 The problems in this study are the number of housewives who have free time and still have a fairly low income level and the lack of knowledge and skills of housewives in processing seafood without realizing that this potential can be a business opportunity that can increase family income. The purpose of this study was to describe the process of empowering housewives through making kupang nuggets in Karang Gading village. The empowerment theory used is Mustafa Kamil (2007). Training is a process of empowerment and learning carried out by individuals (community members) in learning something in order to improve abilities, skills, and behavior in work and daily life in supporting their economy (income). This theory explains that empowerment is a process of providing knowledge and skills to the community with the aim of improving the quality of life which is expected if these skills are realized will increase family income. This research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach. Data collection tools used are observation sheets, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results and discussion of the research explained that the training process for making kupang nuggets was divided into three stages, namely the planning, implementation and evaluation stages. Materials on packaging and marketing of kupang nuggets were also delivered in the training.  Keywords: Empowerment; Kupang Nugget Making Training

All this time the character education is still needed until now because of the declining moral continually occur in the generation of this nation and nearly brought the nation to a destruction, It is necessary to find repair solutions, one of which is to implement character education in the world of education. This research uses qualitative research, the procedure of data collection used were: Observation, interviews, and Library. The method of qualitative data analysis techniques through three stages, they were data reduction, data display and drawing conclusion. The results showed: The  Planning of character education shows that  all the teachers make learning program by entering values into the character of learning, holding management planning in improving the quality of education, and planning of student activities, the value obtained by the mandate, responsibility, humanity, nationalism, curiosity, logical thinking, critical, work hard, creative, independent, self-confidence, respect for diversity, tolerance, solidarity, care for the environment, patriotism, courtesy, collaboration, innovation, work hard and living clean behavior. The implementation of character education shows the teachers put character values to the students during the learning, conduct management and policy agenda in support of character education in schools , and organize student activities, the value obtained are the care each other, independent, sense of desire of knowledge, love of country, care about the environment, creative, innovative, work hard, respect for achievement, togetherness, available, self-contained, obey to social rules, respect for diversity, discipline, responsible, and Nationalist. Mutu SDM tidak hanya dari prestasi yang diraih dan teknologi, melainkan juga karakter dan perilakunya. Melalui pendidikan harapannya  pengembangan karakter  dapat tercapai dengan baik. Dalam hal ini sekolah merupakan salah satu sarana belajar yang menjanjikan untuk  pengembangan  karakter  siswa.  Terbukti  dengan  semakin  digalakkan  pembelajaran  pengembangan karakter siswa melalui  budaya  sekolah  yang  religius.  Metode  yang  digunakan  dalam  penelitian  ini  adalah deskriptif  kualitatif.  Pengumpulan  data  dilakukan  dengan  metode  observasi,  wawancara  dan dokumentasi.  Teknik  analisis  data  dengan  analisi  model  interaktif  yang  meliputi  reduksi  data, penyajian  data  dan  penarikan  kesimpulan  atau  verifikasi.  Luaran  wajib  berupa publikasi artikel ilmiah dalam jurnal terakreditasi dengan pengukuran TKT Skala 3. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dari informan berupa 50 siswa yaitu sebanyak 56% siswa mengetahui tentang karakter religius, yang lakukan ketika mendengar suara adzan 72% bersiap untuk sholat, ketika melihat sampah di halaman sekolah 100% memungut dan memasukkan ke kotak sampah, jika teman  beragama lain melakukan ibadah 89,8% tidak mengganggu, adab sebelum makan 100% cuci tangan lalu berdoa, 79,6% siswa lebih menyukai sedekah daripada menabung, yang dilakukan ketika bertemu guru 56% mengucapkan salam sapa dan tersenyum, yang dilakukan ketika bertemu teman 88% mengucapkan salam sapa dan tersenyum, guru selalu mengajak untuk sholat sunnah dhuha dan sholat dzuhur berjama'ah di mushola sekolah 100%, setiap hari guru selalu mengawali pembelajaran dengan bersama-sama berdo'a dan membaca Al-Qur'an 100%. Bahwasannya pengembangan budaya karakter siswa yang religius dapat ditingkatkan melalui penanaman pembiasaan pada kehidupan sehari-harinya. Sehingga dapat menjadi bekal bagi kehidupan di masa depannya. Kata kunci:  Karakter siswa, budaya sekolah religius The quality of human resources is not only from the achievements and technology, but also from their character and behavior. Through education, it is hoped that character development can be achieved well. In this case, school is a promising learning tool for the development of student character. It is proven by the increasingly encouraging student character development learning through religious school culture. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data were collected by means of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques with interactive model analysis which includes data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions or verification. The mandatory output is in the form of publication of scientific articles in accredited journals with measurement of TKT Scale 3.The results of the research obtained from informants in the form of 50 students were 56% of students knew about religious character, when they heard the sound of the call to prayer 72% prepared to pray, when they saw the garbage in school yard 100% picks up and puts it in the litter box, if friends of other religions do worship 89.8% do not disturb, manners before eating 100% wash their hands and then pray, 79.6% of students prefer alms rather than saving, which is done when meeting teachers 56% say hello and smile, which is done when meeting friends 88% say greetings and smiles, the teacher always invites the sunnah prayer and dzuhur prayer in congregation at the school prayer room 100%, every day the teacher always starts learning together pray and read the Qur'an 100%. That the development of a religious character culture of students can be improved through planting habituation in their daily life. <p>The aim of this article is to examine the allocation of expenditure for low-income<br />families after receiving the Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) or Conditional<br />Cash Transfer (CCT). Combination of cross-sectional and retrospective designs<br />were applied in this research. Data collection locations were carried out in eight<br />villages in Dramaga District, Bogor Regency. The research sample was<br />determined randomly (probability sampling) used a systematic method and<br />obtained a study sample of 150 CCT recipient families. Data was processing used<br />descriptive statistics. The CCT funding eligible for the family who has school-age<br />children, toddlers, nursing mother, and pregnant woman. The CCT funds are spent<br />by families with an average range of two weeks. The beneficiary of PKH<br />significantly improving the quality of education and health, increasing the amount<br />of family savings, and family income. The allocation of CCT funds more than half<br />is used for human investment. However, in the allocation of CCT funds, there are<br />still families who use PKH funds for non-educational activities such as<br />food/household needs, pay-off debt, saving, electricity payment, and business<br />capital.</p>

Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan petani dalam mengolah buah jambu mete menjadi Nata de Cashew. Peserta kegiatan ini adalah masyarakat Dusun Menggala sebanyak 17 orang. Kegiatan pelatihan dilakukan dalam tiga tahap yaitu (1) Persiapan, (2) Pelaksanaan, (3) Evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan pelatihan bahwa implementasi konsep bioentrepreneurship melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan pembuatan Nata de Cashew efektif untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil observasi yaitu: (1) penguasan materi dan keterampilan peserta dalam membuat Nata de Cashew dikategorikan Baik; (2) kualitas Nata de Cashew yang dihasilkan dikategorikan Baik; (3) Motivasi, minat, dan kerjasama peserta selama pelaksanaan pelatihan dan pendampingan  dikategorikan Sangat Baik; (4) Motivasi peserta untuk produksi Nata de Cashew secara mandiri juga dikategorikan Baik. Implementation of the Local Potential-Based Bioentrepreneurship Concept Through Training on Making Nata de Cashew The aim of this activity is to increase the knowledge and skills of farmers in processing cashew nuts into Nata de Cashew. The participants of this activity were the people of the village of Menggala as many as 17 people. The training activities are carried out in three stages, namely (1) preparation, (2) implementation, (3) evaluation. The result of the training was that the implementation of the bio entrepreneurship concept through training and mentoring in making Nata de Cashew was effective in increasing the knowledge and skills of the participants. This is evidenced by the results of observations, namely: (1) the mastery of the material and skills of the participants in making Nata de Mete is categorized as Good; (2) the quality of the Nata de Mete produced is categorized as Good; (3) Participants' motivation, interest, and cooperation during the training and mentoring implementation were categorized as Very Good; (4) Participants' motivation for independent cashew nut production is also categorized as Good.

Betel leaf is a traditional medicinal plant that is closely related to dental and oral health. Betel leaf is known as one of the natural ingredients that has the ability as a mouthwash because its activity as an antibacterial cause of dental plaque. Although it has been widely known, the use and produce of betel leaf as a mouthwash for the community needs to be socialized to maintain oral health. Community service is carried out with the aim of increasing knowledge about prevention of bad breath with natural mouthwash and simple methods of making it to the community so that they can improve their health status independently and increase economic income. The partner chosen as the location for community service is based on consideration based on the propriety of sources of data and information collected through visits and discussions. The target achieved is housewives belonging to the middle to lower economic community. The profile of the community in some residents is right to get additional knowledge and skills that are useful for improving quality of life. Community service is divided into 2 days, the first day in the form of material presentation and the second day in the form of training on making mouthwash. The results obtained were the mouthwash formula that was in accordance with the evaluation of taste, color, and odor from the orientation of the formula. The selected formula is using betel leaves and mint leaves (1:1). From this training, it is expected that members of Aisyiyah of Perumnas I Branch, as stake holders, can disseminate information on simple and affordable prices for making mouthwash to other community members.   Keywords: Mouthwash, Betel leaf, Aisyiyah, Perumnas I

Every household always hopes to have enough food available. While fertile agricultural land is decreasing, food needs increase with increasing population. The use of the yard is expected to help improve food availability for the community.In realizing a climate village tourism village in Pandowoharjo Village, a series of activity programs are designed to be carried out continuously for three years. In Year I of the program, community education activities focused on harvesting and using rainwater for vegetable cultivation in the yard. The design of rainwater harvesting facilities is carried out in the form of IPAH, infiltration wells and dead-end channels (Rorak) in six padukuhan which have been designated as the center of tourism village development namely: Brayut, Temon, Pajangan, Dukuh, Karangtanjung and Plalangan.This method of mentoring the PPDM scheme in Pandowoharjo was carried out in three stages, namely program socialization, training and implementation. The mentoring process is carried out with two approaches, namely theoretical training and skills improvement with practice in the field.The results of the activities in Year I of the PPDM program have benefited partners directly, including: a) Increasing number of people who understand, and have skills in responding to climate change; b) Number of facilities for IPAH, infiltration and rorak wells increased by 15 units; c) The number of people who harvest and utilize rainwater increases by 15KK; d) The number of members of the farmer group of women who use the yard for the cultivation of vegetables with vertikulture and hydroponic systems increases by 20 people.Some achievements that are non-physical such as: network of rainwater harvesters, improvement of knowledge and skills of community members, and pilot cooperation partnerships that integrate several productive economic business groups with BUMDes.

In this era, one of the business opportunity is cafe business. This study aims to explain the effect of store atmosphere, service quality, and customer satisfaction on repurchase intentions, and the role of customer satisfaction mediates the influence of store atmosphere and service quality on repurchase intentions. The research was conducted at The Night Market Cafe & Co Working in Denpasar, using 150 respondents and data analysis techniques in the form of Path Analysis. The results of this study indicate that the store atmosphere and service quality have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. The atmosphere and quality of service have a positive and significant influence on repurchase intention. Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on repurchase intentions. In addition, the results of this study also show that customer satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of store atmosphere and service quality on repurchase intention at The Night Market Cafe & Co Working. Destinations are competing every day to attract more tourists and increase tourism receipts. In order to maintain tourists’ interests in the destination and expect sustainable income from tourism, understanding tourists’ perceptions of the destination is a critical task for destination managers. Tourists’ continuous visitation can be ensured when destinations are perceived to be positive and attractive. Therefore, this study examines destination attributes that are fundamental elements of the destination and tourists’ experiences. More specifically, this study investigates the destination attributes that are perceived to be positive by tourists using online reviews. Online reviews were analyzed with content analysis techniques and the quantified content was statically compared with the star rating provided by tourists. In addition, the influence of destination attributes on other conation dimensions-attitude and behavior-was analyzed. Destination attributes that have an influence on the star rating showed similar results to the attitude. However, behavior dimensions only had a significant influence for tour guides’ quality of the destination.
