Previous research only discussed the perception of color combinations for the primary display panel. This study is not only focused on color;  but also on other visual elements. This research aims to know the primary display panel that is more desirable to consumers and uncover the linkage between product perception and preference by using quantitative approach. As for the method used is the case study of brand Puntang Coffee. Data collection was done by conducting literature study, redesign experiment and questionnaires, whereas data analyze by using the ANOVA test. From data, it was revealed that the highest valuation of respondents of all three designs displayed is design C;  which proposed by the designer team, that are perceived better by respondents.

Technology is increasingly sophisticated with over time competition in the business world such as E-Commerce has a positive impact on entrepreneurs to advance their companies, namely by creating online websites so that offerings and sales are easy among the public. By accessing the website page of PT. Daya Berkah Sentosa Nusantara buyers do not have to come directly to the place or company, and send offers according to admin needs.The purpose of this study is to make it easier for researchers to solve supply and sales problems based on problems that arise in the company. The method used in this study is the Waterfall Method, with data collection techniques used using observation, interviews and literature study. The desired result of this research is to be able to create a website for the company, to be able to expand marketing reach, buyers can view products through the website.

The research titled "strategy of subak community in reducing land alternation of ricefields due to tourism (Case Study Subak Umadesa Lodtunduh Village, Ubud)", aims to understand subak strategy in reducing land alternation of ricefields due to tourism in Subak Umadesa, Lodtuduh Village, Ubud, Gianyar-Bali. This research uses SWOT analysis techniques, with data collection techniques of observation, in-depht interviews, literature study, and documentation. Moreover the technique of determining informants using purposive sampling technique, which determines the sample with a certain consideration which is deemed enable to provide the data to the maximum results in accordance with the criteria of the research objectives. The result of this research after conducting interviews and observations based on SWOT analysis matrix is creating agro-ecotourism activities. Forms and types of activities of agro-ecotourism that can be implemend in the territory of Subak Umadesa include: trekking, directly agricultural activities such as plowing, planting, harvesting, interaction with local people directly, etc. Hence the agricultural sector is not being marginalized by the development of activities in tourism sector.

A trend to a heatlhier lifestyle triggers a shift in consumer’s behavior to consume healthy foods and to avoids any preservatives. Several companies in Indonesia began to contribute to this trend including UD Maju Jaya who also contributing onto this trend by producing products called premium sekoteng AROMA. The problem occured when the company experienced a sales decline as 93,4% in traditional market distribution channel and 39,4% in modern distribution channel because the product itself did not show the element of a packaging that could attract consumers to purchase since a brand personality from a packaging itself should form a bond on consumer’s thoughts and feelings unto the brand. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of packaging elements through brand personality on premium sekoteng AROMA. This study uses a quantitative approach. In this study, data collection was done by distributing questionnaires using a purposive sampling technique with the conditions as the population must be B2B consumers who had purchased and consumed premium sekoteng AROMA. The results showed that functionality packaging and packaging saleability significantly have a tendency to influence brand personality

Introduction. The purpose of this study is to examine the organizational communication patterns between librarians and teachers in providing quality library services.  Data Collection Method. This is a qualitative research with a case study approach with librarians and teachers as samples. Data collection techniques were interviews, observations, and literature study. Data Analysis. Data analysis techniques were conducted by reducing data, presenting data, and then making conclusions or data verification. Results and Discussion. The results of this study indicate that a well-established organizational communication pattern between librarians and teachers consists of task coordination, problem-solving, information sharing, conflict resolution, and building togetherness or relationships. All of them supported excellent services. Conclusion. Librarian who implement a good horizontal organizational communication model can provide high-quality services to teachers who need information, which is beneficial to the library and the school as an organization. The recommendation of this study is that schools should be able to treat librarians as key people in organizing ideas and information resources, rather than as only as academic supporters.

Daihatsu Motor Co., Ltd. is the oldest Japanese car company known for its small car products or more agreed. The number of Daihatsu car consumers is quite a lot, in making purchases. This study aims to analyze the effect of brand identity and brand image on customer loyalty. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. Data collection uses interviews, observation, and questionnaire distribution. Using the nonprobability method with a purposive sampling approach. The population of this research is Daihatsu car consumers with a sample of 60 respondents. The analytical method used is SPSS v.20. Based on the results of this study concluded that brand identity and brand image have a significant effect on customer loyalty.

Social media creates changes in the world of marketing, especially promotion and advertising that results in the creation of online business trends. Ivoree is a local brand that sells women's shoes through Instagram to make sales, Ivoree started selling since September 2019 through Instagram social media. Ivoree began to experience development and use social media Instagram as its main promotional tool. The purpose of this study was to find out how to use Ivoree Instagram social media. The concept used in this research is the use of Instagram social media in marketing products. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. While the data collection methods used are interviews, observation, documentation, and literature study. The results of this study are the use of social media on Instagram by uploading content and using features provided by Instagram to interact with followers, Ivoree also endorsed influencers on Instagram to attract the attention of its target market.Media sosial menciptakan perubahan pada dunia pemasaran khususnya promosi dan periklanan yang mengakibatkan terciptanya tren bisnis online. Ivoree merupakan merek lokal yang menjual sepatu perempuan melalui Instagram untuk melakukan penjualan. Ivoree mulai berjualan sejak September 2019 dan menggunakan media sosial Instagram sebagai alat promosi utamanya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemanfaatan media sosial instagram Ivoree. Konsep yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pemanfaatan media sosial Instagram dalam memasarkan produk. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Sedangkan metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pemanfaataan media sosial di Instagram dengan mengunggah konten dan menggunakan fitur yang disediakan Instagram untuk berinteraksi dengan pengikutnya. Ivoree juga meng-endorse influencer di Instagram untuk menarik perhatian target pasarnya.

Information system is a system that has the ability to collect information from all sources and use various media to display information.  Microsoft Excel is a spreasheet application program (electronic worksheet), the function of Microsoft Excel is to perform calculation operations and can present data in table form, while the filter and sort data functions are used to sort or filter data, for example: the ascending function and descending to sort data from the largest or from the smallest, the Sort By and Sort On features, in addition to the filter function to display data with certain criteria, the filter feature function or often referred to as autofilter, which functions to display certain rows of data according to filters already applied and hides the rest of the remaining rows of data. This study aims to facilitate the search for staffing data at the Health Office of the City of Bima, the method of data collection using 2 methods, namely literature study and observation, the results of research that have been conducted are that there is no personnel information system because the process of searching and recording personnel data is still done manually.

AbstrakStadion Gelora Bandung Lautan Api sebagai kasus studi merupakan stadion terbesar di Kota Bandung yang dirancang berstandar internasional dan diklaim menjadi stadion termegah se-Indonesia. Stadion yang mampu menampung 72.000 orang ini adalah salah satu potensi yang luar biasa bagi Bandung. Menjadi stadion terbesar di Jawa Barat, signage memiliki peranan penting agar memudahkan pengunjung untuk menuju ke lokasi yang akan dituju dengan cepat dan tepat. Beberapa area pada Stadion Bandung Lautan Api belum memiliki signage yang informatif, selain itu desain signage juga belum menunjukan konsistensi dan ciri khas dari stadion. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan studi pustaka. Adapun analisis data menggunakan matriks perbandingan. Hasil akhir berupa perancangan signage Stadion Gelora Bandung Lautan Api yang informatif dan menunjukkan identitas bangunan stadion maupun identitas Kota Bandung. Perancangan ini diharapkan dapat membantu pengunjung Stadion Gelora Bandung Lautan Api menemukan informasi atau arah sehingga mudah menuju tempat yang mereka inginkan dengan cepat dan tepat selama berada di dalam dan luar stadion. Kata Kunci: identitas visual, signage, Stadion Gelora Bandung Lautan Api AbstractGelora Bandung Lautan Api Stadium as a case study is the largest stadium in Bandung designed internationally and claimed to be the grandest stadium in Indonesia. Being the largest stadium in West Java, signage has an important role to facilitate visitors to get to the location to be addressed quickly and precisely. Some areas at Gelora Bandung Lautan Api Stadium have no informative signage, moreover the signage design has not shown the consistency and characteristic of the stadium. The data collection used are observation, interview, questionnaire and literature study. The data analysis used comparison matrix. The result of the design of signage Gelora Bandung Lautan Api Stadium that informative and show the identity of the building and Bandung identity. This researchh has a purpose to observe strategic of alliances’s effect which were consist of efficiency, on the growth of human resources, knowledge or learning, and market motives. In this study the researcher used a quantitative approach, the data used were primary data and the data collection technique carried out by the researcher was using a questionnaire instrument. The results of this study showed that knowledge as a reason for forging strategic partnerships has a positive effect on human resources (HR) development in the MSME sector. Meanwhile, as a motivator for forging strategic alliances, the market does not affect the development of human resources (HR) and efficiency.

The Pancasila Sakti Monument in Lubang Buaya, Jakarta is one of the tourism identities of DKI Jakarta, many efforts have been made in developing the preservation and preserving the cultural assets that are still left in the Pancasila Sakti Monument in Lubang Buaya. The purpose of this research is to determine the potential development of tourism objects in Pancasila Sakti Monument in Lubang Buaya by analyzing the historical values ​​and uniqueness. This study used a descriptive qualitative method that describes the information of the Tourism Object from the Pancasila Sakti Monument in Lubang Buaya. Data collection techniques used were interviews, literature study, observation, and documentation. The data collection was analyzed and grouped based on the research problems. The results of this study indicate that the Tourism Object namely Pancasila Sakti Monument in Lubang Buaya is one of the tourism objects that have the potential to be developed in DKI Jakarta.
