Abstract This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The aim of this study was to obtain information about early childhood learning based on local wisdom entrepreneurship. This research was conducted at TK Bona Kota Serang and RA Daarul Muqimien Tangerang Regency. The results obtained in this study show that TK Bona have implemented entrepreneurship learning through "market days" activities. Another activity carried out at TK Bona in order to develop life skills is the overnight activity at a pesantren or "mondok". At RA Daarul Muqimien, the learning model in the context of instilling entrepreneurial values were carried out through market day activities, cooking days, and field trips. It is hoped that the results of this study can become a reference for further research in developing early childhood learning models based on local wisdom entrepreneurship. Sekolah PAUD Widya Dharma merupakan satu satunya lembaga pendidikan tingkat TK (Taman Kanak-Kanak) yang mempunyai siswa yang berlatar berlakang agama lebih beragam dari sekolah TK. PAUD lainnya di Kota Banjarmasin. Latar belakang agama siswanya tersebut meliputi: agama Islam, Kristen, Katolik, Budha dan Hindu. Prosentasi siswa dari beragam agama tersebut tidak ada jumlah siswa dari beragama yang mendominasi lebih dari 50%. Selain itu juga walaupun para pendiri sekolah ini kebanyakannya dari orang yang beragama Budha, tetapi siswa yang berlatar belakang agama Budha tidak mendominasi secara kuantitas, sedangkan siswa yang beragama Kristen Protestan yang lebih banyak. Secara urutan kuantitas jumlah siswa berdasarkan latar belakang agama terbanyak ialah (1) Kristen Protestan, (2) Islam, (3) Katholik, (4) Budha, dan (5) Hindu. Berdasarkan latar belakang singkat tersebut, maka sangat perlu dan manfaat secara kajian ilmiah untuk diteliti tentang kehidupan toleransi beragama anak dengan anak lainnya yang mempunyai agama berbeda-beda ditingkat TK. PAUD. Oleh karena itu, peneliti memfokuskan penelitian ini kepada strategi penanaman toleransi beragama anak di PAUD Widya Dharma Kota Banjarmasin.  Pendekatan Penelitian menggunakan metode  penelitian  kualitatif  yang dilakukan  dengan  penelitian  lapangan, informan dalam menggali penelitian ditujukan kepada guru-guru agama, dan objek penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi penanaman toleransi beragama kepada anak-anak yang berbeda-beda agamanya. Teknik penelitiannya dengan melakukan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Kemudian untuk memvalidasi tingkat kebenaran data tersebut maka dalam hal ini menggunakan teknik triangulasi metode dan sumber. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa strategi penanaman toleransi beragama pada anak usia dini melalui 5 (lima) kegiatan, yaitu (1) Guru mengenalkan sifat-sifat baik. (2) Guru mengenalkan sifat toleransi beragama. (3) Guru memberikan stimulus agar  anak berpikir tentang sifat-sifat baik, 4) Guru memberikan stimulus agar anak berpikir tentang toleransi beragama. (5) Guru membuat anak merasakan  manfaat sifat toleransi beragama. Kata kunci: Strategi Penanaman, Toleransi Beragama, Anak Usia Dini.   Abstract PAUD Widya Dharma School is the only kindergarten level educational institution (Kindergarten) which has students with more diverse religious backgrounds than kindergarten schools. Other PAUD in Banjarmasin City. The students' religious backgrounds include: Islam, Christianity, Catholicism Buddhism and Hinduism. The percentage of students from various religions does not have the number of students from that religion which dominates more than 50%. In addition, even though the founders of this school were mostly Buddhist, students with Buddhist backgrounds did not dominate in quantity, while students who were Protestant Christians were more numerous. In order of quantity, the highest number of students based on religious backgrounds is (1) Protestant Christianity, (2) Islam, (3) Catholic, (4) Buddhist, and (5) Hinduism. Based on this brief background, it is very necessary and beneficial in a scientific study to study the religious tolerance of children with other children who have different religions at the kindergarten level. PAUD. Therefore, the researcher focuses this research on the strategy of internalization children's religious tolerance in PAUD Widya Dharma Banjarmasin City. The research approach used qualitative research methods carried out by field research, informants in exploring research aimed at religious teachers, and the object of this study was to find out how to cultivate religious tolerance strategies for children of different religions. The research technique is by conducting interviews, observation and documentation. Then to validate the level of correctness of the data, in this case using the triangulation technique methods and sources. The results of the study state that the strategy of internalization religious tolerance in early childhood through 5 (five) activities, namely: (1) The teacher introduces good traits, (2) The teacher introduces the nature of religious tolerance; (3) The teacher provides a stimulus so that the child thinks about good traits; (4) Tthe teacher provides a stimulus so that the child thinking about religious tolerance, (5) Teachers make children feel the benefits of religious tolerance. Early Childhood Education is education at an early stage, in early childhood, children learn from those who cannot until they can. Of course, to teach children, teachers who are able to educate children well. As a good educator, he must have a learning model or design to support the teacher when teaching children. With this the purpose of this research is written to find out how to model and design good learning for children. Moreover, during a pandemic like this, the teacher must choose the appropriate and suitable learning model and design for children while studying at home. By using descriptive methods we can find out how an educator applies models and designs for early childhood. This research results that learning models and designs are very important for early childhood. learning models and designs such as role models or guidelines used by educators when carrying out learning activities for early childhood at school. If educators do not have a learning model or design that is suitable for early childhood, the teachers / educators will be confused about what kind of learning is appropriate and suitable for early childhood. As well as learning models and designs that are appropriate to use during a pandemic like this is to create a sense of comfort and safety even though they continue to carry out learning activities at home. Teachers / educators must prepare effective and efficient work programs so that they can improve the skills and intelligence of their students when studying at home.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola asuh orang tua dalam membentuk karakter mandiri anak dimasa belajar dari rumah (BDR) pada Anak Usia Dini, adapun yang menjadi subjek penelitian adalah orang tua yang anaknya bersekolah di PAUD Terpadu At-Tibyan Banjarmasin. Menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis naturalistic inquiry (ingkuri alamiah). Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola asuh Authoritarian atau demokratis yang paling baik digunakan dalam membentuk karakter mandiri anak dimasa BDR walaupun pada aplikasinya dilapangan orang tua masih ada yang menggunakan pola asuh Authoritative dan permisif sehingga dapat menghambat pembentukan karakter anak usia dini dimasa BDR.Kata Kunci: Pola Asuh, karakter mandiri, BDR AbstractThis study aims to determine parenting styles in forming the independent character of children in the learning period from home (BDR) in early childhood, while the research subjects are parents whose children attend PAUD Terpadu At-Tibyan Banjarmasin. Using qualitative research methods with the type of naturalistic inquiry (natural ingkuri). Research data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that authoritarian or democratic parenting is best used in shaping children's independent character during BDR, although in its application in the field of parents, there are still those who use authoritative and permissive parenting styles so that it can inhibit the formation of early childhood character during BDR.Keywords: Parenting, independent character, BDR

This study aims to explain strategies for developing entrepreneurial values for early childhood. The subjects in this study included teachers, students, and administrators of Kindergarten Khalifah. This research problem was investigated using a qualitative descriptive approach. Observation, interviews, and documentation carried out data collection. The results found in this study are the implementation of strategies for developing early childhood learning models carried out in TK Khalifah Pandeansari in introducing entrepreneurial values. The application of the learning model is also adapted to the stages of early childhood development. Various programs such as market day, outing class, cooking class, and outbound are programs implemented to insert the character of entrepreneurship in children.

Poverty is still a problem in all countries, including Indonesia. Various efforts have been made by the government to minimize the amount of poverty from various aspects. In fact, various efforts have been made by a number of ministries, not only the Ministry of Social Affairs. All of them have the same goal, namely reducing poverty. This study aims to produce a zakat management prototype that suits the needs of mustahiq and to produce mustahiq who have entrepreneurial mentality, so that they can become independent mustahiq and become muzakki. The method used in this research is qualitative research methods, the data produced is descriptive data obtained from various kinds of literature related to the research theme. The results of the study obtained a zakat management prototype that is synergized between institutions in empowering mustahiq through MSMEs. Integrative and comprehensive steps in the application of the prototype include screening, training, business assistance and monitoring. The four aspects are carried out sequentially and continuously and in the corridor of synergy between BAZNAS and the Director General of PAUDNI and DIKMAS. By not ignoring basic needs and business capital needs, the output generated from the zakat management prototype can make a mustahiq who can be empowered through MSMEs. Keywords: Mustahiq, Muzakki, Life Skills Education, MSMEs, Zakat Abstrak Kemiskinan masih merupakan problem di seluruh negara, termasuk  di Indonesia. Berbagai upaya dilakukan pemerintah untuk meminimalisasi jumlah kemiskinan tersebut dari berbagai aspek. Bahkan berbagai upaya dilakukan oleh sejumlah kementrian, tidak hanya Kementrian Sosial. Semuanya memiliki tujuan yang sama yaitu mereduksi angka kemiskinan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk  menghasilkan sebuah prototype pengelolaan zakat yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan mustahiq serta menghasilkan mustahiq yang  memiliki mental berwirausaha, sehingga mampu menjadi mustahiq yang mandiri dan menjadi muzakki. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif, data yang dihasilkan merupakan  data deskriptif yang diperoleh  dari berbagai macam  literatur yang berkaitan  dengan tema penelitian. Hasil kajian diperoleh sebuah  prototype pengelolaan zakat yang bersinergi inter institusi dalam pemberdayaan  mustahiq  melalui UMKM. Langkah-langkah yang integratif dan komprehensif dalam aplikasi prototype tersebut yakni dengan melakukan screening, training, business assistance dan monitoring. Keempat aspek itu dilakukan secara berurutan dan berkelanjutan serta dalam koridor sinergitas antara BAZNAS dan Dirjen PAUDNI dan DIKMAS. Dengan tidak mengabaikan kebutuhan pokok dan kebutuhan modal usaha, output  yang dihasilkan dari prototype pengelolaan zakat tersebut dapat menjadikan seorang mustahiq yang dapat diberdayakan melalui UMKM. Kata kunci: Mustahiq, Muzakki, Pendidikan Kecakapan Hidup, UMKM, Zakat

His research study to study learning assessment in RA Baitur-Rahmah Sawitsari Sleman. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Data is collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, then the data is analyzed by reducing data, presenting data, and verifying data. The results of this study indicate the learning model in the RA Baitur-Rahmah class uses a group system with a security perspective that uses themes, classroom assessments are carried out with two teachers who have different assignments, reporting according to daily, weekly, monthly, and semester reports.

This qualitative research was conducted with a background enriching discourse and analyzing operational management in TK / RA Sentra, namely RA Daaruttuqo. In addition, researchers want to describe the theories and facts of operational management of education in the RA / TK Daaruttuqo School which almost fulfill the management function, but with a note that is an improvement in organizing due to an unprofessional and proportional position in the realm of teaching and educational staff (administration), but in The application of RA Daaruttuqo's child development theory has fulfilled the criteria for organizing, planning and managing the curriculum in the Early Childhood learning model very well namely the Sentra method. Because the age of kindergarten should be a time of imagination so that they can present their world with words, pictures and works through their world that is playing. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach using Spradley analysis.Keywords: Education, Operational management, Early childhood, Qualitative, Sentra. ABSTRAKPenelitian kualitatif ini dilakukan dengan latar belakang memperkaya wacana dan menganalisa manajemen operasional di TK/RA Sentra, yaitu RA Daaruttuqo. Selain itu  peneliti ingin mendeskripsikan teori dan fakta manajemen operasional pendidikan di Sekolah RA/TK Daaruttuqo yang hampir memenuhi fungsi manajemen namun dengan catatan yaitu perbaikan dalam hal pengorganisasian dikarenakan ada posisi yang tidak professional dan proporsional dalam ranah tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan (administrasi), namun dalam aplikasi teori perkembangan anak RA Daaruttuqo telah memenuhi kriteria pengorganisasian, perencanaan dan pengelolaan kurikulum pada model pembelajaran Anak usia Dini dengan sangat baik yaitu metode sentra. Karena sepatutnya usia Taman Kanak Kanak adalah masa untuk berimajinasi sehingga mereka dapat mempresentasikan dunia mereka dengan kata-kata, gambar-gambar dan karya melalui dunia mereka yaitu bermain. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskrptif dengan menggunakan analisis Spradley.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan rekonstruksi pembelajaran anak usia dini study from home pada masa pandemik COVID-19. Pendemi ini mengakibatkan terjadinya perubahan berbagai aspek kehidupan, salah satunya aspek pendidikan. Perubahan ini menyebabkan munculnya berbagai permasalahan terkait pembelajaran, di antaranya pembelajaran yang semula tatap muka beralih menjadi belajar dari rumah. Permasalahan tersebut sebaiknya dicarikan jalan keluar, agar pembelajaran anak usia dini dapat berjalan dengan baik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Partisipan penelitian adalah kepala sekolah dan wali kelas pada Kelompok Bermain TK B di TK Kreatif Primagama Yogyakarta. Pengujian keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran anak usia dini study from home pada masa pandemik COVID-19 memengaruhi sistem pembelajaran yang ada. Oleh karena itu diperlukan rekonstruksi pembelajaran yaitu penerapan digital learning dan blended learning agar pembelajaran di masa study from home dapat berjalan lancar.   This study aims to describe the reconstruction of early childhood learning study from home during the COVID-19 pandemic. The COVID-19 pandemic outbreak has changed various aspects of life, one of which is education. This change has led to the emergence of various problems related to learning, including learning from face-to-face turning to learning from home. These problems should be found a way out, so that early childhood learning can run well. This study used descriptive qualitative research methods, interview data collection techniques, observation, and documentation. The participants of this study were the principal and homeroom teacher of TK B class at Primagama Creative Kindergarten Yogyakarta. The validity of the data was examined using source and technique triangulation. The results of this study indicate that early childhood learning study from home during the COVID-19 pandemic affected the existing learning system, therefore learning reconstruction is needed, namely the application of digital learning and blended learning so that learning during the study from home period can run smoothly.

This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the challenges of applying discovery learning models in Hindu religious learning during the COVID-19 pandemic in SMK Negeri 2 Tamiang Layang, using descriptive qualitative research methods and data collection techniques with observations and based on the results of previous studies conducted by previous researchers in the scope of almost the same problems as well as supporting the writing of this study obtained from sumbel articles in official journals. This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 2 Tamiang layang East Barito Regency consisting of 3 students. Based on the results of the research that has been done there are some challenges in the application of discovery learning model in learning such as stimulation syntax, problem statement, data collection, data processing and verification that students feel is difficult to do with time that tends to require relative lam.

This article describes a study of early childhood teachers’ understanding of teaching and learning in children 4 and 5 years of age in technology education. The research aimed at assisting teachers’ understanding of learning in technology using a developed framework. This study investigated the development of dispositions and attitudes including the building of children’s confidence and self-belief in their capabilities, within four aspects of learning and across five predetermined behaviours relevant to technology education. The study employed qualitative research methods to assist teachers with the use of an observation and conversation framework aimed to improve their ability to assess formatively their children and their own ability to give specific feedback. Observations and interviews were used to gauge teachers’ developed understandings of children’s learning in technology. The study shows that the framework used benefitted teachers and children. It allowed for insight into understanding how and what children learn in technology and teachers’ understanding of technology.
