Continuing training plays a vital role in making people who participate in it more significant and more active in lifelong learning which will guarantee them higher employment, earnings, professional development, active participation in professional life, as well as the entire future life in general. It is the duty of Bulgaria’s current educational system to create and nurture the pursuit of more knowledge for continuous participation in the learning process and, subsequently, in continuing training, i.e. to create an enduring and systematic desire for learning. At present, the constant reforms in Bulgarian education have been unsuccessful in that endeavour. Other factors that play a key role include: the labour market, the management of human resources in organizations, the place and role which they assign and expect from education; they also reward and encourage it. The mindset and desire to learn, to improve one’s knowledge and skills, are crucial to continuing training and lifelong learning – they are largely predetermined at a young age by family and the environment, as well as the enrollment and nurturing of children in childcare facilities at a young age. What plays a significant role in that regard is early career guidance – a system which remains underdeveloped and underestimated when in fact it is supposed to precede every choice from early age to old age. In order for the continuous lifelong training policy to be implemented effectively, the role of education and educated people needs to be strengthened through the role of parents, the educational system itself, employers and society as a whole. For Bulgaria this involves the prioritization of education and knowledgeable people, and the accumulation of knowledge and skills should be the goal of society, organizations and every single individual; in other words, a significant change in values and policies is needed.

There is a general agreement that receiving appropriate and timely careers guidance enhances the likelihood of an individual’s participation in post-compulsory education. However, little is understood about how careers guidance influences the choices of learners. This paper explores the educational journey of learners’ who enrol within the Further Education sector in Wales, analysing whether the receipt of careers guidance is in anyway associated with these outcomes. This study utilises the linked database of school and pupil records, combining information from the Welsh National Pupil Database (NPD) with individual learner records from the Lifelong Learning Wales Record (LLWR) for young people who are registered at post-compulsory education providers, combined with anonymised client information held by Careers Wales. Data for two cohorts of Year 11 pupils (2012/13 and 2013/14) who subsequently enrolled in courses within the FE sector during the following academic year is analysed. Multivariate analysis reveals that, as expected, there is a strong link between GCSE attainment and learning aims at FE. However, the analysis also suggests that receipt of careers guidance may encourage learners to make choices at FE that are more commensurate with their abilities. Those with higher levels of attainment are also more likely to enrol on higher level learning programmes if they have also been in receipt of careers guidance. Likewise, those with low levels of attainment at GCSE are more likely to enrol on learning programmes with lower qualification aims if they have been in receipt of careers guidance. Receiving careers guidance through interviews increased the likelihood of registering on WBL programmes. Furthermore, learners on WBL programmes who have received careers guidance are less likely to withdraw from their courses early. The study offers important insights as to the role of career guidance in supporting young people in their transitions to post-compulsory education.

Choosing an educational system for a disabled child already at the stage of pre-school education is a difficult and stressful experience for parents, which regardless of the final decision, raises many doubts. Certain questions arise: ‘where there is a place in the education system for the child with a disability certificate?’, ‘where the child can develop best?’, but also ‘where the child simply feels happy and does not experience exclusion?’. Many things depend on the level of the child’s disability, on key choices made by parents, and on the quality of cooperation, both in the three-way parent-therapist-child relationship, but also in the two-way parent-child and therapist-child relationships. Parents more and more often make decisions about inclusive education, where a child can develop amongst non-disabled peers. This article focuses primarily on the role of parents and therapists in the process of including a disabled child in the education system, the potential of cooperation, but also the fears, difficulties and expectations accompanying both sides.

Partnership is considered one among the most important factors in educationalwork. For its formation and improvements, appropriate competences are expected. Inthis research we seek to highlight the need to strengthen the professional knowledgeand skills of preschool teachers for building and developing partnerships with parentsseen as a higher form of collaboration. Therefore, the aim of this research was toexamine the perceptions and attitudes of parents and preschool teachers abouttheir mutual cooperation and partnership. The sample consists of 203 parentsand preschool teachers working in kindergartens in the City of Zagreb and ZagrebCounty. Hypotheses were set with regards to recognition or knowledge of cooperationand partnership concepts, the assessment of the role of preschool teachers as partnersby parents and preschool teachers in mutual cooperation and partnership, andthe assessment of the importance of cooperation through the participants’ ownresponsibility. Once the data was analysed, the obtained results showed that bothgroups of respondents did not consider the role of preschool teacher as partner asone that was the most important. Also, the results of the research have shown thatparents, but also preschool teachers, do not understand the difference between theconcepts cooperation and partnership. Although both parties have agreed on theimportance of a partnership or the collaborative relationship, there is also a smallnumber of participants who consider such a relationship irrelevant or less important.Keywords: cooperation; lifelong learning; parents; partnership; preschool teachers.-Partnerski odnos smatra se jednim od najvažnijih čimbenika odgojno-obrazovnogarada za čiju se izgradnju i unaprjeđenje očekuju odgovarajuće kompetencije. Uovom istraživanju želi se ukazati na potrebu osnaživanja profesionalnih znanjai vještina odgojitelja za izgradnju i razvijanje partnerstva s roditeljima kao višegoblika suradnje. Stoga je cilj istraživanja bio ispitati percepcije i stavove roditelja iodgojitelja o njihovoj međusobnoj suradnji i partnerskom odnosu. Uzorak čini 203roditelja i odgojitelja koji rade u vrtićima na području grada Zagreba i Zagrebačkežupanije. Postavljene su hipoteze koje se odnose na (pre)poznavanje pojmovasuradnje i partnerstva, procjenu uloge odgojitelja kao partnera od strane roditeljai odgojitelja u međusobnoj suradnji i partnerstvu te procjenu važnosti suradnjekroz vlastitu odgovornost sudionika. Rezultati dobiveni nakon analize podatakapokazuju da obje skupine ispitanika nisu ulogu odgojitelja kao partnera procijenilenajvažnijom. Također, rezultati istraživanja pokazuju da roditelji, ali i odgojitelji,ne shvaćaju razliku između pojmova suradnje i partnerstva. Iako su se obje stranesložile o važnosti partnerskoga/suradničkoga odnosa, postoji i manji broj onih kojismatraju takav odnos nevažnim ili manje važnim.Ključne riječi: odgojitelji; partnerstvo; roditelji; suradnja; trajno učenje.

The role of parents is very big for the development of their children. Parental care for children affects the personality of the child in adulthood. The lack of development of the character of responsibility for children aged 5-6 years in Korong Sungai Pinang, Nagari Kasang, Batang Anai District, Padang Pariaman Regency is suspected to be one of the causes because in this area many parents of children have a background of getting married at a young age. So that they are not yet mature in educating their children. This study aims to determine the relationship of child care in young married families with the development of the character of responsibility in children aged 5-6 years in Sungai Pinang, Nagari Kasang, Batang Anai District. This research belongs to a quantitative type of correlational research. Parents who are married at a young age who have children aged 5-6 years in Korong Sungai Pinang, Nagari Kasang, Batang Anai District, totaling 26 people, the sample of this study took 19 parents with the sample technique. purposive sampling. Data analysis using Spearman rho test. Based on the results of the research, the description of child care in young married families in Korong Sungai Pinang, Nagari Kasang, Batang Anai District is categorized as less accomplished , the description of the development of the character of responsibility in children aged 5-6 years is categorized as less developed and there is a relationship of childcare in families who marry young with the development of the character of responsibility in children aged 5-6 years in Sungai Pinang, Nagari Kasang, Batang Anai District. Publishing in an international journal, particularly in social science and law fields, is an arduous and challenging yet rewarding journey. Basic knowledge may boost the pace of this process; nevertheless, often early career scholars and students (or so-called young authors as a whole) do not sufficiently equip such. To provide a useful perspective for preparing to write and publish in international academic journals related to legal research by students and scholars (young authors), this article presents experience from the author in the publishing process including feedback received and advice from renowned scholars. This paper shall focus on some essential and pragmatic parts in publishing, including sorting and selecting journals, approaches to writing for an international journal, specifically, what is the topic that should be covered, and challenges for young UEL authors to publish in a journal and solutions for such. This paper shall not mention some theoretical matters, for instance, what the importance and the role of research for young authors are. This paper shall only cover the basic understanding of publishing in an international journal related to social science and jurisprudence and shall not cover issues related to publication in conference proceedings, book chapters, or topics unrelated to social science and jurisprudence. This paper concludes that (i) young UEL authors are capable of publishing internationally; (ii) International journals can be classified based on (ii.1) requirements on content and structure, or (ii.2) quality assessment; (iii) authors need (iii.1) to find journal interests, (iii.2) choose interesting and novel topics; (iv). Difficulties of young authors include an insufficient understanding of the international publication system, limited knowledge and skills. Therefore, it is necessary to equip them with the basic understanding of international publication, restructure the subject `Scientific/ Jurisprudence research skills' and the subject system of UEL, encourage and improve international publications.

This activity aims to carry out a model of children's learning assistance through optimizing the role of parents to be more enthusiastic in facing this new normal era. Not a few parent feel confused and difficult in assisting their children in learning. This research used participatory action research method. The program target of this activity is 30 parent and 15 facilitator from ‘keluarga harapan’ program. It can be seen that the activities carried out have optimized various parties and can achieve the expected output. Based on the activity , beneficiary families are motivated and have high enthusiasm in spreading the knowledge and skills they have acquired to other families. So, from this activity the community service team highlighted several important things that have been done starting from paying attention to the concept of adult learning, strengthening the focus on social capital and also introducing the importance of peer teaching

ABSTRACKThe responsibility of education cannot be carried out unilaterally, it requires the cooperation of three components which Ki Hajar Dewantara calls the tricenter of education: family, educational institutions, and society. All three are a unified whole and complement each other. The involvement and role of parents and the community in guarding children's education in the era of globalization is very urgent.This journal aims to discuss the importance of the Three Education Centers as a solution to overcome juvenile delinquency which is increasing in this era of globalization. The writing of this journal uses library research methods, or often also called library research, collecting data from various literatures.The three educational centers both play an important role in the success of education, which basically all are interrelated and mutually cooperate with each other. The three of them must indirectly carry out close guidance in the educational process. Marriage in Indonesia is based or regulated in Act No. 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage. In Chapter 2, article 7, paragraph 1 reads "Marriage is only permitted if the man has reached the age of 19 (nineteen) years and the woman has reached the age of 16 (sixteen) years". In this paper I will discuss about marriage at a young age or what we are familiar with the term early marriage. The main factor of early marriage is the role of parents in family communication. In this study it is hoped that the community in particular the parents (family) can increase the support and care for the teenagers to be better in the future.

Like many other areas, the educational system is challenging during the time of pandemic of the coronavirus. In the first half of the 2020 year, many schools had online lessons. The same situation was in Croatia, where we had online teaching from March to May in all elementary schools. Thus, the educational system started with fast-changing in terms of online teaching and learning methods. Distance learning has brought many families into specific situations because the help is normally provided to students by the teacher; in this situation, the parent had to do it. Because of that, parents were in a situation where they had to work online or “in vivo” and help their children learn new content. This was especially difficult for parents with a slightly lower level of education, parents who spent much time away from home at work, and especially for parents whose livelihoods called into question their lives, so in addition to organisational, some other socio-economic and emotional difficulties. Thus, this paper aims to research parents’ attitudes about distance learning and their role in these situations during the school year 2020/2021. As we expected, teachers wanted more cooperation with parents and parents wanted more understanding from teachers and not so many exercises in a short time.

Education is the most important and vital insitutiton that is in charge of upbringing and development of the personality of adolescents and youth. The essential vitality of paying heed to the development of human personality and the importance of psychosomatic cultivation of the students have caused this important issue to be considered as one of the essential functions of the educational system. Thus conceived, the goals of higher education are realized when the coordination with other social institutions including family is reached. Most of the educational instructors, psychologists, sociologists, and so on and so forth, trace the origin of many social and behavioral problems of students back to the existing behavioral patterns at home. Accordingly, the role of family in education and its ideal methods has been continuously recognized by humans and has had great importance in human life in all ages. The negligence or ignorance of families regarding the issue of religious education has caused many psychological, social and religious harms. In the current essay, we seek to explain the religious and social education in family and the methods of religious and social education of the family.
