Karyawan sebagai aset perusahaan dengan peranannya yang sangat menentukan berhasil tidaknya perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuannya. Dalam memperoleh karyawan yang berkinerja baik perusahaan harus mengadakan pelaksanaan pelatihan, yang berfungsi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan karyawan dalam bekerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada karyawan PT. Dahana (Persero) Subang. Fenomena yang terjadi adalah  kinerja  yang  dihasilkan  karyawan  masih rendah.  Hal tersebut ditandai dengan pencapaian kinerja yang tidak sesuai dengan target, dan kurangnya keterampilan pada karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Dahana (Persero) Subang dan menggunakan metode deskriptif  dan  kausal dengan sampel  berjumlah 66 orang responden dan  juga  menggunakan bantuan  program aplikasi SPSS 18  for windows. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah koefisien korelasi  pearson  product  moment  dan  analisis  regresi  sederhana.  Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t-test untuk melihat pengaruh secara parsial. Hasil  penelitian  menunjukkan  bahwa  gambaran  pelatihan dan kinerja pada  PT. Dahana (Persero) Subang sudah optimal. Pelatihan dan kinerja karyawan PT. Dahana (Persero) Subang memiliki  pengaruh  dengan koefisien  korelasi  sebesar  0,251. Kemudian berdasarkan hasil perhitungan R Square atau koefisien  determinasi  sebesar  6,3,% memiliki  arti  bahwa  kinerja  karyawan  PT. Dahana (Persero) Subang  dipengaruhi  oleh  pelatihan  sebesar  6,3%. Penulis merekomendasikan  agar  perusahaan  meningkatkan  pemberian  program pelatihan guna menunjang kinerja perusahaan.   Employees as company assets with a very decisive role the success or failure of the company in reaching agreement. In accepting employees who perform well the company must conduct training, which works to improve the ability of employees to work. This research was conducted on the employees of PT. Dahana (Persero) Subang. The phenomenon that occurs is that the performance produced by employees is still low. This is indicated by the success that is not in accordance with the target, and the lack of skills in employees. This study aims to determine whether there are training objectives on the performance of employees of PT. Dahana (Persero) Subang and uses descriptive and causal methods with a sample across 66 respondents and also using the help of the SPSS 18 application program for windows. The analysis technique used is the Pearson product moment conversion coefficient and simple regression analysis. Hypothesis testing uses t-test to see the effect partially. The results showed an overview of training and performance at PT. Dahana (Persero) Subang is optimal. PT. Dahana (Persero) Subang Employee training and performance. PT. Dahana (Persero) Subang has an influence with an interaction coefficient of 0.251. Then based on the results of the calculation of R Square or the coefficient of determination of 6.3,% has a meaning about the performance of the employees of PT. Dahana (Persero) Subang was determined by training at 6.3%. The author agrees that the company enhances the assistance program training to support company performance.

This study aims to determine the significance of the influence of competence, independence, professionalism, auditor experience, accountability, and auditor's knowledge of audit quality. This study uses a questionnaire with a population and sample, namely all auditors who work at the Public Accounting Office (KAP) in the Special Region of Yogyakarta and Surakarta. Sampling techniques using Convenience Sampling with a sample of 61 respondents. The data used in this study is a questionnaire using a Likert scale 1 to 5. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSSprogram for Windows. The analysis tool in this study using validity and reliability, the classical assumption (normality test, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test) while the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression test, t test, F test and the coefficient of determination (R2).Based on the results of the t-test analysis performed, it shows that there is a positive influence of competence, independence, professionalism, auditor experience, accountability, and auditor's knowledge of audit quality and simultaneously competency, independence, professionalism, auditor experience, accountability, and auditor knowledge variables affect quality audit

Kosumen's behavior towards purchasing decisions is something that marketers must learn to know and understand how consumers make decisions, and the extent to which marketing stimuli can provide stimulus to purchasing decisions. So that can know whether the factors affect consumers in purchasing decisions. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of psychological factors on the selection of Bimoli cooking oil brand in housewives in Kuranji sub-district, Padang City. The type of this research is descriptive research, many samples used are 250 people by using technique of non-probability sampling method. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of supervision on employee discipline in the Office of Communication and Information Technology of South Sumatra Province, in this study the authors used a quantitative descriptive type of research. The samples taken in this study were 53 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is simple linear revelation f test, t test, coefficient of determination analysis. The results of the study show that all existing instruments are valid and realistic and that from the regression calculation it is proven that there are influences between independent and bound variables. This can be seen from the regression coefficient value of 0.761X, which means that every increase in the supervision variable 1%, the employee discipline increases by 0.761. This can also be supported by the f test and t test which shows that there is a positive and significant influence between the supervisory variables and work discipline jointly or individually and can be seen also from the coefficient of determination which has a value of 0.587 which means the supervision variable has influence of 58.7% on work discipline variables.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work ethics, work involvement and personality on employee performance (study at the Medan City Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency). The approach used in this study is an associative approach. The population in this study were employees of the Medan City Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency)., A total of 32 employees while the sample in this study used Nonprobability sampling or Saturated Sampling as many as32 Employees. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire technique by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study uses Multiple Linear Regression Test, Hypothesis Testing (T Test and F Test), and Coefficient of Determination. Data processing in this study using IBM SPSS Statistic 23 software program. The results of this study prove that partially work ethics (X1) has an effect on performance (Y) with t-test work ethics (X1) 1.954 > ttable 1.693 with sig 0.008 < 0, 05, and Work Involvement (X2) 2,348 > t table 1,693 with sig 0,089 < 0,05. and Personality (X3) 1,880 > ttable 1,693 with sig 0,006 < 0,05. The results of this study prove that simultaneously Fcount 7.142 > Ftable 4.20 with R Square 0.509 or 50.9% which means that there is an influence of work ethics.

This study aims to determine and prove whether the brand image and price of customer satisfaction Village Futsal Medan. <em>The aim is to see the effect of work influence on employee performance, which represents employee performance, as well as work discipline and workers on employee performance. Which is the object of research at the Social Service for Women's Empowerment and Child Protection in Pematangsiantar City with 40 employees. The analysis used is the validity and reliability test, normality, coefficient of determination, simple and multiple equations, then partial test (t test) and simultaneous test (F test). The results of the study found that all variables of this study: work discipline, individual appraisal and performance were declared valid and reliable. To test for normal distribution that the value of the variable is stated as normal distribution, then the coefficient of determination shows that each independent variable contributes to the employee performance variable. The results of the equation carried out with simple regression show positive results and with multiple equations it is found that the greater the contribution of individual factors to employee performance than work discipline. Partial test (t test) found a positive and significant effect of work discipline on employee performance, as well as to assess individual performance. Simultaneous test (F test) that work discipline and people have a positive and significant effect on employee performance</em>

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of investment opportunity set (IOS) and profitability on dividend policy in insurance companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The use of the method uses purposive sampling. The analysis technique used is simple linear analysis, multiple linear analysis, and hypothesis testing is a partial statistical test (t test) and simultaneous test (f test). The results of the t test show that the investment opportunity set (IOS (X1) influences positive but not significant to dividend policy, Profitability (X2) has a negative and not significant effect on dividend policy.Based on the F value test together the investment opportunity set and profitability do not have a significant effect on dividend policy (Y) Based on the test the coefficient of determination is 0.361 It can be interpreted that the effect of Investment Opportunity Set (IOS) and Profitability on dividend policy is 13.03%, while the remaining 86.97% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study. This study aims to examine the market's reaction to information regarding the announcement of a company performance rating assessment program award in environmental management. Market reaction is measured by abnormal return around the announcement date of the environmental management program. This research is conducted at the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study are all publicly listed companies receiving PROPER awards listed on the IDX in 2018 for a total of 51 companies. Samples that met the purposive sampling criteria are 50 companies. The analysis technique used is one sample t-test and independent samples t-test.  The results of this study indicate that there is a market reaction around the PROPER rating announcement date, and there is no different market reaction between companies with good ratings and companies with bad ratings. This research was conducted to determine the comparison between customer expectations and company performance. The object of this research is Telkom IndiHome product customer care service by taking the subjects of 100 Telkom IndiHome Regional III Telkom customers who have interacted with Telkom IndiHome customer care services. The results obtained from the comparison between expectations and performance obtained a level of suitability of 69.215%. Furthermore, from the analysis technique of Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), there are eight attributes that are in the top priority of the company to be improved, the two most important things are: the accuracy of service fulfillment as promised and the speed of resolution of the disturbance. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui perbandingan antara harapan pelanggan dan kinerja perusahaan. Objek penelitian kali ini adalah pelayanan customer care produk Telkom IndiHome dengan mengambil subyek 100 pelanggan Telkom IndiHome Regional III Kota Bandung yang pernah melakukan interaksi kepada layanan customer care Telkom IndiHome. Hasil yang diperoleh dari perbandingan antara harapan dan kinerja didapatkan tingkat kesesuaian sebesar 69,215%. Selanjutnya dari teknik analisis Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) maka terdapat delapan atribut yang berada pada prioritas utama perusahaan untuk dilakukan peningkatan, dua hal yang paling penting diantaranya adalah : ketepatan pemenuhan layanan sesuai yang dijanjikan dan kecepatan penyelesaian gangguan.

Analysis of Return on Equity Against Stock Prices at PT. Bekasi Asri Pemula, Tbk. This study aims to find out how Return on Equity (ROE) on Stock Prices. The object of this research is PT. Bekasi Asri Pemula, Tbk for the period 2014 - 2017. This study used a qualitative method consisting of two variables, namely Return On Equity (ROE) as an independent variable and stock price as the dependent variable. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis, correlation analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and t test. The results of testing the research show that return on equity has a significant influence on stock prices. This result can be seen in the correlation analysis (r) of 0.82 which means that the relationship is very strong. The results of the coefficient of determination analysis show that return on equity has an influence on stock prices of 67.24% and 32.76% influenced by other factors not examined. The constant value of this regression equation is positive. This shows that the dependent variable Y will increase constantly if the variable X is zero. While the value of 15.752.67 shows that if the variable X (Return On Equity) is ignored then the stock price will be worth a 15.752.67 from b of 653,812.04 indicating that each increase in the variable Return on Equity (ROE) of 1 unit will be followed by a share price increase of 2, 40935758%. Whereas partially t test because t count <t table is 2.03 <4.30 then Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected meaning there is no effect due to the fluctuating financial conditions.
