This study aims to determine the Effect of Workload, Competence and Compensation on Employee Performance at Excelton Hotel Palembang. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data, with data collection techniques carried out through questionnaire distribution to 68 employees of the Excelton Hotel Palembang. The analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis techniques that are processed using the help of the computer program Statistics Product and Service Soulution (SPSS 22). From the results of the study there is a positive and significant influence of Workload, Competence and Compensation on Employee Performance at the Excelton Hotel Palembang, which is indicated by the Regression model = 38.016 + 0.850X1 + 0.427X2 + 0.657X3 + e. Simultaneous correlation between the Work Load independent variable (X1), Competency independent variable (X2), Compensation independent variable (X3) to Work Performance dependent variable (Y) equals 0.724 means that there is a strong and positive directional relationship. Partial correlation of Workload (X1) to Work Achievement (Y) equals 0.562 means that there is a fairly strong and positive relationship in the same direction, partial correlation of Competence (X2) to Work Achievement (Y) equals 0.581 means that there is a strong enough relationship and positive direction, partial correlation Compensation (X3) to Job Performance (Y) equals 0.613 means that there is a strong and positive directional relationship. This can be seen from the large coefficient of determination which is quite strong at 50.8% so there are still 49.8% of variables that cannot be examined. From the results of data conducted by researchers known Workload (X1), Competence (X2), Compensation (X3) significantly influence Work Performance (Y) of Excelton Hotel Palembang Employees with a calculated F value of 23,480 and a significant probability of 0.00 <0, 05. Workload (X1) has a significant effect on Work Performance (Y) with a calculated T value of 3.496 and a significant probability of 0.001 <0.05. Competence (X2) has a significant effect on Job Performance (Y) with a calculated T value of 2.033 and a significant probability of 0.04 <0.05. Compensation (X3) has a significant effect on Job Performance (Y) with a calculated T value of 2.776 and a significant probability of 0.007 <0.05.

Humans as labor in company activities have a very important role. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the position placement factor on employee performance at PT. Zaman Teknindo Pekanbaru. The types and sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data with a total sample of 44 people. Sampling is done using the census method. Whereas to determine the magnitude of the influence of the independent variable (X) on the dependent variable (Y), Simple Regression analysis was used with the help of the Set 17. Package for Social Science (SPSS) device based on the results of the Simple Linear Regression. employee work at PT. Zaman Teknindo Pekanbaru. Thus to obtain high work performance, the management at PT. Zaman Teknindo Pekanbaru needs to pay attention to the application of work placements that are in accordance with what is owned by the employee such as ability, skills and experience and the better the work placement that is set by the company, the better the workplace pays generated by the employee. This study aims to know and analyze the influence of Promotion and Position Mutation on Job Performance Employees in the District Court Sigli. Where the independent variables of Promotion, Job Mutation and Job Performance (Y) as dependen. The Population variable in this research is all employees of the District Court Sigli 45 employees . The entire population in the study were sampled in the study of 45 employees. Data collected in this study consisted of primary data and secondary data, both qualitative data and quantitative data and through questionnaires filled by respondents. Then the data obtained were analyzed by using multiple regression analysis . This analysis includes Normality Test, Multicolinearity Test, Heterokedasticity Test of Classic Assumption, Hypothesis Testing through F Test and T Test, and Determination Coefficient Analysis (R²). Based on the result of research, we get regression equation: Y = 1,171 + 0,358 X1 + 0,388 X2. The result of the above analysis can be concluded based on t test known that Positive Promotion Variables positively and significantly influence on employee performance at Sigli District Court. This is seen from the significant value (0,000) smaller than 0.05 and the value of thitung4.032> ttabel 1.682. Position Mutation variables positively and significantly influence on Employee Performance at Sigli District Court. This can be seen from the significant value (0.000) smaller than 0.05 and the value of tcount4.584> ttable1,682. Based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2), indicating that the Adjusted R2 or the determinant of 0.715 means that 71.5% of Employee Performance factors can be explained by Position Promotion (X1) and Position Mutation (X2), while the remaining 28.5% can be explained by other factors not examined in this study. This research was conducted to measure the Influence Workload and Working Environment on Employee Job Performance with Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable in PT . Sarijasa Transutama Jakarta warehouse. The sample studied totaled 68 respondents. This study uses qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. Testing is done with the system simultaneously and partially. The analysis showed that the work load significantly influence employee performance, the working environment have a significant effect on employee performance, workload and working environment together - each has a significant influence on employee performance, intervention job satisfaction may mediate the effect of workload on achievement work, job satisfaction interventions may mediate the effect of the work environment on work performance.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan membuktikan adanya pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawa dewan pelaksana pengelola masjid agung jawa tengah. Peneletian ini menggunakan metode sensus data dari 119 responden. Tehnik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan uji parsial (uji t) variabel gaya kepemimpinan demokratisdi peroleh nilai t hitung 6,125 > 1,657 (t tabel) dengan taraf signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, artinya gaya kepemimpinan demokratis berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dewan pelaksana pengelola Masjid Agung Jawa Tengah. Variabel disiplin kerja di peroleh nilai t hitung – 1,419 < 1,657 (t tabel) dengan taraf signifikansi 0,159 > 0,05 artinya disiplin kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dewan pelaksana pengelola Masjid Agung Jawa TengahBerdasarkan hasil uji F (simultan) diketahui bahwa F hitung > F tabel (20,337 > 2,68), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara simultan atau bersama – sama gaya kepemimpinan demokratif dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif sigifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada dewan pelaksana pengelola Masjid Agung Jawa Tengah. Hasil pengujian koefisien determinasi (R2) terhadap variabel gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dan disiplin kerja menunjukan pengaruh terhadap kinerja kariawan pada dewan pelaksana pengelola Masjid Agung Jawa Tengah sebesar 24,7%. Sedangkan sisanya (100% - 24,7% = 74,3%) dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: Disiplin Kerja, Gaya Kepemimpinan Demokratis, Kinerja Karyawan Abstract This study aims to analyze and prove the influence of democratic leadership style and work discipline on the work performance of the executive board of managers of the Central Java Grand Mosque. This research uses census data method from 119 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of data analysis using a partial test (t test) democratic leadership style variables in the t value obtained 6.125> 1.657 (t table) with a significance level of 0.000 F table (20,337> 2.68), so that it can be concluded that simultaneously or together the democratic leadership style and work discipline have a significant positive effect on employee performance on the managing board of the Central Java Grand Mosque. The results of testing the coefficient of determination (R2) on the variables of democratic leadership style and work discipline showed an influence on the performance of caribou on the managing board of the Central Java Grand Mosque manager at 24,7%. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of facilities, motivation, and workdiscipline on the work performance of PT Zebra Asaba Industrui employees. The research methodused is descriptive method with regression and correlation approaches which is a method that aims todescribe the influence and relationship of something that is going on at the time the research isconducted. The results of this study indicate partially or simultaneously facility variables,motivation, and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance. The magnitude ofthe correlation value (R) is 0.924 which means that there is a strong correlation / relationshipbetween facilities, motivation, and work discipline with employee performance. The amount ofadjusted coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.793 or 79.3%, which means that independentvariables can explain changes in employee performance variables by 79.3% while the remaining20.7% is explained by other factors beyond this research.

    The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work stress, work discipline on the performance of Bogor City Hospital employees during the Covid 19 pandemic and see the effect of work stress and work discipline simultaneously on the performance of Bogor City Hospital employees during the Covid 19 pandemic. This study using a sample of 60 respondents who are employees at the Bogor City Hospital as the object of research. The method of data collection was carried out directly by using questionnaires and interviews with employees of the Bogor City Hospital. From the results of data processing (output) obtained a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.795, it can be concluded that there is a strong or high relationship between work stress and work discipline on employee performance at the Bogor City Hospital. Then seen from the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.632 or 63.2%, it can be said that the percentage contribution of the influence of the independent variable (work stress and work discipline) on the dependent variable (employee performance) is 63.2% while the rest is 36.8 % influenced or explained by other factors not included in this model.

This study aims to determine whether changes in SBI interest rates and changes in the USD / IDR exchange rate have an influence on the PT BCA Stock Market Price during the period January 2015-December 2019. The data used are secondary data provided by relevant institutions. The research method uses multiple linear regression models. To test the significance of the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable partially, the t test is used. The partial test results on changes in the independent variable on changes in the dependent variable note that changes in SBI Interest Rates have a negative and insignificant effect on the Stock Market Price of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk, while The USD / IDR exchange rate has a positive and insignificant effect on the Stock Market Price of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk. The value of the coefficient of determination is 4.2%, which means that the proportion of changes in the PT BCA Stock Market Price which can be explained by variations in changes in SBI interest rates and changes in the exchange rate of USD / IDR is 4.2%, while the remaining 95.8% is explained. by other variables. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah perubahan Suku Bunga SBI dan perubahan Kurs USD/IDR mempunyai pengaruh terhadap Harga Pasar Saham PT BCA selama periode Januari 2015–Desember 2019. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang disediakan lembaga yang relevan. Metode penelitian  menggunakan model regresi linier berganda. Untuk menguji signifikansi pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen secara parsial digunakan uji t.Hasil pengujian secara parsial atas  perubahan variabel independen terhadap perubahan variabel dependen diketahui bahwa perubahan Suku Bunga SBI mempunyai pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Harga Pasar Saham PT Bank Central Asia Tbk, sedangkan Kurs USD/IDR mempunyai pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Harga Pasar Saham PT Bank Central Asia Tbk. Nilai Koefisien Determinasi adalah sebesar 4,2% yang artinya besarnya proporsi variasi perubahan Harga Pasar Saham PT BCA yang dapat dijelaskan oleh variasi perubahan tingkat Suku Bunga SBI dan perubahan Kurs USD/IDR adalah sebesar 4,2% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 95,8% dijelaskan oleh variabel lainnya.

This study aims to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The object of this research is the Employees of the Full River City Human Resources and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM). The number of samples in this study were 98 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The research results obtained based on the partial test (t test) obtained: (a) There is a positive and significant effect of competence on employee performance. (b) There is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture on employee performance. c) There is a positive and significant influence of work discipline on employee performance. The results of the study simultaneously showed that competence, organizational culture and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And based on the coefficient of determination test (R2) the value is 0.624 or 62.4%, this shows that the percentage of the contribution of the independent variable competency, organizational culture and work discipline to the dependent variable of employee performance is 0.624 or 62.4%. While the remaining 37.6% is influenced by other variables outside this study.

This research was conducted because the performance of employees at PT Mora Telematics Indonesia is not optimal so it is suspected that there is an effect of compensation on employee performance at PT Mora Telematics Indonesia Jakarta. This research uses a quantitative approach with correlational research. The study population was 150 employees with a sample of 60 respondents who were taken using simple random sampling technique and data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Simple Linear Regression and Hypothesis Testing were used in this study. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that there is a positive and significant influence between compensation and performance. Thus H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. The effect of compensation on performance is indicated by the regression equation Y =. The results also show a correlation coefficient or r of 0.452, which means that there is a moderate relationship between the independent variable, namely compensation to the dependent variable, namely employee performance. Meanwhile, the coefficient of determination or r-square of 0.204 shows that compensation for performance has an effect of 20.4% and the remaining 79.6% is influenced by other variables not observed in this study

The research aims to find out how the characteristics of individual to motivation in jambi province health service is partially over the period 2013-2017. The object of this analysis of health services the province of Jambi. The sample used in this study is as much as 79 (seventy-nine) employees of the health services the province of Jambi. Jambi Province health service is one of the agencies that play a role in implementing health development. Health services have the task of carrying out some local Government Affairs based on the principle of autonomy in health development in jambi province. The method used is descriptive quantitative methods with the individual characteristics of the independent variable, while the dependent variable is the motivation. Analysis tools used are simple linear regression, t-test, the coefficient of determination. Based on the results of the regression analysis abowed that the regression equation Y = 1.648 + 0.506 + e, with R2 0.388. This means that the characteristics of the individual employee motivation significantly to influential on health service Office of the province of jambi, with value of  6.992 and significant levels 0.000. In this study, the author gives advice to the Office, that Office should health services strengthening employee motivation Jambi province so that raises a better employee performance again.
