  The purpose of this study was to determine the spiritual intelligence of students through fasting. This type of research is qualitative. The approach chosen by the author is phenomenology. Determination of data sources in this study according to the information obtained in the form of words and documents that are presented and described as they are and examined in order to find meaning. The researcher acts directly as an instrument and as a data collector from the results of observations, interviews and documentation. The results of this study are students who carry out Ramadan fasting at the Ummul Quro Al-Islami Islamic boarding school feel a different spiritual spirit from the previous months. Santri are more enthusiastic in reading the Qur'an, more enthusiastic in praying in congregation, getting up at night for tahajjud prayer, sharing food sincerely, especially when breaking the fast, patiently waiting for the Maghrib call to prayer, feeling supervised by Allah in fasting so that they are more honest with themselves. and there are still many positive values ​​that are felt. As for some of the wisdom of fasting as follows; fasting makes a person able to gain degrees of piety, fasting increases faith, fasting can train one's sincerity, fasting gives peace of mind, fasting trains a person to always feel the presence of Allah, fasting trains patience, fasting educates someone to have high social empathy, fasting educates someone to have a soul big, and fasting trains honesty.

 The purpose of this research is to find out to find out the purpose and purpose of human creation. The approach chosen by the author is phenomenology. Determination of data sources in this study according to the information obtained in the form of words and documents that are presented and described as they are and examined in order to find meaning. The researcher acts directly as an instrument and as a data collector from the results of observations, interviews and documentation. The result of this study is that the students of the Instiutut Ummul Quro Al-Islami realized the purpose of human creation, namely humans were created by Allah swt to this earth as no other than as caliphs (maintainers) and as servants. Humans are given the task by Allah as caliph, namely to prosper the earth and everything in it, while humans as servants are that humans are given the task to serve Allah swt by bringing the vision and mission from Allah to get His pleasure and can be applied through the educational process.

Abstract Reading is a process carried out and used by the reader to obtain a message, which the writer wants to convey through the media of written language. A process that demands that groups of words which are a unity be seen at a glance, and so that the meaning of individual words will be known. If this is not fulfilled, then the explicit and implicit message will not be captured or understood, and the reading process will not be carried out properly. A process that demands that groups of words that represent a group will be seen in a glance, and so that the meaning of individual words will be known. This study aims to describe the language skills of Uswatun Hasanah Middle School students in Buru Regency. The research location is in the Islamic boarding school of Uswatun hasanah Namlea. data and data sources namely students of class VII Uswatun hasanah. the method in this study is PTK or classroom action research. The results of the study showed that the language skills of the seventh grade junior high students were very prominent as evidenced by the assignment of language assignments, namely. This article aims to describe: the implementation of the SQ3R model to the ability to examine the characters contained in fiction texts in grade IV students of SDN Ganung Kidul 1 Nganjuk in the 2019/2020 Academic Year. This article is an descriptive qualitative research carried out through five stages, namely: (1) data collection; (2) determination of the sample; (3) recording data; (4) reduction; and (5) drawing conclusions. Data sources in this article are journals and books relating to the learning of the SQ3R model on learning to examine the characters contained in fiction texts. These data provide an overview of the application of the SQ3R model on the ability to examine the characters contained in fictional texts. Furthermore, the object of the research is the learning model SQ3R with a subject of 22 students. The conclusion of the article shows that: this SQ3R model is very good to be applied to the basic competencies of Indonesian language class IV semester II, namely the ability to examine the characters contained in fiction texts.

The purpose of this research is to study and to analyze the pattern of tourist destinations to determine the excellence of attractions in each district in the Special Region of Yogyakarta, as a tourist attraction. This research uses qualitative research methods with sampling techniques using positive sampling. Data sources used are informants, tourist attractions, and documents. Determination of the advantages of a tourist attraction in a regency and even in the Special Region of Yogyakarta aims to increase the selling power or visitors of a tourist attraction and become an icon or mascot in the regency or region in Yogyakarta Special Region. From the results of the discussion, it was concluded that the most preeminent in the Yogyakarta Special Region was Tourism, Beach and Temple Villages. This study aims to analyze the role of job satisfaction in mediating the relationship between emotional intelligence and intellectual intelligence on the performance of the high school teachers. This study uses a research design with an associative quantitative approach. Data was collected through documentation and online questionnaires. This study used a sample of 39 respondents with the determination of the sample size using the saturated sample formula. Partial least square is applied to examine the relationship between teacher performance, job satisfaction, emotional intelligence and intellectual intelligence. The results of this study indicate that of the seven hypotheses developed there are two accepted hypotheses, that is, for the effect of emotional intelligence on job satisfaction, it is obtained that the results of a significant effect and the influence of spiritual intelligence on teacher performance are also obtained significant results. Meanwhile, the other 5 hypotheses developed were not significant. Through the findings of this study, it is hoped that it can provide additional information for various parties, especially the school, to pay attention to the factors that affect teacher performance and job satisfaction, so that teachers gain comfort and confidence to continue to improve their performance in implementing learning in schools.

Praise readings after the call to prayer as one method to be used as a guide for children in stimulating spiritual intelligence. This method is effective if used for early childhood. With praise, children can memorize the obligatory nature of God, prayer, and prayers. In it, there is a moral message so that the reading of praise can inspire children to be applied in everyday life. Praise readings have a high religious meaning in which there are meanings of monotheism, tawakal, istigfar, and worship to the Prophet. Praise also contains remembrance, exhortation, and advice. Living up to its meaning, it is very beneficial and has a role for children's spiritual intelligence. This research took place in the Madin Ula Al Huda Institute, Sumbertlaseh Village, Dander District, Bojonegoro Regency. This paper describes the spiritual intelligence of children in the Madin Ula Al Huda institution Sumbertlaseh Village, Dander District, Bojonegoro Regency. It can be concluded that praise can lead children to get to know the Attributes of God, to be prepared, pray so that it makes it easier for children to memorize them. This effort to instill spiritual intelligence through praise in Madin Ula Al Huda Sumbertlaseh Village is categorized as effective so that children can apply these habits not only in madrasas and children are motivated to implement those in the praise.

Abstract Constitution mandates that the national economy should be run by promoting people's welfare. This study intends to analyze the mechanisms and criteria for state intervention in order to provide legal protection to consumers and other businesseman in creating healthy business competition. This study uses doctrinal method research in the form of evaluative research. The approach which is used is the approach of legislation with secondary data sources in the form of primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. From the discussion and showed that the mechanism of state intervention is likethe delimitation of the price tolerance 10 % for rice, granting subsidies (BLT), market operations, tariff Arrangement of Impor Tax, Price Determination of Government Purchase (HPP), Restrictions of food exports. While the criteria for state intervention is the production branches which are important for the country and dominate the life of many people, the production branches are arranged legislation, organized by the state or body or institution established or designated by the government.AbstrakUndang-Undang Dasar 1945 mengamanatkan bahwa perekonomian nasional harus dijalankan dengan mengedepankan kesejahteraan rakyat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis mekanisme dan kriteria intervensi negaradalam rangka memberikan perlindungan hukum kepada konsumen dan pelaku usaha lainnya dalam mewujudkan persaingan usaha sehat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian doktrinal dalam bentuk penelitian evaluatif. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan perundang-undangan dengan sumber data sekunder berupa bahan hukum primer, sekunder dan tersier. Dari hasil pembahasan dan penelitian diperoleh bahwa mekanisme inrevensi harga adalahseperti penetapan batas toleransi harga 10% untuk beras, Pemberian Subsidi (Harga/BLT), Operasi Pasar, Pengaturan Tarif Bea Masuk Impor, Penetapan Harga Pembelian Pemerintah (HPP), Pembatasan Ekspor Pangan. Sedangkan kriteria intervensi negara yaitu pada cabang-cabang produksi yang penting bagi negara dan menguasai hajat hidup orang banyak, cabang-cabang produksi tersebut diatur undang-undang, diselenggarakan oleh BUMN atau badan atau lembaga yang dibentuk atau ditunjuk oleh pemerintah.

<p><em>Spiritual intelligence is Supposed to be the main concern in education. This is done by the teaching of religious ethical values by example from the family, school and community. through the practice of worship, Such as fasting a month in Ramadhan (Refrain from eating and drinking or anything that may nevertheless invalidate the fast, all day from dawn until sunset in the month of Ramadan).  fasting, reading and understanding the holy book the Qur'an, physical and social environment conducive. when the spirituality of the students are organized, it will be Easier to organize other aspects of personality.  Fasting during Ramadan is a momentum for character building. Fasting will let people have strong principles, patience, Sincerity and do not give up and have the solidarity and love each other. That principle has now started to disappear. Moment of  Ramadan  may also be a school agenda for character building, with this media, students are expected to remember and go back to the true identity of the sacred and sublime, with the values of humanity and wisdom. When the values of human nature come back on the track, then the equality and solidarity will color the days of the students. Fasting has a horizontal dimension with a strong social life Such as charity, served meals to the orphans, be patient in facing the problem. there are some excellent values for building the character of students. It is Appropriate if the moment of Ramadan fasting would be passed on in the schools as a program after the month of Ramadan in shaping the character of students through the activities of the sunnah fasting( not </em><em>compulsory fasting) </em><em>  twice a week Monday-Thursday, or give students the freewill to negotiate to determine how many times a week or every month held sunnah fasting together, the idea of the Sunnah fasting is influence on the formation of student character effectively.</em></p>
