The Banyumas Regency government intends to develop the potential of economy creative in their region through the Banyumas Regent Decree No.050/462/Year 2018 about creative economy committee. In connection with the stipulation of the policy, was reviewed the process of selecting the Banyumas Regent Decree Number 050/462/Year 2018 concerning Banyumas Creative Economy Committee as a regional policy, the election of the Banyumas Regent Decree Number 050/ 462/Year 2018 concerning the Banyumas Creative Economy Committee based on criteria technical feasibility; political viability; economic and financial possibility; and  administrative operability, and to find out whether there are other criteria used by the Banyumas Regency Government when determining the Banyumas Regent Decree Number 050/462/Year 2018. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method. The selection of informants uses purposive sampling and snowball sampling. Data is collected through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis method used is an interactive analysis method. To accomplish the validity of the data, the criteria for the degree of trust, transferability, dependability and certainty were used.                 The results showed that the alternative policy was chosen based on the criteria for selecting the alternative policy: 1) Technical feasibility, it was found that the purpose of establishing KEK was as a forum for ecraf’s actors. 2) Economic and financial, KEK doesn’t receive any special funds and no goals have been achieved. 3) Political viability, this policy doesn’t contradicting with the applicable regulations. 4) Administrative Operability policy is realistic, but the support from the nine offices has not been maximal. 5) The criteria chosen are based on the success of the other regions and then it is adopted. It is the main criteria in the process of selecting and determining KEK as an alternative policy for the development of creative economy potentian in Banyumas Regency

<p><strong>Abstract </strong>:.<strong> </strong>This research aims to analyze the performance of the DPRD Grobogan in realizing Good Governance.<strong> </strong>The theory used to analyze problems in this research is the theory of functional structural property of Talcott Parson, where in theory there are four (4) concept, i.e. Adaptation, AGIL,Goal attainment, Integration and Latency. The method used in this research is qualitative method with descriptive qualitative aprroach. In the technique of selection of informants, researchers using a purposive sampling, i.e operates on a key informant.  Data collection techniques used by researchers is to use observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. In order to test the validity of the data, the testers use the triangulation of the data. Triangulation of the data used in this research is the technique of triangulation of sources. Data analysis techniques used areinteractive analysis techniques. Interactive analysis of engineering consists of a reduction of data, display data, preparation of conclusions and verification.<strong> </strong>From the results of the study it was found that the performance of the DPRD Grobogan in performing the function of legislation by 2016 rated pretty good, because it is quite productive, resulting in fourteen (14) of regulation regions and among themthere are 2 (two) of Legislative Initiatives regulations. The performance of the DPRD Grobogan in carrying out the functions of the Budget in 2016 are rated good because in accordance with their function. The performance of the DPRD Grobogan in exercising oversight functions in 2016 are rated good due to carry out a lot of supervision even exceeded the planned target.</p><p><strong>Keyword : </strong>DPRD, performance, good governance</p><p> </p><p><strong>Abstrak </strong>: Penelitian ini bertujuan guna menganalisis kinerja DPRD Kabupaten Grobogan dalam mewujudkan Good Governance. <strong> </strong>Teori yang digunakan guna menganalisis permasalahan dalam riset ini ialah teori fungsional structural milik Talcott Parson, dimana dalam teori tersebut terdapat 4 (empat) konsep, yaitu AGIL, Adaptation, Goal attainment, Integration dan Latency. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Dalam teknik pemilihan informan, peneliti menggunakan purposive sampling, yakni menitik beratkan pada informan kunci. Teknik pengumpulan data yang  digunakan oleh peneliti ialah dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara mendalam, serta dokumentasi. Guna menguji keabsahan data, penguji menggunakan triangulasi data. Triangulasi data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini merupakan teknik triangulasi sumber. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis interaktif. Teknik analisis interaktif ini terdiri dari adanya reduksi data, display data, penyusunan kesimpulan dan verifikasi.<strong> </strong>Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa Kinerja DPRD kabupaten Grobogan dalam melaksanakan fungsi legislasi pada tahun 2016 dinilai cukup bagus, karena cukup produktif, menghasilkan 14 (empat belas) Peraturan Daerah dan diantaranya terdapat 2 (dua) Perda Inisiatif DPRD. Kinerja DPRD kabupaten Grobogan dalam melaksanakan fungsi Anggaran pada tahun 2016 dinilai bagus karena sesuai dengan tupoksinya. Kinerja DPRD kabupaten Grobogan dalam melaksanakan fungsi pengawasan pada tahun 2016 dinilai baik karena melaksanakan banyak pengawasan bahkan melebihi target yang direncanakan.</p><strong>Kata Kunci : </strong>Kinerja, DPRD, good governance

This study aims to describe and analyze how the implementation and process of earthquake disaster mitigation at Universitas Andalas. This research was motivated by the high risk of earthquake disasters at Universitas Andalas and the still low education and understanding of students and academic aspirations of disaster mitigation. So it is necessary to optimize mitigation activities in the Universitas Andalas campus area. This is in accordance with Law Number 24 of 2007 concerning Disaster Management and the Tridarma of Higher Education which has a strategic role in disaster management, especially in relation to learning, research and community service. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, data collection techniques using interviews and documentation. To test the authenticity of the data obtained in the field, researchers used source triangulation techniques. The selection of informants was done by purposive sampling. As for the results of this study, in general, disaster mitigation activities in increasing awareness of the threat of an earthquake in Universitas Andalas have not run optimally. This is evidenced by the implementation of several activities that failed to achieve the target in the form of increased disaster alertness and increased understanding of students and academics on disaster mitigation, the absence of regulations containing the implementation of disaster mitigation activities at Universitas Andalas. Lack of involvement of external organizations in implementing disaster mitigation activities, as well as limited human resources and budget in implementing disaster mitigation activities. The development of complementary therapies especially infertility treatment is increasing. A qualitative research was conducted to explore the experience of infertile women undergoing nursing complementary therapy. Eight women participated in this research were selected by purposive sampling method based on the inclusion criteria. Selection of participants was done using snowball sampling. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and field notes. Data analysis was performed using thematic content analysis and stages suggested by Collaizi. The results of this research  were: 1) Feeling of sadness was experienced by infertile women 2) Increasing age and the insistence of the family caused anxiety to infertile women, 3) Infertile women chose nursing complementary because they want to get pregnant naturally 4) Various ways and efforts were done by infertile women to get pregnant, 5) Infertile women had appropriate perception toward complementary nursing 6) Family supports were needed to succeed the complementary nursing. In conclusion, complementary nursing was very important to be chosen as one of solution for infertile couples. It is recommended that maternity nurses optimize their roles in giving information and support to infertile women.

This study aims to describe the implementation of educational infrastructure management at IAIN Surakarta in the era of technological disruption, to identify the implementation of the transformation of educational infrastructure management at IAIN Surakarta in the era of technological disruption, and to find the benefits of transforming educational infrastructure management at IAIN Surakarta in the era of technological disruption. This research uses a descriptive qualitative case study method. The place of research is at the State Islamic Institute (IAIN) Surakarta Campus. Sources of research data using a combined method, namely, first, purposive sampling by determining the informants who know in depth about the focus of research. Second, with what goes on like a snowball or snowball sampling. The data of this research was extracted from the research subject, namely the academic community of IAIN Surkarta, and the informants were the leaders of the academic community of IAIN Surkarta starting from the Chancellor, Assistant Chancellor and other leaders. Data collection techniques in this study using documents, in-depth interviews, and observation. The method used to check the validity of the data is the credibility test, transferability test, dependability test, and confirmability test. The data analysis technique used in this research is through interactive analysis techniques. The results show that IAIN Surakarta has transformed the development of educational infrastructure through very mature management under the leadership of the Chancellor of IAIN Surakarta; the implementation of the transformation of educational infrastructure management at IAIN Surakarta in the era of technological disruption has run smoothly with the support of human resources and increasingly modern information and technology systems, various existing infrastructure facilities have met the standards set and are able to meet various demands of globalization; The benefits of transforming the management of educational infrastructure at IAIN Surakarta in the era of technological disruption are enormous for the progress of the IAIN Surakarta campus in supporting the smooth quality of the learning process.

Health tourism is a travel activity to get health services. Yogyakarta is one of the provinces that has the potential to develop health tourism. This is seen by Yogyakarta type A hospitals, having 11 5-star hotels that provide spa and fitness. However, currently health tourism has not been widely realized and has not been developed in Yogyakarta. The purpose of this study was to determine the components of health tourism development and to find out the strategy for developing health tourism. This research uses descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques using in-depth interviews and literature study. The data analysis method used is the SWOT method. The result of this research is that the components of health tourism development are adequate facilities, qualified human resources, professional medical personnel, affordable prices, marketing, and information technology. The strategy in developing health tourism is to increase promotion from both social and print media, provide training to human resources, provide discounts on certain products, make attractive products, health tourism is covered by BPJS, complete health tourism support facilities, build buildings / interesting facilities so that it becomes its main attraction.

The use of fauna has been carried out by various ethnic groups in Kalimantan for a long time to fulfill their daily needs, one of which is as a source of food, medicine, ritual facilities, mysticism and art. The Dayak Jelai Hulu Embulu Lima tribe located in Mekar Utama Village, Kendawangan District are one of the original ethnic groups of West Kalimantan, also have diversity in the use of fauna both for food, medicine, traditional and supernatural ceremonies. The purpose of this study is to list the types of animals that are used and examine the use of animals. Data collection techniques are done by in-depth interviews with selected respondents using survey methods. The selection of respondents was carried out using snowball sampling techniques. Respondents in this study were 9 people. The interview results obtained as many as 48 types of data used in the village. Utilization varies starting from the utilization of consumption of as many as 35 animals, which has 9 artistic values, for the treatment of 12 animals, as much as 4 mystical animals, and for rituals as many as 3 animals. Based on the high percentage of species of animals utilized by the Embulu Lima Upper Barley community, namely consumption. The high percentage of consumption utilization is 58%, the part that is used is meat and the way it is processed is more cooked and fried. Meeting the needs of the most protein is from game animals. Utilization of animals for the treatment of ways such as, among others, drunk, smeared, and eaten. Processing methods include drying, scraping, diluting and cooking.Keywords: Dayak Jelai Hulu Embulu Lima, Ethnozoolgy, Utilization.

This research discusses how the empty box won in the 2018 Makassar Regional Head Election. This phenomenon became the elections’ history where a single candidate failed to win the election. Ten political parties consisting of Functional Groups Party (Golkar), National Democratic Party (NasDem), Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDI-P), United Development Party (PPP), Crescent Star Party (PBB), Great Indonesia Movement Party (Gerindra), Prosperous Justice Party (PKS), People’s Conscience Party (Hanura), National Mandate Party (PAN), and Indonesian Justice and Unity Party (PKPI), promoted a single candidate pair. This study aims to describe how the movement of empty box volunteers in the Makassar Regional Head Election. This research uses a qualitative method. Selection of informants using a snowball sampling technique, and using social movement theory. There are three parts to this theory: 1) Complaint theory. Public disappointment over a candidate pair’s disqualification and consider the election organizer unfair; 2) Mobilizing structures theory. Analyze the voluntary movement of empty boxes to gather mass support and sympathizers during the election; and 3) Framing theory. Analyze the use of issues and methods of spreading the issue. This research found that the empty box phenomenon in Makassar Regional Head Election, unlike in the elections in other areas where the single candidate did not have an opponent, in Makassar, one of the candidate pairs was disqualified due to violation. It made the community, supporters, and the success team feels disappointed with the General Elections Commission’s decision. This disappointment also resulted in the emergence of the empty box volunteer movement. Movements of empty box volunteers to gather mass support and sympathizers through door-to-door socializing, leaflets, flyers, and banners call to action to win empty box and use social media and online media as campaign tools.

The evaluation of curriculum is significant in terms of curriculum's working and being developed effectively. There are a lot of curriculum evaluation approaches. Recently, one of the most widely accepted paradigms in the field of curriculum evaluation is the opinion that the participants of curriculum are vital for curriculum evaluation. In this study, the views of teachers, who are among the important participants of the curriculum, related to the evaluation of present curriculum and how the evaluation should be carried out were analyzed. In this regard, the aim of this research is analyzing the curriculum evaluation at elementary level in relation with teachers' views. The research being a descriptive study regarding defining a case, is designed according to qualitative method. Accordingly, semi-structured interviews were conducted with determined 11 teachers using critical case sampling and snowball sampling methods. The data was analyzed with descriptive analysis method and presented being supported by direct quotations. As a result of research, it is observed that teachers find the curriculum evaluation activities in our country insufficient. In parallel with the results, the use of Participant-Oriented Evaluation Approach widely in elementary curricula is recommended.

<p>ABSTRACT<br />This research is intended to study the 4P marketing mix strategy to and its effect to the products of MICE industry, as well as developing an alternative or improvements; particularly in the publicevents section of one hotel in Bekasi area, which is HARRIS Hotel and Conventions Bekasi. HARRIS Hotel and Conventions Bekasi is a brand of four – star hotel in the Summarecon Bekasi area. The method used in this research is the descriptive qualitative method and data collection is performed using triangulation method with interview, observation, and documentation conducted to the sales and marketing staff of HARRIS Hotel and Conventions Bekasi, practicioners and experts in the field of event management and marketing. The collected data is then analyzed using the Miles and Hubermann interactive analysis method to evaluate the 4P marketing mix strategy and improvements which can be done. The conclusion of this research is: the 4P marketing mix strategy used in the events section of HARRIS Hotel and Conventions, particularly in the publicevents sector is sufficient but is still lacking in product diversity and product promotion. Improvements can be done by improving product diversity by making new packages on publicevents such as exhibitions and conventions, and the promotion of the brand new convention hall facility should be made to increase its public prescence.</p><p>Key words: marketing strategy, marketing mix, public event, existing strategy, alternative strategy.</p>

Abstract The purpose of this study is to get the in-depth information about the patterns of relationship between the authorities and business groups on the political atmosphere in Maros, Indonesia This research was conducted using qualitative method with a constructivist approach. Data were obtained through advertising and electronic media in which the researcher acted as the research instrument. The data were used to investigate the relationship between the authorities and entrepreneurs on the political atmosphere in Maros, Indonesian The sources consisted of documentation and informants. The technique used in this study was in-depth interviews. Furthermore, the data were analyzed by interactive analysis intended to look at the process, the meaning, and the effect of the production and reproduction of the discourse. The results showed that the power of relation between the authorities and business groups had two objective and subjective dimensions and reacted reciprocally in producing up to reproducing the discourse of power that resulted in support for the authorities group of top level, midlevel, and the lowest authority levels in the region.
