General, the purpose of this study was to obtain concrete evidence of the influence of economic growth, revenue, special allocation of funds and general funds of the effectiveness of budget allocations the city of Padang. In general, the researchers expect the results obtained in this study may provide benefits to governments, practitioners and researchers themselves. The sample used in this study are several employees who are in a local government environment Padang selected using purposive sampling method. To facilitate the test, the researchers conducted a study that used a variable can be divided into two independent variables of economic growth, local revenues, the general allocation fund and special allocation funds, while the dependent variable is the effectiveness of the budget. To perform the hypothesis testing is used in quantitative analysis method is through the F-statistical test and t test Based on the results of hypothesis testing found that economic growth and the special allocation fund budget efektfitas significant effect on the city of Padang, while local revenues and the general allocation of funds does not significantly influence the effectiveness of Padang city budget.

This study aims to analyze the effect of Management Information Systems and Communication on the performance of employees both partially and simultaneously at the Regional Secretariat's Regional Management Bureau of Jambi Province. The population in this study were employees of the Regional Secretariat Regional Management Bureau of Jambi Province with a number of 77. Because the population in this study was less than 100 people, in this study the sampling method used the census method. Quantitative analysis method using Path Analysis, followed by analysis of determination (R Square), partial hypothesis testing (t test) and simultaneous (F test) with alpha 5 percent (0.05). Before further analysis, the classical assumption test is carried out first. Analysis tools using SPSS version 21.0 for Windows. The results showed that management and communication information systems had a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at the Regional Secretariat's Regional Management Bureau of Jambi Province.

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality and service quality on brand image and customer satisfaction either partially or simultaneously on Giant Citra Raya Tangerang. The population of this study is Giant Citra Raya customers which averages 2,070,823 / 12/30 = 5752 per day. The sample in this research using Slovin formula is 152 customers. Quantitative analysis method using path analysis, followed by determination analysis (R Square), partial hypothesis testing (t test) and simultaneous (F test) with alpha 5 percent. Before further analyzed first tested the instrument and test the classical assumption. Analytical tool using SPSS version 21.0 for windows. The result of the research shows that product quality and service quality are partially and simultaneously have positive and significant effect on brand image and customer satisfaction, and brand image has influence to customer satisfaction at Giant Citra Raya Tangerang.

The study aims to determine the effect of consumer perception factors that can influence the decision to repurchase IM3 Ooredoo products to consumers in the city of Banjarmasin. The factors of consumer perception examined include Price, Service Quality, Location, Personal and Stimulus. The population of the study is all Banjarmasin city residents who use the IM3 Ooredoo Quota. Samples were taken with a non-probability sampling method with a sampling quota of 125 samples. By using a questionnaire with a Likert scale method. The statistical test method uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, with the hypothesis testing of the t statistical test and the F statistical test. The results of the analysis based on the use of all independent variables indicate that consumers' perceptions namely Price, Service Quality, Location, Personal and Stimulus together are able to influence Buying Decisions Repeat IM3 Ooredoo Quota Products in Banjarmasin City. While partially only stimulus variables are not able to show a significant relationship with the variable Repurchase Decision of IM3 Ooredoo Products in Banjarmasin City.Keywords: Price, Service Quality, Location, Personal, Stimulus, Repurchase Decision

This study aims to determine the effect of Green Marketing and Green Brand Image on users attitudes of The Body Shop Indonesia products empirically, either partially or simultaneously. The population in this study are followers of the Instagram account @thebodyshopindo who have purchased The Body Shop products and used them. This study used a sample of 100 respondents where the questionnaire was distributed using google form through social media Instagram. Sampling using purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression, with partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing and processed using SPSS version 25 for Windows. The results showed that the two independent variables, namely Green Marketing and Green Brand Image, had a positive and significant effect either partially or simultaneously on the dependent variable of user attitudes. In addition, this study explains that user attitudes are influenced by 68.5% by Green Marketing and Green Brand Image, the remaining 31.5% is influenced by other factors.

This study aims to analyze the development of Indonesian coffee exports to Japan, Indonesian coffee production, world coffee prices, and the rupiah exchange rate against the dollar for the period 2000-2017, as well as to analyze the effect of Indonesian coffee production, world coffee prices and the rupiah exchange rate against the dollar on coffee exports. Indonesia to Japan for the period 2000-2017. This research uses descriptive and quantitative analytical methods. The descriptive analysis method is used to analyze the development of each research variable. The quantitative analysis method is used to analyze the influence of independent variables on variables. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the development of Indonesian coffee exports to Japan from 2000-2017 averaged -3.81%, the development of Indonesian coffee production in 2000-2017 averaged 0.99%, the development of world coffee prices 2000-2017 averaged 6.40% and the development of the rupiah exchange rate against the dollar for the period 2000-2017 2.54%. And during the 2000-2017 period, Indonesian coffee production and the exchange rate of the rupiah against the dollar had a significant effect on Indonesian coffee exports to Japan, while world coffee prices had no significant effect on Indonesian coffee exports to Japan. Islamic branding as an attraction for consumers to buy. Muslim consumers are required to be selective in choosing products to consume. Halal label on product packaging does not necessarily guarantee the halal product. Some people do not see the product ingredients in buying consumer products tend to follow the Trand and the properties obtained from these products. This study aims to determine the effect of Islamic Branding and Product Ingredients Against Interest in Buying HNI-HPAI Products in Bengkulu City, the population that is the object of this research is the Consumer of HNI-HPAI Products at Al-Fatih Business Center II HPAI Bengkulu City, The samples used are as many as 94 people were sampled in this study, using the accidental sampling method. The analytical method used in this study is the multiple regression analysis method with the application of SPSS16. The results of the research are based on partial hypothesis testing (t test) showing that the Islamic Branding and Product Ingredients variables significantly influence buying interest. The results of the F test Islamic branding and product ingredients together have a positive and significant effect on buying interest. This can be seen in the calculated F value of 70.676 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Determination Coefficient Test Results (R2) obtained Rsquer of 0.608. This shows that the dependent variable of buying interest can be explained by the Islamic Branding and Product Independent variables at 60.8% while 39.2% is explained by other factors outside the studied variables.

Salah satu hal penting perairan untuk peruntukan aspek perikanan yaitu dengan melakukan pengukuran klorofil-a. Klorofil-a yang dipengaruhi oleh unsur hara (N,P) menjadi elemen penting berlangsungnya proses fotosintesis. Tujuan penelitian yakni mengetahui hubungan nitrat dan fosfat terhadap klorofil-a. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Analisis Deskriptif dan Kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode Purpossive sampling. Pengambilan air sampel diambil pada area inlet, center, dan outlet Waduk Jatibarang. Analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda yang dilakukan dengan bantuan Software SPSS 16. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan di tujuh stasiun dan tiga titik kedalaman berbeda dilaksanakan sebanyak 2 kali, pagi dan siang selama satu hari. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan r sebesar 0,297 yang artinya tingkat keterikatan hubungan nitrat dan fosfat terhadap klorofil-a termasuk kategori sangat rendah. Nitrat dan fosfat memiliki pengaruh sebesar 0,8 % terhadap klorofil-a, sedangkan sisanya tidak berpengaruh. One of the important things in the waters ecosystem is measuring the chlorophyll-a. Chlorophyll-a which transferred nutrients (N,P) becomes an important element in the process of photosynthesis. The research objective is to find out the relations of nitrate and phosphate on chlorophyll-a. The research method used in the study is descriptive and quantitative analysis method. Sampling used the Purpossive sampling method. Sampling was taken in the inlet, center and outlet area of the Jatibarang Reservoir. Was analysis used multiple linear regression tests were carried out with the help of SPSS 16. The sampling was carried out at seven stations and three different depth points were carried out in 2 times, namely in the morning and in the afternoon for one day. Study results, found that r of 0,0297 which means the level of relations nitrate and phosphate to chlorophyll-a is very low. Nitrate and phosphate affect of 0.8% on the presence of chlorophyll-a, while the rest not affect.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of the application of e-filling, e-billing and tax audit on individual taxpayer compliance in Medan Polonia KPP. The sample used in this study as 100 Individual taxpayers in the Polonia Medan Primary Tax Office area. This study uses a quantitative analysis method that explains the state of the variables studied using statistical data. All indicators from this study should pass the validity test and data reality, the classical assumption test and final hypothesis test. The results of this study indicate that there are insignificant effects from free variables in the form of the application of e-filing, application of e-billing and tax audits of individual taxpayer compliance at Medan Polonia Tax Office. The ability of the three independent variables in explaining the dependent variable is very small, which is only 3% while the remaining 97% is explained by other variables were not included in this research model.

The purpose of this research was to determine partially and simultaneously the influence of accountability, public participation and supervision of budget performance with the concept of value for money in the Bengkalis District Financial and Asset Management Agency. This research uses descriptive quantitative analysis method. The sampling technique uses boring sampling method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear of regression. The results showed that partial accountability, participation and supervision had a positive and significant effect on budget performance with the concept of value for money in the Bengkalis District Financial and Asset Management Agency. While simultaneously accountability, participation and supervision have a positive and significant effect on budget performance with the concept of value for money in the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency in Bengkalis Regency with a 93.5% influence.
