Balassuka Village is a village located in the Tombolo Pao District in the eastern part of Gowa Regency with a distance of around 88 km from the city of Sungguminasa, and a distance of 15 km from the capital district with a total area of approximately 29 km2. The village with its various problems in the economic, social, educational, health, religious and cultural fields is in need for problem solving and for village development program. The objective of STIBA Makassar Community Service Program (KKN) in Balassuka Village was to implement higher education tri dharma on the pillar of community service. The method of community service (PkM) implementation was started by conducting a field survey using an independently-made instrument, and afterwards an SOAR analysis was performed for the purposes of preparing the KKN programs. KKN programs were generally divided into three those were the Koran education program, training, and community development. The Koran Education Programs were TK/ TPA, Dirosa (Koran Learning Program for Adult), Tahsinul Qira’ah, and discourse of the book Qawaid Qur'aniyah. Training programs included funeral arrangement training. Community development Program included Friday sermon, Taklim for youth and common people, brief Islamic speech every Magrib; Friday for worship; majlis taklim; and coaching for young mosque caretakers. The results of KKN activities show that the community and local government are very enthusiastic and grateful for the benefits they obtained from the implementation of KKN students’ work programs in Balassuka Village. In terms of knowledge, the community has experienced the development of Islamic insight. In terms of skills a change is seen in the recitation of makhraj and tajweed in reading the Koran. In terms of affection, the community begins to realize and be enthusiastic in performing worship that is based on proper and correct religious knowledge.

The SME Business Partners Sangkar in Sepanjang Village, Taman Subdistrict, Sidoarjo City has greater potential in the creation and development of cage shapes. But the form and character of the design are always manual and still using conventional systems, so in an effort to increase sales, they have not been able to compete globally.  The partners in this community service are cage workers in the village of Sepanjang, Taman Subdistrict, Sidoarjo City, the process for carrying out activities is divided into three forms: preparation, implemen­tation and evaluation. The role of optimization is carried out in the form of a field survey to find out the conditions related to the process and work system carried out by cage craftsmen in Sepanjang Village, Taman Subdistrict, Sidoarjo City. The community services program focuses on community development to ensure independence and economic stability. Thanks to the Community Service Program, it is hoped that it will be able to make a good contribution to the development of businesses owned by partners so that in the future they can provide continued efforts in the same field.   Abstrak: Kelompok UKM Mitra Usaha Sangkar Kelurahan Sepanjang Kecamatan Taman Kabupaten Sidoarjo memiliki potensi unggul dalam menciptakan dan mengembangkan bentuk sangkar. Namun bentuk dan karakter desain masih bersifat manual dan masih menggunakan cara konvensional, sehingga sebagai upaya peningkatan penjualan belum mampu bersaing dan berkompetisi secara global. Mitra pada pengabdian masyarakat ini merupakan pengrajin sangkar di Kelurahan Sepanjang Kecamatan Taman Kabupaten Sidoarjo, proses pelaksanaan kegiatan terbagi dalam 3 bentuk, yaitu: persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan juga evaluasi. Peran opti­ma­­lisasi dilakukan dengan bentuk survei lapangan untuk mengetahui kondisi terkait dengan proses dan sistem kerja yang dilakukan oleh pengrajin sangkar di Kelurahan Sepanjang Kecamatan Taman Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini memiliki tujuan sebagai pengembangan masyakarat agar memiliki kemandirian dan kemapanan secara ekonomi. Melalui karya seni dalam bentuk desain produk diharapkan mampu memberikan implementasi dalam bentuk Hak Kekayaan Intelektual (HKI) yaitu desain produk industri. Melalui program kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini diharapkan mampu memberikan kontri­busi yang baik dengan perkembangan usaha yang dimiliki oleh mitra sehingga dikemudian hari dapat memberikan continued effort pada bidang yang sama.

The Village

It is common knowledge that development planning at the village level is rarely based on valid and updated data. Students and lecturers in the Public Administration Department Parahyangan Catholic University, who have been working with villages in West Java Province for several decades encountered situations to support that argument. It is difficult to obtain valid and updated data to use as evidence in developing initiatives and programs for the village development. Students’ Community Development Program (Kuliah Kerja Lapangan henceforth KKL themed Universities Contribution to Village Development was initiated with the goal of improving the quality of data in rural areas (Garut District) by collecting and updating village data, developing the capacity of village government leaders and staff to collect and update village data on their own. This paper discusses three major works that the Students’ Community Development Program (KKN) themed Universities Contribution to Village Development have made. The three areas relate to 1) elaboration of the logic of the program; (2) discussion of the process of data collection and analysis of data in the three villages; and (3) discussion of output and outcomes of the program. Research action, as Lewin argues, has three goals: to advance knowledge; to improve a concrete situation; and to improve behavioral science methodology. This paper presents a case study that shows the existence of a problem in a community, and concrete actions taken to solve it through the application of knowledge acquired through Community Development Program (KKL) experience of Universitas Membangun Desa.

The purpose of this community service is to assist business actors in providing Digital-Based Marketing Training to increase product sales online at MSMEs in Cisweu Village, Cisewu District, Garut Regency. This method of community service activity begins with the preparation stage and field survey. This survey stage begins with direct discussions with the Village Head in Cisewu Village, Cisewu District, Garut Regency to identify the needs, opportunities, and challenges faced by MSME business actors in Ciseweu Village, after knowing what things are needed then carry out the socialization and training stage. made by the team. The results of this study are the knowledge of participants who are residents and MSME business actors in Cisewu Village from RT 001-005/RW 002 Cisewu District regarding digital-based marketing before PKM activities, the majority of participants are in the category of not understanding digital business. After the PKM activities were carried out and the material presentation was delivered, the MSME training succeeded in providing participants with increasing knowledge about digital business.

AbstractSoket Laok is a village located in Tragah District, Bangkalan Regency, Madura. This village has the greatest economic potential in agriculture because the majority of its residents, which are around 4000 people, work as farmers. However, the village, which is not far from the city of Surabaya, is still lagging behind and has not been able to properly utilize the village's potential for community empowerment. Cashew product is the greatest potential by the residents of Soket Laok Village, but the community does not understand how to create and design proper packaging for their cashew products. In addition, Soket laok community also has no experience and knowledge utilising information and communication technology to optimalise the marketing of the cashew products. Therefore, the Communications Department of FISIP Unair conducts a community service program entitled Branding Workshop for Economic Empowerment of the Cashew Farmer in Soket Laok Village, Bangkalan Regency, Madura. This program is an extended program that has been carried out in 2020. This community service focuses on creating and training to manage the community website, training on packaging and brands, as well as registration of brands and business license for their business.Keywords: Economic Potential, Marketing Communications, BrandingAbstrakSoket Laok merupakan salah satu desa yang terletak di Kecamatan Tragah, Kabpupaten Bangkalan, Madura. Desa ini  memiliki potensi ekonomi terbesar di bidang pertanian karena mayoritas warganya yang berjumlah sekitar 4000 jiwa berprofesi sebagai petani. Meskipun demikian, desa yang berada tidak jauh dari Kota Surabaya tersebut masih tertinggal dan belum mampu memanfaatkan dengan baik potensi desa untuk pemberdayaan masyarakat. Produksi mente merupakan potensi terbesar yang dimiliki oleh warga Desa Soket Laok namun para petaninya sendiri belum mengerti cara mengemas produk mente untuk dipasarkan di luar daerah Soket Laok sesuai dengan standar yang berlaku. Ditambah lagi dengan kurangnya pemahaman terkait penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi juga menjadi faktor kurang optimalnya pemasaran produk mente. Dengan berbagai alasan tersebut, Departemen Komunikasi FISIP Unair kembali mengadakan pengabdian masyarakat bertajuk Pelatihan Branding dalam Rangka Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Masyarakat Petani Mente Desa Soket Laok, Kabupaten Bangkalan, Madura. Kegiatan tersebut merupakan lanjutan dari pengabdian masyarakat yang telah dilaksanakan pada tahun 2020. Laksana Village is in Ibun Sub-District, Bandung District. Geographically, Laksana Village is close to the Kamojang Tourism area, which is the leading tourism destination in Bandung District. The village has the potential for tourism development. To support the tourism development program, there are several homestays. However, it was found that many tourists spent the night outside the Laksana Village area. Another problem faced by homestay managers is the difficulty in determining homestay tariff. This Community Service (CS) activity aims to explore the problems faced by homestay managers through self-identification of problems using the Community Based Participatory Research method. The results of the self-identification became the basis for the CS Team to map the nine elements of the canvas business model. The cost structure becomes a priority scale to be handled in order to solve the tariff determination problem and is expected to increase the value proposition. This CS activity specifically resulted in self-identification of problems and a business canvas model for homestay management.

Development gap in the city and village is still happening on Indonesia. It happened because of the massive urbanization factors. Poverty in the Indonesian villages are relatively higher than on the urbans. In order to reach the maximal city development, Ministry of Village, Development of Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration of Indonesia created a sustainable village development program namely Village’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and optimized the village potential data. This study aimed to design the smart village – smart economy classification system by using deep learning methods on village potential data on Indonesia at 2020. The method used in this study is data mining processes namely KDD (Knowledge Discovery and Data mining). The result in this study showed the best models were obtained which consisting of 2 hidden layers and each layer is 128, 128 layers which using target class from the process of calculating the score is able to reach 94.93% of the accuracy from the training process and 96% on the testing process and succeeded to classify the potentials of smart village – smart economy.

Abstract, ‘Beasiswa Juara’ program through regular development of the science of religion in ICD (Integrated Community Development) Buahbatu Bandung a positive impact on ‘Anak Juara’ with demonstrated by the presence of beneficiaries (PM) and there are success stories of one PM who shows positive impact on his life. The research objective was to determine the success of the development program ‘Beasiswa Juara’ grantee ‘Anak Juara’ in creating a religious generation. This research is descriptive with the method used is the study of literature, by looking at the secondary data from the achievements of the program implemented Rumah Zakat and look of ICD profile.Results from this research that the grantee children who follow a routine training activities of religious knowledge has a positive influence to be applied in everyday life so as to create a religious person, it is seen from the changes in children's behavior on the success story of one of the PM. Keywords: Rumah Zakat, Beasiswa Juara, Religious, Buahbatu, Bandung. Abstrak, Program Beasiswa Juara melalui pembinaan rutin tentang ilmu agama di ICD (Intergrated Community Development) atau lebih dikenal dengan desa binaan Buahbatu Kota Bandung memberikan dampak positif bagi anak juara dengan ditunjukkan oleh kehadiran Penerima Manfaat (PM) dan terdapat success story dari salah satu PM yang memperlihatkan dampak positif bagi kehidupannya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan metode yang digunakan yaitu studi literatur, dengan melihat data sekunder dari capaian program yang diimplementasikan Rumah Zakat dan melihat dari profil ICD.Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu siswa penerima Beasiswa Juara yang mengikuti kegiatan pembinaan rutin tentang ilmu agama ini telah memberikan pengaruh positif untuk diterapkan di kehidupan sehari-hari sehingga tercipta pribadi yang religius, hal ini terlihat dari perubahan perilaku anak juara pada success story salah satu PM. Kata Kunci : Rumah Zakat, Beasiswa Juara, Religius, Buahbatu, Bandung.

The purpose of this community service activity is to develop a mini rafting vehicle for satay cliff tourism as a tourist attraction which has an impact on improving the economy of the people of the village of Soccerek Pringgarata, Central Lombok. Mini rafting satay gorge as a means of promotion, sports, recreation to attract tourists so that it fosters the economy of the soccer village community. The method of implementing activities is the community development method, which is an approach in community development activities where the community is directed to achieve better social, economic and cultural conditions and the Participatory method of implementation steps, namely Problem posing, problem analysis, problem determination objectives (objectives) and objectives (objectives), actions plans (action planning), the stage (implementation) of the implementation of activities and evaluation (evaluation). The material provided in this training and assistance includes 1) introduction of rafting equipment; 2) basic rafting techniques; 3) rescue rafting; 4) practice of using rafting equipment; 5) the practice of rescue rafting. 25 participants took part in the training and mentoring activities. The results of the training and assistance of mini rafting and rescue rafting showed that as many as 84% of participants understood "mini rafting" and 80% of participants understood "rescue rafting". Activities of structuring the Jurang Sate Tourism Area, PPIP IKIP Mataram Team in partnership with the Youth Organization "Duta Taruna", Pokdasrwis "Kanak Jarin", and Bumdes "Sahara Jaya" in the Village of Soccer, Pringgarata District, Central Lombok. Implementation of the arrangement of this tourist area also involves the people of the Village of Soccer to work together to organize the tourist area and prepare for the opening of a mini rafting vehicle.

Village government is the administration of government affairs and the interests of local communities in the NKRI government system (Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages Article 1 Paragraph (2)). The village head as the organizer of the village government is directly elected by the community through the election of the village head (Law Number 6 of 2014 Article 34 paragraph 1). The village head in village administration is assisted by village officials, namely the village secretary and other village officials. "BPD is located as an element of village administration, functions to determine village regulations with the village head, to accommodate and channel the aspirations of the community". In this case the problems that occur are about Village Wealth Management Procedures, which are more focused on village financial management. The problems that often occur in Sungai Pinang Village, Pujud District, Rokan Hilir Regency are; 1) The many original assets of Sungai Pinang Village can be used as a source of original village income to improve development and the standard of living of the community, especially in Sungai Pinang Village. 2) The many residents of Sungai Pinang Village community who do not yet know about the procedures for managing village wealth. Referring to the above problem, the formulation of the problem in this service is how to increase the capacity of the village government in financial management of Sungai Pinang Village, Pujud River District, Rokan Hilir Regency. The purpose of this service is so that the Device and Community of Sungai Pinang Village, Pujud District, Rokan Hilir Regency can find out and improve the capacity of the village government in managing village finances. The benefits of this service are for lecturers for lecturers, the increase of students' knowledge and knowledge about the Government's Capacity Building in Village Financial Management Sungai Pinang Village, Pujud Rokan Hilir District, For Higher Education, the achievement of darma chess from universities in Riau Islamic University. one of them is community service. For the Community, so that the community can know clearly about Capacity Building of Village Governments in Village Financial Management. The target of community service is to increase awareness of the village government and the community the importance of understanding the Capacity Building of Village Governments in Village Financial Management to realize the Target Development. The location of this community service activity is Sungai Pinang Village, Pujud District, Rokan Hilir Regency. This village is approximately 7 hours drive from the city of Pekanbaru. The timing of this activity is carried out on Saturdays. December 28, 2018 at 09.00 WIB until Completed. The method of implementation is carried out with assistance and question and answer with the community and village officials. Furthermore, the Dedication Team will conduct a direct review of the documents that are in the Village archive to see the shortcomings. The material presented in this service is Law no. 6 of 2014 and supporting material.
