Medical College and Hospital, Durg during December 2018 to January 2019. The data was collected from 450 patients attending the medicine outpatient department. Study subjects were selected using convenient sampling technique. Patients giving consent and willing to participate were included in the study. The data was collected in predesigned and pretested questionnaire. Results: 77.11% study participants were aware that unprotected sex can lead to transmission of HIV, 73.78% knew that shaking hands will not transmit the disease. 79.8% knew that use of condom can prevent transmission of HIV/AIDS. Overall males had better knowledge than females. 76.85% said they would behave friendly with people having HIV/AIDS and 69.78% were willing to take care of relatives with HIV.Conclusions: This study indicates that majority participants have good knowledge about difference between HIV and AIDS, modes of transmission and prevention though they were not completely aware of it. Based on data of Health Office of Palu City in 2019 about HIV/AIDS cases, it reached 818 cases of HIV and 306 cases of AIDS, and 109 of sufferers died. The highest cases of HIV/AIDS were in Talise Public Health Center with 13 of HIV. The factor that causes the highest number of HIV/AIDS cases in Talise Public Health Center is the lack of patients participation in counseling, mobile VCT, and many of them do not follow the instruction of Public Health Center in conducting the treatment to the patients of HIV/AIDS. Another factor is the lack of human resources as counselors and lab staff, there is no special room for HIV/AIDS patients inside or outside the Health Center, and there is no incentive provided by the Health Center for the field workers. This study aims to describe the Implementation on Regulation of Ministry of Health Number 21 of 2013 about HIV/AIDS Prevention in work area of Talise Public Health Center, Mantikulore Subdistrict. The study applied qualitative research using a case study approach. Technique of selecting the informants was purposive sampling. There were 6 informants, nameley key informant (Head Of Public Health Center). Ordinary informants (HIV/AIDS program holders), and additional informants were HIV/AIDS patients. Data collection techniques were through triangulations: indept interview, observation and ducumentation using interview guidelines. The result of the study shows that communication is one of an obstacle. Many patients are shy and do not want to take part in examining the reproductive organs. Therefore, they do not receive the status as PLHIV patient. Resources and disposition are not good enough because health center  does not allocate addition staff as well as rewards to officers, the budget only for operational, the bureaucratic structure is good enough, and the cross-sector role is supportive. It is expected that Talise Publich Health Center can improve more about the management and standards releted to the Regulation of Ministry of Health Number 21 of 2013 concerning the tackling of HIV/AIDS.

This study aims to see the relationship between motor and psychosocial development with stunting in preschool children (3 – 5 years) at the Baluse Health Center, Sigi Regency. The research design used was a cross-sectional study that assessed the relationship between motor and psychosocial development and stunting in preschool children (aged 3 – 5 years). The population used in this study were all preschool children (aged 3 – 5 years) with stunting in the Puskemas Baluse. The number of samples was 25 respondents who met the criteria for the research sample. The research was carried out at the Baluse Health Center, Sigi Regency from October 5 to 20, 2020. The research instrument used a questionnaire to measure the motoric and psychosocial development of children, while the measurement of stunting used microtoise and children's scales. The closeness and strength of the relationship between the two variables in this study used the Chi-Square statistical test. The results showed that most of the motor and psychosocial developments were in the abnormal category. The test of the relationship between motor and psychosocial development and stunting was carried out using the Chi-Square statistical test. The results showed that the P-value = 0.016 is smaller than the alpha value of 0.05, this indicates that stunting has a significant relationship with the motoric and psychosocial development of children. This study concludes that stunting has a relationship with motor and psychosocial development of children aged 3 – 5 years. Stunting children mostly have an abnormal motor and psychosocial development.
