Reforestation is one of the important activities that must be implemented conceptually in dealing with environmental crises. Telaga Luhur Village, Waringin Kurung Sub-district, Serang-Banten is one of the villages that is quite active in supporting reforestation programs. In an effort to save the environment, the community together with relevant stakeholders have carried out various reforestation activities. The activity aims to examine how the form of community involvement in reforestation efforts in the Sidilem village area. The community has actually been involved in the process of planning, providing, maintaining, and supervising reforestation activities. However, the community considers that the condition of green space in Sidelem village is currently very minimal. Reforestation activities are carried out with various objectives, including: to add ecological value, add aesthetic value, obtain economic benefits, as well as reasons to support government programs. The presence of stakeholders consisting of the City Government, Village Government, Non-Governmental Institutions, Private/CSR, and Community/Academics has contributed greatly to the development of reforestation activities in the service area

The purpose of this study is to encourage ownership, responsibility and to develop stakeholders and policy makers for the river normalization program in the pre-construction, construction and post-construction stages. The use of the IPA method to measure community satisfaction in the quadrants on the Importance Performance Matrix map. The results of the study showed that the socialization from the Department of Water and Public Works, when the project was finished, was not in line with community expectations. Flood control projects that have been built, coordination with the contractor at the time of project implementation, socialization from the city government prior to project implementation, socialization from the city government when the project is finished, socialization from the river hall at the time before project implementation, socialization from the river hall at the time the project was completed, dissemination of information from the irrigation service prior to project implementation, and community involvement in project implementation. The process of land clearing, and the price agreement that has been reached. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of regional regulation number 2 of year 2000 regarding prostitution in the village of Sanur Kauh and to find out the obstacles faced in terms of eradicating commercial sex workers in the village of Sanur Kauh. In this study data analysis is not offside the scope of the sample. This research is deductive, based on theories or general concepts. Descriptive approach is intended to describe the phenomena that exist, both natural phenomena and man-made phenomena. Social facts will be obtained from a breakdown of the activities, behavior, actions of people as well as the overall possibility of interpersonal interaction, then presented to others more clearly about what is obtained from the field. The Village Government took persuasive action, approached community leaders in the Sanur Kauh Village, so that they can help the village government to disseminate the negative impacts of prostitution. Then the City Government and Village Government work together to eradicate the practice of prostitution.

The village fund is expected village government and technical institutions can realize the vision of Jayapura city government that believes, independent, unified, modern, prosperous based local wisdom.  The city of Jayapura has established the Community Entrepreneurship Agency (BKM) in each village/village/Kelurahan in order to manage the funds of the village/village/Kelurahan more effectively, efficient, precisely targeted to support the governance activities Good and transparent. The purpose of this research is to describe the management of ADD in village community empowerment as well as driving and inhibiting factors. The results showed that optimizing village funds allocation in the development of community entrepreneurship at Village Tobati Jayapura City is already running but not maximally, hence the need for strategy.  STRATEGY (W-O) makes strategy that utilizes the opportunity to overcome weaknesses, namely consist of: Government policy that makes Village Tobati as a demonstration village for tourism, this is an opportunity to add Income or family's confidentiality. The help of Village fund, ADK, ADD the average routine each year.  The commitment of the city government to improve and develop fisheries sector, especially the cultivation of fish cages very smooth and good means of transportation, and the help of the Prospect fund from the years 2016 and 2017 for the business of kiosk, sales Pinang, vegetable sales + Seasoning Kitchen, selling cold beverages + juice jacket, selling yellow rice, handicraft business, business selling pulse, oil kerosene + gasoline, net business. The opportunities mentioned above show that weaknesses in Village Tobati can be overcome well because of the very dominant opportunities in the village. Therefore the need for awareness from the local community to take advantage of the opportunities that exist for the welfare of the family in doing some very promising efforts.

Globalization and urbanization encourage city policymakers to deal with more challenges and opportunities for the sustainable future. Creating an attractive cityscape surly can increase urban competitiveness. Taipei City is now composed of complex urban systems chaotically enclosed by existing and new urban environments. The city government is attempting to re-shape its cityscape by implementing a series of city regeneration plans and provide new guidelines for architectural engineering, namely “Taipei Beautiful”, considering the improvement of urban landscape, greenery open space, built environments, sustainable campuses and public facilities. Although Taipei Beautiful is an ongoing project, achievements of the current stage have revealed potentials to significantly increase the number of tourists, decrease energy consumption, and promote economic benefits. This study presents an overall review of policies and engineering actions enacted by the city government. Difficulties, challenges, and the role of the city government in affecting architectural engineering are also discussed.

This study is entitled "Implementation of Gampong Online in Lhokseumawe City". Where the strengthening of information and communication technology is still considered a luxurious facility and requires very large costs, so only a small part of the village government has obtained it. The wide gap between the size of the budget needs and the limited budget that can be provided gives rise to budget allocations that lead to physical activities for the development of rural infrastructure alone without looking at the increasingly rapid technological developments and increasing the capacity of village apparatus resources to support the current government system. both in the administrative system, public services as well as on matters relating to community business development. This study aims to see and describe the implementation of technology to present online gampongs with basic information and communication technology training activities for gampong governments in Lhokseumawe City. A descriptive qualitative approach with observation and documentation data collection techniques has been carried out in this study with field assessments in 3 (three) Gampongs in the Lhokseumawe city area to see the application of technology, determine strategy, socialize and provide information and communication technology introduction materials. The results of the study found that training for 3 (three) gampongs in the Lhokseumawe city government, namely Gampong Hagu Barat Laot, Gampong Hagu Teungoh and Gampong Hagu Selatan, had provided an understanding and awareness of the importance of using information and communication technology in gampong government for the smooth running of public services, public relations and public relations. internal organization as well as improving the business of the village community in the field of technology, where technology can help the village government connect with the city government and the village community online.

The purpose of this research is to find out the effectiveness of the management of village fund allocation in the Village Government in Batu City and to find out the opportunities and challenges faced in managing ADD. Data analysis used in this study is to use the effectiveness measurement ratio in accordance with the effectiveness criteria and use the SWOT analysis. The results of this study indicate the effectiveness of the management of village fund allocations in 19 villages in Batu City in 2017-2018 already in effective criteria. Opportunities faced in ADD management are the role of the role of the city government, the sub-district government and village facilitators, the synergy between the city and village governments, the information system, the increasing welfare of the community and the economy and improving village infrastructure facilities and infrastructure. The challenges faced in the management of ADD are the uncertainty of the ADD disbursement process, the reduced budget from the city government, the success rate of the program that is not according to plan and the delay in regulation regarding village financial management.Keywords : ADD, Effectiveness village funds allocation, SWOT analysis

An effort to utilitize waste for the community is said to be successful if the products it produces can be useful for the community and economic value so that it sells. Likewise, various kinds of products resulting from waste processing, will feel the benefits if they can be felt by many people and have high economic value, so that it can help the economy of the community whose livelihoods depend a lot on scavenging garbage. To achieve the community’s economy, it is necessary to have an effort to manage the results of the utilization of the waste and market the products resulting from the utilization of waste so that they can be sold. In addition, the feasibility of business needs to be known with the financial presence so that the goals to be achieved can be met and produce results for those who manage it. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The method used is direct observation of the Galuga TPA in order to interview relevant parties to obtain complete information and data. Based on the information obtained from the intervies, the amount of income of the scavengers for one month ranges from Rp. 2,600,000. This means that these activities will be sustainable in the long term because of the market and the economic. Benefits received. The city government of Bogor must be able to empower and increase the capacity and role of scavengers as well as the participation of the surrounding community so that they are able to reduce the environmental burden on the dangers of pollution and obtain economic benefits from the exixtence of jobs at the Galuga TPA. The existence of private green open spacesofthe yard whichinvolves community participation in the provision and utilization of green open space has not been synergized with the city government program for the achievement of green open spaces mandated by the statutory regulations.With the statutory regulationson community involvement, this researchaimstoexamine the community attitudes andparticipation in the provision and utilization of green open space of the yard in Palembangby region with certain density.Dataanalysisused in thisresearch is a quantitative analysis based on questionnaires which collected from respondents whom have privatehome yard. Non-parametricstatisticaltests using the Mann-Whitney test to analyze the differences between the regions. Statistical tests of correlation Spearman rank and Somers'dusedto analyze the relationship between variables.The results showed the highscore of community attitude, while the participation of the community belong in the low score. Thereis a significant difference between community in low density regions with community in high density regions as shown in the correlation between the level of community attitudes toward community participation in the provision and utilization of green open space.

The problem of mucipal waste management in the city of Bandung has been an unsolved problem to date. The rapid population growth plus many new arrivals to the city of Bandung have increased waste production from year to year. According to the Department of Environment and Sanitation, the city of Bandung produces around 1477 metric tons of solid waste per day, of which 63% is organic matter. Garbage collection in the city of Bandung is managed by the city government through the BUMD which handles it. About 44.3% of solid waste management in Bandung city is composted to produce fertilizer material, 54.7% is rejected and dumped in landfills. 23% of non-organic waste is mostly recycled and around 11.3% is taken to landfills, while 14% of residual waste such as B3 is dumped. This investigation also includes an analysis of the economic benefits that can be realized by implementing incineration and a discussion of the challenges faced in the city of Bandung to implement changes to the existing urban solid waste management system.
