In the context of globalization processes, the professional activity of future economists is characterized by dynamism, complexity and uncertainty of conditions. Informatization and fundamentalization of knowledge provide relevance to such components of professional competence of the future economist as the ability to think analytically, solve predictive tasks using software products, implement economic and mathematical modeling using modern information systems, apply computer data processing technologies to solve economic problems. This provides the importance of mathematical training, as one of the fundamental, which primarily forms the skills of abstract thinking, analysis and synthesis. Thus, a new function of an educational institution arises in the process of providing educational services - the formation of a competence model of professional education of specialists. The article substantiates the expediency of introducing mathematical modeling based on Mathcad in the process of forming professional competence of future economists. The essence of the concepts of "professional competence" and "mathematical competence" of future economists are considered. It is argued that mathematical training is an important component of professional competence. Today, it is the results of mathematical modeling of real processes that generate the most progressive directions of development in science and technology. Therefore, the concept of an economic-mathematical model plays a fundamental role in the training of economists. The formation of professional competence of future economists, anticipating the integration of professional and personal development, should be carried out using mathematical modeling, starting with junior courses. However, despite the fact that the mathematical model of the process or phenomenon being studied in economics is always its generalized abstract reflection, the mathematical apparatus used is usually quite cumbersome. This is a significant obstacle in strengthening the applied orientation of mathematics in the first years. In our opinion, one of the effective ways to eliminate certain contradictions is the introduction of information technologies The purpose of this publication is to substantiate the feasibility of introducing mathematical modeling based on Mathcad in the process of forming professional competence of future economists, to determine the main didactic requirements and explore the impact of technology on the main components of mathematical training: motivational-value, cognitive, operational-activity, communicative. On the basis of what was studied, we concluded that for a specific specialty it is worth highlighting professionally significant topics, questions, concepts of classical sections of mathematics, which have their application in professionally-oriented disciplines. The introduction from the first course of professional-oriented tasks related to the specialty, even at the level of the simplest models, allows you to implement the principle of continuity in learning. Since the new content of mathematical disciplines becomes a reliable base for the study of professionally-oriented, within which more complex models are studied, with the help of which the key problems of the future profession are solved In the process of mathematical training of specialists, we used the universal integrated system Mathcad, which allows you to simply and visually enter the original data, carry out the traditional mathematical description of solutions and get the results of calculations using graphical interpretation. This made it possible to consider the simplest mathematical models and, using a complex mathematical apparatus, to develop universal models and algorithms. The main mathematical models of economic systems that are appropriate to consider in mathematical courses are highlighted. Examples of mathematical modeling based on Mathcad are given. The advantages of introducing mathematical modeling into the process of professional training are demonstrated. On the basis of the study, conclusions were drawn that mathematical modeling based on Mathcad allows to improve the main components of the process of mathematical preparation: - motivational and value (the formation of a sustained interest in the mastery of mathematical knowledge and information technology with a view to their application in professional and research activities); - cognitive (obtaining fundamental knowledge from the classical sections of mathematics and the ability to apply them in the process of mathematical modeling) - operational-activity (self-realization in professional activity by means of mathematical modeling based on the integration of knowledge across professional-oriented and mathematical disciplines using information technologies); - communicative (possession of ways of presenting the results of its activity-communicative (possession of ways of presenting the results of its activities). The study showed that the introduction of mathematical modeling should provide the following didactic requirements: - a fairly correct idea of the teacher about the holistic picture of the future educational and professional activities of the student; - definition of goals and purpose of the introduced new content in the content of mathematical disciplines; - Compliance of the learning task with the ideas of the personal approach (updating the personal functions of specialists, consistency with the problems of practical training in production); - approbation of the skills and skills produced in practice. This allows you to organize student-centric education.

As a result of the rapid development of intercultural communication and global transformations taking place in the world in the 90s of the XX century, it became necessary to create a new personality with a new set of qualities and competencies that are urgently needed for the rational functioning in a multicultural world. For the successful performance of professional duties is not enough to be a specialist who knows job, today. Modern Ukrainian society needs educated professionals who can think critically and make decisions independently in a situation that requires a choice, that is, to be dynamic, mobile, creative. That is, the main feature of professional activity is its development, which requires constant updating and improvement of skills. Each specialist should acquire new knowledge and improve their skills, and, consequently, improve their professional qualities. According to research, professionals who are not engaged in improving professional competence, there comes a time in life when they have internal dissatisfaction with their activities and they need to improve professional skills, or even change their professional orientation. Given the large variety of information technologies at all educational levels, it is not difficult to improve your professional level, and mobile learning is a way to solve a number of educational problems today. In this regard, the relevance of communicative education of future police officers is increasing. After all, the need to train a competent police officer capable of effective professional activity in a multi-ethnic environment is a priority in the training of future police officers in the parameters of European standards. The socio-cultural aspect in the professional training of future police officers is not only the formation of communicative competence, but also the space of interpersonal relations, in which a holistic culture of the individual is formed. The article presents an analysis of the diagnostic results of the formation of communicative competence of the future police officer. The results demonstrate the levels of formation of communicative competence of future police officers in cognitive, emotional and behavioural components.

The article examines the important role of modern technologies for teaching English as a foreign language in foreign language education. The use of modern technologies and information innovative technologies in the formation of the competencies of future specialists in a foreign language, the use of modern information technologies in the educational and methodological process allows the future specialist to acquire knowledge, skills and become competitive in the future. In many scientific publications, the concept of "competence" is associated with the definition of personality traits as a set of knowledge, skills, abilities, actions. In any life situation, a future specialist can be literate if he can apply the acquired knowledge and skills in life in any situation. The only way to demonstrate competitiveness is to develop competence. In general, the competence of a specialist is a combination of knowledge, skills, personal qualities and skills necessary for professional activity in a particular area. Since the formation of professional competence is a way to improve professionalism, it is formed only through the training and self-education of the future specialist in the English language.

Here one can find the approach to develop a model of functional state of researched object for the assessment of the risks emergencies appearance. The analysis of the causes of appearance and development of natural and anthropogenic emergencies is conducted and the most indicative causes are defined. Emergency risk analysis is part of a system-wide approach to decision-making in the process of managing territories, procedures and practical measures to address the challenges of managing a security process. The basis of risk analysis is the physical and mathematical modeling of natural and socio-economic systems and processes occurring in them, which involves the interaction of the main components of the system with the environment in regular and extra-ordinary situations. Since dangerous phenomena (emergencies) occur in a certain area with specific coordinates, it is quite clear that geo-information systems (GIS) and geo-information technologies (GIS) are most appropriate for assessing the risk of emergencies. To describe the functioning of the monitoring object it is necessary to construct its mathematical model. The most complete state of the object of the study is characterized by its mathematical functional and statistical model (a system of equations that describes the dependence of the parameters of the monitoring object, its systems and subsystems on external and internal effects in the process of its functioning). Based on the analysis of this model, it becomes possible to formulate the main tasks that are solved by GIS in monitoring of natural or socio-economic systems, and synthesize the optimal structure of GIS.

The purpose of the research is to define the proficiency state of the motivation- and value-related components of the professional competence acquired by the specialists in the field of processing and food productions (based on the results of the experiment which involved the first-year students specialised in 181 "Food technologies"). To determine the proficiency of level of the motivation- and value-related components of the professional competence to be acquired by the future specialists in the field of processing and food productions we used the methodologies adapted to our research: the testing of person’s value-related reference points and the testing of person’s capacity for self-discovery. The experiment was aimed at revealing and comparing future specialists’ motivation to study, basic reasons for educational activity, grounds for choosing a profession, and value-related orientations of the students constituting experimental and control (general) groups. The experiment involved the students specialised in 181 "Food technologies" in Kharkiv State University for Food Technologies and Trade, Kharkiv Petro Vasylenko National Technical University of Agriculture and Kharkiv Cooperative Trade and Economic College. The experiment consisted of two stages. At the first stage, 237 future specialists participated in the continuous questioning specially elaborated by the author. On the second stage, the first-year (two groups) and the second-year students (two groups) were tested according to the methodology "Motivation for study": test 1 "Studying the reasons of students’ educational activity”, test 2 "The necessities to develop students’ self-evaluation". The future specialists in the field of processing and food production acquired the professional competencies during the pedagogical events facilitating the development of stable motivation for their professional activity. The experiment allowed us to affirm that the professional competence demonstrated by the future specialists in the field of processing and food productions consists of some components, the motivation- and value-related component being one of them. On the whole, the results of the questioning confirmed the insufficient (reproductive) proficiency level which the future specialists of processing and food production demonstrated within the professional competence. The results of the first stage of the experiment (continuous questioning) testify that it is important for most students rather to get an appraisal than acquire knowledge. Most students failed to give any reasons for self-perfection or systematic professional development.

The article analyzes the scientific psychological and pedagogical literature on the problem of competence approach. The key, basic and special competencies of the future aviation specialist are considered. It is understood as a system of relevant knowledge, skills, abilities and values, which are reproduced in the ability and willingness of the individual to solve professional problems of various kinds. The professional competence of the future aviation specialist includes basic (unique for specialists of different profiles) and professional (due to the specifics of the field of activity) competencies. The leading role of professional and applied-physical training in the process of forming the competence of an aviation specialist is substantiated. To a large extent, the formation of both basic and professional competencies is facilitated by professional and applied physical training. The content of professional and applied physical training determines the requirements for the personality of the specialist, and, above all, the requirements for his physical and mental training, which, in turn, are determined by factors closely related to the specifics of professional activity. The content of professional and applied-physical training determines the requirements for the personality of the specialist, and, above all, the requirements for his physical and mental training, which, in turn, are determined by factors closely related to the specifics of professional activity. Professional and applied physical training of future aviation specialists for highly productive work is carried out in the following areas: mastering applied skills and abilities that are elements of certain sports; accentuated education of certain physical and special qualities, especially important for the highly productive work of the future aviation specialist; obtaining applied knowledge and skills of application of means of physical culture in the mode of work and rest taking into account extreme working conditions and age features. However, professional and applied-physical training is not а separate from the traditional system of physical education, but is organically linked to all its main areas, an important part, the section of physical education, the main content of which is the formation of physical abilities that meet the specific needs of this profession, equipping with professional skills and abilities, and means the formation of professional competence of the specialist. At the same time, the new strategy of professional training of cadets should consist not only in specially organized physical training classes, but also independent, conscious and active motor activity in order to effectively psychophysical adaptation to the socio-legal conditions of modern life. In the Standard of higher education preparation of the master on a specialty 272-Aviation transport Educational qualification: the master on systems of management of safety of aviation; master's degree in unmanned aerial systems and complexes; Master of Air Traffic Services from the list of competencies of the graduate, we have identified those that are formed in the process of professional and applied physical training. Pedagogical conditions for effective implementation of the competency-based approach to professional-applied physical training of future aviation specialists in flight higher educational institutions have been developed: ensuring the formation of positive motivation for future professional activity and own professional reliability; creation of educational situations of quasi-professional aviation activity at all stages of physical training; use of professional interaction as a basis for ensuring the quality of professional activity.

The subject of the article is the preparation of future reserve officers for educational work. The training of reserve officers is carried out by the military departments of higher education institutions of Ukraine. The article contains information that citizens of Ukraine undergo military training on a voluntary basis who have or receive a higher education degree at least a bachelor's degree, fit for military service for health reasons and moral and business qualities. Citizens can undergo military training, subject to the correspondence of the specialties that they or for which they are trained in the institution of higher education, the military accounting specialty, in which the training of reserve officers is carried out. The leading feature of the military professional activity of a military leader is the dominant professional orientation, which manifests itself in an orientation toward working with personnel and active interpersonal interaction, toward organizing activities, toward tough interaction with the enemy. In this regard, the officer must have a broad developed practical thinking and managerial competence. The article presents the components of its formation and demonstrates the ways to achieve it: information-analytical component of training future reserve officers; the formation of the communicative competence of future reserve officers; the use of computer technology in training reserve officers for educational work; individualization of training. The information and analytical component of the training of future reserve officers provides for: 1) information and presentation meetings of candidates for training under the training program for reserve officers with officers of the military commissariat; 2) professional excursions and to military units of candidates for training under the training program for reserve officers, in which potential applicants can communicate with platoon commanders and company commanders, get acquainted with the daily activities of the platoon; 3) self-testing of potential applicants for professional self-determination and readiness for management activities. The formation of the communicative competence of reserve officers provides for the following factors: pedagogy of cooperation, personality-oriented education, an active personal position of the future reserve officer, critical thinking, the formation of language culture and the influence of mentors. One of the effective means of improving the level of training of military specialists is the use of modern information technologies, in particular, virtual computer systems and computer networks (simulation) models. They, first of all, should contribute to the comprehension and assimilation of educational material, as well as to ensure the possibility of a comprehensive assessment of the readiness of the future reserve officer for independent activity, the timely introduction of individual adjustments in the training of a military specialist. The main methodological foundations of the process of individualization of training: the organization of additional classes with students who have gaps in knowledge, by organizing optional classes; search for ways to individualize learning within a specific lesson; inclusion of the weak in the subgroups of well-prepared students. The practical application of these theoretical principles will contribute to the formation of a military specialist and the preparation of future reserve officers for educational work.
