Background: Abortion provocateurs criminalis is an abortion that occurs due to actions that are not legal or not based on medical indications. The incidence of abortion in Indonesia according to the BKKBN every year there is an increase of about 15% and of that number 800,000 of them are carried out by young women who are still sitting in school. Data found in SMK Cokroaminoto, Manado City, 5 female students who dropped out of school due to pregnancy out of wedlock and 2 of them took shortcuts by aborting provocateurs criminals. Objective: This study is to determine the effect of health education on the level of knowledge of adolescent girls about abortion provocateurs criminals. Method: The research design used was a pre-experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest method in which the design features were not compared to a control group. The study population was female teenagers grade X and XI at SMK Cokroaminoto Manado, amounting to 49 people. The sampling technique used was Total Sampling, as many as 31 people. Results: Analysis with the Wilcoxon signed-rank test. The test results have a significant effect on health education about abortion provocateurs criminal on the level of knowledge of young women (α ≤ 0.05 ie p-value = 0,000). Conclusion: Health education about abortion provocatus criminals increases the knowledge of young women. Suggestions are expected that young women can increase awareness to prevent abortion of provocateurs criminalis.

Background: Anemia experienced by young women often occurs when they are menstruating. Young women must have knowledge about these conditions, so that they can overcome these problems properly. Objectives: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of health education on the level of knowledge of adolescents about anemia. Methods: The research design used in this study was pre-experimental with a one-group pre-post test design approach. This research was conducted at the Islamic Boarding School of Tahfizh Putri Alfirdaus Hidayatullah, Sekardangan, Sidoarjo on February 28, 2021. The sampling technique used in this study was total sampling. The number of samples in this study were 24 respondents. This study uses health education materials about anemia for the treatment given and a modified questionnaire from Zulaekah's (2007) knowledge level questionnaire with a Cronbach Alpha value of .594. This research was conducted by providing health education to respondents about anemia. Before the health education was carried out, the researcher conducted a pre-test to measure the respondent's level of knowledge. After the health education was carried out, the researcher conducted a post-test to evaluate the respondents' level of knowledge about anemia. The statistical test carried out in this study is the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test with significant level α < 0.05. Results: Based on data analysis using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test, it was found that there was an effect of health education on the level of adolescent knowledge about anemia (p-value = .011). Conclusion: It is important to provide health education about anemia to young women, so that they can find out what conditions they experience when they are anemic due to menstruation. Health workers are expected to provide this health education through health counseling or education.   Keywords: The effect of health education, anemia, knowledge level, adolescent girls.

AbstrakLatar Belakang : Informasi tentang menstruasi yang kurang berdampak pada pengetahuan remaja putri dalam menghadapi menarche. Salah satu upaya pemerintah dalam mengatasi hal tersebut dengan memberikan pendidikan kesehatan melalui program puskesmas. Namun hasil studi pendahuluan yang dilakukan menunjukkan program tersebut belum efektif karena hanya diberikan kepada beberapa siswi saja dan sebagian besar responden masih memiliki pengetahuan menarche yang kurang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan terhadap pengetahuan remaja putri pra pubertas tentang menarche. Metode : Desain penelitian ini adalah quasy experimental design dengan rancangan pretest-posttest group design. Populasinya remaja siswi kelas 4 dan 5 tahun 2019, pengambilan sampling dengan teknik propotional random sampling dengan besar sample sebanyak 32 responden. Variabel independen adalah pendidikan kesehatan, pada pertemuan pertama dengan metode ceramah dan pada pertemuan posttest, dan variable dependen adalah pengetahuan tentang menarche. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis univariat dan bivariat dengan uji Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test dan Mann Whitney U Test.  Hasil : hasil penelitian terdapat perbedaan antara kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol dalam hal pengetahuan (p<0,001). Nilai pengetahuan kelompok perlakuan mengalami kenaikan yang signifikan (61,7%) setelah diberikan perlakuan ceramah, sedangkan kelompok kontrol mengalami sedikit kenaikan (1,56%). Kesimpulan : ada pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan terhadap pengetahuan remaja putri pra pubertas tentang menarche.AbstractBackground: The information about menstruation has less impact on the knowledge of young women in about menarche. The government's efforts to overcome this problem is by providing health education through the program from Public Health Center or Puskemas. However, the results of previous studies showed that the program had not been effective because it was only given to a few students. Most of the respondents still did not have sufficient knowledge about menarche. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of health education on the knowledge of pre-puberty young women about menarche. Methods: The design used in this study was quasi-experimental design with a pretest-posttest group design. Pre-puberty young women in Grades 4 and 5 of 2019 were chosen as the research population. The sampling was conducted using the technique of proportional random sampling with a sample size of 32 respondents. The independent variable used is health education. The first meeting was done with lecture method, the second was posttest. On the other hand, the dependent variable is knowledge about menarche. The analysis was performed using Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test and Mann Whitney U Test.  Results: The results of the study show that there is a difference between the treatment group and the control group in terms of knowledge (p <0.001). The value of the knowledge in the treatment group experienced a significant increase by 61,7% after being given a lecture while the control group only experienced a slight increase by 1,56%.. Conclusion: Health education influences the knowledge of pre-puberty young women about menarche

Background: One of the health development in Indonesia in the period of 2015-2019 was focused on reducing the stunting of under-fives. One of the government's tasks to overcome stunting is to oversee the growth and development of infants. This task reaches the level of basic health services, namely Posyandu which is carried out by trained cadres. Objective: to determine the effect of providing health education to the knowledge and behavior of Posyandu cadres in monitoring the growth and development of toddlers in Sukoharjo Methods: This type of research uses Quasi Experiment. The population in this study were all Posyandu cadres in Sukoharjo Village. The population is 120 cadres. Sampling technique with total sampling. The questionnaire used in this study used a closed questionnaire. Data analysis using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test Results: Most respondents have sufficient behavior as much as 96 respondents (80%), whereas after being given health education there is an increase in the good category of 96 people (80%). If seen from the Wilcoxon rank test, a p-value of 0,000 <0.05 is obtained, meaning that there are differences in behavior among respondents after being given health education. Conclusion: There is an influence of health education on knowledge and behavior in monitoring growth and development in the village of Sukoharjo

Background:Data The Bombana Health Office stated that the details of stunting cases in 19 Districts were highest in Central Kabaena District with 160 cases, Central Kabaena 120 cases, Masolaka Raya 57 cases, North Poleang 54 cases, and the lowest was Mataoleo District. The purpose of this research isto analyze the effect of health education in efforts to prevent stunting through changes in knowledge, attitudes and actions of mothers of children under five in Masolaka Raya District, Bombana Regency. Methods:The research conducted was a quasi-experimental study with a non-equivalent control group design. The population in this study amounted to 159 people. The sample size was 114 people. The data were processed using the Wilcoxon signed rank test and the Kruskal Wallis H. test. Result:Based on the test results with the Wilcoxon signed rank test, the significance value shows the value of p-value = 0.000 <? = 0.05 for all health education methods to increase the knowledge of mothers under five in preventing stunting in Masolaka Raya District, Bombana Regency. Conclusion:There is an effect of health education with the lecture method, lecture method and leaflet, lecture method and video on increasing the knowledge of mothers under five in preventing stunting in Masolaka Raya District, Bombana Regency.

Massage baby was done to smooth the surface of the skin performed by the hand which aims to produce effects of neurons, the muscles, respiratory systems and circulating blood and limpha.The aim of this research is to find out about babies health is the educational practices massage ain on an infant by the baby. Method: Research design was pretest-postest without control group designs. Research sample was 20 mother who have babies age 0-12 months in the BPS kirana, Jatinom Village, it choosed with purposive sampling. Analysis using wilcoxon, with significant level ≤0.05 Result: The results showed that health education of baby massage influence baby massage skill, with wilcoxon signed rank test obtained p-value 0,000. Discuss: With education about the expected health massage parents babies have knowledge and skills of massage infants it can massaging her baby independently and right.

Abortion acts carried out by teenagers illegally have an impact, both physically and psychologically. Every year in Indonesia there is an increase in cases of abortion around 15% and of these 800,000 of them are carried out by young women who are still students. This study aimed to determine the effect of health education on criminalis provocatus abortion on the level of knowledge of teenage girl.The research design used was pre-experimental one-group pre-post-test design to compare knowledge before and after being given health education about criminalis provocatus abortion. The study population was all teenage girl in the SMK Cokroaminoto Manado City, amounting to 49 people. The sample technique used is totall sampling, which is as many as 49 people. Analysis by Wilcoxon signed rank test. The test results have a significant influence on health education about criminalis provocatus abortion on the level of knowledge of teenage girl (a 5 0.05, p-value = 0,000). Background: The first labor anxiety is an unpleasant psychological condition due to physiological changes that cause psychological instability. The condition of excessive anxiety, worry, fear without cause, and stress, causes the muscles of the body to tense up, especially the muscles in the birth path to become stiff and hard, making it difficult to expand. This study analyzed the effect of pregnancy exercise on third trimester primigravida anxiety in dealing with childbirth. Methods: Quasi experimental design with nonrandomized pretest-postest control group. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with 34 research subjects. 17 people for the treatment group were given pregnancy exercise 8 times, and 17 people for the control group were given health education about preparation for childbirth. Results: The results of data analysis using the Wilcoxon signed rank test showed that the average reduction in the treatment group was 8.00 and the control group was 3.00. The effect of pregnancy exercise on third trimester primigravida anxiety in the treatment group with a p-value (0.000) <(0.05), while the control group with a p-value (0.180)> (0.05). Conclusion: There is an effect of pregnancy exercise on third trimester primigravida anxiety in dealing with childbirth in the Wuryantoro Health Center work area.

Sectio caesarea is a surgical procedure in giving birth with an abdominal incision and uterus that have higher morbidity than normal childbirth. Foot bath treatment is one part of post natal spa can release endorphins in the brain which is a natural pain reliever. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of foot bath treatment on post SC pain in Melati room RSUD dr Soekardjo Tasikmalaya. This research was used pre eksperimental with pretest posttest design. The research instrument used Numerical Rating Scale (NRS). Sampling technique was used purposive sampling with 30 respondents. Foot bath treatment is done for 15 minutes. The analyzed was by Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. The result of this research showed that the scale of pain before getting foot bath treatment is mostly moderate pain as many as 26 peoples (87,7%). The scale of pain after getting foot bath treatment is mostly mild pain as many as 25 peoples (83,3%). The result of the statistical test showed p value 0,000 <0,05 it means there is an effect of foot bath treatment to post SC pain.

 Latar Belakang : Kehamilan melibatkan berbagai perubahan fisiologis antara lain perubahan fisik, perubahan sistem pencernaan, sistem respirasi, sistem traktus urinarius,muskuloskeletal dan sirkulasi. Dalam proses adaptasi tidak jarang ibu akan mengalami ketidaknyamanan salah satunya adalah nyeri punggung, meskipun nyeri punggung adalah hal fisiologis namun tetap perlu diberikan suatu penanganan, seperti yoga prenatal. Tujuan : untuk mengetahui pengaruh yoga prenatal terhadap nyeri punggung pada ibu hamil trimester II dan III. Metode penelitrian dengan quasi experiment Desain penelitian Pretest and Postest Without Control Group Design. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 30 ibu hamil Trimester II dan III, alat ukur kuesioner Numeric Pain Rating Scale (NPRS). Penelitian dilakukan bulan April tahun 2019. Data dianalisis dengan Wilcoxon (Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yoga prenatal terhadap penurunan intensitas nyeri punggung pada ibu hamil trimenster II dan III karena nilai Asym. Sig sebesar 0,000(p value < 0,05).

According to the National Commission for Child Protection in Indonesian at 2008 to 2010 abortions reached 2.5 million cases and 62.2% among teenagers. That caused by  lacking  of knowledge about abortion at teenagers. The impac of  lacking of knowledge is bad attitude towards abortion. Method: Research design was quasy experiment. Research sample was 22 students of 1 and 2 grade SMA PGRI Srengat  at April 22nd until May 5th, 2012, its choosed with total sampling. Data collected by observation using checklist. Analysis using Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test, with significant level ≤0.05. Result: The results showed that health education influence knowledge and attitude, with p value 0.001. Discussion: Health education using video and leaflet, effective to improve knowledge and attitude student about abortion.
