Based on the results of research conducted in two schools, namely SD Negeri 30 Dompu and MI AS- Salam Dompu related to "Implementation of Character Education Values ​​Through School Culture at SD Negeri 26 Dompu and MI As - Salam Dompu". The aim of this research is to describe character education plans through school culture at SD Negeri 26 Dompu and MI As - Salam Dompu. Research methodology The research used a descriptive qualitative approach. This type of research is a multi-case study (multicase studies) is a study that seeks to take in-depth and detailed data from sources. Interview data collection techniques, observation and documentation. Problems that occur in the field, this research focuses on three main character values, namely religious, nationalist and independent. The three character values ​​were chosen because these character values ​​are still not visible in the ongoing educational process. For the explanation above, it is very important to implement character education in schools as an effort to make students aware of the importance of complying with applicable rules and having a commitment to continue implementing good values ​​in their lives.

Giving stimulus from educators in the form of giving appreciation and punishment will greatly affect the way of thinking and behavior of students in achieving the goals of character education that have been set. This study aims to describe the implementation of reward and punishment in shaping the character of students' discipline. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study. Methods of data collection using interviews, observation and documentation. The validity of the data used source triangulation and technical triangulation. The results of this study indicate: (1) The implementation of rewards in shaping the discipline character of students is done by giving rewards in the form of praise and giving appreciation in the form of gifts. (2) The implementation of punishment in shaping the disciplinary character of students is carried out by giving gradual warnings, giving spontaneous warnings and written warning letters. (3) Evaluation of the implementation of rewards and punishments in shaping the character of students' discipline is using process evaluation, which is an assessment carried out during the learning process by observing the attitudes of students everyday when they are in the madrasa environment.. Keywords: Reward; Punishment; Discipline; Learners Pemberian stimulus dari pendidik berupa pemberian apresiasi dan hukuman akan sangat mempengaruhi cara berpikir dan tingkah laku peserta didik dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan karakter yang sudah ditetapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi reward dan punishment dalam membentuk karakter disiplin peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi tehnik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) Implementasi reward dalam membentuk karakter kedisiplinan peserta didik dilakukan dengan memberikan reward dalam bentuk pujian serta memberikan apresiasi dalam bentuk hadiah. (2) Implementasi punishment dalam membentuk karakter kedisiplinan peserta didik dilakukan dengan cara memberi peringatan secara bertahap, memberi teguran spontan dan surat peringatan tertulis. (3) Evaluasi implementasi reward dan punishment dalam membentuk karakter kedisiplinan peserta didik adalah menggunakan evaluasi proses, yaitu penilaian yang dilakukan di saat proses pembelajaran berlangsung dengan mengamati dari sikap peserta didik sehari-hari ketika berada di lingkungan madrasah. This study used a qualitative approach with the design of the study of multi case (multycase studies). The data collection technique of this research were the observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study showed that the implementation of character education through school culture focused on religious character, discipline, and independence. Each character is obtained through routine activities, spontaneous activities, and exemplary.</p><p><strong>Abstrak:</strong> Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi pendidikan karakter melalui budaya sekolah dengan fokus karakter religius, karakter disiplin, dan karakter mandiri. Teknik observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi digunakan dalam pengambilan data pada penelitian ini. Character education is the focus of Indonesian education nowadays as people in Indonesia is experiencing a negative character shifting. In order to change negative character, character education should be taught to the young generation through the integration of the character education at school. This study aims to determine the ways of integrating the value of character education in the lesson plan and the process of Indonesian language learning in the high school. This study employed a case study method by implementing a qualitative approach. This research was carried out in State Senior High School (SMAN) 1 Surakarta, Indonesia. The technique of data collection comprised of observation, interviews, and documentation. The result of this study shows that SMAN 1 Surakarta infuses character education in Indonesian language learning. The character values, which are integrated to the lesson plan, are respect, discipline, care, courage, responsibility, justice, honesty, helping each other, and cooperation. In the learning process, the character values that are infused to the lesson plan had been successfully integrated except for three values, namely justice, helping each other, and cooperation. Those three values should be integrated during group discussion activities, unfortunately, group discussion activities were not carried out.

Abstract. This research is motivated by the practice of PAI in schools that is not optimal, especially because of the lack of study hours. Seeing this problem, the development of the PAI curriculum is very important to be carried out, both by the relevant institutions and by the PAI teachers themselves. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the development of PAI objectives, the development of PAI substance, the development of PAI implementation, and the development of PAI evaluation. This research uses a case study method using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by interview, observation and documentation study. Based on the results of the study, it is found that the development of the goal of PAI is to develop academic abilities and promote the values of Islamic character in students. The development of the substance of PAI was developed into two forms, namely the intracuricular form (Tarjamah subjects) and the form of school culture (Tahfidz and Taqwa Character Building (TCB)). The development of the evaluation of the PAI curriculum was carried out in two activities, namely the evaluation by each of Darul Hikam school unit and the evaluation by a special team from the Darul Hikam Foundation.Abstrak. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh praktik  PAI  di  sekolah yang kurang  maksimal, terutama karena minimnya jam pelajaran.  Melihat permasalahan ini, maka pengembangan kurikulum PAI menjadi sangat penting untuk dilakukan, baik oleh lembaga terkait maupun oleh guru PAI sendiri. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis: pengembangan tujuan PAI, pengembangan substansi PAI, pengembangan implementasi PAI, dan pengembangan evaluasi PAI. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, ditemukan bahwa pengembangan tujuan PAI adalah mengembangkan kemampuan akademik serta mengedepankan nilai-nilai karakter Islam pada diri siswa. Adapun pengembangan substansi PAI dikembangankan ke dalam dua bentuk, yaitu bentuk intrakurikuler, berupa mata pelajaran Tarjamah dan bentuk school culture (pembiasaan sekolah) berupa Tahfidz dan Taqwa Character Building (TCB). Pengembangan evaluasi terhadap kurikulum PAI dilaksanakan dalam dua kegiatan yakni evaluasi oleh masing-masing unit sekolah Darul Hikam dan evaluasi oleh tim khusus dari Yayasan Darul Hikam.

Abstract. Divorce often produces both positive and negative influences in all aspects of children’s life. This research intends to seek whether parents’ divorce can affect a child’s health condition, psychology and spiritual which are referred as a bio-psychosocial and spiritual tools. By utilizing these tools, it is expected that a better understanding can be drawn to what extent divorce may affect children of divorced parents. This thesis uses a qualitative approach with a case study research methodology where data collection techniques includes interviews, observation and documentation. The findings indicate that biopsychosocial and spiritual tools can provides information on the impact upon children with divorced parents. These impacts can be comprehended through the biological aspects, how health conditions of children altered prior to and following the separation of parents. The psychological and spiritual conditions can be perceived through how a child interacts with the environment. Abstrak. Perceraian kerap kali membawa pengaruh dalam segala aspek kehidupan anak baik pengaruh yang bersifat positif maupun negatif. Penelitian ini perlu dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah perceraian orang tua dapat mempengaruhi kondisi kesehatan anak, psikologis anak serta spiritual anak atau dapat disebut sebagai biopsikososial dan spiritual. Dengan memperhatikan aspek tersebut diharapkan perceraian tidak menjadi momok yang menakutkan bagi anak karena meskipun orang tua mereka berpisah, mereka masih dapat merasakan kasih sayang seutuhnya dari kedua orang tua. Pendekatan yang peneliti gunakan dalam skripsi ini adalah metodologi penelitian kualitatif dengan penelitian studi kasus, dimana teknik pengumpulan data penulis dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Adapun hasil temuan yang peneliti dapatkan mengenai dampak biopsikososial dan spiritual korban perceraian orang tuanya, adalah dapat dilihat melalui aspek biologis yaitu bagaimana kondisi kesehatan anak sebelum dan sesudah perceraian orang tuanya, aspek psikologis yaitu bagaimana konsep diri seorang anak dengan perceraian orang tuanya, aspek sosial dan spiritual adalah bagaimana interaksi seorang anak dengan lingkungan, apakah perceraian benar-benar memberikan pengaruh terhadap aspek-aspek tersebut diatas.

Abstract. Management patterns in an organization are very important in carrying out a plan. The mosque management pattern is very important as an effort to improve the mosque from within the form of strengthening the existence of the mosque as a place of worship for Muslims. AL Munawwaroh Mosque is one of the mosques built in Sayati village, Bandung district. The existence of this mosque has been known by several outside congregations and in the implementation of its management there have been many developments from time to time, especially in the aspect of Islamic da'wah activities. The author examines how the Management Pattern of the AL Munawwaroh Mosque in increasing Islamic da'wah activities. The purpose of this study was to determine the management pattern of the al Munawwaroh mosque in increasing its preaching activities. The benefit of this research is to enrich the scientific treasures of management and sran for the improvement of other mosques. Research conducted by the author is a case study researcher with a qualitative approach, in order to provide clarity on the problem or event under study. Thus the population of this research is the management of the Al Munawwaroh Mosque, the congregation, and community leaders. This study uses interview data collection techniques, observation, and documentation. Interviews were conducted with mosque administrators who were directly involved with the applied management of the mosque. The results of the study found that first, the management pattern carried out by the management of the AL Munawwaroh Mosque was the planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring patterns. Where all the patterns above are carried out together by the board, the congregation. Second, Islamic da'wah activities carried out by the Al Munawwaroh mosque are in accordance with what has been planned in the management pattern. Third, the management of the Al Munawwaroh mosque from the start of construction, finance, and daily worship services is quite good. Abstrak. Pola manajemen dalam sebuah organisasi sangatlah penting dalam menjalankan sebuah perencanaan. Adapun pola manajemen masjid sangat penting sebagai suatu upaya perbaikan masjid dari dalam berupa penguatan eksistensi masjid sebagai tempat peribadahan umat islam. Masjid AL Munawwaroh merupakan salah satu masjid yang dibangun di desa sayati kab bandung. Keberadaan masjid ini sudah dikenal oleh beberapa Jemaah luar dan dalam pelaksanaan manajemennya sudah banyak perkembangan dari masa ke masa, khusunya pada aspek aktivitas dakwah islam. Penulis meneliti bagaimana Pola Manajemen Masjid AL Munawwaroh dalam meningkatkan aktivitas dakwah islam. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pola manajemen yang dilakukan masjid al Munawwaroh dalam meningkatkan aktivitas dakwahnya. Manfaat penelitian ini untuk memperkaya khazanah keilmuan manajemen dan sran bagi perbaikan masjid lainnya. Penelitian yang dilakukan oleh penulis merupakan penelitia studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif, guna memberikan kejelasan terhadap masalah atau peristiwa yang diteliti. Demikian yang menjadi populasi peneliti ini adalah pengurus Mesjid Al Munawwaroh, Jemaah, dan tokoh masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Wawancara yang dilakukan kepada pengurus masjid yang terlibat langsung dengan manajemen masjid yang diterapkan. Hasil penelitian menemukan, bahwa yang pertama, pola manajemen yang dilakukan oleh pengurus Mesjid AL Munawwaroh ialah dengan Pola Perencanaan, pengorganisasian, Pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan. Dimana semua pola diatas dilakukan bersama oleh pengurus, Jemaah. Kedua, aktivitas dakwah islam yang dijalankan oleh masjid Al Munawwaroh sesuai dengan apa yang telah direncanakan pada pola manajemen. Ketiga, pengelollan masjid Al Munawwaroh dari mulai pembangunan, keuangan, sera ibadah harian sudah cukup baik dilaksanakan.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pendayagunaan dana ZIS dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat Desa Babaksari Kecamatan Dukun melalui program Gresik Berdaya dengan memberikan bantuan ternak bergulir yang dilakukan oleh BAZNAS Kabupaten Gresik. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif, dengan strategi studi kasus. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan wawancara sepuluh mustahiq penerima bantuan ternak bergulir, dua perangkat desa, dan tiga pihak dari BAZNAS Kabupaten Gresik. Data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Adapun pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa pendayagunaan dana ZIS oleh BAZNAS Kabupaten Gresik dalam hal ini Program Gresik Berdaya di Desa Babaksari Kecamatan Dukun disalurkan dalam rangka memberdayakan masyarakat dan pendampingan untuk meningkatkan ekonomi dan pengetahuan. Ternak bergulir merupakan model pendayagunaan zakat produktif oleh Program Gresik Berdaya dalam meningkatkan pendapatan mustahiq yang menurut peneliti sudah optimal. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan telah meningkatnya pendapatan serta kesejahteraan penerima bantuan ternak bergulir yang telah berhasil bergulir tiap tahunnya.Kata Kunci: Mustahiq, pemberdayaan ZIS, Pendayagunaan. ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the efficient use of ZIS funds in the economic empowerment of the Babaksari Village community, Dukun District through the Gresik Berdaya program by providing revolving livestock assistance carried out by BAZNAS Gresik Regency. The research methodology used is a qualitative approach, with a case study strategy. Data collection was carried out by interviewing ten mustahiq recipients of revolving livestock assistance, two village officials, and three parties from BAZNAS, Gresik Regency. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The data collection was done by using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. Based on the research results, it was found that the utilization of ZIS funds by BAZNAS Gresik Regency, in this case, the Gresik Berdaya Program in Babaksari Village, Dukun District, was channeled to empower the community and provide assistance to improve the economy and knowledge. Rolling livestock is a model for the utilization of productive zakat by the Gresik Berdaya Program in increasing mustahiq's income, which according to researchers is optimal. This is evidenced by the increasing income and welfare of the recipients of revolving livestock assistance which have been successful in rolling every year.Keywords: Mustahiq, ZIS Empowerment, Utilization

Writing activities are essentially not only to give birth to a thought and a feeling, but also a disclosure of knowledge ideas and the life experience of a person in writing language. The study used a qualitative approach with case study techniques. With the research subject grade V students MI ma'arif NU 1 Kaliwangi. Data collection techniques with interviews, observations, and documentation. Analytics Data uses the Miles and Huberman model. Results showed (a) mature planning before the process of dissection (b) the implementation of creative learning with the image media assisted by the LCD, and Worksheet (c) Self-reliance assessment techniques with direct observation, and system point, (d) The lack of introductory media such as dictionaries changed basic barriers.

Amil zaka in zaka institutions has the right as one of eight ashnaf. Their rights are usually used by zaka institutions as operational cost. However, not all of the intitutions which manage zaka take amil’s right, one of them is Yayasan Nurul Hayat. This institution does not take amil’s right and it is independent in its operational cost. To support this operational cost, Yayasan Nurul Hayat establish business unit with utilize its profit.This study aimed to discover the capability of business unit in supporting operational cost of Yayasan Nurul Hayat. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive case study method. The selections of informant are using purposive sampling method. Data collection was conducted by semi-structured interviews and documentation. This data is analyzed using descriptive method.The result of this study shows that Yayasan Nurul Hayat Employments’ Salary is taken from business unit’s profit. It is also used to give bonus for employments and grow the business unit of Yayasan Nurul Hayat up. From the result of this study, it can be concluded that the business unit which is developed has great capability to support operational cost of Yayasan Nurul Hayat.

The purpose of this research was to describe and analyze the planning, implementation, and evaluation of responsible character education based on school culture. A qualitative approach is taken in this investigation. An SMP Muhammadiyah Plus Salatiga sample was used in the analysis. In order to gather accurate information about the subject matter, the authors employ qualitative research methods, such as interviews and documentation. There are two ways to implement educational character education in the classroom: first, incorporate it into the school's curricula and rules, then spread the word to the students and staff. Character education for responsibility is carried out by incorporating the character of responsibility into self-development programs, subjects, and school culture. 2. This includes classroom and school-wide activities in which character values are taught and practiced. Students' attitudes are assessed as a means of evaluating responsibility character education.
