Analisis Penerapan Protokol Kesehatan Masyarakat Bangkalan: dari Interpretasi Kulturalis-Religiusitas ke Implementasi “Teks Suci”

Over a year the COVID-19 pandemic has hit all corners of the world, including remote areas throughout the archipelago. One of the reasons for the government's inopable efforts in dealing with it is that partial non-compliance has been poured in the form of regional legal products. This paper aims to analyze and explore the real non-compliance of the community even though the local government has done its utmost to make the community understand the purpose and noble purpose of the rule. By using literature studies in analyzing empirical phenomena of behavior among the people of Bangkalan district in response to the policy of 'state' in the face of pandemic covid-19. From this research, it was concluded that the 'state' endeavors in this case the Bangkalan District Government and how to handle it in saving the community from Covid-19 protesters with the representation of the pouring of the community will cult a "holy text", noble values understood in pieces. regional law products, both the Regent Regulation and the Regent's Decree. But the effort as a good will of such authority is hindered by the simplicity of understanding and interpretation of most of society's cult of a "sacred text", noble values understood in pieces

The Policy to Optimization of Social Media for Traffic Management in Islamic Perspectives

This study discusses on how information and communication technology-based policies in the field of transportation was carried out by the Department of Transportation, City of Surabaya, through the Surabaya Intelligent Transport System or SITS program. This research used the theory of technological determination and public policy as the basis of thought. In addition, the concept of maqâsid syari'ah was also used to consider how the implementation of this policy, towards the benefit or welfare for the society, in an Islamic perspective was done. Descriptive qualitative method with literature review approach was used as a framework for formulating conclusions. Data collection was carried out through searching literature and other documents related to the topic. The results of this study indicated that the SITS policy of the Department of Transportation, City of Surabaya, was running well and had positive impact. This public policy which utilizes digital media was in line with the concept of maqâsid syari'ah.

Analisis Ujaran Kebencian dalam Bermedia Sosial: Kajian atas Semangat Perdamaian dalam Al-Quran

Hate speech has a negative effect on everyone. Social media plays a role in opening up space in expressing opinions in cyberspace. The development of technology with the opening of communication access seems to disturb the peace. The hope of a safe, peaceful and harmonious life is disturbed by the spread of hate speech. Al-Quran as a way of life is important to be re-presented in reducing hate speech and its negative effects. The purpose of this article is to analyze hate speech in social media and find the spirit of peace in the Koran. The method used is library. The results and discussion reveal that hate speech is spread in various ways and in various forms. Al-Quran forbids every individual to make hate speech and provide solutions by presenting the spirit of peace, namely: by speaking noble, full of courtesy and respect (qoulan karima), telling the truth or the truth (qoulan sadidan), and speaking weakly. soft (qoulan layyina).

Kajian Semanalisis Hingga Intertekstualitas Julia Kristeva: Analisis atas Teks Al-Quran tentang Eksistensi Hujan

This paper examines the semanalysis of Julia Kristeva coupled with a Quranic verse in the form of rain. By following the arrangement of Kristeva's approach, which begins with a semanalytic approach, then the genotex and phenotex are born, followed by the division of the meaning of signifiance and signifying, and the last is to look for the intertextuality of the text being studied. The result of this research is that the meaning related to rain is not the same, which depends on how the reviewer can understand the context and the social and religious relationships that surround it. The existence of rain is basically a gift from Allah, but there are times when Allah admonishes his creation to contemplate His greatness.

Currency and the Stability of People's Purchasing Power in Indonesia through Al-Maqrizi's Review

The presence of money has become an important part of people's daily lives, as well as the purchasing power of the people as an important element in the smooth economic cycle. The emergence of money came from the development of transactions that initially used barter which was later replaced by currency as a medium of exchange for international trade. Money management can be done by the government by controlling money in the form of monetary policy. This policy was a benchmark for a country's economy, when the state was able to control money well, the people's economy was also prosperous. The qualitative descriptive approach was used in this study. This article tried to provide views and discussion material to what extent the concept of monetary policy according to Al-Maqrizi and the implementation of his thinking was used in policymaking on people's purchasing power. Proposed Federal State for the Bangsamoro: Level of Acceptance among the Bangsamoro Mujahidin

This study was conducted to determine the level of acceptance among the Bangsamoro mujahidin on the proposed Bangsamoro federal state. Convenient and quota sampling were used among the 120 respondents identified for this study. It is found that most of the participants accepted the proposed federalism of the current government, though having some conditions. The regression analysis result showed that age was negatively correlated with their level of acceptance on the proposed federal state while educational attainment on both secular and Islamic schools was positively correlated with their response to the same provision statement. This study concluded that Bangsamoro mujahidin are now more welcoming to various alternative solutions to the Mindanao conflict within the framework of Philippine territorial integrity.

Kospin Jasa Syariah Capem Banjaran is here to present various products that are needed by the wider community, one of which is the Safari Savings product. The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of the application of the Fatwa DSN MUI on the Safari Savings product at Kospin Jasa Syariah Capem Banjaran. With descriptive qualitative method, the writer wants to know in detail the application of the fatwa in the field. The results of this study indicate that Kospin Jasa Syariah uses the mudharabah muthlaqah contract on the Safari Savings product, which is done in writing and the ratio is expressed as a percentage. However, in practice the safari savings product contains several points that are not in accordance with the fatwa DSN MUI, namely profits are not calculated clearly and Kospin Jasa Syariah sets the same nominal ratio until the end of the contract to customers.

Praktik Jual Beli Hewan yang Sedang Mengandung di Pasar Sapi Nganjuk Menurut Persepektif Hukum Islam

This research aims to clarify the practice of sale and purchase agreement of pregnant livestock in Market livestock Nganjuk Regency based on the Islamic law perspective. The central issue of this research concerns the exsistence of an additional payment after delivery. This research used the normative legal research method, with a statutory approach and supported by an analytical qualitative research approach. This study found that the practice of sale is unlawful regarding to Islamic law because of uncertainty in the consented price and forbidden object in syariah namely livestock in the womb. However, this transaction has not accomodated yet in Indonesian laws eventhough there is possibility of dispute among parties. Therefore, this research recommends that the statutes in the field of Islamic commercial law enables to cover the common transaction in society and not limited for Islamic financial institution in order to give protection due to shari’ah.

Eksistensi Homo Neandertal dan Homo Sapiens Sapiens dalam Perspektif Sains dan Al-Qur’an

This research aims to find out the existence of Homo neandertal and Homo sapiens from the perspective of science and the Qur'an. This research is qualitative research with library study methods. Namely the presentation of data by tracing Islamic and scientific manuscripts in the form of books, journals, and so on, combining, analyzing, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study area in the science of Homo neandertal is a human species thought to be the ancestor of ancient Europe. In the Qur'an homo neandertal is Al-basyar which has been mentioned by Allah in surah Al-Baqarah verse 30. Homo Sapien sapiens were modern ancient humans who were the ancestors of the Mongols and Melanesians. In the Qur'an, Homo sapiens sapiens is thought to be the evolution of the previous man to become the caliph on earth as God said in Surah Noah 14, 17, and Surah As-Shaad verse 26.

Kontekstualisasi Nilai Pendidikan Karakter dalam Sirah Nabawiyah: Studi Hermeneutika Pada Pemikiran dan Metode Paul Ricoeur

The purpose of this article is to contextualize the various inspirational stories of the Prophet Muhammad summarized in the Sirah Nabawiyah. The exploration of inspired stories will place more emphasis on the period before prophetic revelation, so as to minimize the reasons for mankind's inability to make Muhammad a role model and an inspirational figure. The contextualization of thought in sirah nabawiyah was carried out using the hermeneutic approach as a method in the tradition of Paul Ricoeur's thought. Hermeneutics in the Paul Ricoeur tradition tries to go beyond modern interpretation which seeks to find an understanding of the meaning between the interpreter and the writer. Therefore, it is possible to produce new meanings of sirah nabawiyah accompanied by a subjective reflection process that is linked to the contextual background. This article generates contextualization and new meanings of the inspirational story of the prophet Muhammad in Sirah Nabawiyah to become eighteen values ​​of character education based on national culture. These character values ​​will be embedded in every level of Indonesian national education.
