Attitudes towards program evaluation need to be owned by guidance and counseling teachers in implementing programs so that the services provided are of higher quality. This study aims to look at the relationship between the teacher's counseling and counseling attitudes towards program evaluation and the implementation of guidance and counseling programs. In this study, the subjects of the study population were guidance and counseling teachers at Serang District (Banten) State Middle School, amounting to 30 people. The instrument used is the teacher's attitudes of guidance and counseling towards the evaluation of basic services used to obtain information about the teacher's attitudes of guidance and counseling on evaluating basic services and instruments for the implementation of guidance and counseling programs used to describe the evaluations carried out by teachers guidance and counseling . The results showed that 50% of the guidance and counseling teachers had good knowledge of the guidance and counseling teacher evaluation, as many as 63 guidance and counseling teachers had good opinions on the evaluation of guidance and counseling. The results of the study on the implementation of the guidance and counseling program evaluation showed that 47% of guidance and counseling teachers carried out an evaluation of counseling and guidance program planning, 53% of guidance and counseling teachers carried out process evaluation, 59% of guidance and counseling teachers carried out evaluation results, while evaluation of counseling programs was 53 %. Keywords: Attitudes toward Guidance and Counseling Teacher Evaluation, Implementation of Guidance and Counseling Programs

This research is motivated by the low self-confidence of students in expressing opinions in front of the class. One of the reasons is the low self-disclosure of students. This study aims to see a picture of self-confidence, self-disclosure, and to examine the relationship between students' self-disclosure and self-confidence in expressing opinions in front of the class. The research method used is descriptive and correlational approaches. The study population was the tenth grade students, amounting to 455 people. With a sample of 204 people, who were selected by purposive sample technique. Data were analyzed using percentage techniques and to see the relationship between the two variables using Pearson Correlation Product Moment. The results of the study were found (1) in general students 'self-confidence was in the medium category, (2) in general students' selfdisclosure was in the medium category, and (3) there was a significant relationship between self-disclosure and student self-confidence with rxy = 0.415 and level significance of 0.000. Based on the findings of this study, it can be a reference for students about the importance of increasing self-disclosure so that students' confidence in expressing opinions in front of the class increases. In addition, guidance and counseling teachers can provide counseling services based on the findings of this study.

Adversity quotient is one of the intelligences possessed by a person in managing difficulties into a challenge that must be resolved to achieve certain goals. So that the adversity quotient must be owned by students to face various difficulties in completing lectures. However, during the Covid-19 pandemic, student activity became limited, both in following the learning process and guidance in completing final assignments in the form of a thesis, which was increasingly difficult. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of adversity quotient of students during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research method is descriptive quantitative. The sample in this study numbered 237 students and were selected using proportional random sampling technique. This study uses an adversity quotient scale with a reliability level of 0.924 in the very good category. The data analysis technique used the score range/categorization formula. The results showed 7.2% or 17 guidance and counseling students had low adversity quotient, 67.1% or 159 students had medium adversity quotient and 25.7% or 61 students had high adversity quotient. It can be concluded that students in general tend to have a moderate adversity quotient during the Covid-19 epidemic. These findings indicate it is necessary to conduct a college level counseling and guidance program to increase the adversity quotient of students.

The development of guidance and counseling programs, especially those planned (planned) and implemented (actuating) by guidance and counseling teachers will impact on how the provision of services to learners (counselee). Therefore a good program will show how the existence of teacher guidance and counseling in the field. Comprehensive guidance and counseling programs are comprehensive. Guidance and counseling activities are a series of activities that are related, connected, and each part has a unity bond with another part that is oriented towards the achievement of certain goals. Comprehensive guidance and counseling programs based on local school wisdom can be realized in several ways (1) Identify the needs of learners by developing data instruments based on school culture values. (2) engaging in school-oriented guidance and counseling services and (4) involving all stakeholders to provide counseling and guidance services based on local school wisdom.

The research is based on the lack of career students awareness in the elementary school. Focus on this research is the development of career guidance program with modeling technique to improve career awareness of student. The purpose of this study is to generate career guidance program with modeling technique to improve student career awareness. Research and development approach conducted through several steps, namely: needs assessment, program planning, implementation of program, evaluation, and follow-up. The data analysis technique was used Paired sample t-test to determine the impact of the program. The participant is the student at the fifth grade Al-Fityan elementary school Aceh in the year 2017/2018 which selected using purposive sampling. The self-developed career awareness instrument designed in the Likert scale with coefficient reliability 0,800. The finding of a research states that main indicator of the successful program evaluation is the improvement of the level of career awareness. This research concludes that the program of the career guidance using the modeling technique is effective to improve the awareness of student career.

<p>The management of the boarding school counseling program at the middle level that is not organized and structured will impact on students, including those who are not at home in the dormitory, commit violations, and do not have Islamic customs. this is caused by the lack of responsibility of a musyrif in managing students in the dormitory, this requires maximum assistance and good services in the form of providing guidance programs in producing professional and responsible musyrif. This research aims to find out the best musyrif guidance program in secondary level boarding schools. The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative By using the method of field research, data collection techniques carried out were observation, interviews, open questionnaires, and documents. The formulation of musyrif and musyrifah guidance programs in Boarding School secondary schools was validated through focus group discussions (FGD) involving four experts namely guidance and counseling experts, Islamic religious experts, caretakers of Islamic boarding schools, and linguists. The results of this study indicate that the musyrif and musyrifah guidance programs at boarding schools at the secondary level are arranged based on program components, such as basic services, responsive services, individual planning, and system support. The guidance material consists of leadership, manners, achievement motivation, decision-making skills, diversity of characters and cultures, parenting, and responsibilities.</p><p>Abstrak<br />Pengelolaan program bimbingan musyrif dan musyrifah boarding school ditingkat menengah yang tidak terorganisir dan terstruktur akan berimbas pada peserta didik diantaranya tidak betah di asrama, melakukan pelanggaran, dan tidak memiliki adab Islami. Hal ini menuntut adanya pendampingan maksimal dan layanan yang baik berupa pembekalan program bimbingan dalam menghasilkan musyrif dan musyrifah yang profesional dan bertanggungjawab. . Hal ini disebabkan karena kurangnya tanggung jawab. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui program bimbingan musyrif terbaik di pesantren tingkat menengah. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian lapangan, teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah observasi, wawancara, angket terbuka dan dokumen. Penyusunan program bimbingan musyrif dan musyrifah di sekolah menengah Pesantren divalidasi melalui FGD yang melibatkan empat orang ahli yaitu ahli bimbingan dan konseling, ahli agama Islam, pengurus pondok pesantren, dan ahli bahasa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa program bimbingan musyrif dan musyrifah di pesantren tingkat menengah disusun berdasarkan komponen program, seperti pelayanan dasar, pelayanan reponif, perencanaan individu dan dukungan sistem. Materi bimbingan terdiri dari kepemimpinan, budi pekerti, motivasi berprestasi, keterampilan mengambil keputusan, keragaman karakter dan budaya, pola asuh dan tanggung jawab.</p>

In this study, the amount of time that school counselors devote for program development, implementation and evaluation processes for generating and implementing comprehensive counseling and guidance program, which is based on the School Counseling and Guidance Services Model, as well as the problems they encountered were explored. Total of 207 school counselors, 113 of which from elementary and 94 of which from high schools participated in the study. The Survey of Roles and Responsibilities of Counselors were administered to school counselors. The quantitative data were analyzed using frequency distribution and qualitative data were analyzed by descriptive content analysis method. The findings indicate that, the implementation of comprehensive counseling and guidance program in schools, were evaluated positively especially in terms of ensuring the integrity of applications, meeting the developmental needs of students, and identity and visibility of school counselors are evaluated positively. However, some difficulties have been identified in terms of the school counseling program content and scope of competence of personnel in program implementation.

The results of this study indicate that: 1) The implementation of the supervision of the madrasah principal in developing the guidance and counseling program has been well implemented and can help, guide, and provide direction to BK teachers in compiling and developing guidance and counseling programs. The steps are carried out in several steps, including preparing a schedule and supervision instrument, notifying the BK teacher who will be supervised, carrying out supervision to the BK teacher by checking the program and monitoring its implementation, and evaluating or assessing the BK program. The technique used in the implementation of the supervision of the madrasah principal is individual and group techniques. Meanwhile, the approach to the supervision of the head of the madrasah is a direct and indirect approach. 2) Factors supporting the implementation of the supervision of the madrasah Principal in developing guidance and counseling programs are cooperation and support from all parties in the school, the existence of a program or supervision schedule, and BK tools in the form of programs and RPL. While the inhibiting factor is the existence of an agenda or schedule for the madrasa principal that coincides with the schedule for the implementation of supervision for BK teachers so that supervision can be delayed. 3) The solution to overcome obstacles in implementing the supervision of the madrasa principal in developing a counseling guidance program is to arrange or change the supervision schedule to another time and coordinate with the BK teacher so that supervision can still be carried out.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship of age high risk with the incidence ofbleeding post partum in dr. M. Soewandhie Surabaya hospital. This research is analytic with an approachof a sectional cross. The study population was all post partum mothers in the Dr. M. Soewandhie Surabayahospital in January 2016 to March 2017, which amounts to an average of 1840respondents while theresearch sample number 182. Measuring collection sheet data obtained by systematic random sampling.The Study was conducted Chi-Square test obtained mean count X2 (0,00) is less than á (0.05) thenH0 is rejected and H1 accepted it means that there is a relationship between the age of high risk withbleeding post partum. Conclusion, there is a relationship between the age of high risk with the incidenceof bleeding post partum in the Spaceof the Maternity room Dr. Moch. Soewandhie Surabayahospital.

This study aims to determine and understand the relationship between work motivation and participatory leadership with the work behavior of the Functional Staff of the Education and Culture Office of East Nusa Tenggara Province because the Province of East Nusa Tenggara is one of the provinces whose development and growth is relatively slower compared to other provinces in Indonesia. The study population was the functional staff who did not have a structural position of 94 people. Samples were taken as many as 75 people. Data collection using a questionnaire instrument.Based on hypothesis testing, this study found: (1) there was a relationship between work motivation and work behavior in which work motivation contributed 49.29% to work behavior, (2) there was a positive relationship between participative leadership and work behavior in which participative leadership contributed 51.49% of work behavior, and there is a positive relationship between work motivation and participatory leadership together with work behavior. Where work motivation and participatory leadership together contribute 67.01% to work behavior. From the three findings, the conclusions of this study are stated that: (a) Work behavior provides a good relationship to increase work motivation, (b) Work behavior can be improved by considering participatory leadership, by involving employees in every decision making, respecting opinions and proposals employees, and enhance collaboration.
