One of the ways to increase the efficiency of computer support of the educational process is to provide the subject teacher with a simple and easy-to-use interactive instrumental and executive system with a set of educational materials and test tasks for testing knowledge. The presence of two subsystems - the subsystem of learning and the subsystem of testing and performance accounting allows the teacher to solve the problem of simultaneous questioning in the classroom. The student, in turn, gets the opportunity to re-test independently to correct his unsatisfactory grades on certain topics already covered. Pedagogical experience shows that there were many such systems; most of them were focused on learning programming. Today, almost all training systems created in the 1960s, except PLATO (Programmed Logic for Automated Teaching Operations), have no practical significance. In their didactic capabilities, they differed little from the systems that used the simplest technical learning tools and provided a rigid, virtually excluding dialogue determination of student activity. However, it was the first developments that stimulated interest in computer learning, and the development of hardware and software for personal computers led to greater opportunities for their use in learning.

The main task of education is to provide students with the opportunity to independently set and implement educational goals, evaluate their achievements. The XXI century is the age of education. Thus, our thoughtful, intelligent and motivated learning through computer technology after higher education contributes to students’ interest in learning and their desire for improvement. Modern education is the implementation of quality education, the formation of students’ motivation, the development of professional qualifications. To achieve this goal, a set of measures and tools is needed, such as: improving the quality of educational materials, improving the content used in the lessons, and individual work directly with students. Such an education mechanism provides students with the opportunity to work independently, with the help of various learning tools, and encourages students to realize their potential and learn to work in a team.

The article highlights theoretical aspects of the professional and ethical orientation of the personality of a future specialist in banking. The author consistently examines the key concepts of the problem under study and defines the relationship between them. On the basis of this, specification of the professional and ethical orientation of the personality of a future specialist in the industry has been disclosed. It is shown that the professional and ethical orientation of the personality of a specialist in banking is strengthening of his/her positive attitude towards the future profession, interests, inclinations and abilities to it, the desire to improve his/her qualifications, the development of ideals, views, beliefs about the importance of following the ethical norms in professional activity. The author considers the need to increase the interest of students in studying the problems of professional ethics by means of potential of the educational process. The content of educational materials, a review of literature on the topic, the emphasis on the practical significance of the material and its importance for the profession are determined as important aspects for achieving set goals. It is pointed out that the basis of professional and ethical knowledge is the knowledge acquired in the study of such disciplines as «Ethics and Aesthetics», «Ethics of business communication», «Psychology of business success». The necessity to combine the material of the Humanities with the current problems of banking and the life aspirations of students and to help them to determine their value orientations, to enrich their moral personality potential has been noted in the article. According to the author the professional interest acquired by the students should have special personal content, related to their daily life and future life prospects. In order to do this, it is important to emphasize the importance of professional and ethical knowledge in the activities of the banking industry, to reveal its entirety with the ethical content of the chosen profession at the announcement of the topic at each class.

В статье предпринята попытка описания опыта организации исправления несовершеннолетних осужденных в 1960-х гг. в отечественных пенитенциарных учреждениях. Реализация воспитательной работы осуществлялась на основе комплекса воспитательно-трудовой деятельности. В статье подробно рассмотрена организация учебно-воспитательного процесса в учебных мастерских, которые выступали основной формой исправительного воздействия, направленного на несовершеннолетних осужденных. Обозначены проблемы профессионального обучения осужденных в трудовых колониях. Авторы статьи попытались представить целостную картину функционирования механизма получения несовершеннолетними осужденными в трудовых колониях профессионального образования как комплекса воспитательных и учебных мероприятий. Обозначена роль профессионального обучения в 1960-х гг. как средства исправления несовершеннолетних осужденных, что нашло свое отражение в действующих нормативных правовых документах Российской Федерации. Описаны меры государственного регулирования данного процесса, в результате чего практически все осужденные на момент освобождения из исправительного учреждения получали необходимые навыки социализации, которые могли применить после освобождения. Большой интерес для организации учебного процесса в воспитательных колониях вызывает анализ представленных в статье средств, методов и форм обучения в трудовых колониях. В качестве педагогической новеллы рассматривается самостоятельная работа по специальной подготовке, которая оптимизировала весь процесс освоения профессии и определяла мотивацию к дальнейшему обучению, к саморазвитию. Авторами статьи предлагается вывод о том, что в основной массе исправительные учреждения 1960-х гг. для заключения несовершеннолетних осужденных представлены трудовыми колониями, в которых они, в первую очередь, подвергались воспитательному воздействию в процессе обучения специальностям и трудовой деятельности, организованной в соответствии с высокими требованиями к качеству результатов этой деятельности. The article attempts to describe the experience of organizing the correction of juvenile offenders in the 1960s in domestic penitentiary institutions. The implementation of educational work was carried out on the basis of a complex of educational and labor activities. The article considers in detail the organization of the educational process in the training workshops, which were the main form of correctional influence aimed at juvenile offenders. The problems associated with the stay of convicts in labor colonies during vocational training are identified. The authors of the article tried to present a complete picture of the functioning of the mechanism for obtaining vocational education by minors convicted in labor colonies as a complex of educational and training activities. The role of vocational training in the 1960s as a means of correcting juvenile offenders is outlined, which is reflected in the current regulatory legal documents of the Russian Federation. The measures of state regulation of this process are described, as a result of which almost all convicts at the time of release from a correctional institution received the necessary socialization skills that could apply them after release. Of great interest for the organization of the educational process in educational colonies is the analysis of the means, methods and forms of training presented in the article in labor colonies. As a pedagogical novel, we consider independent work on special training, which optimized the entire process of mastering the profession and determined the motivation for further training, for self-development. The authors of the article suggest that the majority of correctional institutions of the 1960s for the detention of juvenile offenders are represented by labor colonies, in which they, first of all, were subjected to educational influence in the process of training in specialties and labor activities organized in accordance with high requirements for the quality of the results of this activity.


The rhythm of modern life and the widespread dissemination of digital technology leads us to the need to review traditional education systems. Opportunities for realizing the potential inherent in electronic training systems are revealed only if they are used. Expanding the range of educational materials used due to the possibility of multimedia tools allows improving the quality and speed of assimilation of the material. The possibilities of e-learning using multimedia technologies increase the visibility and attractiveness of educational content. Also, these technologies make it possible to demonstrate in the educational process such material that previously due to its nature (complexity, high cost, inaccessibility) could not be widely used Effective use of the opportunities provided by the Internet allows you to implement incredibly flexible and adaptive training programs. The student’s access to educational material at any convenient time from any convenient point allows the formation of the most effective curriculum program, which increases the digestibility of educational material.


Conventional classroom teaching and learning of programming tends to be didactic, which is usually tends to be monotonous and less interesting. In learning programming – a subject that is deemed extremely challenging to master – such a situation can have a serious repercussion in that students can easily become unmotivated and demoralized to learn. As such, students need to use relevant learning tools that can stimulate and motivate them to learn such a course. Of late, many researchers have started using online game-based learning (GBL) tools to improve students’ motivation and performance. Invariably, most of the studies mainly focused on GBL tools to move avatars. As such, this study focuses on programming as the activities in such a game. In this study, the researchers used the prototyping model to develop an online GBL application called Prog-GBL by integrating the elements of mastery learning approach and ARCS model to help motivate students in learning programming. The evaluation of the Prog-GBL was carried out through a survey involving 30 students from one public university in Perak, Malaysia. The research findings showed that the use of such an online learning tool helped improve students’ motivation in learning programming. More revealingly, the four elements of ARCS, namely attention, relevance, confidence, and satisfaction were highly rated by the students, suggesting that the use of Prog-GBL can motivate students to learn the subject matter.

The organizational and pedagogical conditions for training higher education applicants by learning tools of a competence-oriented environment are analysed. Such pedagogical conditions include integration of the educational process in the context of the face-to-face training and a competence-oriented computer environment, providing systematic interactive work and performance of rating tasks in a learning environment focused on competence and systematic monitoring and control over the process of training of higher education applicants. In order to study the feasibility of using organizational and pedagogical conditions for the training of higher education applicants by learning tools of a competence-oriented environment, the degree of competence of the expert commission was checked and the indicators of competences of experts were calculated. Experimental work on determining the coefficient of concordance gives the opportunity to state that the opinions of experts on the organizational and pedagogical conditions for the training of higher education applicants by learning tools of a competence-oriented computer environment are consistent. It is noted that the implementation of organizational and pedagogical conditions, in fact, involves the optimization of educational and cognitive activities of higher education applicants, and taking into account certain conditions will lead to renewal, productivity, continuity and integrity of acquisition of the competences.

The educational situation that arose as a result of the declared regime of self-isolation, activated the forced decisions on the organization of the educational process in remote mode. The research urgency is caused by the provision of distance learning taking into account the specifics of remote access to learning based on the experience of the Department of computer science, pedagogical Institute, North-Eastern Federal University named after M. K. Ammosov (NEFU). The purpose of the study: features of the organization of the educational environment in the NEFU Pedagogical Institute, which allows to organize the processes of distance education in the conditions of self-isolation. The article analyzes and summarizes the positions of promising directions for implementing distance learning tools and platforms, as well as determines the factors and conditions for organizing rapid access to the Internet in the educational process. We have studied the most common digital services at the moment, their assistance in the development of educational materials, considering the pedagogical possibilities of distance learning to organize remote access to training at a University. The importance of implementing remote distance learning in the training of future teachers and school teachers in a pedagogical University in the context of a pandemic is determined. The results of the study confirmed the need to develop educational and methodological support in the implementation of the above-mentioned new form of training at the NEFU pedagogical Institute.

The relevance of the study under consideration is due to the need to increase the efficiency of students independent work in solving computational problems. A theoretical rationale is proposed and the practical implementation of an automated training and diagnostic system for the formation of skills to solve problems according to the “white box” model is described. The leading idea of the study is the construction of mental schemes for a given topic, which allow to visualize the dynamics of changes in the learner’s level of ability to solve computational problems. The methods of accounting for forgetting educational information and methods of personalized selection of tasks are substantiated. Purpose. The article is aimed at analyzing the general theoretical principles and the essential characteristics of legal restrictions in environmental law; defining category of “environmental legal restrictions”, their content, system and the status of the respective legislation. Methodology. The methodology consists in carrying out a comprehensive analysis of the provisions of environmental legislation and formulating relevant conclusions on this basis. During the research, the following methods of scientific research were used: terminological, systemic and structural, comparative legal, structural and functional. Results. The objectively determined necessity of unconditional adherence to the legally established environmental requirements, prohibitions and restrictions as well as their potential scientifically substantiated enhancement in order to achieve environmentally significant goals oriented towards the priorities of sustainable development is substantiated. Restrictive mechanisms are scattered across statutory and regulatory acts of different legal force and even different branches of law, therefore, the need for their systematization and unification as well as generalization of the experience of their practical implementation in order to establish a comprehensive system of environmental restrictions is discussed. In our opinion, the conceptual basis and general essential characteristics of public environmental requirements and restrictions should be reflected in the future Environmental Code of Ukraine. Scientific novelty. In the course of the research, the author defines restrictions in environmental law as a specific sectoral imperative mechanism for regulating relations in the field of environmental safety, which consists in systematically introducing legislation on imperative provisions of environmental law as well as establishing specific legal regimes and mechanisms for their application and implementation. Practical significance. The main conclusions can be used in law-making and law-enforcing activities, as well as in further theoretical and legal research and in the educational process.
