The purpose of this research is to know factually about the implementation of the Public Service Management Information System (SIMPEL) to supporting Immigration services, especially in pre-applying for a Passport at the Immigration Office Class II Non TPI Pemalang in terms of SIMPEL quality, urgency of SIMPEL application and quality of information produced by SIMPEL. The method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach.. The results of this study indicate that the SIMPEL implementation is one of the efforts made by the Immigration Office Class II Non TPI Pemalang in providing the best Immigration service to the community, especially in pre-application for Passports. With regard to the quality of the system, SIMPEL is easy to use by users both for officers and applicants in pre-application for a Passport. The results of the SIMPEL implementation can also be directly felt by its applicant. Then in terms of the quality of the resulting information such as availability, easy to understand and understand, constraints, response time and accuracy can be said to be successful in its implementation. Then in terms of the urgency of SIMPEL, that the existence of SIMPEL at the Immigration Office Class II Non TPI Pemalang can provide benefits that can be obtained, both for the Immigration Office Class II Non TPI Pemalang, officers and the community (applicants).

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui secara faktual mengenai Implementasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen Nikah dalam peningkatan kualitas layanan di Kantor Urusan Agama Kecamatan Ciwidey yang dilihat dari segi kualitas sistem aplikasi SIMKAH, urgensi penerapan sistem dan kualitas informasi yang dihasilkan oleh aplikasi SIMKAH. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini diperoleh dengan cara observasi lapangan, wawancara, studi kepustakaan dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas sistem dari aplikasi SIMKAH sangat baik, karena mudah digunakan dan lengkap sehingga dapat mendukung segala aktivitas pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Akan tetapi masih belum optimal karena server dan jaringan sering mengalami gangguan sehingga berpengaruh pada kecepatan aplikasi. Urgensi penerapan sistem merupakan upaya mendukung pelaksanaan program pemerintah dalam memaksimalkan pelayanan kepada masyarakat berbasis IT dan membantu petugas KUA dalam bidang pencatatan nikah dan rujuk. Kualitas informasi yang dihasilkan dari sistem tersebut sudah relevan dengan kebutuhan pengguna dan output nya lengkap dan dapat langsung dirasakan oleh pengguna sistem dan masyarakat sebagai penerima informasi.Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi Manajemen Nikah; Kualitas LayananABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to find out factually about the Implementation of Marriage Management Information Systems in improving service quality at the Ciwidey District Religious Affairs Office in terms of the quality of the SIMKAH application system, the urgency of the system implementation and the quality of information produced by the SIMKAH application. The method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. This research was obtained by field observations, interviews, literature studies and documentation studies. The results of this study indicate that the quality of the SIMKAH application system is very good, because it is easy to use and complete so that it can support all service activities to the community. However, it is still not optimal because servers and networks often experience interference so that it affects the application speed. The urgency of implementing the system is an effort to support the implementation of government programs in maximizing services to the IT-based community and assisting KUA officers in the field of marriage and referral registration. The quality of information generated from the system is relevant to the needs of users and its output is complete and can be directly felt by users of the system and the public as recipients of information.Keywords : Marriage Management Information System; Quality of Service

The government has launched the Public Service Agency / Regional Public Service Agency (BLU / BLUD) program with the issuance of Government Regulation Number 23 of 2005. PP 23 of 2005 concerning Financial Management of Public service agency which basically explains, Public service agency are not only a new form in management of state finances but also as a new paradigm for public sector service management. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze how the implementation of PPK-BLUD policies in RSUD Dr. RM Djoelham Binjai in terms of improving the quality and quality of public services, especially health services to the people of Binjai City. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative using the Merille S. Grindle theory where there are several variables that determine the effectiveness of policy implementation. From the research results it can be seen that after the implementation of PPK-BLUD in Dr. RM. Djoelham Binjai, there was a change where previously the budget management, finance and reporting processes, which had been purely based on financial regulations with the APBD mechanism. However, with the implementation of PPK-BLUD, all the income that the RSUD Dr. RM. Djoelham receives can be directly managed and used for the needs and needs of the RSUD. So it is hoped that it can simplify the bureaucracy, especially finance, so that in the end it can improve the quality of hospital services. In its implementation, there are several obstacles faced, especially the understanding of other sections and fields of PPK-BLUD in RSUD Dr. RM. Djoelham Binjai so that good coordination between divisions and fields is needed.

ABSTRACTThe Village Management Information System is a system that produces information to support the management operations function and determine actions in the Village Government organization and Government on it. This system is designed and built based on the web to make it easier for relevant parties to interact with the system. The purpose of the design and construction of this system is to be able to realize orderly village government administration so as to produce the right information so that Village Governments and Governments at the top level can make decisions or policies that are also appropriate and to be able to shorten the time of administration by the public. The method of building this system begins by analyzing the system that is running and analyzing the system to be built. After analyzing the system, then designing the system using the Unified Modeling Languege modeling, MySQL Database Management System and built using the CodeIgniter Framework. The Village Management Information System was built based on observations made in Talawi Hilie Village, Talawi District, Sawahlunto City. With the construction of this system the Village Government can eliminate problems in the process of village administration, the community can save time in conducting village administration administration, and the Village Government and other relevant agencies can improve productivity and quality of work. Keywords: Information System, UML, MySql, codeIgniter.

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the performance of personnel in the public service in the Office of Financial Management and Asset Kutai Barat. The analysis used in this research is the data analysis interactive model by three (3) lines of activities occurring simultaneously, namely condensation, data presentation and conclusion/verification. The study concluded that the performance of the apparatus in an effort to improve the service has been good, although not optimal, however the services provided have shown progress, this is due to several things: the ability to use working hours in efektf, the quality of the work produced then the responsiveness of employees is good enough.Keyword: apparatur performance, service, management

This research was conducted with the aim (1) To determine the implementation of Management Information Systems and Accounting for State Property (SIMAK-BMN) in asset management within the Public Service Agency (BLU) of Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta; (2) To find out the advantages of implementing SIMAK-BMN in asset management in the Universitas Sebelas MaretSurakarta; (3) To find out the problems in the implementation of SIMAK-BMN in asset management within the Universitas Sebelas MaretSurakarta; (4) To find out the solution to the problems in the implementation of SIMAK-BMN in asset management within the Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The source of the data came from interviews with 13 informants and related documents. The techniques of collecting data were by interview, observation, and documentation. The sampling technique in the study was purposive sampling. The research subjects in this study were officials and staff related to the management of BMN in Universitas Sebelas Maretwhich were represented by 13 people. Data analysis started from the stage of data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The results of the study showed that the actual rules regarding BMN Management have not been fully understood by stakeholders in the Universitas Sebelas Maret, this has the effect: the implementation of BMN management is not fully in accordance with applicable regulations; controlling the management of BMN is still weak, so it needs improvement to provide a good understanding of BMN management; currently the stakeholders of BMN management focus more on procurement, while the other management scope is still being ruled out. Based on the regulations of the Act – Act number 44-year 2009 about hospitals, where each hospital is obligated to do the recording and reporting of all activities of the Organization of the hospital in the form of hospital management information system (SIMRS). Therefore, every hospital is obligated to run SIMRS with the use of open source as has been set in the Year 2013 No. 82 Permenkes about SIMRS. The purpose of the study in order to evaluate the management information system in hospital medical record Installation was RSUP. Adam Malik. Quantitative research method withcross sectional design to measure the research variables model HOT Fit: Human (the use of the system, user satisfaction), Technology (quality system, the quality of information and service quality), Organization (structure), against a Net benefit. Population is the entire staff of medical record that uses SIMRS of 69 people, sampling techniques are the total sampling. The data analysis done in a multiple regression. The purpose of the study to find out the influence of the factor of human technology is preferred, and the organization 's response to the net benefit. The results of the research there is the influence of human factors and technology against a net benefit to mean Ho denied and Ha was accepted, while to factor the organization has no influence on the net benefit, meaning that Ho and Ha accepted rejected. Simultaneously all the independent variables have significant effects on the dependent variable i.e. factors human, technology and organization, the impact on the net benefit. The R-squared value of 0.635 which means all variables the dependent variable may affect independent of 63.5%. Conclusion the research need to craft a careful planning for the development of SIMRS in order to get a quality system, quality of information and service quality, and poured in the master plan, and strategic plan of the hospital.

This thesis discusses Management Information Systems in the Public Relations and Information Sub Division of the Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi State Islamic University. This research is a qualitative study, while data collection is done by interviewing, documenting, and observing, analyzing through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This research was conducted at Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi State Islamic University with the subject of the research being the Head of Sub Division of Public Relations and Information, while additional information was determined by the Staff of Public Relations and Information. The study found a Management Information System in the Public Relations and Information Sub Division of the Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi State Islamic University, namely the application of a management information system in the public relations and information sub-section, which was carried out by means of an offline system and the second via online. Supporting factors for the implementation of management information systems in the public relations and information sub-sections namely having their own website and the inhibiting factors that occur when inputting news are network dependency, other obstacles such as in the individual staff section because each staff has different majors backgrounds, lack of coordination between organizers and public relations and lack of cameras to cover events. Efforts are made to provide 1 camera for 1 staff so that when there are activities staff have their own cameras, attempt to add public relations staff, then public relations establish communication links between public relations with the faculty and the University through a letter that is making a letter to the faculty and university.

This Community Service activities are carried out using the substantive developing database approach to assertions - accounting management assertions of intangible assets recorded in the State - Owned Financial Management Information System (SIMAK BMN) of the Public Service Agency of Universitas Negeri Jakarta. The substantive developing database carried out includes assertions - occurrence assertions, completeness, valuation, right and obligation and disclosure. The results of the substantive developing will be used as follow-up material from the recommendations of the findings of the Republic of Indonesia Supreme Audit Agency to the Republic of Indonesia Ministry of Technology and Higher Education where the Public Service Agency of Universitas Negeri Jakarta is one of the entities that sampling BPK RI. The Community Service activity is also an alternative discussion to be a guideline for the existence of a research gap in the implementation of the PSAK (Statement of Financial Accounting Standards) Number 19 concerning intangible assets that adopt the basis of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) where financial reports on assets become reliable, must be assessed based on fair value. PSAK 19 regulates the appraisal time to be carried out at the latest 3 years and at the latest every 5 years. This is where a phenomenon occurs, where if the appraisal is carried out in the 5th year while the amortization period of the intangible asset has been completed before 5 years, then the audit cannot be carried out based on the audit management assertions and make the asset the subject of audit findings potentially affecting audit opinion if material.Participants were given training on tips for managing a procurement of intangible fixed assets, both in the context of procurement by the university or by other units in certain circumstances, and systematically recording the SIMAK BMN UNJ after first carrying out asset reconciliation regular with the accounting and reporting section.

This study examines the impact of subjective and objective factors affecting the implementation of financial statements under the new regulations of public service and administration units in Vietnam. The research model and hypothesis has been tested by SmartPLS3 software with 213 survey samples from accountants andmanagers working in public units in Vietnam. Research results show that: (1) The capacity of accountants at theunits has a positive impact on the implementation of financial statements according to the new accounting regime;(2) The content of the new accounting regime and inspection activities of functional agencies have a positive impact on the implementation of financial statements according to the new accounting regime. These results provide some implications for the theory and implications of governance for public entities in Vietnam in implementing financial statements to improve the quality of information on financial statements, serving the needs of increasing accountability and decision-making of units.

AbstrakPemerintah daerah menggunakan aplikasi sistem informasi yang komprehensif untuk merencanakan dan melaporkan pelaksanaan kegiatannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas informasi dalam Sistem Informasi Manajemen Daerah (SIMDA) keuangan berbasis akrual di Dinas X. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan metode kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan observasi langsung. Narasumber adalah pegawai yang terlibat dalam penggunaan aplikasi SIMDA keuangan. Data yang terkumpul dari fakta-fakta dalam organisasi kemudian diolah menjadi kalimat-kalimat yang berisi informasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi SIMDA Keuangan berbasis akrual telah meningkatan kualitas informasi dan telah berjalan secara efektif.Kata Kunci : Implementasi, SIMDA, Akrual  AbstractLocal governments use a comprehensive information system application to plan and report on the implementation of their activities. This study aims to analyze the quality of information in the Accrual-based Financial Management Information System (SIMDA) at the Departement  X. This research is a descriptive study using a qualitative method approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews and direct observation. Resource persons are employees involved in using the SIMDA financial application. The data collected from the facts in the organization are then processed into sentences containing information.
