<p align="center"><strong>ABSTRACT</strong></p><p><em>The emergence of a residential area causes a change in the function of land use, which in the future causes many problems. The daily activities of the community to carry out activities such as parents going to work, mothers going to the market and students going to school, as well as other activities certainly lead to trip generation that will burden the network paths to the activity centers. The multiple linear analysis method is used to produce relationships in numerical form and to see how variables are interrelated. To analyze data using descriptive qualitative. Regression analysis is useful to determine the trip generation model and the model obtained can be known the factors that influence trip generation and predict the housing traffic conditions of Villa Indah Permai and Villa Dago Permai. To obtain maximum results and facilitate data processing, the analysis process uses computer software with the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) program. Based on the results of the t test for income (X1) obtained T count of 3.282 is greater than t table 2.00665 and with a significance level of 0.002 &lt;0.05. Thus Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. Darussalam Sub-district is one of the largest sub-districts consisting 29 villages in Aceh Besar Regency. This sub-district serves its function for settlements, offices, trading, and education. As there are many people reside in the area, the trip-generation and traffic rate to the activities centers also increase and it requires adequate road capacity. Therefore, a trip-generation model is to estimate the number of people who travel needed in Darussalam area. This study aims to define the trip-generation pattern from and to home based on the level of education and type of occupation concerning the mandatory activities. Moreover, it aims to determine the vehicles proportion used by the people in the mandatory activities. The sampling technique used in this research is proportionate stratified random sampling. The result of this study shows that factors that influencing trip-generation of people with the education level under High School at the mandatory time are actually the age. While for people with the education background above the high school level, their trip-generation depends on the family structure, the number of family members in the family working, the number of motorcycles in the family, and the number of the family owning the driving license. Moreover, the factors influencing the trip-generation of people who do not work for government at the mandatory activities are age, the number of family members who work, and the number of family members who are still students. At the other hand, the factors influencing the trip-generation of people who work for the government at their mandatory activities are the number of motorcycles in the family, the number of cars in the family, and the number of family members owning driver license. The dominant modes of transport used by the residents of Darussalam Sub-district at all education and working travels for mandatory activities are motorcycles which are 218 modes (72.6%) and cars which are 82 modes (217.33%).

There are four types of parenting: democratic, authoritarian, permissive, and ignored, which would affect the character of the child. But family upbringing itself influenced education, norms/cultural, environmental, social, economic and belongs to the family members. quasi-experimental study through questionnaires, observation, deep interview, and interventions against high school Students, Peers, Teachers (BK), and their Parents/Family have been conducted through a random sampling of 108 respondents in four high school set. The result met the test paired T test statistical significance level 0 and T test result of 0.05 shows that the two variables p-value of p=0.00000. Correlation tests showed that there is a relationship between two variables at-0616. This sign (-) means that the test results are negative correlation. Can be seen if the correlation between the two variables is quite high between 0.50 to 1.0 can be concluded that the direction of the relationship between the two variables is negative. These results can be displayed from "if the family provides a strict upbringing will influence behavior in high school brawls in Adolescents will tend to be low and vice versa".

Coopersmith Self-esteem and Beck Hopelessness Scales were completed at the beginning and end of the summer camp by designed the university. The obtained data were analysed in the SPSS 18.0 program and the significance level was taken as 0.05. The descriptive statistics, independent simple t test, paired simple t test and Pearson correlation were used for analyse the data in the study. According to the results of the research, no significant difference was observed in the comparison of the hopelessness and self-esteem levels between pre and post-test. In addition, there was a significant difference in the hopelessness level of male and female students but any significant difference was not observed in terms of self-esteem. There was a significant relationship between hopelessness and self-esteem pre and post-test. These result shows that a 1-week summer camp cannot change the hopelessness or self-esteem level. However, as the self-esteem rises, the rate of despair decreases whereas as the despair rises, the selfesteem decreases.

The purpose of this study is to answer if there is a reasonable difference on academical success of students who get education with traditional and RME approach question on “Teaching geometrical objects to 8th grade students” subject. Study group consists of 47 students which contains 21 experimental and 16 control group from “Ordu Anadolu İmam Hatip High School Project School” in Altinordu, Ordu. Experimental and control group have same academical success level, as the school which this study has runned is a school which accepts students with an exam only. After the experimental and control groups were created, a 25 question pre-test was performed to understand the level of knowledge of the group regarding geometrical objects. The same test was performed on the same groups 8 weeks later as retention test. To determine opinions of the students in experimental group regarding RME and related learning activities, semi-structured interviews are conducted. The data obtained from the pretest, posttest and retention tests were analyzed with t-test for independent samples and t-test for dependent samples and variance analysis for mixed measurements with 0.05 significance level. According to the results, it is seen that learning activities prepared according to RME approach are much more effective than learning activities prepared according to the traditional approach on students’ academic success.

Ship design for production is widely accepted in principle. Its successful establishment depends on the shipbuilders having a well-defined shipbuilding policy, available to the designer, the establishment of a realistic and agreed schedule, and adequately trained personnel. Key production engineering techniques include spatial analysis, process analysis, and standardization. The advent of powerful and inexpensive computer software has created new opportunities for producibility to be incorporated from the earliest stages of the design process. Significant progress has been made in recent years in the development of design methods and in their application

Introduction: Among the estimated 22.5 million stroke survivors in China, 78% of them require home care. Previous research has indicated that culture can have a significant impact on caregivers’ perceptions of the caregiving role. There is a dearth of research on stroke caregivers’ perceptions within the Chinese culture. Objective: To explore how Chinese culture influences the perceptions of the caregiving role among stroke caregivers. Methods: In this qualitative descriptive study, 14 stroke caregivers were recruited from a 1800-bed regional hospital in China. Caregivers were on average 58 years old (range 46-74), 78% female, 50% spouse-caregivers and 50% children-caregivers. Caregivers spent on average 14 hours per day (range 5-24) providing care. All were 1st time caregivers who had provided stroke caregiving < 12 months. Individual, semi-structured interviews were conducted. Qualitative content analysis was performed. Strategies to achieve trustworthiness include triangulation of the data in the analysis process, member checking and peer debriefing. Results: Three themes emerged from the interviews. (1) Caregiving is a natural expected part of life. All caregivers accepted caregiving for the sick family member as an expected part of life. This perception is deeply rooted in Chinese culture. (2) Caregiving is a culturally prescribed obligation. Spouse caregivers believe that it is their moral obligation to take care of their sick life partner. Female caregivers emphasized their position and role in the family to take up caregiving for sick relative. (3) Caregiving is an expression of reciprocal love within the immediate family. Tangible caregiving and support during adversity are viewed as expression of reciprocal love among family members. Particularly, the children-caregivers believed in the virtue of filial piety and perceived stroke caregiving as a means of repaying their parents. Conclusions: Our findings highlight an underlying acceptance and devotion of undertaking stroke caregiving within the Chinese culture. Researchers and clinicians that plan to develop an intervention to support Chinese stroke caregivers need to consider integrating these findings.
