poso District in 2017 is still low at 51.7%, therefore supporting factors are needed to implement exclusive breastfeeding. The population in this study were third trimester pregnant women with gestational age ≥32 weeks who examined pregnancy at the Mapane Health Center. The number of samples in this study were 50 people. Data collection was collected by interviews using a questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out by survival analysis and logistic regression. This research is expected to improve the achievements of exclusive breastfeeding in the research center area. The results showed there was the effect of lactation counseling on giving exclusive breastfeedig to their childern for 6 months (p = 0,034), the influence of knowladge of pregnant woman of exclusive breastfeeding (p = 0.010), the influence of the attitude of pregnant womwn on exclusive breastfeeding it was found that knowladge (wald = 4,540, p = 0,033) was the most important factor in exclusive breastfeeding. Intensive lactation counseling increases the mother's knowledge and attitudes about exclusive breastfeeding.Keywords: lactation counseling, exclusive breastfeeding

Background: Lactating mothers were successful in giving exclusive breastfeeding as much as 42% based on SDKI (Survei Demografi Kesehatan Indonesia) in 2012. This is depend on the support of husbands and families as well as health workers. Thus, the husband or family should remind and motivate mothers as well as monitor the breastfeeding activity every day for 6 months using breastfeeding calendar.Objectives: This study aimed to determine the increase in knowledge and attitudes of mothers in providing exclusive breastfeeding after the exclusive breastfeeding calendar training.Materials and Methods: The research design used a quasi-experimental one group pre-test post-test design. This research was conducted on mothers who had babies (age 0-12 months) in Pasawahan Village and Pasawahan Kidul Village, Pasawahan District, Purwakarta Regency in April to November 2018, with 96 respondents. The sampling technique was conducted by purposive sampling. Data were collected by giving questionnaires to respondents, before and after the breastfeeding calendar training were given. The Wilcoxon test was used for the analysis of the data in this study.Results: The results showed that there were differences in the knowledge of mothers before and after training on breastfeeding calendar (p <0,000) and there were differences in the attitudes of mothers before and after the training on breastfeeding calendar (p <0,000).Conclusions: There was an increase in knowledge and changes in the attitude of mothers towards exclusive breastfeeding after being given the breastfeeding Calendar training. Therefore, suggestions for health workers, especially midwives and nutrition workers, can use the breastfeeding calendar as an educational medium to increase husband and family support in exclusive breastfeeding.

Background: The Indonesian government has launched a clean and healthy living behavior program as one of the efforts for school health promotion. However, the healthy behaviors of the elementary students remain low. Objectives: This study aimed to examine the effect of audiovisual-based education on the knowledge and attitudes of clean and healthy behavior in elementary students.Methods: This was a quasi-experimental study with a pretest-posttest comparison group design conducted from 1 October to 17 October 2018. A total sample of 272 students was selected using purposive sampling, with 136 assigned in an experimental group (audiovisual group) and a comparison group (poster only group). Knowledge and attitudes of clean and healthy living behavior were measured using validated questionnaires. Data were analyzed using a paired t-test and independent t-test.Results: There was a significant effect of the interventions given in the experimental and comparison group on knowledge and attitude of clean and healthy living behavior (p<0.05). However, the experimental group showed a higher mean score compared to the comparison group in knowledge and attitudes, which indicated that the use of audiovisual-based education was more effective than the use of poster alone in improving the knowledge and attitudes of clean and healthy living behavior.Conclusion: The students who received audiovisual-based education had higher knowledge and attitudes of clean and healthy living behavior than those who only received poster-based education. This study provides input for pediatric and community nurses to provide better health education for the community, specifically for school health promotion.

Anemia is still a problem in the world, especially in developing countries. This condition can have a detrimental impact on every age group including pregnant women. In pregnant women, anemia can cause complications for the mother and the baby she is carrying, such as life-threatening bleeding, miscarriage, low birth weight and premature birth. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between parity, anemia, ANC visits, nutritional status and the role of health workers with the consumption of blood-added tablets in post-partum mothers in the work area of the Mutiara Barat Health Center in 2019. This type of research is a correlation analytic study with cross-sectional method. The population in this study were all pregnant women in the third trimester who were recorded at the Mutiara Barat Health Center in January 2019 as many as 139 people and the sample was the total population of 139 respondents. Data were analyzed using the chi square statistical test which includes univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis. The results obtained: there is a relationship between parity (p = 0.000), anemia (p = 0.016), ANC visits (p = 0.015), nutritional status (p = 0.021) and the role of officers (p = 0.000) with the consumption of tablets with blood added at postpartum mother. The dominant factor related to the consumption of blood-added tablets is the role of the officer. From the research results obtained, it is hoped that the Puskesmas can increase the knowledge of mothers about blood supplemented tablets through counseling so that it can influence the attitude of pregnant women to consume blood supplemented tablets. Keywords: ANC visit; anemia; consumption of blood added tablets; nutritional status; parity; role of officers ABSTRAKAnemia masih menjadi permasalahan di dunia terutama di negara-negara berkembang. Kondisi ini dapat memberikan dampak merugikan di setiap kelompok umur termasuk ibu hamil. Pada ibu hamil, kejadian anemia dapat menyebabkan penyulit pada ibu maupun bayi yang dikandungnya seperti perdarahan yang mengancam jiwa, keguguran, berat badan bayi lahir rendah dan kelahiran prematur. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan faktor paritas, anemia, kunjugan ANC, status gizi dan peran petugas kesehatan dengankonsumsi tablet tambah darah pada ibu nifas di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Mutiara Barat tahun 2019. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian analitik korelasi dengan metode cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu hamil trimester III yang terdata di Puskesmas Mutiara Barat pada bulan Januari 2019 sebanyak 139 orang dan sampel merupakan total populasi yaitu 139 responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji statistik chi square yang meliputi analisis univariat, bivariat dan multivariat. Hasil penelitian diperoleh: ada hubungan antara paritas (p=0,000), anemia (p=0,016), kunjungan ANC (p=0,015), status gizi (p=0,021) dan peran petugas(p=0,000) dengan konsumsi tablet tambah darah pada ibu nifas. Faktor yang dominan berhubungan dengan konsumsi tablet tambah darah adalah peran petugas. Dari hasil penelitian yang diperoleh diharapkan Puskesmas dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu tentang tablet tambah darah melalui penyuluhan sehingga dapat mempengaruhi sikap para ibu hamil untuk berperilaku mengkonsumsi tablet tambah darah.
