Promotion is a marketing activity carried out by the company (school) to introduce to the public (community) about the products they have. This study aims to determine the promotion strategy through the marketing mix of educational services at the Nurul Ulum Islamic Boarding School, Blitar Regency, which is a broad unified plan for the long term and is integrated with all available resources and connects strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The data sources were selected purposively and snowball sampling. The research data was collected through interviews, observations, and document studies. Data analysis was carried out with qualitative analysis techniques which included data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Meanwhile, to check the validity of the data, the researcher used triangulation techniques, namely data triangulation and method triangulation. The results of the research conducted by the authors show that the promotion carried out by the Nurul Ulum Islamic Boarding School in Blitar Regency has been carried out well. The implementation of the promotion strategy through the 7P mix (product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence, process) went quite well even though there was no planning and special program for each promotional mix activity carried out.

Syariah bank BTN KCPS parepare is a bank that supply batara savings ib which make them customers to save , this product is very attractive to the community .To quantity bank in indonesia has up and each bank had to be able to having the power of its own , both the public service , innovative products to stay in business and stable .This study aims to to know the implementation of marketing mix in batara ib on kcps parepare syariah bank btn .The research was conducted in syariah bank btn kcps parepare with a kind of qualitative research was conducted by adopting both fenomenology and in collect the primary data used method of interviews and observation .As for tekhnik analyzing of inductive around. This research result indicates that , the implementation of the program and the implementation of the marketing mix in syariah bank btn kcps parepare applied to all elements videlicet; product , price , place , promotion , people , physical evidence , processe.

Pendidikan berkeunggulan tidak hanya lahir dari sekolah umum tetapi juga dapat lahir dari pesantren yang memiliki konsep pendidikan berkeunggulan seperti di Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Puncak, yaitu IICP (International Islamic Class Program). Tujuan penelitian ini, pertama, mendeskripsikan strategi pemimpin dalam promosi pendidikan berkeunggulan di Pondok Pesantren Darusalam Puncak Pamekasan. Kedua, mendeskripsikan implementasi perencanaan pemasaran pendidikan berkeunggulan. Ketiga, mendeskripsikan pemenuhan kebutuhan logistik untuk pendidikan berkeunggulan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melaluiwawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan model interaktif. Keabsahan data dilakukan dengan uji kredibilitas, transferabilitas, dependabilitas dan konfirmabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, pertama, strategi promosi pendidikan berkeunggulan dilakukan dengan sosialisasi pada wali santri. Promosi juga dilakukan melalui media sosial, website resmi pondok pesantren, brosur, dan presentasi kepada berbagai lembaga. Kedua, implementasi perencanaan pemasaran pendidikan berkeunggulan dilakukan melalui analisis SWOT serta melibatkan tokoh-tokoh berpengaruh dan berpengalaman di bidangnya. Ketiga, pemenuhan logistik serta sarana dan prasarana menjadi prioritas utama untuk pendidikan berkeunggulan di Darussalam Puncak. Kesimpulan, strategi pemimpin dalam pemasaran pendidikan berkeunggulan di lingkungan pesantren Darrusalam Puncak Pamekasan dilakukan dengan konsep bauran pemasaran terdiri dari 7P, yaitu: product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence, dan process dengan mengedepankan pada promosi, harga, hasil. Excellence education is not only born from public schools but can also be born from pesantren (Islamic boarding school) with excellent education concept such as at the Darussalam Puncak Islamic Boarding School, namely IICP (International Islamic Class Program). This study aims, first, to describe the strategy of the leader in the promotion of excellent education at Pondok Pesantren Darusalam Puncak Pamekasan. Second, to describe the implementation of excellent education marketing planning. Third, describing the fulfilment of logistical needs for excellent education. This research used a qualitative approach with a type of case study. The data collection method was done through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data were analysed by using an interactive model and the data validity was carried out by testing the credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability. The results showed, first, the strategy of promotion is carried out by socializing the IICP to students’ parent. In addition, it is also carried out through social media, the pesantren official website, brochures, and presentations to various institutions. Second, the implementation of marketing planning is analysed through SWOT and involved influentialand experienced figures in their fields. Third, the fulfilment of logistics, facilities, and infrastructure are top priority for IICP. In conclusion, the leadership strategy in marketing excellent education at Pondok Pesantren Darrusalam Puncak Pamekasan is implemented with the concept of a marketing mix consisting of 7Ps, namely: product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence,  and process by prioritizing promotions, prices, and results.

Tingkat pencapaian minat nasabah untuk memiliki kartu kredit BCA dipengaruhi oleh delapan kelompok variabel yang dikenal sebagai 8P yaitu Product, Price, Place, Promotion, Process, Physical evidence, People dan Produktivity and quality. Penelitian dilakukan di PT.Bank Central Asia, Jalan Mangga Besar Raya No. 128 Jakarta Pusat. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh faktor-faktor minat nasabah memiliki kartu kredit BCA. Penelitian ini menggunakan 2 metoda yaitu metoda deskriptif yaitu mengembangkan produk dan jasa yang sudah ada dan analisa kuantitatif dibagi menjadi dua analisa yang pertama analisa uji validitas dan analisa uji reabilitas. Data yang dianalisa yaitu analisis faktorfaktor yang menjadi daya tarik konsumen untuk memiliki kartu kredit BCA dapat dihitung dan diteliti langsung, data dianalisis dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 16.0. Responden telah mengisi 33 pertanyaan yang disebut dengan variabel dengan nilai skor dan dibagi berdasarkan kelompok sebagai faktornya. Hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan daya tarik konsumen untuk memiliki kartu kredit BCA ada 7 faktor utama. Faktor pertama Produk dengan nilai varians (11,74), faktor ke dua adalah Harga dengan nilai varians (10,73%), faktor ke tiga adalah Distribusi dengan nilai varians (8%), faktor ke empat adalah Promosi dengan nilai varians (7,77%), faktor ke lima adalah Proses dengan nilai varians (6,75%), faktor ke enam adalah Fisik dengan nilai varians (6,28%) dan faktor ke tujuh adalah Kualitas dengan nilai varians (5,76%). Faktor produk merupakan faktor yang paling mempengaruhi konsumen untuk memiliki kartu kredit BCA. Faktor ini dapat menerangkan keragaman data (varians) sebesar 11,74%. Dari beberapa analisis yang diperoleh bahwa faktor produk sangat berpengaruhi positif terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam memiliki kartu kredit BCA karena konsumen menginginkan produk yang baik agar dapat mempermudah transaksi dimana saja dan kapan saja. This research examines the effect of product, price, place, promotion, people, process and physical evidence on tourists’ decision process to visit the tourism object in Lembah Harau, Lima Puluh Kota Regency, Sumatera Barat Province, Indonesia. This tourism object consists of three resorts, namely Aka Barayun, Sarasah Bunta, and Rimbo Piobang. The approach in this research is a case study. The study population is tourists who visit the Lembah Harau. Primary data collected through a questionnaire. Data analysis was done by using a partial test (t-test). The result of the research revealed that product, place, promotion, and people significantly affects tourist’s decision process to visit Lembah Harau. Product variables have a dominant influence on the tourist’s decision. This proves that the object is the main consideration for tourists to visit the Lembah Harau, then sequentially followed by location, promotion, and people. Hence, not all aspects of the concept of the marketing mix influence the tourist’s decision process to visit the Lembah Harau attraction. Administrators of Lembah Harau are advised to maintain and develop products, easiness of process, fairness of the price, facilities, services, quality of people, and effective promotion strategy. Next researchers are recommended to study other tourist destinations in Sumatera Barat or continue this research by expanding the sample size and add other variables such as psychological factors and service quality.

The paper examines different marketing strategies which are being adopted by marketers in order to promote the telecommunication services in terms of 7 Ps of service marketing i.e. product, price, place, promotion, people process, physical evidence. The rural market is growing at the rate of 10-14% whereas urban demand is either static or contracting. Marketing strategy to penetrate the rural segment is somewhat different from that of urban segment. In this context, the paper attempts to find out the various dimensions within the 7 P’s of service marketing which rural consumers value when they buy telecom services. A survey research design was adopted and the study was conducted in villages of two districts of Bihar state. Exploratory factor analysis was applied on the collected data so as to find out the various dimensions related to rural market for telecom players. The results suggest that managers were required to go beyond traditional approaches to serve the rural consumer.

Abstrak   Di era MEA ini, kepuasan pelanggan akan pelayanan jasa kesehatan salah satunya disebabkan oleh bagaimana pelaksanaan bauran pemasaran. Bauran pemasaran yang bisa dikatakan paling terkini untuk saat ini yaitu bauran pemasaran 9P. Salah satu organisasi penyedia jasa kesehatan di Indonesia yang telah melaksanakan bauran pemasaran 9P yaitu Rumah Sakit Islam Jemursari Surabaya. Namun, dari 9 komponen ini implementasinya masih belum optimal terutama untuk Public relations dan Power. Variabel Public relations dan Power sangat penting untuk mendukung terciptanya kepuasan konsumen yang berkelanjutan. Maka, pihak rumah sakit perlu memperhatikan kembali aspek bauran pemasaran demi menjaga kepuasan pasien dan menjaga respon baik pasien sebagai upaya rumah sakit dalam mempertahankan pelanggan lama untuk tetap memanfaatkan jasa pelayanan kesehatan. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian observasional sedangkan disain penelitian adalah penelitian cross sectional. Besar sampel penelitian ini sejumlah 87 responden yang ditentukan dengan menggunakan rumus yang digunakan untuk penelitian yang bersifat survei atau observasional. Variabel yang diamati adalah efektivitas pelaksanaan Marketing Mix (9P) mulai variabel Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process, Physical Evidence, Public relations, Power terhadap kepuasan pelayanan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan tabulasi silang dan analisis pareto 80/20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Marketing mix product, place, promotion, people, process, physical evidence, public relation, power belum efektif karena pasien yang sangat puas masih dibawah 80%. Hanya Marketing Mix price responden yang cukup puas 100% dan ini bisa dikatakan cukup efektif karena melebihi 80%. Sedangkan Marketing Mix 9P dikatakan belum efektif karena walaupun sebagian responden mengatakan sudah cukup optimal namun pasien yang cukup puas masih dibawah 80%. Kata Kunci: efektivitas marketing mix 9P, Marketing mix 9P, Marketing mix 9P terhadap kepuasan pelayanan

Conflict of Interest in the Reclamation Policy of the Benoa Bay Area in Bali Province. Study of the Concept of Tri Hita Karana. This study aims to analyze the occurrence of conflicts of interest in the reclamation policy of the Benoa Bay area which is associated with the traditional development concept of Tri Hita Karana. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive method. Data is collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. In determining the informants used purposive techniques and snowball sampling. To analyze the data used Fisher’s theory, with the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that there was still a conflict of interest between the government, the private sector and the community in the Benoa Bay reclamation policy. Conflict of interest occurred because of the issuance of Presidential Regulation No. 51 of 2014 which was deemed not in accordance with several laws and regulations, Regional Regulation (Perda) in Bali, and the development concept of Tri Hita Karana. Conflict resolution efforts have been carried out by the government but are considered to be less than optimal. Keywords: reclamation, conflict of interest, tri hita karana

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan blue ocean strategy pada pembiayaan sindikasi skim musyarakah mutanaqishah di Bank Syariah X. Adapun identifikasi masalah pada penelitian yaitu ketatnya persaingan di Industri Perbankan dan adanya fluktuasi pertumbuhan pembiayaan. Strategi yang saat ini digunakan mengacu pada konsep marketing mix 7P (product, price, place, promotion, people, process, physical evidence), namun dibutuhkan strategi baru untuk menjauh dari persaingan yang ketat tersebut. Desain penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Metode sampling yang digunakan yaitu purposive sampling, dengan analisis data melalui observasi dan in-depth interview dari sumber partisipan internal dan eksternal Bank Syariah X dengan tingkat jabatan manajerial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan competing factors pada pembiayaan sindikasi skim musyarakah mutanaqishah yaitu, Harga (Pricing), Service Level Agreement (SLA), Manajemen Relasi, Account Holder, Account Executive dan Jaringan Kantor. Dalam pemenuhan rangkaian syarat untuk menentukan ide blue ocean strategy yang layak secara komersial, pembiayaan sindikasi skim musyarakah mutanaqishah dapat memberikan manfaat kepada pembeli, menekan harga, dan pengadopsian strategi yang baik, namun belum dapat menekan biaya secara signifikan.

Aeon mall is company from Japan, and joint venture with Sinarmas Land for PT.AMSL Indonesia. Aeon mall grand opening in BSD, Tangerang 30 May 2015, after two years from the opening Aeon Mall has already many visitors from area in Jabodetabek.  Marketing mix approach is used from Morrison (2002) product, price, place, promotion, people, packaging and programming, also partnership. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of marketing mix based on Morrison theories to visitor decision of visiting Aeon Mall. This research used descriptive method approach. The population in this study is Aeon Mall visitors. The respondent was chosen by random sampling. The numbers of respondents are 218 people. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique used validity and reliability, frequencies, mean, the classical assumption test, t-test, f-test, regression analysis, hypothesis test and coefficient of determination by using SPSS for windows 20.0. The study found that there was a positive and significant impact of product, promotion, and partnership to visitor’s decision of visiting Aeon Mall. But there wasn’t a positive and significant effect of price, place, people, packaging and programing to the visitor’s decision of visiting Aeon Mall.

Purpose of this study is to determine the Application of Products, Prices, Places, Promotions in Increasing Papua Noken Sales. Method: A qualitative / descriptive or narrative approach in this study. Primary data is direct data from the noken seller. Secondary data, namely indirect data from informants from brochures, magazines, and others. Data collection techniques: Observation, namely observing the object / place of research. Interviewing is conducting a series of questions and answers to informants who know best about the object of research. Questionnaire: contains structured questions to informants. The informants in this study were 5 Yanti Noken and Syria Noken. Result 1). Application of Product, Price, Place, Promotion for noken sales in increasing revenue, models that must be applied: Application of Product Strategy Models, Application of Price Strategy Models, Application of Place Strategy Models, Application of Promotion Strategy Models. The four models must be worked on together because these models are interrelated. In this model, promotion in the midst of the Covid 19 pandemic is the most effective. Promotion that must be done by salespeople, especially through the online social media (Facebook). The seller must be responsible for delivering the order to the customer's place. 2). The implementation of this Promotion Strategy Model must be carried out, in order to increase income, particularly the Merauke buying and selling forum. The price must be affordable according to the pockets of the community, and still listen to government advice to stay at home and keep the distance.
