Correctional as an institution that aims to form prisoners and inmates become the whole person, In its implementation implement two coaching programs which are the first coaching personality and the second coaching self-reliance development. In the development of self-reliance in correctional institutions in Indonesia, implementing programs aimed to improve the ability of the prisoners. Prisoners are trained to make a product whether it is goods or services, ranging from handicrafts, bakery, laundry, and Barber. But in the implementation of entrepreneurship programs such as handicrafts encountered a dead end because of not finding the right market. It takes a marketing strategy that is able to increase the selling power of the resulting product. Increase from product quality, product sales price, product distribution, and product promotion. The journal's writing aims to determine the right marketing strategy to increase the sales of convict production. The journal's writing uses a library of libraries aimed at identifying the right marketing strategy to increase the sales of convict production, and to determine the right strategy for product quality improvement.

Indications of successful management of cullinari such as a restaurant is a significant increase in the target number of tourists visiting. Therefore, it is necessary to have the right and targeted marketing strategy. This study aims to analyze and describe the marketing strategy of Bale Raos restaurant The autentic Taste in tourism area Keraton Yogyakarta. Research used qualitative methods. Informants sampled are general manager, marketing, operational manager and visitorAs of Bale Raos restaurant. Data was collected used interviews, observation, and documentation. Based on the research results show the right marketing strategy to increase quality product and service by segmenting targeting and positioning and  collaboration of good product, price sale, place, promotion, people, process and physical evidance.

Makam Keramat Agung Pemecutan is one of the pilgrim tourism potentials in Denpasar. To avoid stagnant or decline position of Makam Keramat Agung Pemecutan development as a pilgrim tourist attraction, it is necessary to do a feasibility study. The most important and first aspect in feasibility study is market and marketing aspects.This study aims to determine the feasibility of market and marketing aspects of Makam Keramat Agung Pemecutan wich views from the market potential and the position of Makam Keramat Agung Pemecutan compared with its competitors, and make the right marketing strategy for Makam Keramat Agung Pemecutan in its development into a pilgrim tourist attraction. The results of this study shows that potential market of Makam Keramat Agung Pemecutan is domestic tourists who are Muslims. From the analysis of the competitive profile matrix shows Makam Keramat Agung Pemecutans position more competitive than its competitors. Therefore, Makam Keramat Agung Pemecutan is feasible on the market and marketing aspects. The suggestions provided are should establish management organization, make promotional activities, add facilities, and maintaining product quality of Makam Keramat Agung Pemecutan, continue this research about feasibility of Makam Keramat Agung Pemecutan in the other aspects especially culture aspect.

This research main aimed was to analys the effect of word of mouth (WOM), service quality, product quality, and promotion on the consumers purchasing decision. The research was conducted by the consumers of TF Miracle Water. This research was done based on survey received from 100 respondent. Based on the consumer surveys many find that WOM, service quality, and promotion have positive impact on purchasing decision. While product quality had positive but not significant effect on the consumers purchasing decision. This research showed that WOM is the main importance on consumer purchased. Research shows TF Miracle Water pay attention and consider the WOM, service quality, product quality, and promotion more comprehensively to determine the marketing strategy to build consumers purchasing decision. Keywords    :  Word Of Mouth (WOM), Service Quality, Product Quality, Promotion, and Purchasing Decision.

The implementation of a marketing strategy on target to be able to influence consumers makes a purchasing decision made by consumers. Consumer purchases in making decisions are influenced by reason and knowledge acquired. Companies must make the right strategy in order to influence consumers. The purpose of the research process is to determine and explain the quality of the product, product innovation and brand image of the results of consumer purchasing decisions in purchasing HP Oppo at Oppo Service Center. Research samples Sample accidental sampling of 100 consumers with the method used is multiple linear regression. The results of product quality research, product innovation and brand image simultaneously have a significant effect on the purchase decision of Hp Oppo at Oppo Service Center and in product quality, product innovation and brand image have a positive and significant effect on Hp Oppo purchasing decisions at Oppo Service Center. The purchase decision can be explained by three independent variables of 37.3% and the others are influenced by other variables. PT.  Rattan Craft  Indonesia  is  the p roducers  of  Wooden  indoor  Furniture.  Rattan Craft  does  not have  the right  marketing strategy  so that  is  th e  reason the level  of sales is  not  on  maximum grade. From the  background above,  the the problem of this research is: 1. How are the good marketing strategy based  on a SWOT method?  2. What a re the good strategy based on AHP. The data analysis in this research  using Metod e analysis Swot and AHP. The results of this research get a value  of  the  respective  weights  by AHP each  criterion ,  namely  the  ad ministration  of  0.057,  0.082  quality, competitive 0.097, 0 .119 raw materials, products already exported 0.151, 0.163 market opportunities, relationships 0.175,  0.156  discipline.  The  conclusion  of  this  study  are:  1.  The  company  utilizes  the  existing  opportunities  by maintaining  good  relations  with  the  relationships  that  the  co mpany's  products  have  been  exported  can  be maintained or even increase exports. 2. The decipline of employees should be more guarded and must be improved so that the company's product quality is maintained..

Marketing is an important activity of the company. The main purpose of company marketing is to increase profit. CV X is a trading company. The company’s problem is the stable product sales. Companies must determine the right marketing strategy. This study uses SWOT analysis to identify factors and formulate appropriate marketing strategies. The TOPSIS method is used to rank alternative marketing strategies. TOPSIS ranking show best and ideal strategy. Based on SWOT analysis are four marketing strategies alternative. the first priority marketing strategy is to expand the product marketing distribution network with a preference value of 0.497962. The second priority marketing strategy is to focus on one of the NPK variants with a preference value of 0.488088. The priority marketing strategy of three is to improve the quality service with a preference value of 0.465217. And four priority marketing strategy is the use of marketing strategy with the value of preference 0.462249.

The position of bank bjb based on Total DPK in December 2014 rise to the category national public bank, but it is different from Total DPK in the branch of bank bjb in tegal, in the same period the strategy of bjb Tegal bank accumulate DPK (Dana Pihak Ketiga),by increasing product sales of cheap deposits as well as savings bjb tandamata. This study analyzes several factors that thought to have influence on the decisions to saving, there are: positionong, serving quality, product quality, and corporate image.The population of the respondents in this study as many as 120 customers. In this research using purposive sampling technique.The research results show that the positioning strategy has a positive effect on saving. While the quality of the product has no positive effect against a decision on saving. And quality of the product  have not a positive effect against the strategy of positioning. The quality of service has a positive influence on the positioning strategy. And the quality of service has a positive effect against the corporate image. And the test results of the corporate image of saving has positive influence. So that it can be summed up in this research decision saving the customer at a bank Branch bjb Tegal is not affected by the quality of the products from the tanda mata bjb savings.

This research is conducted upon the emergence of many companies producing the same product of the same kind and function. It leads to the urgency of proper and well planned marketing strategy. This research aims to investigate how far the influence of branding, product quality, and price toward consumer’s satisfaction in beverage franchise business. This research utilizes 5 likert scale questionnaire which is tested by using multiple regression analysis to reveal whether or not there is partial and simultaneous influence of branding, product quality, and price toward consumer’s satisfaction in beverage franchise business. Sampling method is accidental sampling technique, in which sample of particular population is taken based on the accessibility and availability of the sample during the sampling process. Sample used is 100 samples among consumers or customers of Mang Endy Milkshake. The result shows that branding, product quality, and price influence consumer’s satisfaction in beverage franchise business.

Marketing is an essential aspect of the strategy of increasing product sales. Manis Bakery UMKM itself does not have a specific plan for promoting mani bread. This study aims to design the marketing strategy of UMKM Manis Bakery based on the concept of Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM), Competitive Profile Matrix (CPM), and Strategic Position and Action Evaluation (SPACE). This research conducted at Manis Bakery UMKM with respondents chosen were business owners and respondents who bought bread at least once a week or more. Based on the results of the analysis that has done, the results obtained that the strength possessed by the Sweet Bakery UMKM are products without preservatives, bread has a soft texture, food that is not easy to expire, strategic company location and affordable prices. The strategy is a priority based on six alternative strategies, namely creating sweet bread with flavors or innovations and making unique and attractive packaging that will do when having additional business capital.
