El objetivo de esta investigación es determinar los componentes de innovación del sector pirotécnico. La metodología de investigación tiene un enfoque cualitativo, por su alcance exploratorio, por la manipulación de las variables no experimental, por la temporalización del fenómeno, transversal y por el lugar donde se realiza, de campo. La población fueron los productores pirotécnicos del Municipio de Tultepec, Estado de México, mismos que se abordaron de forma aleatoria. El muestreo fue no probabilístico a conveniencia del investigador, tomándose 204 productores pirotécnicos. El objeto de estudio son los polvorines de Tultepec, Estado de México. The research methodology has a qualitative approach, by its exploratory scope, by the manipulation of non-experimental variables, by the temporalization of the phenomenon, transversal and by the place where it is performed, field. The population were the pyrotechnic producers of the Municipality of Tultepec, Estado de Mexico, which were addressed randomly. O presente estudo tem por objetivo a elaboração do estado da arte em relação ao objeto de pesquisa, ludicidade, no qual aborda manifestação do lúdico na prática pedagógica do docente e a sua relevância para a aprendizagem e desenvolvimento das crianças. O presente estudo iniciou-se a partir do levantamento de palavras-chaves (pratica docente; ludicidade e aprendizagem), seleção e posterior análise de 13 dissertações e 02 teses cadastradas e defendidas na Biblioteca Digital Brasileira de Teses e Dissertações - e posteriormente seleção e análise de 11 dissertações e 04 teses no Banco de Teses e Dissertações da Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (CAPES). Verificamos que ao decorrer da pesquisa que os temas aparecem de formas variadas, porém a ludicidade sempre está presente de forma significativa, a metodologia das pesquisas é ressaltada pela abordagem qualitativa e as técnicas de coletas são as entrevistas semiestruturadas, observação, depoimentos, algumas utilizam a fenomenologia e a psicologia histórico cultural.   PALAVRAS-CHAVE: Prática Docente; Ludicidade; Aprendizagem.     ABSTRACT The present study aims to elaborate the state of the art in relation to the object of research, playfulness, in which it approaches the manifestation of the playful in the pedagogical practice of the teacher and its relevance to the learning and development of the children. The present study started with the survey of key words (teaching practice, play and learning), selection and subsequent analysis of 13 dissertations and 02 theses registered and defended in the Brazilian Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations - and later selection and analysis Of 11 dissertations and 04 theses in the Bank of Thesis and Dissertations of the Coordination of Improvement of Higher Level Personnel (CAPES). It is of absolute importance, to maintain the art of Gendang Beleq when it comes to its sustainability among the Sasak culture. Therefore, being the identity of Lombok Island in West Nusa Tenggara, the awareness of the people possessing such art is highly demanded, in order to safeguard its advancement. It means that when people do not realize that Gendang Beleq is an asset or representation of their culture, there are many uncertainties regarding the future of its existence. The most obvious thing is the lack of reference related to the explanation of the names of the instruments contained in this art, as well as the organology of Gendang Beleq that has never been published in the form of research journals and books. This paper is more of an effort to explore and understand the existence of each instrument in the Gendang Beleq ansamble group. To capture the value of knowledge and overall description related to Gendang Beleq's art in order to obtain data as desired, the time of the research is conducted using a qualitative approach. Organological studies are used to understand or explore the essence of the presence of each instrument. The researcher as the main instrument was in direct contact with the object of study. Various efforts such as in-depth interviews, documentation, direct involvement in art activities, and conducting in-depth dialogues with actors in this case are carried out to obtain thorough information related to the object of study.

O boom da internet nos últimos anos levou a sociedade a utilizar novas formas de comunicação. Seus usuários passaram de meros espectadores a produtores de conteúdo. Esta produção de conteúdo leva a uma evolução lógica dos métodos tradicionais de pesquisa, tanto no âmbito empresarial como nas instituições de ensino. Neste cenário, surge o método netnográfico ou, Netnografia. Esta nova ferramenta, focada na pesquisa online, e que favorece a coleta de informações on-line. Este estudo visa esclarecer o conceito básico a respeito da Netnografia, bem como demonstrar a utilização do método nos cursos de Pós-Graduação em Administração no Brasil.   PALAVRAS-CHAVE: Netnografia; Pós-Graduação; Metodologia da Pesquisa; Administração.   ABSTRACT The growing of the internet in recent years has led society to use new forms of communication. His users went from mere viewers to content producers. This leads to a logical evolution of traditional research methods, both in business and in educational institutions. In this scenario, the netnographic method appears. This new tool, focused on online research favors the collection of online information such as images, vídeos and comments. Resumen: El presente artículo titulado “Fortalecimiento del pensamiento numérico a través de estrategias didácticas que desarrollen competencias comunicativas en los estudiantes del grado tercero de educación primaria”, se refiere a una investigación que se encuentra en proceso, la cual surge de las experiencias pedagógicas vividas por su autora, quien ha venido observando las dificultades comunicativas que presentan los educandos de este grado y nivel de estudio, por lo cual considera pertinente diseñar diversas estrategias didácticas, que les permitirán no solamente fortalecer su pensamiento numérico, sino también facilitaran su proceso comunicacional que se proyectará en su vida diaria. Para el logro de este objetivo se propone una metodología de investigación acción, desde el enfoque cualitativo, donde el objeto de estudio es el proceso de aprendizaje de 14 estudiantes del grado tercero, de la jornada de la mañana de la Sede José Eusebio Caro No. 23, cuyas edades promedio está entre los 8 y 11años. Se utilizan como instrumentos de recolección de información los resultados obtenidos en las pruebas SABER con su respectivo análisis, el conversatorio, la prueba diagnóstica, la observación directa, el diario pedagógico y la aplicación de talleres en clase.Palabras clave Pensamiento numérico, Estrategias didácticas, Competencias Comunicativas, Educación PrimariaAbstract: This article entitled “Strengthening numerical thinking through didactic strategies that develop communicative skills in students in the third grade of primary education”, refers to a research that is in process, which arises from the pedagogical experiences experienced by its author, who has been observing the communicative difficulties presented by the students of this degree and level of study, for which it considers pertinent to design various teaching strategies, which will allow them not only to strengthen their numerical thinking, but also to facilitate their communicational process that will be projected in your daily life. To achieve this goal, an action research methodology is proposed, from the qualitative approach, where the object of study is the learning process of 14 students of the third grade, of the morning session of the Headquarters José Eusebio Caro No. 23, whose average ages are between 8 and 11 years. ResumenEn la presente investigación se realizó un análisis del alcoholismo desde el enfoque cualitativo, partiendo del supuesto de que esta metodología brinda un mejor acercamiento a la vivencia de las familias con un miembro alcohólico. Se tomó como eje central la perspectiva que tienen los hijos de un padre alcohólico sobre la experiencia misma, dado que las investigaciones señalan que dentro de la familia resultan ser los más afectados. Se utilizó como herramienta de análisis las historias de vida de 4 jóvenes estudiantes universitarios hijos de un padre alcohólico, obteniendo una categoría que permitió desentrañar la complejidad de la vivencia: “Cambio en la perspectiva del hijo y su participación en la familia”. De acuerdo con las interpretaciones realizadas se reafirma que una adicción causa más daño físico, psicológico y emocional a la familia que al propio enfermo; a su vez se concluyó que dicha problemática provoca inestabilidad en el ambiente familiar y se percibe como hostil, lo cual lleva al hijo a resignificar el concepto de familia que tiene, de modo que cambia su postura dentro de la misma, en un inicio tomando funciones que no le corresponden para terminar desvinculándose debido al desgaste de las relaciones paterno-filiales.   Palabras Clave: Alcoholismo, Padre, Hijos, Perspectiva, Vivencia.AbstractOn the current research it was developed an alcoholism analysis from the qualitative approach asumming that this kind of methodology brings a deeper look of the family experience with an alcoholic member. The children perspective was taken as a central matter of the study through living with an alcoholic father, given that the literature has said that they turn out to be the most affected. According to the purpose of the research, the life stories of four young college students with an alcoholic father served, getting from it a main category that simplifies the living of it: “Child’s development within the family and changes in their vision of it”. In obedience to the interpretations, it was confirmed that an addiction causes more physical, psychological and emotional damage to the family than to the addict. It also has come to the conclusion that this problematic causes inestability in the family enviroment perceived as hostile which leads the children to change the meaning they give to family while it changes their position within. At first, the children assume responsabilities that don’t belong to them and then they end up disassociating from the family due to the wear of the parent-child relationships.Key words: Alcoholism, father, children, vision, experience.

Un buen líder organizacional debe buscar modificar la habilidad y destreza de sus empleados para, de manera efectiva, solucionar los problemas concretos que surgen de situaciones de trabajo que poseen ciertos márgenes de incertidumbre y complejidad técnica, de allí lo fundamental de la motivación. Esta investigación tuvo como propósito interpretar la motivación laboral como estrategia para mejorar el desempeño del personaladministrativo de la Zona Educativa del estado Guárico (Venezuela). Metodológicamente se suscribe al paradigma postpositivista, con un enfoque cualitativo, con una perspectiva interpretativa, bajo el método hermenéutico. Los informantes clave fueron tres trabajadores de esa división. Como técnicas de recolección se emplearon la observación participativa y la entrevista en profundidad; las de interpretación fueron la categorización, la contrastación y la triangulación. Entre los hallazgos más relevantes están la poca motivación de los trabajadores para desarrollar acciones que impulsen el logro de los objetivos emanados desde el ente rector y el ambiente laboral es, generalmente, tenso y conflictivo, lo que genera inseguridad e incomodidad. Abstract A good organizational leader must seek to modify his employees’ skills and abilities, in order to solve, effectively, specific problems in work situations that have certain margins of uncertainty and technical complexity, hence the fundamental motivation. The research’s purpose was to interpret work motivation as a strategy to improve the staff’s performance of the Zona Educativa Guárico administrative personnel division.The methodology was subscribed to the post positivist paradigm, with a qualitative approach, framed in an interpretive perspective, under the hermeneutical method. The study scenario was the Zona Educativa de Guárico State personnel division, for the study execution three workers from that division were taken as key informants. Among the information collection techniques that were used are participatory observationand in-depth interviews. The study interpretation techniques were categorization, contrast and triangulation. Among the most relevant findings is that: in terms of work motivation, there are few incentives on the part of the institution, since they do not carry out any type of motivating actions in order to impulse them to achieve the objectives emanating from the governing principal. Regarding the reflections, we have that the work environment is generally tense and a little conflictive. Some try to do their homework in a cordial way, but they are very few. In order to improve the business climate, the Indonesian government focuses on carrying out a fundamental reform program. One part of the program is issuing online business licenses. As a form of compliance, the Ministry of Trade (MoT) needs to implement the Integrated Trade Licensing System (ITLS), where the system’s values will be made possible through a collaboration between government agencies. This condition illustrates a self-organizing network of organizations where each agency will be able to contribute its values and result in a new set of values. This concept is aligned with the extended organization. This paper aims to examine how ITLS can successfully work through government agencies’ collaboration in an extended organization. The research methodology used a qualitative approach by collecting data through documentation study, observation, and interviews. The study found that trade licenses can only be issued if the value given by the extended organization is sent to ITLS with the assistance of information technology (IT). This research is expected to be a lesson learned of extended organization concept in government agencies.

Resumo O presente artigo traz os resultados de uma pesquisa que objetivou investigar os detalhes no cotidiano de uma sala de aula do Ensino Fundamental I com crianças de 6 e 7 anos ao vivenciarem o encontro do cinema na escola, bem como compreender que tipo de práticas pedagógicas podem ser construídas a partir da experiência do cinema e de que maneira podem promover/criar/afetar/transmitir/ transformar os alunos e estimular a produção de conhecimento, além de verificar como a relação das crianças com os desenhos animados, inspirados no Sítio do Pica-Pau Amarelo conduz a um aprendizado que permite uma leitura de mundo no qual as experiências prévias das crianças somam-se à própria experiência do cinema. No que tange à metodologia, trata-se de uma pesquisa que está inserida na abordagem qualitativa, com a utilização das pesquisas bibliográfica, documental e pesquisa-ação. Os dados foram analisados por meio da análise de conteúdo trazida por Bardin (1979). Os resultados e as conclusões/considerações finais apontam que o cinema na escola possibilita a construção de práticas pedagógicas como formação humana dos educandos que estão em contato com o mundo, para provocar movimentos de apropriação, revelação e criação, tecendo elo entre o cinema, a educação e o cinema na escola, tido como potencialidade para se pensar a educação no país. Pedagogical practices from the cinema as an experience without a strength shirt AbstractThis article presents the results of a research that aimed to investigate the details in the daily life of a classroom with children between 6 and 7 years from “Ensino Fundamental I” when experiencing the meeting of the cinema in the school. Moreover, this paper intends to understand what kind of pedagogical practices can be built from the experience of cinema, and how this experience can promote /create/affect/transmit/transform students and stimulate the production of knowledge. We also investigate how the relationship between children and cartoons, inspired by the Pica Pau Amarelo Site, leads to a learning process that allows a reading of the world in which the children’s previous experiences are added to the experience of the cinema itself. Regarding the methodology, it is a research that is inserted in the qualitative approach, with the use of bibliographical, documentary and action research. The data were analyzed through the analysis of content brought by (BARDIN, 1979). The results / conclusions / or the final considerations point out that the cinema in the school makes possible the construction of pedagogical practices, like human formation of the students who are in contact with the world to provoke movements of appropriation, revelation and creation, building a link between the cinema and education and cinema in the school. Los resultados / conclusiones / o las consideraciones finales apuntan que el cine en la escuela posibilita la construcción de prácticas pedagógicas, como formación humana de los educandos que están en contacto con el mundo para provocar movimientos de apropiación, revelación y creación, tejiendo el eslabón entre el cine y el cine educación y cine en la escuela, tenido como potencial para pensar la educación en el país. This article aims to contribute to the studies of research methodology. To this end, we seek to reflect on the experience of an engaged research that clearly shows the influence of the researcher’s existential trajectory on the choice of her object of study, as well as the methodological perspectives that favor the experience of intersubjectivity in the production of knowledge. The ultimate goal is to show that scientific research can be conducted based on a methodological paradigm that breaks with the subject-object dichotomy. As a reference to this discussion, we take an investigation that sought to understand how women constitute themselves as female subjects of theological knowledge and what power dynamics pervade the processes of entering and constructing a female faculty career in a place marked by hegemonic discourses and gender logics of a male social order. Therefore, we emphasize the hermeneutic perspective, as it allows to capture the meanings that female professors assign to their actions and experiences in the universe of theological knowledge. Hermeneutics as a research methodology favor the production of knowledge that is not intended as universal, but rather situated, subjective, and open to new interpretation perspectives. Such characteristics are central in the feminist epistemologies that seek to demystify the pure objectivity and universality of knowledge, showing that the subjects of knowledge are always immersed in a certain situation, position, and circumstance, and that, therefore, no knowledge is produced from nowhere.

The purpose of this research is to know the success of benchmarking of madrasah head in transforming madrasah, to know benchmarking of head of madrasah, to know transformation that happened at madrasah, and to know benchmarking of madrasah head to transform madrasah. The research methodology used is descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Analysis of the data using the model of Miles and Huberman and data validity technique uses triangulation data. The results show that the success of madrasah head benchmarking in transforming with active commitment in managing madrasah, understanding the advantages and weaknesses of madrasah, innovating in madrasah, and applying benchmarking results in madrasah. Benchmarking process is self-evaluation of madrasah program, comparison with referral madrasah, reflection of madrasah performance and backbiting towards benchmarking of madrasah. The madrasah transformation covers the aspects of input, process transformation in madrasah, transformation of madrasah output and transformation of madrasah culture. The conclusion of this research can be seen that through benchmarking the head of madrasah can make the head of madrasah do madrasah transformation. The implication of this research is that benchmarking done by head of madrasah is not necessarily self-done. This requires the responsibility and commitment of all madrasahs in it, managerial skills, adequate human resources, and empowerment of all personnel in the madrasah.
