Objective and Background: The process of sampling the air quality of chimney emissions is a job that has the risk of causing work-related disorders and diseases. This study examines the relationship between the risk of ergonomics in work postures with material safety data sheet complaints on sampling activities. Methods: Analytical observational method with cross sectional approach. using the Nordic Body Map questionnaire and the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) assessment sheet. Primary data and secondary data were analyzed using Rank Spearman statistical test. Results: The level of risk of ergonomics in work postures at each stage of activity varies from low risk (value 2-3), medium (value is 4-7), and high (value 8 -10). Meanwhile, the level of MSDscomplaints was low (score 28-49) 11.1%, moderate complaints (score 50-70) were 44.4% and high complaints (score 71-91) were 44.4%. The results of the analysis test showed that there was a relationship between the level of ergonomics risk of working postures at 6 stages of activity, namely pre sampling, side preparation, climbing stairs, raising equipment, lowering equipment, and descending stairs (p-value < 0.05). Conclusion: Based on the other 4 stages of activity, namely sampling with a probe, sampling with a gas analyzer, measuring water content, and measuring particulate levels, there is no relationship between the level of ergonomics in work posture and complaints of MSDs, to reduce the risk of M.S.D.s complaints, efforts can be made through redesigning work stations that are not ergonomic with the use of tools to reduce workload.

Background: The birth rate by caesarean section method is getting higher. Risk data for 2013 shows the method of birth with the operation method of 9.8 percent of the total 49,603 births during 2010 to 2013. Being in practice the mother must be given anesthetic before the surgery begins. This anesthesia will later affect the pain that will occur after SC. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between regional anesthetic drugs and the smoothness of breast milk in women born in sectio caesarea at Muhammadiyah Gresik Hospital. Method: Method with Cross Sectional approach. The population in this study mothers who gave birth in a caesarean section at Muhammadiyah Hospital Gresik in December 2019 to January 2020. The sampling technique in this study is probability / random simple sampling. The sample in this study was a portion of mothers who gave birth in a caesarean section at Muhammadiyah Gresik Hospital. The instrument used was primary data collection in the form of questionnaires and secondary data in the form of patient medical records. Result: The data obtained in this study were processed using spearman correlation statistics. From the statistical test the Correlation coefficient value was 0.807, and obtained P-Value equal to 0,000 this value is less than 0.05. Conclusion: The conclusion of this study is that there is a correlation between the administration of a regional anesthetics and the smoothness of breast milk in mothers of post partum caesarea at Muhammadiyah Gresik Hospital.

The spread of this virus is extremely rapid, and the number of deaths continues to rise. Compliance with the health protocol is one method of preventing the spread of COVID-19. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between generation-Z (gen-Z) knowledge and attitudes toward the use of masks, keeping distance, and washing hands as a means of preventing COVID-19 in religious activities at houses of worship in Palembang. Method: The observational analytic cross-sectional research design with the study's population consists of generation Z members who participate in religious activities in places of worship. The cluster random sampling method yielded 147 respondents. The data collected are primary data obtained directly from the research subjects via a questionnaire and secondary data obtained from the Palembang City Ministry of Religion. They were using the Pearson chi-square test to analyze descriptive data. Results: According to the findings, 79 people (53.7%) out of 147 respondents have good knowledge, while 75 people have a good attitude (51% ). The results obtained a statistically significant p-value of 0.05, indicating a relationship between gene Z knowledge and attitude and adherence to the use of masks, keeping distance, and washing hands. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between knowledge and attitudes toward COVID-19 infection prevention in Generation Z who participate in religious activities in Palembang City.

The purpose of this study was to find out what aspects were related to the quality of service at the Lut Tawar Health Center to the Satisfaction of Outpatients in Central Aceh Regency. The research design used in this study was Cross Sectional. The population in this study was 7,507 people and the samples taken by accidental sampling were 99 people. Data collection methods are primary data and secondary data. Analysis of the data used is a binary logistic regression test. The results showed that the physical condition had a sig-p value of 0.004 < 0.05, reliability sig-p 0.004 < 0.005, and a sig-p guarantee of 0.030 < 0.05, which means that it has a relationship with the quality of health services, while responsiveness has no relationship to the quality of health services because it has a sig-p value of 0.173 > 0.05 and concern has no relationship to the quality of health services because it has a sig-p value of 0.893 > 0.05. The most dominant aspect related to service quality is the variable of physical condition p = 0.004 <0.05. The conclusion in this study is that there is a relationship between physical condition, reliability, and assurance on the quality of Community Health Center (puskesmas) services, while the responsiveness and caring variables have no relationship to the quality of puskesmas services.
