The Covid-19 pandemic resulted in new policies, one of which was to maintain physical distance. The application of maintaining physical distance has a huge impact in the world of education. This is due to the introduction of an online learning system. Teachers are the most affected. In desperate circumstances, teachers are required to transform face-to-face learning systems into online learning.Changes that occur suddenly affect the satisfaction of the teacher's life as a professional educator. No exception occurs in elementary school teachers. The difficulties experienced with the implementation of online learning systems cause discomfort. One way to reduce teacher discomfort is to practice gratitude. This study examined whether social support acted as a mediator of the influence of gratitude on the life satisfaction of elementary school teachers in South Tangerang.Life satisfaction measurements use the Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS) adaptation scale.Social support uses the Multidimentional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS) adaptation scale Zimmet (1988).The adaptation scale of the Gratitude Questionnaire-Six Item Form (GQ-6) is used to measure gratitude. The results proved that social support mediated the influence of gratitude on life satisfaction in 125 elementary teachers in South Tangerang. The results support previous research in Korea (You et al., 2018), conducted on settings (COVID-19 pandemic) and different cultures. Pengukuran kepuasan hidup menggunakan skala adaptasi Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS). Dukungan sosial menggunakan skala adaptasi Multidimentional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS) Zimmet (1988).

The COVID-19 pandemic that has recently hit various countries including Indonesia has resulted in major changes in various fields, including in the development of the education sector. The teaching and learning process has turned from face-to-face into an online method. However, there are several obstacles experienced by schools that implement an online learning system, one of them was the ability of teachers who do not understand various learning application platforms. In addition, the material provided by the teacher is not maximally acceptable to students because most teachers provide learning material from the pages of textbooks or teacher writings (scans, photos, or presentation files). For this reason, it is necessary to have variations in the provision of teaching materials to students by making interesting and creative learning videos using the Movavi Education Set. With learning videos, students can do lessons at home, repeat it, and can ask the teacher some points from it if they don't understand. By using Movavi Education Set, teachers are also free to be creative in making learning videos that can be shared through commonly used communication applications such as e-mail, WhatsApp, line, google classroom and other applications.
