Abstract: Motivation, Preceptor, Softskills. As a vocational education, midwifery institutions educate students' skills largely through the process of clinical practice learning. The need for soft skills in today's workplace is not negotiable, including midwife skills in working with health care institutions. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation on the development of soft skills Preseptord in clinical practice learning. The method used in this research is quantitative with survey design. Population in this research are all midwives who work in RS Karanganyar and RS Sragen. Samples in this research is midwife who work in Maternity Room of Karanganyar Hospital and Sragen Hospital. The analysis of this study used chi square test and multiple logistic regression. The result of this research shows that there is influence of work motivation toward the development of soft skills of Preseptord in clinical practice learning (p value = 0,017) and POR = 9,000. Multivariate analysis of motivational influence controlled by characteristic variable (age, education, duration of work and training) showed that motivation and duration significantly influenced the development of soft skill of preceptor (ρ value = 0,011) and POR Adjusted = 2,546. Further analysis shows the influence of motivation with every aspect of soft skill (discipline, responsibility, communication and cooperation (ρ value <0.05). Conclusion: work motivation influences the development of soft skills (discipline, responsibility and cooperation) of preceptor in clinical practice learning.

Grandmed Lubuk Pakam Hospital applies reward and punishment in completing employee work discipline that must be in accordance with hospital regulations. Good rewards and punishments can motivate employees to improve work discipline and help employees achieve effective performance. This study aims to determine the Relationship of Reward and Punishment with Work Discipline in Employees of the Grandmed Lubuk Pakam Hospital in 2020. This type of quantitative research is analytic survey using cross sectional design. The sample in this study was taken by purposive sampling of 48 employees. Analysis using the Chi-Square test with a confidence level of 95%, α = 0.05. The results of the research between reward and work discipline show that there is a significant relationship between reward and work discipline in the employees of Grandmed Lubuk Pakam Hospital in 2020, p value (0.022) <α (0.05) is obtained. While the results of research between punishment with work discipline that shows there is a significant relationship between punishment with work discipline on employees of the Grandmed Lubuk Pakam Hospital in 2020. From the Chi Square test results obtained p value (0.036) <α (0.05). It is expected that the hospital should pay more attention to the rewards and punishments for employees to further improve discipline, work motivation, work morale so that they can be maintained or further improved and it is advisable to pay more attention to work discipline to employees by giving reprimands or punishment to employees who work discipline is not good so the bias is even better.

The payment of capitation funds affects the motivation and performance of health workers in providing quality services at the Puskesmas. The work motivation of doctors can affect the quality of service and the performance of other health workers. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the distribution of capitation funds on the work motivation of doctors in Puskesmas in Indonesia. This study uses secondary data from Risnakes 2017 research results with cross-sectional design. The sample was all doctors in the puskesmas in Indonesia who were successfully interviewed and had independent variables is 4.012 sample. Data analysis was performed descriptively and statistically using chi-square test and logistic regression. From the results of the study found there is a relationship between the suitability of the distribution of capitation funds with the work motivation of doctors in urban health centers in Indonesia with a P value of 0,000 and PR 1,309 (95% CI 1,153 - 1,487). This means that the appropriate distribution and capitation have an influence of 1,309 times in increasing the work motivation of doctors in Indonesian health centers. The distribution of capitation funds must be in accordance with the workload of doctors at the puskesmas to increase motivation and performance of quality services at the puskesmas and the existing regulations must be regularly evaluated.

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with the incidence of hypertension in the Work Area of Bonegunu Health Center, North Buton Regency. This study uses a cross sectional study analytic survey design. The results of the study using the chi-square test showed that p value = 0,000 for knowledge, p value = 0.001 for physical activity / sports, p value = 0.002 for diet, p value = 0.002 infrastructure, pvalue = 0,000 for alcohol consumption, and p value = 0,000 for stress with hypertension. Conclusion, there is a relationship between knowledge, physical activity, diet, health facilities, alcohol consumption and stress with the incidence of hypertension.   Keywords: Hypertension Occurrence Factors, Hypertension

Abstract :This study aims to identify risk factors asphyxia in newbornsat PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital in Bantul 2014. The type of researchthat is used is the analytic survey design with Case Control Study. Totalsample of 167 cases and 167 controls. Data analysis was performedusing univariate, bivariate with chi-square test and multivariate logisticregression analysis. Multivariate analysis there are four factors relatedto the type of birth asphyxia is not normal (OR = 2.304; 95% CI =1.402 to 3.787; p-value = 0.001), premature rupture of membranes(OR = 2.040; 95% CI = 1,019- 4.083; p-value = 0.044), anemia(OR = 1.426; 95% CI = 1.182 to 1.720; p-value = 0.000) and spacingof pregnancy <2 years (OR = 2.458; 95% CI = 1.060 to 5.698; pvalue = 0.036). Type of abnormal labor, premature rupture ofmembranes, anemia and pregnancy spacing <2 years is a risk factorasphyxia in newborns.Keywords: asphyxia, neonatal risk factors

The quality demands of implementing nursing care are greatly influenced by the workload of nurses, the workload of nurses must also be in accordance with the abilities and work motivation of a nurse so that it is in accordance with nursing care standards. This study aims to determine the relationship of workload with nurses' work motivation in carrying out nursing care in the inpatient room of Sari Mutiara Lubuk Pakam Hospital. Descriptive correlation research design with cross sectional study design. The population in this study were all nurses in the inpatient ward with a total of 56 people, the sampling technique used total population. Data analysis using univariate and bivariate analysis with Chi-Square test. The results showed a high workload of nurses 69.6% and motivation of nurses to carry out low nursing care 67.8%. Chi-Square test results there is a relationship of workload with nurse work motivation in implementing nursing care with a p-value of 0.017. Then it can be concluded that the workload has a relationship with the work motivation of nurses in implementing nursing care. It is recommended that the hospital adjust the number of nurses to the number of available patients and pay attention to the performance of nurses in carrying out nursing care.

Puskesmas is a place for health services in the form of health development which is responsible for the technical implementation unit of the District or City Service. Motivation and work discipline are factors that affect employee performance. Employee performance is real behavior that is displayed by employees as work performance that is generated in accordance with their position in a workplace. This research method used a cross sectional design with a total sampling of 50 respondents. The results of the study using the Chi-Square Test can be seen from the results of the statistical test for the work discipline variable, which has a p value of 0.02 0.05, so there is no relationship between work motivation and employee performance in the Tanjung Morawa Health Center work area.

Stunting is a condition where a toddler has less length or height when compared to age. Toddler stunting will have a level of intelligence that is not optimal, become more susceptible to disease and in the future, it can risk a decrease in the level of productivity which in the end, broadly stunting will be able to inhibit economic growth and increase poverty. The prevalence of stunting toddlers aged 0 to 59 months in East Java reached 32.81%. This figure is higher than the national stunting prevalence, which is 30.8%. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between the history of teenage pregnancy with the incidence of stunting in children aged 24-60 months in Pranggang Kediri. Analytic survey research design with case-control survey design. The sampling technique uses Simple Random Sampling with a sample of 20 non-stunting toddlers and 19 stunting toddlers. The study was conducted in February-March 2020 in Pranggang Kediri. The analysis in this study used the Chi-square test with a significance level of 0.05. The research results showed a p-value (0.029) <0.05, which means there is a relationship between the history of teenage pregnancy with the incidence of stunting in children aged 24-60 months in Pranggang Kediri and the results of the contingency coefficient test of 0.337, it means there is a low relationship between the history of teenage pregnancy with the incidence of stunting in children aged 24-60 months in Pranggang Kediri. Based on the results of this study it is expected that there is an increase in maternal knowledge about factors related to the incidence of stunting.

The performance of nurses in providing nursing services is an integral part of health care. The factors that affect the performance of nurses also play a role in the effectiveness of the application of patient safety in nursing care, including the motivation factors of nurses and the workload of nurses. Nurses work motivation will be able to influence the implementation of patient safety. The workload of nurses can also have an impact on the optimization of the provision of service care. The general objective in this study was to determine the determinants of nurse performance in the application of patient safety at the Imelda Worker Hospital of Indonesia. The research method used was a quantitative study with a cross sectional study approach. The population in this study were all inpatient nurses at Imelda Hospital Medan, totaling 217 people, with a total sample of 140 people according to the specified incusion criteria. Data analysis using frequency distribution and chi square test. Based on the results of the study, it was found that there was an influence on the work motivation of nurses in the application of patient safety at Imelda Hospital, Indonesian Workers with p-value = 0.000 <0.05 and there was also an influence on the workload of nurses in the application of patient safety at Imelda Hospital, Indonesian Workers with p-value = 0.000. <0.05. In connection with efforts to improve the performance of nurses in the application of patient safety at the Indonesian Worker Imelda Hospital, it is necessary for the head of care to pay more attention to matters relating to providing motivation and rules regarding the workload of nurses so that nurses can maximize their performance.

ABSTRACT: ATTITUDE RELATIONSHIP WITH  HEALTH PROTOCOL BEHAVIOR AS A PREVERENTIVE EFFORT FOR COVID 19 IN ACADEMIC CIVITY AT MALAHAYATI UNIVERSITY BANDAR LAMPUNG Introduction: Indonesia is showing a large number of confirmed cases and deaths in the COVID19 outbreak, and prevention strategies are needed for the more severe spread of the disease. Lampung Province the number of cases of covid 19 as of December 2020 has reached 4,871 patients who have been confirmed to have covid 19 (Lampung Provincial Health Office, 2020). As for the details of 78 new cases, namely in Bandarlampung City, 33 cases; South Lampung Regency 15 cases; East Lampung 8 cases; and North Lampung 5 cases. Then, there were 2 cases in Tulang Bawang Regency; Pringsewu 3 cases; 2 cases bid; West Coast 1 case; West Lampung 3 cases; and Central Lampung 6 cases. Objective: To determine the relationship between attitudes and the behavior of the 5M health protocol as a pre-incentive for COVID 19 to the Academic Community at Malahayati University, Bandar Lampung in 2021 Methods: This type of research is quantitative. The design in this study used an analytical survey design with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study were all members of the community at Malahayati University, Bandar Lampung, totaling 3726 respondents. Univariate and bivariate data analysis used the chi-square test.Result : From 362 respondents who have poor category knowledge as many as 194 respondents (53.6%), having applied category behavior as many as 228 respondents (63.0%). Lalu, Kabupaten Tulang Bawang 2 kasus; Pringsewu 3 kasus; Pesawaran 2 kasus; Pesisir Barat 1 kasus; Lampung Barat 3 kasus; dan Lampung Tengah 6 kasus.Tujuan: Untuk diketahui hubungan sikap  dengan perilaku protokol kesehatan 5M sebagai upaya preverentif COVID 19 pada Civitas Akademika  di Universitas Malahayati Bandar Lampung Tahun 2021Metode: Jenis penelitian kuantitatif, Rancangan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan desain Survei Analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh civitas di Universitas Malahayati Bandar Lampung sebanyak 3726 responden. Analisa data univariat dan bivariat  menggunakan uji chi square.Hasil : Dari 362 responden yang memiliki pengetahuan kategori kurang baik sebanyak 194 responden (53,6%), memiliki perilaku kategori menerapkan sebanyak 228 responden (63,0%). Hasil uji chi square didapat nilai p-value 0,000 (≤0,05) yang artinya ada hubungan pengetahuan  dengan perilaku protokol kesehatan sebagai upaya preverentif COVID.Saran : Meningkatkan fasilitas saranaprasarana kampus agar menunjang kegiatan belajar mengajar selama terdapat wabah COVID-19. Kata Kunci      : Pengetahuan, Perilaku Protokol Kesehatan 3M, Upaya Preverentif

Education is the process of changing the attitudes and behaviors of a person or group of people through the learning and training process. The lecturer’s role as motivators to increase enthusiasm and development of lecturer learning activities is required to motivate students to obtain maximum learning outcomes. This study aims to determine the relationship between the lecturer’s role as motivators and postpartum and breastfeeding midwifery care courses' learning outcomes. A type of quantitative research with analytical survey research design and cross-sectional approach. This research was conducted on diploma III midwifery students of STIKes I, with a total sample of 89 students. The data collected by using questionnaires and analyzed by Chi-Square test. The resultsshoweda significantrelationship between thelecturer's role as a motivator to learning outcomes of postpartum and breastfeeding midwifery care courses, with a p-value of 0.003. Conclusion: Lecturer's role as a motivator affects postpartum and breastfeeding midwifery care courses' learning outcomes.
