In the context of globalization and internationalization of higher education, increasing international students’ exchange has become an important strategy for countries to participate in international development competition. The exchanges between international universities are enormously strengthened, among which the student exchange program is one of the most important forms of cooperation. What’s more, students of foreign language universities have always been particularly active in these intercultural exchanges due to their special academic nature. This article takes Chinese students of Spanish major as an example to illustrate the current situation of Chinese students in the exchange programs with Spanish universities. This paper uses various research methods such as surveys, questionnaires and SPSS Statistics, with the aim of reviewing the problems existing in the current exchange programs and analyzing the relations between some certain variables, which helps us put forward corresponding measures and suggestions for further development and look into a broader and richer future of the exchanges and cooperation between universities worldwide in the new situation.

With the extensive application of electronic, computer and electromechanical integration technology in the automobile industry, the concept and mode of detecting and repairing to auto have a fundamental shift. So the corresponding professional teaching methods should be improved. In view of the present situation that automobile teaching equipment is not suitable for the new situation, we study and design the checking and testing car for whole circuit. The car based on a typical vehicle has a further development. And it has a new design, compact structure and convenient operating way, which also has the functions such as dynamic demonstrating all electrical appliances, circuit connection, fault setting, dynamic detection and ECU code query, reading out the fault code and data flow, waveform analysis and actuator testing by using computer diagnosis instrument. So it can help greatly to improve students’ technical skills and work ability.

Albanian linguistics today finds itself in a new situation of studies and research in the continuation of the treatment of unexplored issues against the known ones, which as concepts have interacted following the path of a scientific axiom. Among the unspoken knowledge, like any other science, is semiotics (sociosemiotics, the field of our research) which is considered the "foundation of all sciences". It has the progress of constitution and development, but compared to many other sciences it is at the initiative of development. The paper will briefly address the emergence of this knowledge, its development and history, and then present the knowledge, understanding, goals, actions, basic concepts, main themes of treatment, importance, integration, primary areas of research, and sociosemiotic research as a motivating impetus. We have noticed that sociosemiotics not only has a study function for meaningful phenomena defined by the pragmatic dimensions of signs, but also has other additional effects such as p. sh. sociocultural, ethical, aesthetic, motivating, coordinating effects, etc. This can be seen from the internal motivational-subjective motivational impulses, based on pragmatic semiotics. We support the fact that sign theory is present in various fields of activity and creativity, so it is of scientific interest to investigate and analyze sociosemiotic indicators, which we have tried to address. Research in this field does not only belong to albanological knowledge, they, as seen in this paper, belong to many other sciences and are of particular interest for their further development. The lack of literature in the Albanian language for this knowledge is one reason that its research has not been conducted in research so far.

Presence of the international companies, alien properties, and the foreign capital in Hungary is under a wide social debate. It is the foreign capital which established Hungary’s long-range development and this capital will significantly influence it in the future, too. After the political transformation reintegration into the world economy, establishment of market economy and modernization of the economic structure realized by foreign investments implied an outstanding potential for further development. However, by today the capital drawing ability of Eastern Europe, and Hungary has declined as a result of which adaption to the new situation, reversal of this trend, our ability to keep the capital, and giving the chance to companies in home property all are of stressed importance. I could conclude that it is absolutely necessary to improve the capital attracting ability of Hungary from the aspect of her future developm ent. It is necessary to become specialized in new fields, in activities which need labour force of high qualification, for example we can aim at location of service, financial and adm inistrative centres within the company groups to our country. It is important to increase the efficiency of subventions. Besides, it is advisable to pay attention to regional development if we want prevent companies from leaving our country after that the subventions have been finished. We should pay more attention to the soft factors  f capital attraction. It is necessary to consider what qualitative and quantitative conditions a given area has for example, in the fields of life quality, education and culture.

Crises means a particular threat to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The pandemic is no exception; on the contrary, it reinforces this threat. This study provides insight into crisis management in SMEs over a period of time. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews in Peruvian SMEs at two points in time. The findings provide insight into how the Peruvian firms studied adapted to the new situation, and initiated responses to cope with the crisis covering the period April–December 2020. By having studied the phenomenon of crisis management in SMEs at different stages, the study contributes to the further development of still underdeveloped fields of research, namely, crisis management in Latin America in general, and crisis management in SMEs in particular.

Abstract. In the middle and lower reaches of the Hanjiang River in February 2018, another serious diatom bloom occurred. The Changjiang Water Resources Commission promptly initiated an emergency plan to use the cascade reservoirs at the middle and lower reaches of the Hanjiang River to carry out water scheduling. At the same time, six monitoring sections were set up to daily monitor in the middle and lower reaches of the Hanjiang River. From 9 February to 18 March, this bloom had lasted more than 30 d. It is the longest since the record was recorded. The emergency dispatch measures adopted during the outbreak of the diatom bloom have stopped the further development of diatom bloom and played a good role. Analysing the causes of diatom bloom can provide a more comprehensive basis for further optimizing emergency dispatch. This paper analyzes the key hydrological factors that occur in this diatom bloom and proposes a water dispatching optimization plan and specific countermeasures. However, to permanently solve the diatom bloom problem, it is necessary for local environmental protection departments to work actively under the current requirements of the river chief system. Comprehensive protection of the Hanjiang River water ecological environment, completely solve the watershed problem of non-point source pollution.

The role of fishing in the human history is very high. Though meat is considered to be an important product of hunting, fish has been a basic component of the food system of human groups in different climatic and geographical conditions. This is explained by the fact that groups lived next to water resources (lakes, rivers, seas, oceans) that had a high nutritional value. The first evidence of fishing existence as an independent economic sector belongs to the Paleolithic time, and its further development goes throughout human history, having developed from the simplest forms of fishing using primitive harpoons to modern forms of industrial fishing using a specialized fleet. The period under review, final Stone Age, is characterized by massive use of fishing nets. We assume that this method became a base of effective adaptation strategy, making it possible to develop the Lower Ob area with its difficult climate. The issues raised in this paper involve the role and importance of fishing economy for West Siberian North as well as for ancient economies of the North and Arctic regions.

A new situation is always a discovery. It allows us to see old problems in a new light. The philosopher’s main task is to find new situations. The consciousness of the millions of people living in the countries of the former Soviet Union can be considered new in all senses, except one. Nevertheless the exception gives rise to serious difficulties. Essentially, a situation is always new since none of Aristotle’s kinds of identity can be used for it. At the same time, this same situation can never be new since anything similar must have taken in human history. It is up to the philosopher to see the situation from a new point of view. Now we can observe the changes and its effects. The collapse of the old ideology did not create the changing of mass consciousness per se, because the latter had already taken a skeptical attitude toward it. The real change of mass consciousness began with the change of real human practice. When former engineers, teachers, scientists, and industrial workers clashed with the necessity to support themselves and their families, it was always as an alternative to starting all over again — the option of relying only on themselves or continuing to rely on the state system to do their usual work in the hopes of receiving an illusory reward in the future.
