Based on the observations made by the author in Class X Social Studies at SMA Muhammadiyah Kampar Regency, it was found that the ability of students to do long jumps was still in the below-average category. This is due to the low physical condition of students so that they do not produce maximum explosive power of the leg muscles. This research was conducted using a correlational research design. Based on the results of research that has been carried out on class X students of SMA Muhammadiyah Kampar Regency, the value of count = 0.811 > table = 0.514. Obtained r = 0.811 including very strong category. Significance test using the t-test Significance formula. From the calculation results, it is known that t count = 5,006 while t table = 1,771. So t count = 5,006 > t table = 1,771. Thus, a conclusion can be drawn that: There is an effect of explosive power in the leg muscles with the results of the long jump squatting style for X grade students of SMA Muhammadiyah Kampar Regency. This study is correlational research that aims to find the contribution of leg muscleexplosive power to yield long jump squat style. The student sample was the son of varsity sportscoaching education Riau semester totaling 42 people. As the independent variable is theexplosive power leg muscle while dependent variable is the result of the long jump jongok style.Data (x) obtained from the test results without the leading long jump (standing board jump) toassess leg muscle explosive power while data (y) obtained from testing the long jump squat styleusing the prefix. Data were analyzed with statistical normality test is a test last lilifors alsoanalyzed the data to look for the correlation coefficient, and then proceed to test "t" after itsought the contribution. From the results of data processing for the normal distribution of dataobtained for the provision of data (x) and abnormally distributed in terms of data (y). r = 0.32,then through the test "t", t_ (count>) ttabel then there is a significant relationship between theexplosive muscle power with the outcome long jump squat style, via analysis of leg muscleexplosive power of determination have contributed 10.24% and 89 , 76% was contributed byother factors.

The problem in this study is that volleyball extracurricular students at SMP Negeri 6 Lubuklinggau City still have jumps and punches in the weak category, this is due to the weak power of the students' leg muscles which causes the smash to be performed less than optimal. The research objective was to determine whether there was a relationship between the explosive power of the leg muscles and the smash ability of volleyball players at SMP Negeri 6 Lubuklinggau City. The variables of this study were the leg muscle explosive power as the independent variable, and the smash ability was the dependent variable. This type of research is correlational research. This research was conducted on 14 male volleyball extracurricular students at SMP Negeri 6 Lubuklinggau City. The instrument for collecting the explosive power of the leg muscles used the vertical jump test and the smash used the smash ability test. The data analysis technique used the product moment correlation formula. The results of the study showed that there was a relationship between the leg muscle explosive power (x) and the volleyball smash ability (y), the calculation result was rxy = 0.55 from this value can be categorized as moderate. The results stated that there was a significant relationship between the explosive power of leg muscles on the smash ability of volleyball extracurricular students at SMP Negeri 6 Lubuklinggau City, this was stated based on hypothesis testing where t hit = 2.280 > t tab = 2.178.

This study aims to determine the differences in pliometric training of single leg speed hops and double leg speed hops on the ability of squat style long jump in SMA Negeri 08 Bengkulu Utara. The type of research used in this study was quasi-experimental. The sample in this study was students at SMA Negeri 08 Bengkulu Utara which numbered 50 students. The statistical analysis used is the t test. The results of the t-test analysis of the comparison calculation between the final results of the two groups turned out to have a significant difference. The calculation results state that tcount of 3.02 is greater than ttable 2.069 with the level of ? = 0.05, so it can be concluded that there are differences in the influence of the single leg speed hop pliometric exercise and double leg speed hop hops on the ability of squat style long jump.

Power is the power and speed of muscle contraction is dynamic and explosive and involvesthe expenditure of maximum muscle strength in the fastest time. Explosive power is one componentof physical condition that is needed in sports. This is supported by the opinion of Sukadiyanto(2011: 128) power is the result of times between strength and speed. To that end, the sequence toincrease power is given after the athlete is trained element of strength and speed. According toRiaydi, (2010) explosive power is a person's ability to use maximum capabilities deployed in theshortest time. The obstacle hexagonal jump is done quickly so that the movements performed areexplosive or abrupt so as to have an effect on the increase of explosive muscle limb power. Theresult of statistical analysis showed that the mean for the treatment group was 2.90 while the meanfor the control group was 1.55 this indicated that the mean group of threatment was greater than thecontrol group. While the results of the threatment group analysis is known that the t-test value is11.599 with the standard deviation of 1.119 and for the control group that the t-test value is 9.131with the standard deviation of 0.759, thus there is indeed the effect of obstacle hexagonal exerciseon increasing the muscle explosive power ) leg muscles.

The study aims to determine the contribustion of explosive power arm and leg muscles personal or groups with the ability the O’brein technique ini shot put.The research was a guantitative method using corelational research design. The population was athlete track and field UKO University Bung Hatta as much as 40 athlete. Was taken by purposive random sampling as much as 30 athlete. The instrument standing broad jump was used to measure leg muscles explosive power. The instrument medicine ball put tes was used to measure arm muscles explosive power and skil of the technique o’brain was used to measure shot put.The result empirically showed that: 1) the contribution of leg muscle explosive power of the shot put capability was 14,36% 2) the contribution of the explosive power of the arm muscles shot put athlete track and field ability was 19,18%. 3)  the contribution of leg and arm muscle explosive power joinly to word o’brain technique short put was 25,70%.

The research objective was to determine the physical condition of Club Caroline volleyball players and Lubuklinggau City Club JVC in 2018. This type of research was descriptive quantitative. The population of this study were male volleyball players Club Caroline and Lubuklinggau City Club JVC with all 45 players, consisting of 25 Club Caroline players and 20 Club JVC players. The sample in this study amounted to 45 players, which were taken using total sampling technique. The results of this study explained that the explosive strength of leg muscles possessed by Caroline club volleyball players averaged 108.23 categorized as Enough, while the average explosive power level the limbs owned by JVC club volleyball players are 115.18 categorized Good. Furthermore, the endurance test results possessed by Carolin club volleyball players an average of 32.6 are categorized sufficient, while the average endurance level possessed by Caroline Club volleyball players is 37.7 categorized as moderate. Conclusion, the explosive strength of limb muscles of the Caroline club volleyball player is categorized enough and the explosive strength of the leg muscles of the JVC club players is categorized as good. The durability of Caroline's club volleyball players is categorized enough and those possessed by JVC Club volleyball players are categorized as being moderate. Furthermore, the speed of Caroline club volleyball players and JVC is good. Whereas the agility of the Caroline club players is categorized as good and the agility of the JVC club volleyball players is categorized as Moderate. Furthermore, the abdominal muscle strength of club volleyball players Caroline and JVC entered the Good category. Keywords: Physical Condition, Bolavoli

The problems in this research are: decreased achievement of Tae Kwon-Do Dojang athletes UNP. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of the physical condition of Tae Kwon-Do athletes. This type of research is descriptive research. The sample in this study amounted to 20 athletes. Instruments for testing aerobic endurance, endurance for arm muscle strength, leg muscle explosive power, and agility. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistics. The results of the analysis of the components of the Physical Condition of the Tae Kwon-Do Dojang Athlete UNP are as follows: (1) Aerobic Endurance Ability in the "poor" classification, (2) Arm Muscle Endurance Ability in the "poor" classification, (3) The Ability of Leg Muscles in classification "good", (4) Agility Ability in the classification "very poor". Thus it can be concluded that the Physical Condition Level of the Tae Kwon-Do Dojang Athlete UNP still has a lot to improve and improve

Abstract: This study aims to describe and assess the level of ability of the physical condition students of the Physical Education, Health and Recreation (PJKR) class of 2018 off. B Faculty of Sport Science, State University of Malang, the results of data analysis of the 20 meter running speed test are 82.61 percent in the "enough" category, the agility T-test is 78.26 percent in the "enough" category, the zig zag agility test 78.26 percent for the "enough" category. , the muscle explosive power test of the upright jumping leg was 60.87 percent in the "good" category, the muscle explosive power test of the jumping leg of the frog was 60.87 percent in the "good" category, the muscle explosive power test of the arm in throwing the basketball without the prefix 54.35 percent was in the "enough" category , the body flexibility test 58.70 percent in the "good" category, the sit and reach body flexibility test of 54.35 percent in the "sufficient" category, and the static back-up body flexibility test of 54.35 percent including the "good" category. The conclusion of this study is the ability of the physical condition of the students of the Physical Education, Health and Recreation (PJKR) study program class of 2018 off. B, Faculty of Sport Science, State University of Malang, is in the moderate category. B Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan Universitas Negeri Malang diperoleh hasil analisis data tes kecepatan lari 20 meter 82,61 persen kategori “cukup”, tes kelincahan T-test 78,26 persen kategori “cukup”, tes kelincahan zigzag 78,26 persen kategori “cukup”, tes daya ledak otot tungkai loncat tegak 60,87 persen kategori “baik”, tes daya ledak otot tungkai loncat katak 60,87 persen kategori “baik”, tes daya ledak otot lengan lempar bolabasket tanpa awalan 54,35 persen kategori “cukup”, tes kelentukan tubuh kayang 58,70 persen kategori “baik”, tes kelentukan tubuh sit and reach 54,35 persen kategori “cukup”, dan tes kelentukan tubuh back-up tubuh statis 54,35 persen termasuk kategori “baik”. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah kemampuan kondisi fisik mahasiswa prodi Pendidikan Jasmani, Kesehatan dan Rekreasi (PJKR) angkatan tahun 2018 off. This study aims to determine the relationship between limb muscle explosive power and the long jump ability of STKIP-PGRI Lubuklinggau students. This research is a correlational study. The population in this study was the 3rd semester of Physical Education and Health students in the 2020 Academic Year STKIP-PGRI Lubuklinggau. The sample used is 30 students. The research method used is correlation, with data collection techniques using tests and measurements. The instrument for measuring the explosive power of the leg muscles uses the standing broud jump test and for the long jump ability using the long jump test. The data analysis technique uses normality, linearity, and product moment correlation tests using SPSS (Statistical Program For Social Science) for windows software. The results showed that: There was a significant relationship between the explosive power of the leg muscles and the long jump ability of the Physical Education students at STKIP-PGRI Lubuklinggau, with the value of rcount = 0.544 > r table = 0.361. With the contribution of leg muscle explosive power to the long jump ability of the 3rd semester physical education and health sector students in the 2020 Academic Year of STKIP-PGRI Lubuklinggau, amounting to 29.6%. Then the alternative hypothesis is accepted.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan latihan pliometrik single leg speed hop  dan double leg speed hop tehadap kemampuan lompat jauh gaya jongkok di SMA Negeri 08 Bengkulu Utara. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian  ini adalah quasi eksperimen. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah siswa di SMA Negeri 08 Bengkulu Utara yang berjumlah 50 siswa. Analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah uji t. hasil analisis uji t perhitungan perbandingan antara hasil akhir kedua kelompok ternyata terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan. Hasil perhitungan menyatakan bahwa thitung  sebesar 3,02 lebih besar dari ttabel 2,069 dengan taraf ?=0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan pengaruh latihan pliometrik single leg speed hop  dan  double leg speed hop terhadap kemampuan lompat jauh gaya jongkok.Kata kunci : pliometrik, single leg speed hop, double leg speed hop,  lompat jauh.AbstractThis study aims to determine the differences in pliometric training of single leg speed hops and double leg speed hops on the ability of squat style long jump in SMA Negeri 08 Bengkulu Utara.
