The level of economic development of entrepreneurship in any country in the world is crucial in increasing the competitiveness of the national economy in the world market of goods and services. The activities of economic entities are the driving force for the sustainable development of regions and their suburban areas, and they also impact the welfare of population. The article dwells on the analysis of scientific approaches to the regulation of economic development of enterprises in suburban areas of the region. The article analyzes the scientific approaches to the regulation of economic development of enterprises in suburban areas of the region. According to the well-known classics of the fundamental economic theory of entrepreneurship development (A. Smith, D. Ricardo, V. Laungard, A. Loria) the peculiarities of economic development of entrepreneurship in suburban territories of the region are determined by the possibility of distribution of surplus production, minimum production costs per unit of production, availability of labor resources. In modern economic theory (M. Weber, A. Pre, S.M. Kimelberg, E. Williams, C. Vlachou, O. Iakovidou, J. van Dijk, P. Pellenbarg) the development of entrepreneurship in suburban areas of the region can be determined by institutional, innovation, technological, social, ecological and other features of the economy at the regional, state or world levels. The complex and comprehensive generalization of the features of economic development of entrepreneurship in suburban areas is proposed. There are (1) the type of decision taken by an enterprise to carry out business activities in the relevant suburban area of the region, and (2) the influence of internal and external factors on economic activity. The article argues that large enterprises are guided by more objective decision-making reasons, attaching the most importance to the physical and innovative environment. Medium and small enterprises are mainly focused on getting benefits for the entrepreneur in the short-term time period and location in the nearest geographic area. The attention was paid to the tools of ensuring economic development of entrepreneurship in suburban areas of the region, taking into account institutional changes in the national economy and the experience of developed countries of the world.

AbstractThe global economic system and the world crisis are a reality, and hence the challenge for modern economic theory, which is to provide a valid response to its development and overcoming the crisis. The prevailing economic theory and methodology (neo-liberal paradigm) in this field demonstrates serious defects, so this paper attempts to show that the relative nature of economic theory is in expressing the social prejudices of its time. Demystification of the ideological and political foundations of what is today considered "objective knowledge" in the economy, is only possible with the affirmation of a new scientific methodology of economics, i.e. the new philosophy of economics. The aim of the paper is to stimulate thinking and different views on this subject.

China's peaceful ascent has had a significant impact on the global economic system. There are two major reasons for this: the first and most important is Beijing's peaceful expansionist policies, and the second is its advanced industries and technologies. Their goal is to dominate global raw materials as well as the market through their goods. China has been working hard to promote built-and-road policies around the world in order to attain these aims, but it is also confronting various intra- and inter-level possibilities and obstacles. The purpose of this article is to analyse the Built-Road and the Sino-Pak economic corridor in general, as well as the obstacles and prospects for China's Xinjiang province in particular. Xinjiang's ambitious economic development plan calls for more than $8 billion in spending over the next five years alone. Its goal is to fully integrate Xinjiang into China's booming economy and absorb its people as equal citizens of the multi-ethnic state ruled by Beijing.

Today, the problem of poverty has emerged as a global problem in all countries of the world. Due to the difference in economic development, poverty is different and has a relative meaning. Prevention and reduction of poverty and improving the quality of life of the people, increasing the interest and aspirations of women in women's entrepreneurship, creating favorable conditions for the development of their entrepreneurial activities are the main foundations of today's reforms. In a country where there is a gap between the incomes of the population, it is clear that there will be poor people. Therefore, poverty cannot be eradicated, but it can be reduced through the development of entrepreneurship. The poverty rate is inversely proportional to the economic level of the country, i.e., in developed economies, the poverty rate is low, and in weak economies it is high. The whole world has turned its attention to solving this problem. The accession of the Republic of Uzbekistan to global economic processes requires more active participation of women in the economic life of the country. Entrepreneurship is becoming an independent factor of women's sexual freedom in the economic sphere. At a time when society is renewing and entering the world economy, the development of women's entrepreneurship is encouraged. This is the main source of development of the real sector of the economy. Through the socio-economic development of women's entrepreneurship, it is possible to observe a certain positive effect on achieving sustainable economic development of the country, especially in the prevention of poverty. This article highlights the role of women's entrepreneurship in the country's economy and the problems in its development and their solutions, conclusions and recommendations.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the problems of economic globalization in China and as a factor of cultural security. A philosophical analysis of the social aspect of China’s regional development. J. Sigurdson, like many researchers, analyzes economic, political factors, technological innovations, regional development programs of China. Our attention was drawn to the fact that he is one of the few Western researchers who analyze social problems. J. Sigurdson gives an analysis of Chinese society in the context of the development of technological systems. He notes that the creation of clusters, the use of new technologies contribute to the development of the social infrastructure of modern Chinese society. It is worth noting that his analysis is based on the historical information approach. In this case, we are not interested in ascertaining the facts presented by him, but in describing the role of innovation systems in the development of the social sphere of Chinese society. Thus, the relevance of this article is due to the need to analyze Western research on the social factor of regional changes in China. The entry into globalization processes and the perception of the economic opportunities of the modern world in China is refracted through traditional culture and allows not only to preserve its own values, but also to successfully adapt them to the realities of the present day on one hand and spread it outside on the other. China plays an important role in the modern economic development of the world. The main task of the Chinese strategy for the development of clusters was to ensure that the results met not only the economic development of the country, but also the rise of the social, cultural component. The Chinese government is aware of the depth of existing problems in society, and how we see new promising plans for the development of China’s economic system. In the artical, we allows us to view modern China not only as a simple element of the world economic system, but rather as one of the leading subjects of economic globalization, actively participating in the world economy and making a significant contribution to the development of the modern world. In our view, it is the integrity of the domestic political and foreign policy course of the country’s development that allowed the Chinese economy and culture to become a visible and important element of the world economy.

This chapter demystifies the world view that holds that immigration is motivated by poor people who become the burden to the host countries. It has unearthed that poverty is just a manifestation of a bigger issue which is underdevelopment. Underdevelopment causes migration because the livelihood has been colonised and neo-colonialism continues doing that to this date. This underdevelopment gave rise to poverty, unemployment, inequality, and poor governance. Therefore, immigration is hugely influenced by underdevelopment. Migrants carry along entrepreneurship skills which they also transfer to host countries. However, they also face challenges in the host countries such as discrimination in the allocation of resources such as health and education. The host citizens fear the competition from the new people who have arrived in their country. The African Union should discuss the development of the continent and resolve the underdevelopment through the natural resources the continent has instead of taking it to Europe to perpetuate the notion of underdevelopment.

In education across the world the curriculum plays a very important part, as it guides student learning and helps to realise what the teacher has planned. A lot of research has been conducted on curricula; however, few studies have investigated the Bachelor of Business English (BBE) curriculum and even less focusing on Vietnamese universities. This project aimed to investigate the present curricula of BBE at Vietnamese universities to gain important understandings about the purposes of the curriculum of BBE. The project adopted an interpretivist, qualitative approach using document analysis to investigate BBE curricula. Information about the present curricula was collected from the official websites of Vietnamese universities and was analysed using thematic coding. The findings revealed that the present curricula of BBE, which is a national curriculum framework, is influenced by the curriculum theories of Bobbit (1918) and Tyler (1949). In addition, the results show the components of the BBE curriculum has been influenced by a Chinese influenced BBE framework. And yet, interestingly, today there is a focus on English language competence, rather than Chinese or Russian language competence. Nevertheless, the key findings reveal some concerns with the present BBE curriculum in Vietnam.

The article describes G.N. Tsagolov’s contribution to the development of political and economic theory, first of all, the theory of that new social system which, according to the scientist and his colleagues, should replace capitalism and “real socialism” — “integrated society”. It seems that G.N. Tsagolov’s theoretical developments were based on the methodology of the University School of Political Economy, which distinguished its initial and basic production relations in each system. The nature of Russian social and economic system as oligarchic and bureaucratic capitalism is revealed and the works in which G.N. Tsagolov showed the progressiveness of Chinese, Vietnamese and similar models of economic development are distinguished.
