The author substantiates the idea of the influence of ethnosocial processes on the dynamics and design of eth-nocultural diversity. It is determinedby the quantitative and qualitative composition of interacting ethnosocial subjects as carriers of ethnocultures, as well as their place in the interethnic community. The expansion and com-plication of ethnocultural diversity makes it relevant to form a more complex management mechanism than in homogeneous structures, otherwise it becomes a threat to the successful development of a community at different levels of its organization.

AbstractThis paper considers the orientation of product development structures towards interdisciplinary system architectures using the example of a tool machine manufacturer. Due to the change from simple mechanical products to extensively designed systems, whose successful development requires the integration of all disciplines involved, it is analyzed which requirements there are for these interdisciplinary system architectures in today's development environment. In addition, it is validated on the basis of the investigation environment that interdisciplinary system structures are necessary for the development on the different levels of the system view. In doing so, the investigation environment addresses the concept of extracting customer-relevant features (systems) from a physical-tailored modular system (supersystem) in order to develop and test them autonomously, as well as to transfer them to the entire product range in a standardized manner. The elaboration identifies basic requirements for the development of a knowledge base in interdisciplinary system structures and places them into the context of an agile modular kit development.

Thin spin-coated polymer films of amphiphilic copolymer obtained by partial acetalization of poly (vinyl alcohol) are used as humidity-sensitive media. They are deposited on polymer substrate (PET) in order to obtain a flexible humidity sensor. Pre-metallization of substrate is implemented for increasing the optical contrast of the sensor, thus improving the sensitivity. The morphology of the sensors is studied by surface profiling, while the transparency of the sensor is controlled by transmittance measurements. The sensing behavior is evaluated through monitoring of transmittance values at different levels of relative humidity gradually changing in the range 5–95% and the influence of up to 1000 bending deformations is estimated by determining the hysteresis and sensitivity of the flexible sensor after each set of deformations. The successful development of a flexible sensor for optical monitoring of humidity in a wide humidity range is demonstrated and discussed.

Research on the causes of pregnancy failure in vertebrates has historically been mammal-focussed. However, live-birth (viviparity) has evolved multiple times, and is present in all other vertebrate taxa except Aves and Agnatha. Viviparous lizards (O. Squamata, excluding snakes and amphisbaenians) provide a valuable experimental group when studying major evolutionary events and some are also species of high conservation value. Consequently, both researchers and herpetoculturists often require high reproductive output from captive-held lizards. We reviewed the literature to determine potential or known causes of pregnancy failure for captive lizards. Pregnancy success across species averages ~86%, but varies extensively and does not appear to be related to embryonic stage when brought into captivity or level of placentation. Causes of pregnancy failure also vary among species, but correct thermal environments are vital to success, and providing adequate nutrition before vitellogenesis increases the number of viable offspring. A coordinated sequence of hormonal changes involving both pro-pregnancy and pro-labour factors is important for successful pregnancies, although uncertainty remains around the maternal concentrations of corticosterone that allow successful development. Several research areas commonly studied in mammals have yet to be explored or fully addressed in pregnant lizards, including impacts of toxins, parasites, UV light and nutritional quality. As viviparity has evolved over 100 times in lizards, and many different levels of placentation exist, pregnant lizards provide valuable models for studies in ecology and evolution and offer a useful comparison for studies on other viviparous vertebrates.

In modern conditions tourism is seen as an important factor of socio-economic development of the administrative-territorial units. In this case, each region has an opportunity to disclose its tourist potential and on this basis to identify conditions that determine the possibilities of a better use of tourist potential. Since the foundation of the tourist potential of the region are the objects of tourism, defining the extent of its appeal to the target audience, special attention should be paid to the formation of a certified database, reflecting their quantitative and qualitative composition. The article describes the approaches to the systematization of tourist objects of an administrative and territorial unit according to the types of tourist space: natural, cultural, historical, anthropological, recreation, event, service, mythological, scientific, as well as the different subtypes and groups to display. The results of the study of tourist objects are made by this technique for the city of Pushkino, Moscow region. The features are highlighted, which are contributing to the formation of the overall perception for tourists of the attractiveness of the city and reflect the results of the structural analysis of the quantitative composition of the tourist sites of the city on the typological classification criteria and territorial location. Identified are possible characteristics of Pushkino´s administrative territory, which has sufficient capacity to promote the tourist market by actively developing suburbs in several types of tourism and attract the interest of different target audiences. Identified are types of tourism development and positioning in terms of territorial competition to which the city should pay particular attention. Formulated are the basic conditions for their successful development, contributing to the creation of tourist image of Pushkino, which is set apart from other administrative units of the Moscow region.

The paper states the gradual revival of tourism, both in Ukraine and in the world. That is why we believe that tourism, especially in the western and southern regions of our country can become a significant driver of economic development of local communities. For the rapid and successful development of the tourism industry in Ukraine, it is necessary to find internal reserves to increase demand for domestic tourism products, increase ways to meet consumer demands for content, diversity and quality of tourism and recreation services. It is determined that the system of management of the tourism industry in the context of decentralization in Ukraine is disorganized, built on lobbying principles, consists of different in number and quality of officials, has insufficient funding and misuse of allocated funds. The importance of creating a decentralized management mechanism in the conditions of decentralization, which will be effective even with minimal funding of the tourism industry, different number of employees in this field and will ensure a high level of their professionalism. It is proposed to create tourist departments at the regional and local levels; training and retraining of specialists-managers, who in connection with the position will perform the assigned powers in the field of tourism. A separate area is the improvement or change of the law on tourism adopted in 1995, which does not fully meet modern realities and requires comprehensive changes that would meet the interests and modern needs of society. We believe that it is very important that tourism should be planned on a comprehensive basis, taking into account all aspects of legislation relating to other sectors that have a direct or indirect impact on it.

The results presented in the article indicate that calves are bornwith different levels of functional state of the organism. Prenatalunderdevelopment of animals are formed under physiologicalmalfunction on the basis of insufficient oxygenation of thebody. The presence of constant contact with the lungs of amniotic fluid can be considered a priori that the qualitative composition of the amniotic fluid can judge the state of the fetus, «maturity SSL» and processes in it, as evidenced by the number ofinvestigated parameters. In this regard, we proposed a 20-pointscale of diagnostic tests to assess the «maturity» of the lungs, and therefore the functional state of newborn calves and thedegree of influence of hypoxia on the fetus.

Recently we have been investigating a class of nickel-base superalloys which possess substantial room temperature ductility. This improvement in ductility is directly related to improvements in grain boundary strength due to increased boundary cohesion through control of detrimental impurities and improved boundary shear strength by controlled grain boundary micros true tures. For these investigations an experimental nickel-base superalloy was doped with different levels of sulphur impurity. The micros tructure after a heat treatment of 1360°C for 2 hr, 1200°C for 16 hr consists of coherent precipitates of γ’ Ni3(Al,X) in a nickel solid solution matrix.

Some authors using immunofluorescent techniques had already suggested that some hepatocytes are able to synthetize several plasma proteins. In vitro studies on normal cells or on cells issued of murine hepatomas raise the same conclusion. These works could be indications of an hepatocyte functionnal non-specialization, meanwhile the authors never give direct topographic proofs suitable with this hypothesis. The use of immunoenzymatic techniques after obtention of monospecific antisera had seemed to us useful to bring forward a better knowledge of this problem. We have studied three carrier proteins (transferrin = Tf, hemopexin = Hx, albumin = Alb) operating at different levels in iron metabolism by demonstrating and localizing the adult rat hepatocytes involved in their synthesis.Immunological, histological and ultrastructural methods have been described in a previous work.
