Abstract. Management patterns in an organization are very important in carrying out a plan. The mosque management pattern is very important as an effort to improve the mosque from within the form of strengthening the existence of the mosque as a place of worship for Muslims. AL Munawwaroh Mosque is one of the mosques built in Sayati village, Bandung district. The existence of this mosque has been known by several outside congregations and in the implementation of its management there have been many developments from time to time, especially in the aspect of Islamic da'wah activities. The author examines how the Management Pattern of the AL Munawwaroh Mosque in increasing Islamic da'wah activities. The purpose of this study was to determine the management pattern of the al Munawwaroh mosque in increasing its preaching activities. The benefit of this research is to enrich the scientific treasures of management and sran for the improvement of other mosques. Research conducted by the author is a case study researcher with a qualitative approach, in order to provide clarity on the problem or event under study. Thus the population of this research is the management of the Al Munawwaroh Mosque, the congregation, and community leaders. This study uses interview data collection techniques, observation, and documentation. Interviews were conducted with mosque administrators who were directly involved with the applied management of the mosque. The results of the study found that first, the management pattern carried out by the management of the AL Munawwaroh Mosque was the planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring patterns. Where all the patterns above are carried out together by the board, the congregation. Second, Islamic da'wah activities carried out by the Al Munawwaroh mosque are in accordance with what has been planned in the management pattern. Third, the management of the Al Munawwaroh mosque from the start of construction, finance, and daily worship services is quite good. Abstrak. Pola manajemen dalam sebuah organisasi sangatlah penting dalam menjalankan sebuah perencanaan. Adapun pola manajemen masjid sangat penting sebagai suatu upaya perbaikan masjid dari dalam berupa penguatan eksistensi masjid sebagai tempat peribadahan umat islam. Masjid AL Munawwaroh merupakan salah satu masjid yang dibangun di desa sayati kab bandung. Keberadaan masjid ini sudah dikenal oleh beberapa Jemaah luar dan dalam pelaksanaan manajemennya sudah banyak perkembangan dari masa ke masa, khusunya pada aspek aktivitas dakwah islam. Penulis meneliti bagaimana Pola Manajemen Masjid AL Munawwaroh dalam meningkatkan aktivitas dakwah islam. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pola manajemen yang dilakukan masjid al Munawwaroh dalam meningkatkan aktivitas dakwahnya. Manfaat penelitian ini untuk memperkaya khazanah keilmuan manajemen dan sran bagi perbaikan masjid lainnya. Penelitian yang dilakukan oleh penulis merupakan penelitia studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif, guna memberikan kejelasan terhadap masalah atau peristiwa yang diteliti. Demikian yang menjadi populasi peneliti ini adalah pengurus Mesjid Al Munawwaroh, Jemaah, dan tokoh masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Wawancara yang dilakukan kepada pengurus masjid yang terlibat langsung dengan manajemen masjid yang diterapkan. Hasil penelitian menemukan, bahwa yang pertama, pola manajemen yang dilakukan oleh pengurus Mesjid AL Munawwaroh ialah dengan Pola Perencanaan, pengorganisasian, Pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan. Dimana semua pola diatas dilakukan bersama oleh pengurus, Jemaah. Kedua, aktivitas dakwah islam yang dijalankan oleh masjid Al Munawwaroh sesuai dengan apa yang telah direncanakan pada pola manajemen. Ketiga, pengelollan masjid Al Munawwaroh dari mulai pembangunan, keuangan, sera ibadah harian sudah cukup baik dilaksanakan.

Analysis of Village Development Factors and Strategies Towards Independent Villages (Case Study in Batang Sangir Village, Kayu Aro District, Kerinci Regency). This study aims to determine the Factors of Development of Batang Sangir Village and Strategies Towards Independent Villages. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The research location is in Batang Sangir Village, Kayu Aro District, Kerinci Regency with a purposive sampling technique. This study uses data collection techniques: interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study are, the development factors in Batang Sangir Village include: (1) Natural Resources. (2) Human Resources. (3) Economy. (4) Public Services. (5) Community Participation. Batang Sangir Village applies a strategy towards independent villages from within, namely: optimizing the initiative or desire of the community to progress, optimizing the capacity / ability of the community, optimizing the capacity of the village head in organizing. Facilitate bureaucracy and facilitate constructive activities. Strengthening village officials' human resources through training and coaching and involving the community in development. Conduct village meetings which include community leaders, religious leaders. Determine productive businesses in Batang Sangir Village.

Based on the results of research conducted in two schools, namely SD Negeri 30 Dompu and MI AS- Salam Dompu related to "Implementation of Character Education Values ​​Through School Culture at SD Negeri 26 Dompu and MI As - Salam Dompu". The aim of this research is to describe character education plans through school culture at SD Negeri 26 Dompu and MI As - Salam Dompu. Research methodology The research used a descriptive qualitative approach. This type of research is a multi-case study (multicase studies) is a study that seeks to take in-depth and detailed data from sources. Interview data collection techniques, observation and documentation. Problems that occur in the field, this research focuses on three main character values, namely religious, nationalist and independent. The three character values ​​were chosen because these character values ​​are still not visible in the ongoing educational process. For the explanation above, it is very important to implement character education in schools as an effort to make students aware of the importance of complying with applicable rules and having a commitment to continue implementing good values ​​in their lives.

Writing activities are essentially not only to give birth to a thought and a feeling, but also a disclosure of knowledge ideas and the life experience of a person in writing language. The study used a qualitative approach with case study techniques. With the research subject grade V students MI ma'arif NU 1 Kaliwangi. Data collection techniques with interviews, observations, and documentation. Analytics Data uses the Miles and Huberman model. Results showed (a) mature planning before the process of dissection (b) the implementation of creative learning with the image media assisted by the LCD, and Worksheet (c) Self-reliance assessment techniques with direct observation, and system point, (d) The lack of introductory media such as dictionaries changed basic barriers.

Amil zaka in zaka institutions has the right as one of eight ashnaf. Their rights are usually used by zaka institutions as operational cost. However, not all of the intitutions which manage zaka take amil’s right, one of them is Yayasan Nurul Hayat. This institution does not take amil’s right and it is independent in its operational cost. To support this operational cost, Yayasan Nurul Hayat establish business unit with utilize its profit.This study aimed to discover the capability of business unit in supporting operational cost of Yayasan Nurul Hayat. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive case study method. The selections of informant are using purposive sampling method. Data collection was conducted by semi-structured interviews and documentation. This data is analyzed using descriptive method.The result of this study shows that Yayasan Nurul Hayat Employments’ Salary is taken from business unit’s profit. It is also used to give bonus for employments and grow the business unit of Yayasan Nurul Hayat up. From the result of this study, it can be concluded that the business unit which is developed has great capability to support operational cost of Yayasan Nurul Hayat.

This research explains the internalization of multicultural values ​​in the learning process of PAI at Senior high school Darut Taqwa Sengonagung Purwosari Pasuruan. This Research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study. The data collection was through by unstructured and opened interview techniques, unattended and opened observation, and documentation techniques. For analysis and interpretation of data using steps: a). Reduction data, b). Displaying data, and c). Conclusion drawing / verification. The results of the research shows that the internalization of multicultural values ​​in the learning process of PAI through two ways, namely through the material and using methods that reflect multicultural values.

Giving stimulus from educators in the form of giving appreciation and punishment will greatly affect the way of thinking and behavior of students in achieving the goals of character education that have been set. This study aims to describe the implementation of reward and punishment in shaping the character of students' discipline. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study. Methods of data collection using interviews, observation and documentation. The validity of the data used source triangulation and technical triangulation. The results of this study indicate: (1) The implementation of rewards in shaping the discipline character of students is done by giving rewards in the form of praise and giving appreciation in the form of gifts. (2) The implementation of punishment in shaping the disciplinary character of students is carried out by giving gradual warnings, giving spontaneous warnings and written warning letters. (3) Evaluation of the implementation of rewards and punishments in shaping the character of students' discipline is using process evaluation, which is an assessment carried out during the learning process by observing the attitudes of students everyday when they are in the madrasa environment.. Keywords: Reward; Punishment; Discipline; Learners Pemberian stimulus dari pendidik berupa pemberian apresiasi dan hukuman akan sangat mempengaruhi cara berpikir dan tingkah laku peserta didik dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan karakter yang sudah ditetapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi reward dan punishment dalam membentuk karakter disiplin peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi tehnik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) Implementasi reward dalam membentuk karakter kedisiplinan peserta didik dilakukan dengan memberikan reward dalam bentuk pujian serta memberikan apresiasi dalam bentuk hadiah. (2) Implementasi punishment dalam membentuk karakter kedisiplinan peserta didik dilakukan dengan cara memberi peringatan secara bertahap, memberi teguran spontan dan surat peringatan tertulis. (3) Evaluasi implementasi reward dan punishment dalam membentuk karakter kedisiplinan peserta didik adalah menggunakan evaluasi proses, yaitu penilaian yang dilakukan di saat proses pembelajaran berlangsung dengan mengamati dari sikap peserta didik sehari-hari ketika berada di lingkungan madrasah. This research aim to answer question. The question is regarding the implementation of zakat distribution to one-family-one-bachelor scholarship program at National Amil Zakat of East Java. The researcher used qualitative approach, spesifically case study type. This research used interview, observation, and documentation as data collection techniques. The finding of this research indicates that the distribution process at National Amil Zakat Institution of East Java is through transferring the zakat to Mustahik of one-family-one-bachelor scholarship program. BAZNAS that based in regency in East Java is a distribution channel to reach Mustahik outside Surabaya and Sidoarjo. Baznas that based in regency also distributes zakat to the mustahik through transfer as well. At this point, the distribution process in Baznas of East Java is directly distributed to mustahik.

The objective of this study is to understand how employee EI is a critical factor for improved organizational performance. Adopting a qualitative approach with a case study research design, a sample of 40 employees was selected from the organization; data collection was done through a questionnaire after pilot testing. An analysis is done using SPSS, within an interpretative research paradigm using thematic analyses. Findings reflect that understanding and knowledge on EI and its influence on the performance may add value to the organization as employees become aware of the best practices and contribute better for organizational performance. Further, it was also noted that EI is a significant predictor of job and organizational performance only if it is advocated and spearheaded through individual performance classified into the task and contextual performance.

Indonesia Manajemen hubungan masyarakat adalah sebuah fungsi manajemen yang didalamnya meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengorganisasian dan evaluasi terhadap hubungan masyarakat. Hubungan masyarakat sangat penting keberadaannya didalam suatu organisasi. Dengan adanya manajemen yang baik maka humas di perguruan tinggi akan terlaksana secara efektif dan efisien. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini menfokuskan pada dua hal yaitu; 1) Bagaimana fungsi manajemen humas dalam menarik minat masyarakat di IAIN Madura, 2) Bagaimana pola komunikasi humas di IAIN Madura, 3) Bagaimana respon stakeholders terhadap humas di IAIN Madura. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang dilakukan di Institut Agama Islam Negeri Madura. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi. Tahapan analisis data dilakukan dengan penyajian data, redusi data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Pengecekan keabsahan data melalui meningkatkan ketekunan dan Member check. Hasil penelitian ini; 1. Fungsi manajemen hubungan masyarakat dalam menarik minat masyarakat. (a) perencanaan meliputi, perencanaan fisik, perencanaan fungsional, perencanaan secara luas, dan perencanaan dikombinasikan, (b) pengorganisasian humas dibagi sesuai dengan tupoksi, (c) pelaksanaan hubungan masyarakat, melakukan kerjasama dengan pihak internal dan eksternal kampus, malakukan promosi melalui media massa dan menggunakan peran alumni, (d) evaluasi hubungan masyarakat dilakukan disetiap akhir kegiatan. 2. Pola komunikasi humas, a) internal, melakukan rapat dan musyawarah, b) eksternal, melalui kerjasama, media massa (cetak dan online). 3. Respon stakeholders terhadap humas IAIN Madura, a) respon dosen, b) respon mahasiswa, c) respon tokoh masyarakat. Kata kunci: Manajemen Humas, Minat Masyarakat.   Inggris Public relations management is a management function which includes planning, implementing, organizing and evaluating public relations.  Public relations is very important presence in an organization.  With good management, public relations at universities will be carried out effectively and efficiently. The purpose of this study focuses on two things namely;  1) How is the function of public relations management in attracting public interest in IAIN Madura, 2) How is the pattern of public relations communicationIAIN Madura, 3) How is the response of stakeholders to public relations IAIN Madura. This study uses a qualitative approach conducted at the Madura State Islamic Institute.  Data collection techniques using interview, observation, documentation.  Stages of data analysis are performed by presenting data, data reduction, and drawing conclusions.  Checking the validity of the data through increasing perseverance and member checking. The results of this study;  1. The function of public relations management in attracting public interest.  (a) planning includes, physical planning, functional planning, broad planning, and combined planning, (b) organizing public relations is divided according to the main tasks and functions, (c) implementing public relations, collaborating with internal and external campus, conducting promotion through media  mass and using the role of alumni, (d) evaluation of public relations is done at the end of each activity.  2. Public relations communication patterns, a) internal, conducting meetings and deliberations, b) external, through cooperation, mass media (print and online).  3. The coronavirus spread has been the main issue among Acehnese people since it occurred.  Every day, people get infected; some people also are starting to recover from the coronavirus. The governments have been working to reduce the risked people and infected victims by providing various personal protective equipment and educating the public about the virus and its threats. Those all require society to obey them, such as wearing masks to avoid being infected or transmit to other people. Until now, the spread of the coronavirus is also very high trending. The Covid-19 task force in Jakarta on February 16th, 2021  recorded that the ratio of coronavirus cases has reached 38.34 percent. This figure shows the highest daily record since the pandemic took place. This study used a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection was performed by interviewing several communities in the Johan Pahlawan sub-district, monitoring and observing in the field, and reading relevant sources. The study found a low level of community compliance with health protocols. The use of masks is still very lacking; people only wear masks when raids are carried out on the streets by joint government officials
