The aim of the article was to carry out a retrospective analysis of the legal acts on the legalization of private detective activities in Ukraine and, at the same time, consider the characteristics of training, retraining and advanced training of private detectives in order to to further improve legislation in this area. The subject of the study is essentially the process of training, retraining and advanced training of private detectives in Ukraine. During the research, the following scientific methods were used: dialectical method, methods of synthesis and analysis, methods of induction and deduction, statistical method, historical and legal and formal and legal methods. The peculiarities of the Law of Ukraine "On the Activity of Private Detective (Search)" were considered, its advantages and disadvantages were described. By way of conclusion, he emphasizes that the existing legal education system, introduced in civil educational institutions, is not adequate for the training of private detectives. For these and other political and legal reasons, the need to train private detectives in the system of higher education institutions with specific learning conditions in the heat of the requirements imposed by reality itself is argued.

The aim of the study is to characterize the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the administration of the educational process on the examples of legal and linguistic-didactic aspects. The object of the study is systemic and functional changes in science and education under the influence of the COVID-19 pandemic. The subject of the study is public relations in the field of education and science in their legal and linguistic-didactic aspect under the influence of the COVID-19 pandemic. Research methods are general scientific and special scientific methods, in particular, system-structural, formal-legal, hermeneutic; methods of analysis, synthesis. As a result of the research, the peculiarities of administration of educational processes in the conditions of COVID-19 in the aspect of mechanisms of legal support of activity of bodies of education and science, linguodidactics were formulated; the characteristic of systemic changes in the sphere of education which have occurred under the influence of the distribution of a coronavirus is carried out; describe the main approaches contained in the current scientific literature to solve the above problems.

Improving the professional skills of penitentiary personnel is a multifaceted process of obtaining additional knowledge to perform tasks and responsibilities within their professional activities. The article analyzes the main forms of personnel advanced training. The first is carried out in educational institutions of central executive bodies, local executive bodies (external form), and the second – in educational institutions of the State Penitentiary Service of Ukraine (internal form). When clarifying the content of the external form, attention is paid to the model of its implementation. The first model is a holistic system of advanced training, which ensures the unity of the educational process and adequate educational technologies. The second is a variational model, which means working on a certain side of the profession that needs to be improved. The third model – involves using special diagnostics with subsequent monitoring of acquired knowledge. The article details the advantages and disadvantages of the external form of advanced training. The internal form of advanced training provides the participation of educational institutions of the State Penitentiary Service in this process. The structure of bodies that provide advanced training within the State Penitentiary Service is revealed. Among its advantages is the possibility of involving experienced specialists of the penitentiary service in the training process, introduction of effective innovative technologies and motivation of service activity. The disadvantages of this form of education are also analyzed. The article states the combination of external and internal forms helps to increase the level of professional knowledge and skills based on best practices used in various spheres of professional activity of society and allows to maximize the professions in bodies and penitentiary institutions. The article examines the system of forms and methods of educational work with cadets of educational institutions of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia, used in specific conditions of distance learning. The subject of the article is the statistical data obtained by the author of the article through a survey of full-time cadets of 1 and 2 courses of the SLI of the FPS of Russia, domestic legislation, as well as scientific literature on the topic of the work. The purpose of the study is to reveal the specifics of using various forms and methods of educational work with cadets of educational institutions of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in the conditions of distance learning, to determine the most effective forms and methods of educational work in the indicated conditions. The methodological basis of the research wassis, induction, system-structural and formallogical methods. As a result of the work carried out, the concepts of «e-learning» and «distance lear-ning technologies» were studied as regulated by the current legislation. The main advantages and disadvantages of organizing educational work with cadets of educational institutions of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in the context of distance learning are analyzed. The main methods and forms of educational work with cadets of educational institutions of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia are highlighted and compared. It has been established that in the conditions of distance learning, cadets of educational organizations of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia regard the fulfillment of personal instructions and assignments with the provision of individual assistance in their preparation as the most effective and interesting forms of educational work. The data obtained as a result of the study should be taken into account when organizing educational work with cadets in the conditions of distance learning in order to increase the effectiveness of educational work. The conclusion is made about the importance of distance learning in the modern system of education. At the same time, regardless of the specifics of the conditions for organizing the educational work with cadets, its effectiveness largely depends not on technology and technics, but on the competence and professionalism of the mentors who carry out this work. Dieser Aufsatz ist entstanden, weil die niedersächsische Ostfalia-Hochschule für angewandte Wissenschaften, hier insbesondere die Karl-Scharfenberg-Fakultät aus Salzgitter, eng mit der Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University aus Port Elizabeth, östliche Kap-Provinz in Südafrika, zusammenarbeitet. Seit dem Ende der Apartheid hat sich Südafrika für die globale Wirtschaft geöffnet, ist für international agierende Unternehmen ein beliebter Standort zur Markterschließung Afrikas geworden und nimmt im wissenschaftlichen Bereich verstärkt am akademischen Austausch teil. Südafrika ist in die globale Automobilproduktion eingebunden und mit ihr auf vielfältige Art und Weise verknüpft. Hier befindet sich auch eine entsprechend ausgeprägte Zulieferindustrie. Diese steht in Konkurrenz mit den Lieferanten aus anderen Nationen. Staatliche Einrichtungen und die Bildungsinstitutionen versuchen die Wettbewerbsfähigkeiten der heimischen Zulieferindustrie zu stärken. Auch mit internationaler Beteiligung erstellte Fortbildungsprogramme setzen deutliche Zeichen für diese Bemühungen. Es bleibt zu wünschen, dass es Südafrika während der Fußball-Weltmeisterschaft gelingt, die Welt davon zu überzeugen, dass es logistische Herausforderungen meistern kann, und damit das internationale Profil dieses sympathischen Staates geschärft wird. South Africa has become a relevant part of the global production of automobiles. Several factories of well known car manufacturers together with component supplier’s facilities have been built and compete with other nations. Governmental and educational institutions try to strengthen the ability to compete of the domestic automotive industry. Programs of advanced training are developed in South Africa and in international cooperation. This article begins with an introduction into the subject. The second chapter offers an overview about the automotive industry of South Africa, its component suppliers and global challenges it has to face. It is followed by the third chapter, which describes the requirements international automobile manufacturers demand to be fulfilled by South Africa’s economy. Chapter four emphasizes on the strengths and weaknesses of the component suppliers present in South Africa. The intention of chapter five is to present measurements to develop the South African automotive industry in cooperation between government organisations and the economy. The subject of research is the experience of integration of scientific knowledge and interdisciplinary cooperation aimed at solving agro-ecological issues for the purpose of increasing economic effectiveness and making appropriate management decisions in the field of the agro-industrial complex. The author considers this problem using the example of Nizhny Novgorod State Agricultural Academy. To analyze the subject, the author studies the results of coordinated use of innovative solutions of different branches of scientific and practical knowledge for solving the vital agro-ecological problems and raising the effectiveness of intellectual resources management for the purpose of sustainable economic development of agricultural territories. The author considers theoretical and practical aspects of synthesis of scientific knowledge for solving the above mentioned problems and the prospects of integration of the contents of scientific and educational processes and field experience in agricultural educational institutions of Russia. The research is based on various types of analysis (typological and comparative) and the method of historical and philosophical reconstruction. The scientific novelty of the study consists in the fact that integration of scientific knowledge and interdisciplinary cooperation in solving topical agro-ecological problems are considered from the viewpoint of organic philosophy (using its methodological basis) and based on the scientific, educational and field experience of Nizhny Novgorod State Agricultural Academy.

The expediency of research on the problem of optimizing the educational environment management in higher educational institutions with specific learning conditions that train officers for professional activities considering the gender aspect is due to a number of factors, the main one of which is Ukraine’s desire to integrate into the European and world space, where for the most part is the management of various spheres, including educational one, takes into account the gender principle of equality. The purpose of the article The purpose of the article is to outline the ways to optimize the educational environment management of higher educational institutions with specific learning conditions, taking into account the gender component in the educational process. Results. The article notes that in order to form a future officer as a person and as a representative of the intellectual resource of society, educational management of higher educational institutions with specific learning conditions should take into account the latest approaches, including the gender-oriented one, in order to implement the philosophy of the XXI-st century education. It is concluded that the optimization of educational environment of higher educational institutions with specific learning conditions taking into account the gender marker leads to positive results, namely: overcoming certain socio-pedagogical contradictions, significant contribution to improving the methodological principles of future officers’ training; accelerating the development of a culture of relations between male and female officers on the basis of mutual respect, tolerance, etc. Value. The introduction of a gender component in the educational institutions management with specific learning conditions will ensure the officers’ formation of the new formation, who by their professional and personal qualities will be ready to perform various difficult tasks and decisions making in difficult life situations, and their professional competence will meet the requirements of international educational standards. The necessity of the development and implementation of trainings in the framework of psychological support of personal transformations of future law enforcement officers for the optimization of their professional and personal development in the process of professional self-actuating has been substantiated. The author convinces that the essential factor of prevention of personal and professional crises of law enforcement officers is the formed professional identity, which is an integral part of their professional formation. The development of the value sphere of the personality of law enforcement officers helps to optimize their behavior and self-actuating in such spheres of life as occupation, family life, relationships, hobbies. The motivational component is one of the basic in the system of moral regulation of the activities and behavior of professionals and provides a positive attitude to the chosen kind of professional activity, the desire for self-actuating and achievements, moral and professional settings and interests. Motivation acts as a connecting link between true goals, ideals, beliefs of the personality of a cadet and actions, deeds, decisions that he takes. The psychological support is considered by the author as an integral process of diagnosis, prevention and correction of personal transformations of future law enforcement officers in the process of vocational training, which is carried out in all spheres of their activity in higher educational institutions with specific learning conditions. Trainings as a practice of psychological influence are based on active methods of group work, the use of peculiar forms of learning – knowledge, skills and techniques in the field of communication and future professional activities, diagnosis, prevention and correction. The author has studied the expediency of using training programs for the development of professional identity, the formation of value regulators of behavior and the motivational sphere of future law enforcement officers in higher educational institutions with specific learning conditions that will increase the efficiency of professional activity and self-actuating of police officers in modern conditions.

The expediency of introduction of mixed forms of studying in higher educational institutions is considered. The opinion and the current state of the application of mixed forms of teaching among the teachers of the department of computer technologies in the management and teaching of the Berdyansk State Pedagogical University have been studied. With this purpose, a questionnaire and an analysis of the results obtained were held. Considerable attention was paid to the study of the following issues: Is it appropriate to use mixed learning in the preparation of bachelors and masters? Do you use mixed learning in your professional activity? During which of your classes, do you often use distance learning platforms to organize mixed learning? Which distance platforms do you use during lectures? What kind of remote platforms do you use during laboratory tests? Which distance platforms do you use during practical classes? What are the main benefits of mixed learning can you mention? What are the main disadvantages of mixed learning? In the article a meaningful analysis of the results of the study was conducted. The obtained results are presented with the help of histograms and graphs on the basis of which the following conclusions have been made: currently mixed learning is rapidly developing and is popular among the target audience. Most often yogis are used in the learning process during laboratory work. The most commonly used remote LMS Moodle and Google services platforms were identified with a view to further development of methodological recommendations for their use by practitioners of higher education institutions. The advantages and disadvantages faced by teachers in their practical activities have been explored and they highlight the opportunity to teach a large number of students, provide a quality control and quickly obtain learning outcomes that significantly accelerates the process of learning. Among the disadvantages of possible technical difficulties in deficiencies attention should be paid to their prevention. On the basis of the accomplished research, it was concluded that the subject under investigation is relevant and needs further improvement.
