This paper contains about Ongkara Pranava, the concept of ritual within the self. Ongkara Pranava is a sacred mantra that many Hindus chant in the archipelago, and even in the world. Another name for Ongkara is Pranava, which means "born of prana". Prana is another name for breath, more precisely, breath is the grossest aspect of prana, every breath that enters and leaves through human breathing is Ongkara. The human body is Ongkara. Breathing is an activity to cultivate the noble qualities within, to grow the Supreme consciousness and to become Consciousness itself. Accustomed to managing and practicing mindfulness through Ongkara meditation, the mantra itself can act as a map and at the same time a vehicle to run the boat of human self-awareness from the swift and complex currents of human thought, crossing the tidal waves originating from the currents of our own thoughts to improve quality. self and lead human consciousness to the Supreme consciousness. Ongkara Pranava, the concept of ritual within is studied using a qualitative descriptive method, the data collection technique used is a document study or literature study, then the data that has been collected will be analyzed descriptively qualitatively to obtain related conclusions about Ongkara Pranava, the concept of ritual within. Indonesians, in general, are bilinguals. This is because Indonesians have both mother tongue and second language which is used nationally. A person who can speak two languages or more in both formal and informal is called a bilingual. Even though each language has its respective roles, if it is used in one speech or writing it will cause codemixing. Code mixing is the use of two or more languages in one speech. In this study, the researcher analyzed the Mindy Cake & Cookies recipe book by Mindy Mot. The researcher chose Mindy Cake & Cookies recipe book by Mindy Mot because this book is very popular among teenagers, foodies and various circles. In 2019 the Mindy Mot recipe became one of the trending topics on Instagram and YouTube. This recipe book uses Indonesian and a foreign language which causes code-mixing. This study aims to understand and analyze the forms of code-mixing, the types of code-mixing, and the factors causing codemixing in the Mindy Cake & Cookies recipe book by Mindy Mot. The data collection technique in this research was a literature study. The method used in the mixed code research in Mindy Cake & Cookies recipe book by Mindy Mot is a qualitative descriptive method. The object of research in this study is the Mindy Cake & Cookies recipe book by Mindy Mot. The results of the analysis reveal that there are some forms of code-mixing in the Mindy Cake and Cookies by Mindy Mot, such as the form of words and phrases. The code-mixing form also comes in the form of words. There are 15 words out of 26 words which are considered as code-mixing. They are baking, chiffon, muffin, cake, mixer, spatula, stainless, fresh, frosting, meringue, filling, raspberry, whisk, crumble, freezer. There are also found 10 phrases out of 17 phrases that are included in the code-mixing. Those are baking powder, baking soda, overmix, buttercream, whipping cream, buttercream baileys, baileys buttercream, cake emulsifier, cream cheese, brown sugar. This study aims to describe 1) the form of cohesion contained in the news Watching Sakinah Movies, UIN Yogyakarta Give Praise Students and 2) describing the forms of coherence contained in the news Watching Sakinah Film, Students of UIN Yogyakarta Give Praise. The subjects used in this study were news of watching Sakinah film, UIN Yogyakarta students giving praise, and the objects used were sentences containing grammatical cohesion, a form of lexical cohesion. The approach used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach. The data in this study are sentences in the news of Watching Sakinah Movies, This student is a method of literature study. While the method of data analysis in this study is descriptive method analysis method, the method used to analyze and describe cohesion markers and analyze markers of coherence. Test The results of the study show that in the news of watching Sakinah films, UIN Yogyakarta Beri Pujian students have varied markers of cohesion and coherence in the Tebuireng Online news discourse. Cohesion markers were found to reference (3), substitution (1), ellipsis (2), conjunction (3), collocation (1), and markers of coherence found cause-effect relationships (2), relationship coherence suggestions — goals (1), coherence temporal relations (1), and coherence of causal relationships (1).

Speaking skill becomes one of the most fundamental skills in this era; however English learners need to develop their capability to show their language skill through speaking practice. This research aims to investigate students speaking fluency level toward speaking practice. The qualitative descriptive method is used to describe data analysis. The sample of this research is single sample, English language program students at semester 5.  The video record towards speaking practice and professional feedback are became the data collection technique. The video records duration is about 10 minutes and during that presentation, researcher tried to analysis based on the vocabulary used, voice, and speech fluency. The result of the research showed that student’s speaking fluency level is still low, and it needed to treat and drill more, could be through watching a YouTube or practice among English learners.

Abstract-This study discusses Guel dance learning media created in the form of postcards. Aims to be able to direct students in identifying, appreciating, and expressing dances of the Gayo area, especially Guel dance. Theories used in the research of packaging theory according to Cahyorini and Rusfian (2011: 28), theory of learning media according to Heinich in Susilana (2016: 06), and graphic media theory according to Susilana and Riyana (2016: 14) Packaging is a theory used for graphic design, in terms of producing the product, and the image media in the form of postcards used to make Guel dance material as a learning medium. The time of the study was conducted from August to October 2017. The research site was at Sanggar Renggali Jalan Merah Mege Hakim Bale Bujang Laut Tawar, Central Aceh District. The population of several artists Gayo and all members of Sanggar Renggali because learning Guel dance is a dance learning materials in schools in Takengon and Samples are 2 people Gayo artists and 2 dancers dance Guel. Data collection techniques include observation, interview, literature study, and documentation, and then analyzed by qualitative descriptive method. Based on research that has been done Guel dance is a tradition dance Gayo community that has been used as learning materials in the schools of Middle Secondary in Central Aceh district. Guel dance which is packed in the form of postcards as a medium of learning with menggunkana first step of planning is preparing the material, determining the location, selection of dancers, and prepare the facilities and infrastructure. The second step of implementation is taking photos, editing process, then the last step is the completion of postcards and final writing. The number of hotels built closed to supported amenities such as malls are potential and attractive for visitors. They provides an easy accessibility to the several activities and pleasures such as shopping. This study is intended to discuss the accessibility aspect of Grand Mega Resort & SPA Bali Hotels with Bali Galeria Mall. The study used a qualitative descriptive method. The technique of collecting data uses interviews, observation and literature study. The results of this study shows that accessibility is a very important thing that became one factor for visitors to choose the hotel to be visited. Grand Mega Resort & SPA Bali Hotel was chosen by visitors because it has its own uniqueness because its concept that was built adjacent to the Mall Bali Galeria and other facilities. In human consciousness a world of separated objects is perceived by an inner observer as an feeling of One-self. A topological correlation of the Self to the world, by either emerging all separated objects into one or splitting the Self in as many disconnected Sub-selves as there are objects perceived. The Self is generated in a neural network by algorithmic compression of spatial and temporal information into a toponeuronal structure (TNS). A correlation of an inner observer to parts of a structure inevitably entails a correlation to the whole, serving of the Self. Molecular mechanisms for the generation of a TNS in a neural network will be discussed.

The e-retribution public service innovation by the Surakarta City Trade Office is a new concept regarding the online levy payment system. First launched in mid-2016, E-retribution as part of the implementation of smart government is included in the smart city indicator. This study uses the typology theory of public service innovation Muluk (2008). Research location in the city trade office Surakarta, with a qualitative descriptive method. The data collection technique was obtained by purposive sampling through informant interviews, observations and documents. The results show that the public service innovation with the e-retribution program can simplifying public services and saving more time, costs and human resources, ensuring accountable transactions. In addition, E-retribution has an impact on increasing Solo Local Revenue every year.

Companies must have innovative ways of communicating messages to compete with other companies because of the many new companies that have sprung up. One of them is by using television media. However, with the increasing number of companies placing advertisements, the number of TV stations in Indonesia is now around 1027 television stations. The public's tendency to switch channels has made advertising conditions worse so that creative advertising is needed. Using a qualitative descriptive method focuses on describing, analyzing, and interpreting Tokopedia advertisements from television media. The data collection techniques used were observation, literature study, and documentation. The results showed that the Tokopedia WIB "Waktu Indonesia Belanja" advertisement was always on television. The advert is inspiring and easy to remember. This advertising has creativity as seen from the indicators of connectedness, suitability, and novelty.

Sex education is still a topic that is considered taboo in Indonesia, through Tiktok which is a popular application in the world in 2020, it is used as a medium to meet this information need by the @tabu.id account. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of intensity, media content and attractiveness of using social media on the TikTok @tabu.id account on the fulfillment of sex education information needs. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory survey. The theory used is the Uses Effect Theory. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire or questionnaire and literature study. While the data analysis technique will be collected using a Likert scale. The results of this study are the intensity, message content and attractiveness affect the need for information about sex education. While the magnitude of the influence of sex education information is 6.75%, the magnitude of the influence of infographic messages on sex education information is 33.26% and the magnitude of the influence of sex education information is 15.02%.

a b s t r a c tThis study aims to design a new system and method of application program Al-Faraidh as a medium of learning fiqih mawaris in MAN Model Banda Aceh. This research uses qualitative descriptive method, that is by collecting data through interview with fiqih teachers and literature study. The study of jurisprudence is difficult to achieve the expected competence, mawaris calculation is also still done manually. Students tend to be less interested in learning fiqih mawaris because it is considered too difficult. Therefore it is necessary to design an application program as a learning medium that facilitates and attracts students' attention. The design of the web-based application program can process the data muwaris (person who left the heirs), data of heirs along with his position against muwaris, heirs, muwaris reports, and recapitals report on the division of inheritance. The application program is expected to be an effective solution of the problem, thus simplifying the process of calculating the inheritance, especially in the process of learning.Keywords:Applications Alfaraidh, Mawaris, Media Learning a b s t r a kPenelitian ini bertujuan merancang sebuah sistem dan metode baru berupa program aplikasi Al-Faraidh sebagai media pembelajaran fiqih mawaris di MAN Model Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu dengan mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara dengan Guru Fiqih dan studi pustaka. Pembelajaran fiqih mawaris sulit mencapai kompetensi yang diharapkan, perhitungan mawarisnya juga masih dilakukan secara manual. Siswa cenderung kurang tertarik mempelajari fiqih mawaris karena dianggap terlalu sulit. Oleh karena itu diperlukan sebuah rancangan program aplikasi sebagai media pembelajaran yang memudahkan dan menarik perhatian siswa. Rancangan program aplikasi yang berbasis web tersebut dapat mengolah data muwaris (orang yang meninggalkan harta waris), data ahli waris beserta kedudukannya terhadap muwaris, harta waris, laporan muwaris, dan laporan rekap hasil pembagian harta waris. Program aplikasi tersebut diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi yang efektif dari permasalahan tersebut, sehingga mempermudah proses perhitungan harta waris, khususnya dalam proses pembelajaran.Kata Kunci:Aplikasi Alfaraidh, Mawaris, Media Pembelajaran
