The Family

This study aims to determine the Effectiveness of the Family Hope Program on Community Empowerment in Kanie Village, Maritengngae District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency and to determine the Factors Influencing the Effectiveness of the Family Hope Program in Kanie Village, Maritengngae District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population in this study were 91 Beneficiary Families of the Family Hope Program in Kanie Village where the sampling used a saturated sampling technique with the Arikunto formula, namely taking all subjects if less than 100 people, so that the sample amounted to 91 people. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, literature review, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics with Likert scale and frequency tables, data quality test with SPSS. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of the Family Hope Program on Community Empowerment in Kanie Village with a percentage value of 82% is categorized as "Very Good". The factors that influence the effectiveness of the Family Hope Program include: Target (89.6%), Coordination (89.4), Socialization (91.4%), and Amount of assistance (77.4%).

This research aimed to test the understanding of the budgetary participation and budget target clarity have effect to Manajerial Performance. Locus of Control able to moderate the effect of This research also to test the effect of risk preferences which acts as a moderating budgetary participation and budget target clarity to Manajerial Performance. This research took 54 respondents with a sampling technique is Judgement Sampling. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Based on the results of the analysis it can be seen that the participation in budgeting and the clarity of budget targets has a positive and significant effect on managerial performance, then the Locus of control is not able to moderate the influence of participation in budgeting and the clarity of budget targets on managerial performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of character education on students' learning motivation at State Elementary School 019 Sungai Beringin, Tembilahan Indragiri Hilir Riau Indonesia. This research used a quantitative approach. A total of 74 students were selected to participate in this study using the proportional random sampling technique. Data collection techniques were questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used was a simple regression test. Based on the results of data analysis on variable X, namely Character Education, it was found that 73.69% was categorized as strong. Then, based on the results of data analysis of variable Y, namely Student Learning Motivation, it was found that 77.39% was also categorized as strong. While the effect of character education on student learning motivation obtained Fcount ≥ Ftable = 20.92 ≥ 3.97, so Ho is rejected, which means that there was a positive and significant influence between character education on student learning motivation

Zakat is one of the pillars of Islam that every capable Muslim must do. One of the institutions that manage zakat funds is the National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS). This study aims to partially and simultaneously examine the effect of promotion and service quality on people's interest in paying zakat through BAZNAS, Indragiri Hilir Regency. This type of research is field research. The data used in this study were primary and secondary. 87 Respondents in this study were Muzakki in BAZNAS Indragiri Hilir Regency. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. The data collection methods were questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique partially used the t-test and simultaneously used the Anova test. The results showed that either partially or simultaneously, promotion and service quality had a significant influence on people's interest in paying zakat in BAZNAS, Indragiri Hilir Regency.

The problem in this study is poverty in the people of Sofan Village, South East Taliabu District, Taliabu Island Regency. The purpose of this study was to assess poverty in the community of Sofan Village, South East Taliabu District, Taliabu Island Regency. This study uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques used are observation, documentation and interviews. The data analysis technique used in this study was the Milles and Huberman technique. Determination of informants in this study using purposive sampling technique. The results show that in general the Sofan Village community is a poor community, and the factor that causes poverty in the Sofan Village community is the low education factor, this lack of employment can be seen in general from the work of the community is farmers and fishermen. Another thing that causes poverty is the lack of income and the habit of some people who were still sitting before working. Another factor that causes poverty in the people of Sofan Village is the attitude of being dependent on other parties, especially the Government. This attitude of being too dependent on others is what causes them to live in poverty.

This study aims to know the quality of: (1) planning, (2) organizing, (3) actuating, and (4) controlling of mechanical engineering workshop management at SMK in Purworejo Regency. This study is a quantitative study with survey method. The respondents of this study were the practical lesson teachers of mechanical engineering SMK in Purworejo Regency. The data collection techniques were questionnaire, interview, and observation. The data analysis technique used was descriptive statistics. The results showed that: (1) the planning has a good quality with a mean of 2.961; (2) the organizing has a good quality with a mean of 2.947; (3) the actuating has a good quality with a mean of 3.207; and (4) the controlling has a good quality with a mean of 2.874.

<p align="justify">This study uses a quantitative approach to data collection technique using a questionnaire. The population used in this study are all customers who use tobacco products Gudang Garam International, while method of sample using accidental sampling technique is the technique of sample withdrawal by chance, so the number of samples obtained as many as 100 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is the analysis of regression and correlation. The results revealed a significant difference between the quality of the product, brand and promotion jointly on customer loyalty cigarettes Gudang Garam International. The result proved that the customer loyalty is assumed to be positively affected by the price and the service that pertain in Alakasa Extrusindo Company. The result proved that the customer loyalty was simultaneous affected by the price and service.</p><p> </p>

TTechnological developments are now in the era of super-smart society 5.0 which is an advanced solution to the 4.0 industrial revolution. The era of super-smart society 5.0 is a learning innovation that changes from basic literacy to digital literacy. This study aims to analyze the innovation of Biochemistry learning in the Department of Chemistry at UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung in welcoming the era of super-smart society 5.0. The research method used descriptive qualitative. The data analysis technique was carried out using a literature review. The method of data collection was carried out by observation, distributing questionnaires, documentation, lecturer interviews, and student interviews. The research instrument consisted of observation sheets, questionnaires, and interview sheets. The results showed that in the era of super-smart society 5.0, lecturers and students were required to be quick in making decisions and solutions when learning Biochemistry. Lecturers must dig up information and look for innovations so that students can think ahead and keep up with the times according to the era of super-smart society 5.0. Lecturers act as tutors or teachers, facilitators, and inspire students to achieve learning objectives. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that lecturers must have the ability in digital literacy and train students to be able to think critically and creatively in learning Biochemistry in the era of super-smart society 5.0.

AbstractThe research aimed to describe the female character (Kuggy) in “Perahu Kertas “ novel wrote Dewi Lestari. The benefit of this study was expected to enrich the wealth of knowledge, especially in the field of study Indonesian language and literature. The data in this study were words, sentences, and phrases that impling the female character in the Perahu Kertas Novel, whereas the source of the data in this study was Perahu Kertas Novel wrote Dewi Lestari work. Methods of study used literature review. Data collection techniques in this study, namely the descriptive analysis of literary works (in the form of documents) or books related literature discussed in the focus of research. The data analysis technique used to classify data that strengthens the research. The study was invented female characters in the Perahu Kertas Novel wrote Dewi Lestari.Key words: Woman, independent, creative, unique AbstrakPeneitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan karakter perempuan( Kuggy)dalam novel Perahu Kertas karya Dewi Lestari. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kajian pustaka. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini, yaitu teknik analisis  deskriptif karya sastra (dalam bentuk dokumen) atau buku-buku sastra yang berkaitan dengan fokus yang akan dibahas dalam penelitian. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah mengklasifikasi data-data yang memperkuat hasil penelitian. Dengan begitu, ditemukanlah karakter perempuan dalam novel Perahu Kertas karya Dewi Lestari meliputi hal seperti: mandiri, kreatif, unik.Kata kunci: perempuan, mandiri, kreatif, unik.

Accounting fraud is an action due to the desire or encouragement to use the opportunity so as to manipulate accounting of financial statements, corruption or misappropriation of assets. Research aims to determine the influence of individual morality, organizational commitment and conformity of compensation on accounting fraud in the LPD of Mengwi sub-district. The sampling method is using the purposive sampling technique. The data collection method is permormed using questionnaires and questionnaires returned are 194 questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the tests, individual morality, organizational commitment and compensation conformity have negative affect on accounting fraud. <p><em>This study aims to examine the effect of reading Quran ability on reading skills, the effect of vocabulary mastery on reading skills, and the effect of reading Quran ability and vocabulary mastery on reading skills students at the Islamic senior high school Amuntai. This type of research is a survey, and the approach used in this research is quantitative. The population of this study was all students of Class XI majoring in MIA at the Islamic senior high school 1 HSU, the Islamic senior high school 2 HSU, and the Islamic senior high school NIPA RAKHA Amuntai, totaling 240 people, and with the sampling technique 25% of the existing population as many as 60 people. The data collection instrument is documentation. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis. The results of this study showed that the reading Quran ability students were in the medium a value of 53%, the vocabulary mastery students were in the medium a value of 72%, and the reading skills students were in the medium a value of 67%. While the effect of reading Quran ability on reading skills was 66.3% which means that there was an effect between the reading Quran ability on reading skills students. While vocabulary mastery on reading skills was 79.4%, there was an effect. Moreover, the effect of reading Quran ability and vocabulary mastery on reading skills students was 85.9%, which means that there is an effect between the reading Quran ability and vocabulary mastery on reading skills students.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keyword</em></strong><em>: Reading Quran, Vocabulary Mastery, Reading Skills.</em></p><p><em> </em></p>
