Transformational leadership is a leadership model that is still relevant to use today. All Christian educational institutions require this pattern to develop quality in every implementation of the civitas academical. This paper aims to examine the relevance of transformation leadership patterns in Christian educational institutions through literature studies. The method in this research uses literature studies with descriptive analysis techniques. Through this study concluded that transformational leadership patterns are very relevant to be applied. Through this study, concluded that transformational leadership is very relevant to implemented in educational institutions. Transformational leadership has a role important in the achievement of the quality of education in Christian educational institutions.

This study aims to examine the analysis of the quality and quality of education in islmaic educational institutions in MAN 2 Yogyakarta. The research method used is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are done by interview, observation and documentasion. The results showed that; 1). To achieve the vision, mission and objectives of the Madrasah, the principal plays an active role in assisting and communicating to teachers and staff in realizing the vision and mission of the Madrasah by realizing knowledgeable, charitable and noble personality; 2). MAN 2 Yogyakarta has excellent academic and non-academic achievements; 3). Graduates or graduates of MAN 2 Yogyakarta are able to compete with other Madrasah to continue in Indonesia’s best universities, such as UGM, UNY, IPB, UIN Sunan Kalijaga, and Jendral Sudirman University; 4). To be a superior Madrasah, MAN 2 Yogyakarta is still not superior enought, that is because there are some facilities and infrastructure that have not been fulfilled properly.

Quality of education is a benchmark for achieving national education standards. Changes in the world of education in the era of disruptive innovation require a quality education system and fulfill the feasibility of achieving the wishes of the community. This study used big data analysis techniques from Google Trends database for the 2014-2018 period that focused on the Indonesian region. The results of the study showed that the community doesn’t understand the quality of education, accreditation, and its relevance. The community has also not been involved by the educational institution, in the process of meeting the Indonesian national education standards. The instrument of accreditation of educational institutions should be more focused on: (1) performance of the educational institutions development; (2) evaluation of the innovation of the educational process carried out by an educational institution; (3) accountability, effectiveness, and practicality of learning processes by the educational institutions; and (4) curriculum development, learning outcomes, and assessment systems used by the educational institutions.

Madrasah Aliyah Bahrul Ulum Tajinan Malang is one of the educational institutions under the auspices of the Bahrul Ulum Tajinan Islamic Boarding School Foundation, Malang. This Madrasah is very thick with its religious atmosphere, because it stands in a pesantren environment. This madrasah has good quality education seen for the several programs it has, namely 8 excellent programs., as well as standart operational for learning noble character and habituation of noble character. In addition, this madrasah also has several prominent programs, they are: 1) discipline, 2) dhuha prayer activities and reading yaaseen, 3) complete facilities and infrastructure. Therefore, the author wants to examine how the principal’s strategy in improving the quality of education at Madrasah Aliyah Bahrul Ulum.This research was conducted in Madrasah Aliyah Bahrul Ulum Tajinan Malang. Research data obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. To check the validity of the data using triangulation of sources and methods. Data analysis uses interaction model analysis techniques with three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusion.The results of the study, the principla’s strategy in improving the quality of education in Madrasah Aliyah Bahrul Ulum Tajinan Malang are namely, 1) improving the quality of educators and education, 2) fostering the discipline of teachers and students, 3) increasing the effectiveness of learning, 4) improving madrasah facilities and infrastructure, 5) improving the quality of learning and stucent achievement, 6) evaluation of teaching and learning process, and 7) promoting madrasah.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to determine the causal factors and the impact caused by the problem of low teacher discipline. This study uses a qualitative approach, with problem analysis techniques using tree diagrams and descriptive analysis techniques. The location of this study was conducted at Wates 1 Sumbergempol Public Elementary School, Tulungagung Regency. Data collection techniques in this study by conducting observations, interviews and documentation. Through this research can find findings from data analysis or the problem under study. The results of this study indicate that the low discipline of teachers in Wates 1 Sumbergempol Public Elementary School, Tulungagung Regency is caused by the following factors: (1) the teacher arrives late and returns before his time; (2) school regulations that are not implemented optimally; and (3) there is no supervision from the principal regularly and continuously. Keywords: Quality of Education, Teacher Discipline   Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penyebab dan dampak yang ditimbulkan dari masalah rendahnya kedisiplinan guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan teknik analisis masalah menggunakan diagram pohon dan teknik analisis deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan di SD Negeri Wates 1 Sumbergempol Kabupaten Tulungagung. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Melalui penelitian ini dapat menemukan temuan dari analisis data atau masalah yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa rendahnya kedisiplinan guru di SD Negeri Wates 1 Sumbergempol Kabupaten Tulungagung disebabkan oleh faktor-faktor sebagai berikut: (1) guru datang terlambat dan pulang terlebih dahulu sebelum waktunya; (2) peraturan sekolah yang tidak dijalankan dengan maksimal; dan (3) tidak ada pengawasan dari kepala sekolah secara berkala dan berkelanjutan. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengetahui tanggapan siswa terhadap kualitas media pembelajaran interaktif pada pembelajaran Teknik Pemesinan Bubut. (2) Mengetahui keefektifan media pembelajaran interaktif pada pembelajaran Teknik Pemesinan Bubut pada siswa program keahlian Teknik Pemesinan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan. Data tentang kualitas produk pengembangan ini dikumpulkan dengan angket dan dianalisis dengan teknik analisis deskriptif kualiatatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; (1) uji ahli materi pelajaran Teknik Pemesinan Bubut berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik (88,92%), (2) uji ahli desain pembelajaran berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik (85,21%), (3) uji ahli rekayasa perangkat lunak berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik (84,03%), (4) uji coba perorangan berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik (88,75%), (5) uji coba kelompok kecil berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik (91,35%) dan (5) uji coba lapangan berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik (88,31%). Hasil pengujian hipotesis membuktikan bahwa terdapat perbedaan antara hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan media pembelajaran interaktif  dengan hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan buku teks. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan hasil pengolahan data diperoleh  thitung sebesar 4,68 dan ttabel sebesar 1,67 pada taraf kepercayaan 95 persen. Maka diperoleh bahwa thitung> ttabel. Disimpulkan bahwa  hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan media pembelajaran interaktif dengan efektifitas sebesar 72,77 %. lebih tinggi dari hasil belajar siswa yang diajar dengan pembelajaran menggunakan buku teks dengan efektifitas sebesar 62,13%. Kata Kunci: media pembelajaran interaktif, teknik pemesinan bubut Abstract: This study aims to: (1) Determine student responses to the quality of interactive learning media on learning Lathe Machining Techniques. (2) Knowing the effectiveness of interactive learning media on learning of Machining Lathe in students of Machining Engineering expertise program. This type of research is development research. Data about the quality of this development product was collected by a questionnaire and analyzed by qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that; (1) Lathe machining engineering subject matter expert test is in very good qualification (88.92%), (2) learning design expert test is in very good qualification (85.21%), (3) software engineering expert test is in in very good qualifications (84.03%), (4) individual trials were in very good qualifications (88.75%), (5) small group trials were in very good qualifications (91.35%) and (5 ) field trials are in very good qualifications (88.31%). Hypothesis testing results prove that there are differences between student learning outcomes using interactive learning media with student learning outcomes using textbooks. This is indicated by the results of data processing obtained by tcount of 4.68 and ttable of 1.67 at a confidence level of 95 percent. Then it is obtained that tcount> ttable. It was concluded that student learning outcomes using interactive learning media with an effectiveness of 72.77%. higher than student learning outcomes taught by learning to use textbooks with an effectiveness of 62.13%. Keywords: interactive learning media, lathe machining techniques

Необходимым условием совершенствования системы образования выступает создание новых, необходимых для цифровой экономики компетенций педагога. The article considers the issue of school digitalization as an important condition for improving the quality of education. The e-learning environment provides students with greater independence. A necessary condition for improving the education system is the creation of new teacher competencies necessary for the digital economy.

In recent years, higher educational institutions of the Baltic countries have become more and more popular among Russian youth wishing to get higher education (or take a certain course of professional training) abroad. The article, covering the period before the onset of the coronavirus epidemic, highlights the education of Russian students in universities in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia. It is noted that a significant part of the students from the Russian Federation come from the Russian regions bordering on the Baltic states. The appendix presents the opinions of Russian students about the learning process and the quality of education received in Latvian, Lithuanian and Estonian universities.

This article states that the clear formulation of teaching methods is a key factor in improving the quality of lessons. It is emphasized that the combination of non-traditional and practical training with educational materials, along with mass education technologies, will serve to improve the quality of education. The effective result obtained by changing the methods of connecting the coils of electric motors is shown by examples and by the solution of the examples.

To determine the quality of teacher performance, an educational institution must conduct a process of evaluating the performance of its teachers. MTsS YASPI College Foundation Labuhan Deli is one of the educational institutions that always improves the quality of education in schools. Teacher performance appraisal at Labuhan Deli YASPI schools is still done conventionally, so there are many assessment criteria and it takes a long time to evaluate the teacher's performance. This study aims to optimize the teacher performance appraisal process to be faster and more precise. The method used is Profile Matching. The results of this study can determine the teacher's performance more precisely by 100%. So that this research can be recommended as an appropriate system in evaluating teacher performance in schools

This study aims to determine the principal's leadership in improving the quality of SMP IT Nurul Fadhillah, the constraints of the principal's leadership in improving the quality of schools at SMP IT Nurul Fadhilah, and the principal's efforts to improve the quality of schools at SMP IT Nurul Fadhilah. The method used in this research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach and the techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects of this study were the principal and teachers. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. Ensuring the validity of research data uses credibility, transfibility, dependability and conformability. The results of this research are the principal's leadership in improving the quality of education by caring for subordinates, assertiveness, democracy, and supervision. The obstacles faced by school principals in improving the quality of schools are the lack of educational facilities and infrastructure. As for the efforts made by the principal in improving the quality of education, namely developing teacher competence, meeting the needs of school stakeholders and getting used to working together in overcoming problems.
